| 1 | Characterization of T.aestivum-H.californicum chromosome addition lines DA2H and MA5H显示文摘In order to transfer useful genes of Hordeum californicum into common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),the T.aestivum c.v.Chinese Spring(CS)-H.californicum amphiploid was crossed to CS,and its backcrossing and self-fertilized progenies were analyzed by morphological observation,cytological,biochemical and molecular marker techniques.Alien addition lines with two H.californicum chromosomes were identified and their genetic constitution was characterized.STS-PCR analysis using chromosome 2B specific markers indicated that chromosome H3 of H.californicum belongs to homoeologous group 2,and was thus designated 2H.SDS-PAGE showed that chromosome H2 of H.californicum belongs to homoeologous group 5,and was designated 5H.The CS-H.californicum amphiploid and the chromosome addition lines(DA2H and MA5H) identified were evaluated for powdery mildew(Erysiphe graminis f.sp.triticii) resistance in field.The preliminary results indicated that the amphiploid showed higher powdery mildew resistance than CS.However,chromosome addition lines DA2H and MA5H were highly susceptible to powdery mildew,indicating that major powdery mildew resistant genes of H.californicum should be located on chromosomes other than 2H and 5H. | Fang Kong Haiyan Wang Aizhong Cao Bi Qin Jianhui Ji Suling Wang Xiu-E Wang | 2008 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2008,35,11: | 5 |
| 2 | The effect of modified layers on the performance of inverted ZnO nanorods/MEH-PPV solar cells显示文摘We fabricate inverted organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells based on vertically oriented ZnO nanorods and polymer MEH-PPV. The morphology of ZnO nanorods and ZnO nanorods/MEH-PPV hybrid structure is depicted by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and atomic force microscope (AFM), respectively. It is observed that ZnO nanorods array grows primarily aligned along the perpendicular direction of the ITO substrate. The MEH-PPV molecule does not enter the interspace between ZnO nanorods completely according to SEM picture. It results in the small and bad contact area between ZnO nanorods and MEH-PPV. To improve the photovoltaic performance, we also fabricate another kind of photovoltaic (PV) device modified by N719 dye, and exploit the effect of N719. After the modification of ZnO nanorods by N719, not only Jsc increases from 0.257 mA/cm2 to 0.42 mA/cm2, but also Voc enhances from 0.37 V to 0.42 V. | 3 | Apelin inhibits motor neuron apoptosis in the anterior horn following acute spinal cord and sciatic nerve injuries显示文摘Rat models of acute spinal cord injury and sciatic nerve injury were established.Apelin expression in spinal cord tissue was determined.In normal rat spinal cords,apelin expression was visible;however,2 hours post spinal cord injury,apelin expression peaked.Apelin expression increased 1 day post ligation of the sciatic nerve compared with normal rat spinal cords,and peaked at 3 days.Apelin expression was greater in the posterior horn compared with the anterior horn at each time point when compared with the normal group.The onset of neuronal apoptosis was significantly delayed following injection of apelin protein at the stump of the sciatic nerve,and the number of apoptotic cells after injury was reduced when compared with normal spinal cords.Our results indicate that apelin is expressed in the normal spinal cord and central nervous system after peripheral nerve injury.Apelin protein can reduce motor neuron apoptosis in the spinal cord anterior horn and delay the onset of apoptosis. | Zhiyue Li Weiguo Wang Qun Zhao Weiquan Ning Bin Yang Suling Zhang Siyin Feng | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,20: | 2 |
| 4 | Prediction and Analysis of Post-Treatment of Sustainable Walnut Shell/Co-PES Parts by Laser Sintering显示文摘In order to enhance the strength of sustainable walnut shell/Co-PES(WSPC)sintered parts,wax-filtrated posttreatment was carried out.The effects of treating fluid temperature,preheating time and immersion time on the bending strength of WSPC wax-filtrated parts were analyzed by single factor analysis method.To obtain an accurate model for predicting the bending strength of the WSPC wax-filtrated part,the experiments were involved by using Box-Behnken design(BBD).Main parameters,such as treating fluid temperature,preheating time and immersion time,and their interactive effects were analyzed through analysis of variance(ANOVA)and graphical contours.The results demonstrated that all parameters’direct effects were significant to bending strength of the WSPC wax-filtrated part.Its optimum value was 5.0 MPa when the treating fluid temperature of 70°C,preheating time of 50 min,and immersion time of 20 s.The predicted models effectively validated had good predicting accuracy.The WSPC wax-filtrated part using optimal processing parameters was processed by investment casting,and then the metal casting of dimensional stability and smooth surface was obtained.Investment casting was done using WSPC wax-filtrated parts under optimal process parameters and then metal parts with stable structure size and smooth surface can be obtained,which indicates that WSPC material can be used for investment casting. | Yueqiang Yu Suling Wang Minzheng Jiang Yanling Guo Ting Jiang | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,2: | 1 |

The domain structures and polarization retention proper- ties were investigated by scanning force microscopy. The amplitude and phase images of piezoresponse show complex various contrasts of dark, bright and gray. The complex variation of contrast in piezoresponse images results from the per- plexing orientation of grains and arrangement of domains in the ferroelectric films. The bright and dark areas in phase images correspond to top-to-bottom and bot- tom-to-top polarization oriented c-domain, respectively. The gray areas are c-domains with the polarization vector deviating from the direction normal to the film plane. The surface potential images of EFM are bright contrast, which is due to positive charges trapped on the film surface after being polarized by positive volt- age. And the brighter contrast is obtained from the higher electric field. The time-dependent surface potential images and line potential profiles show that the potential decays with time. And the decay in the region polarized by higher electric field is faster, especially at 15 min. This indicates that the polarization retention is related to the polarized electric field. | 19 | Prmt1 upregulated by Hdc deficiency aggravates acute myocardial infarction via NETosis显示文摘Neutrophils are mobilized and recruited to the injured heart after myocardial infarction,and neutrophil count has been clinically implicated to be associated with coronary disease severity.Histidine decarboxylase(HDC)has been implicated in regulating reactive oxidative species(ROS)and the differentiation of myeloid cells.However,the effect of HDC on neutrophils after myocardial infarction remains unclear.Here,we found that neutrophils were disorderly recruited into the ischemic injured area of the myocardium of Hdc deficiency(Hdc^(−/−))mice.Moreover,Hdc deficiency led to attenuated adhesion but enhanced migration and augmented ROS/neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)production in neutrophils.Hdc^(−/−)mouse-derived NETs promoted cardiomyocyte death and cardiac fibroblast proliferation/migration.Furthermore,protein arginine methyltransferase 1(PRMT1)was increased in Hdc^(−/−)mouse-derived neutrophils but decreased with exogenous histamine treatment.Its expression could be rescued by blocking histamine receptor 1(H1R),inhibiting ATP synthesis or reducing SWItch/sucrose non fermentable(SWI/SNF)chromatin remodeling complex.Accordingly,histamine or MS023 treatment could decrease ROS and NETs ex vivo,and ameliorated cardiac function and fibrosis,along with the reduced NETs in plasma in vivo.Together,our findings unveil the role of HDC in NETosis by histamine–H1R–ATP–SWI/SNF–PRMT1–ROS signaling and provide new biomarkers and targets for identifying and tuning the detrimental immune state in cardiovascular disease. | Zhiwei Zhang Suling Ding Zhe Wang Xiaowei Zhu Zheliang Zhou Weiwei Zhang Xiangdong Yang Junbo Ge | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4: | 0 |
| 20 | IgE Reactivity of Potential Allergens from the Swimming Crab Portunus trituberculatus and the Research of ELISA Reagent for Detecting Crab Food Anaphylaxis显示文摘Crustacean is one of the major allergic foods.It is of great significance to identify more crab allergens and research the detection methods for crab food anaphylaxis.In this study,IgE reactivity to three recombinant proteins from Portunus trituberculatus,including tropomyosin(rPtTM),myosin light chain(rPtMLC),and pancreatic lipase(rPtPL),were detected by enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA).The expressions of tropomyosin(TM)in various tissues of P.trituberculatus were detected by Western blot(WB).Furthermore,microplates were coated with rPtTM and the ELISA conditions were optimized.The cut-off value was deter-mined by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Among 51 crab-allergic sera,21(41.2%)showed positive IgE to rPtTM.Other 70 crab-allergic sera more frequently recognized rPtPL(9/70;12.9%),followed by rPtMLC(1/70;1.4%).WB results showed that TM was mainly expressed in the muscle,followed by the heart and a small amount in gills and the testis.The optimal results showed that the coating condition of rPtTM was 50 ng per well with coating for 3 h at 37℃.The optimal blocking condition was 1.2%BSA with blocking for 3 h at 37℃,and the optimal dilution of the second antibody was 1:1500.The ROC curve showed that the ELISA reagent had high sensitivity(83.52%)and specificity(98.00%)when the cut-off value was 0.45.All results indicated that tropomyosin is the major allergen of P.trituberculatus,and myosin light chain and pancreatic lipase are the potential allergens.Addi-tionally,the ELISA reagent developed with the rPtTM was feasible for laboratory detection of crab anaphylaxis. | QIU Xueni ZHOU Qiongyan ZHU Xiaoxia LIN Wei MU Changkao LI Ronghua YE Yangfang SONG Weiwei SHI Ce LIU Lei WANG Huan WANG Chunlin XU Suling | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2: | 0 |
