1Concentrations,profiles and gas-particle partitioning of PCDD/Fs,PCBs and PBDEs in the ambient air of an E-waste dismantling area,southeast China显示文摘Polychlorinated diebenzo-p-dioxins(PCDDs),polychlorinated diebenzofurans(PCDFs),polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) were monitored in the ambient air of Taizhou,an E-waste dismantling area of southeast China to evaluate their concentrations,profiles and gas-particle partitioning.The ΣPCDD/Fs concentrations ranged from 2.91 to 50.6 pg/m3,with an average of 14.3 pg/m3.The I-TEQs for PCDD/Fs were in the range of 0.20-3.45 pg/m3,with an average of 1.10 pg/m3.The ΣPCBs concentrations and TEQs ranged from 4.23 to 11.35 ng/m3,0.050 to 0.859 pg(TEQ)/m3,respectively.The concentrations of ΣPBDEs ranged from 92 to 3086 pg/m3,with an average of 894 pg/m3.The pollution levels of PCDD/Fs,PCBs and PBDEs were higher than other urban sites,which may be associated with the E-waste dismantling activities.The PCDD/Fs were found exclusively in the particle phase whereas PCBs distributed dominantly in the gas phase.The gas-partilce partitioning was also assessed by correlating the gas-particle partition coefficient(Kp) with the subcooled liquid vapor pressure(PL0).The measured particulate sorptions of PCDD/Fs,PCBs and PBDEs were compared with the predictions from Junge-Pankow model and Koa absorption model.The Junge-Pankow model well estimated the particulate fractions of PCBs.However,it underestimated the sorptions of PCDD/Fs and overestimated the fractions of PBDEs.The predicted particulate fractions of PCDD/Fs and PCBs from Koa model fitted well with the measured data.LI YingMing JIANG GuiBin WANG YaWei WANG Pu ZHANG QingHua 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,4:26
2Carbon pools and fluxes in the China Seas and adjacent oceans显示文摘The China Seas include the South China Sea, East China Sea, Yellow Sea, and Bohai Sea. Located off the Northwestern Pacific margin, covering 4700000 km^2 from tropical to northern temperate zones, and including a variety of continental margins/basins and depths, the China Seas provide typical cases for carbon budget studies. The South China Sea being a deep basin and part of the Western Pacific Warm Pool is characterized by oceanic features; the East China Sea with a wide continental shelf, enormous terrestrial discharges and open margins to the West Pacific, is featured by strong cross-shelf materials transport; the Yellow Sea is featured by the confluence of cold and warm waters; and the Bohai Sea is a shallow semiclosed gulf with strong impacts of human activities. Three large rivers, the Yangtze River, Yellow River, and Pearl River, flow into the East China Sea, the Bohai Sea, and the South China Sea, respectively. The Kuroshio Current at the outer margin of the Chinese continental shelf is one of the two major western boundary currents of the world oceans and its strength and position directly affect the regional climate of China. These characteristics make the China Seas a typical case of marginal seas to study carbon storage and fluxes. This paper systematically analyzes the literature data on the carbon pools and fluxes of the Bohai Sea,Yellow Sea, East China Sea, and South China Sea, including different interfaces(land-sea, sea-air, sediment-water, and marginal sea-open ocean) and different ecosystems(mangroves, wetland, seagrass beds, macroalgae mariculture, coral reefs, euphotic zones, and water column). Among the four seas, the Bohai Sea and South China Sea are acting as CO_2 sources, releasing about0.22 and 13.86–33.60 Tg C yr^(-1) into the atmosphere, respectively, whereas the Yellow Sea and East China Sea are acting as carbon sinks, absorbing about 1.15 and 6.92–23.30 Tg C yr^(-1) of atmospheric CO_2, respectively. Overall, if only the CO_2 exchange at the sea-air interface is considered, the Chinese marginal seas appear to be a source of atmospheric CO_2, with a net release of 6.01–9.33 Tg C yr^(-1), mainly from the inputs of rivers and adjacent oceans. The riverine dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) input into the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea, East China Sea, and South China Sea are 5.04, 14.60, and 40.14 Tg C yr^(-1),respectively. The DIC input from adjacent oceans is as high as 144.81 Tg C yr^(-1), significantly exceeding the carbon released from the seas to the atmosphere. In terms of output, the depositional fluxes of organic carbon in the Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea, East China Sea, and South China Sea are 2.00, 3.60, 7.40, and 5.92 Tg C yr^(-1), respectively. The fluxes of organic carbon from the East China Sea and South China Sea to the adjacent oceans are 15.25–36.70 and 43.93 Tg C yr^(-1), respectively. The annual carbon storage of mangroves, wetlands, and seagrass in Chinese coastal waters is 0.36–1.75 Tg C yr^(-1), with a dissolved organic carbon(DOC) output from seagrass beds of up to 0.59 Tg C yr^(-1). Removable organic carbon flux by Chinese macroalgae mariculture account for 0.68 Tg C yr^(-1) and the associated POC depositional and DOC releasing fluxes are 0.14 and 0.82 Tg C yr^(-1), respectively. Thus, in total, the annual output of organic carbon, which is mainly DOC, in the China Seas is 81.72–104.56 Tg C yr^(-1). The DOC efflux from the East China Sea to the adjacent oceans is 15.00–35.00 Tg C yr^(-1). The DOC efflux from the South China Sea is 31.39 Tg C yr^(-1). 3Occurrence and distribution of hexabromocyclododecane in sediments from seven major river drainage basins in China显示文摘The concentrations and geographical distribution of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) were investigated in 37 composite surface sediments from seven major river drainage basins in China, including Yangtze River, Yellow River, Pearl River, Liaohe River, Haihe River, Tarim River and Ertix River. The detection frequency of HBCD was 54%, with the concentrations ranged from below limit of detection (LOD) to 206 ng/g dry weight. In general, the geographical distribution showed increasing trends from the upper reaches to the lower reaches of the rivers and from North China to Southeast China. Compared to other regions in the world, the average concentration of HBCD in sediments from Yangtze River drainage basin was at relatively high level, whereas those from other six river drainage basins were at lower or similar level. The highest HBCD concentration in sediment from Yangtze River Delta and the highest detection frequency of HBCD in Pearl River drainage basins suggested that the industrial and urban activities could evidently affect the HBCD distribution. HBCD diastereoisomer profiles showed that γ-HBCD dominated in most of the sediment samples, followed by α- and β-HBCD, which was consistent with those in the commercial HBCD mixtures. 4兰州市采暖期居民室内PM2.5污染水平初步研究显示文摘目的了解兰州市采暖期居民室内PM2.5污染水平,并初步分析不同居住条件和人群时间-活动模式下室内PM2.5污染水平的差异。方法采用固定便携式空气采样泵进行室内(厨房和卧室)PM2.5样品收集,重量法分析室内PM2.5污染水平;同时进行住户基本情况及时间-活动模式的问卷调查。结果被调查的53户厨房、卧室PM2.5平均浓度分别为124.75、118.91μg/m3;西固区(污染区)与对照区的厨房、卧室PM2.5平均浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。79.3%(42/53)的厨房空气样品PM2.5浓度超过GB 3095—2012《环境空气质量标准》二级标准,卧室超标率为77.4%(41/53)。独栋楼房厨房PM2.5平均浓度(171.32μg/m3)高于单元楼房(115.22μg/m3);集中供暖户的厨房和卧室PM2.5平均浓度(109.51、97.78μg/m3)均低于安装烟囱煤炉者(167.23、177.75μg/m3);燃煤厨房PM2.5平均浓度(203.56μg/m3)高于燃气厨房(113.58μg/m3)和用电厨房(107.31μg/m3);采样24 h内总做饭时间>1 h的厨房和卧室PM2.5平均浓度高于≤1 h者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论本次调查的兰州市采暖期居民室内PM2.5污染比较严重,其污染水平受到住房条件、取暖方式、燃料类型及做饭时间的影响。范德龙 曹素珍 张亚群 黄楠 董婷 赵秀阁 李天昕 段小丽 Yawei Zhang 2014环境与健康杂志2014,31,3:11
5Effect of Cl^- on the Properties of the Passive Films Formed on 316L Stainless Steel in Acidic Solution显示文摘The corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel(316L SS) has been investigated in solutions containing various concentrations of chloride ions by using potentiodynamic polarization, capacitance measurement and Motte Schottky relationship analysis(Me S). The result indicates that passive currents change slightly with the addition of chloride ions. The pitting potential(Epit) decreases linearly with log[Cl ]. Correspondingly, the point defect diffusion coefficient(Do) of the passive film increases linearly with increasing log[Cl ]. 6Development of a static test apparatus for evaluating the performance of three PM2.5 separators commonly used in China显示文摘PM2.5 separator directly affects the accuracy of PM2.5 sampling.The specification testing and evaluation for PM2.5 separator is particularly important,especially under China’s wide variation of terrain and climate.In this study,first a static test apparatus based on polydisperse aerosol was established and calibrated to evaluate the performance of the PM2.5 separators.A uniform mixing chamber was developed to make particles mix completely.The aerosol concentration relative standard deviations of three test points at the same horizontal chamber position were less than 0.57%,and the particle size distribution obeyed logarithmic normal distribution with an R2 of 0.996.The flow rate deviation between the measurement and the set point flow rate agreed to within±1.0%in the range of-40 to 50℃.Secondly,the separation,flow and loading characteristics of three cyclone separators(VSCC-A,SCC-A and SCC112)were evaluated using this system.The results showed that the 50%cutoff sizes(D50)of the three cyclones were 2.48,2.47 and 2.44μm when worked at the manufacturer’s recommended flow rates,respectively.The geometric standard deviation(GSD)of the capture efficiency of VSCCA was 1.23,showed a slightly sharper than SCC-A(GSD=1.27),while the SCC112 did not meet the relevant indicator(GSD=1.2±0.1)with a GSD=1.44.The flow rate and loading test had a great effect on D50,while the GSD remained almost the same as before.In addition,the maintenance frequency under different air pollution conditions of the cyclones was summarized according to the loading test.Peng Du Jianguo Liu Huaqiao Gui Jiaoshi Zhang Tongzhu Yu Jie Wang Yin Cheng Yihuai Lu Yawei Yao Qiang Fu ChihChieh Chen 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1:9
7Primarily screening and analyzing ESTs differentially expressed in rats' primary liver cancer显示文摘Objective: To screen and analyze key express sequence tags (ESTs) which were differentially displayed in every period of SD rats' primary hepatic carcinoma and reveal the molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis. Methods: Using diethylnitrosamine (DENA) as a cancerigenic agent, animal models with different phases of primary hepatic cancer were constructed in SD rats. Rats were respectively sacrificed at d 14, d 28, d 56, d 77, d 105 and d 112 after the rats received DENA by gavage, then the livers were harvested. One part of the livers was classified according to their pathological changes, while the other was reserved for molecular mechanism studies on hepatocarcinogenesis. The differentially expressed genes were isolated from both normal and morbid tissues by mRNA differential display technique (DDRT-PCR). After the fragments were sequenced, bioinformatics were used to analyze the results. Results: Twelve differentially expressed cDNA fragments were obtained. Nine fragments had the homology with known cDNA clones, especially EST-7 was similar to BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene and the identity was 100% which suggested EST-7 may be the part of BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene. In contrast, other three fragments (EST-1, EST-3 and EST-5) had extremely low identity to any genes registered in GENBANK databases. Conclusions: BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene was expressed in different periods of hepatocarcinogenesis. 8Remaining Useful Life Model and Assessment of Mechanical Products: A Brief Review and a Note on the State Space Model Method显示文摘The remaining useful life(RUL) prediction of mechanical products has been widely studied for online system performance reliability, device remanufacturing, and product safety(safety awareness and safety improvement). These studies incorporated many di erent models, algorithms, and techniques for modeling and assessment. In this paper, methods of RUL assessment are summarized and expounded upon using two major methods: physics model based and data driven based methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each of these methods are deliberated and compared as well. Due to the intricacy of failure mechanism in system, and di culty in physics degradation observation, RUL assessment based on observations of performance variables turns into a science in evaluating the degradation. A modeling method from control systems, the state space model(SSM), as a first order hidden Markov, is presented. In the context of non-linear and non-Gaussian systems, the SSM methodology is capable of performing remaining life assessment by using Bayesian estimation(sequential Monte Carlo). Being e ective for non-linear and non-Gaussian dynamics, the methodology can perform the assessment recursively online for applications in CBM(condition based maintenance), PHM(prognostics and health management), remanufacturing, and system performance reliability. 9Processes of coastal ecosystem carbon sequestration and approaches for increasing carbon sink显示文摘The oceans are the largest carbon pools on Earth, and play the role of a 'buffer' in climate change. Blue carbon, the carbon(mainly organic carbon) captured by marine ecosystems, is one of the important mechanisms of marine carbon storage.Blue carbon was initially recognized only in the form of visible coastal plant carbon sequestration. In fact, microorganisms(phytoplankton, bacteria, archaea, viruses, and protozoa), which did not receive much attention in the past, account for more than 90% of the total marine biomass and are the main contributors to blue carbon. Chinese coastal seas, equivalent to 1/3 of China's total land area, have a huge carbon sink potential needing urgently research and development. In this paper, we focus on the processes and mechanisms of coastal ocean's carbon sequestration and the approaches for increasing that sequestration. We discuss the structures of coastal ecosystems, the processes of carbon cycle, and the mechanisms of carbon sequestration. Using the evolution of coastal ocean's carbon sinks in sedimentary records over geologic times, we also discuss the possible effects of natural processes and anthropogenic activities on marine carbon sinks. 10Effects of chlortetracycline,Cu and their combination on the performance and microbial community dynamics in swine manure anaerobic digestion显示文摘Swine manure was typical for the combined pollution of heavy metals and antibiotics. The effects of widely used veterinary antibiotic chlortetracycline(CTC), Cu and their combination on swine manure anaerobic digestion performance and microbial community have never been investigated. Thus, four 2 L anaerobic digestion reactors were established including reactor A(control), B(CTC spiked by 0.5 g/kg dry weight, dw), C(Cu spiked by 5 g/kg dw) and D(combination of CTC, 0.5 g/kg dw, and Cu, 5 g/kg dw), and dynamics of bacterial and archaeal community structure was investigated using high throughput sequencing method. Results showed that addition of CTC and Cu separately could increase the total biogas production by21.6% and 15.8%, respectively, while combination of CTC and Cu severely inhibited anaerobic digestion(by 30.3%). Furthermore, corresponding to different stages and reactors, four kinds of microbes including bacteria and archaea were described in detail, and the effects of CTC, Cu and their combination mainly occurred at hydrolysis and acidification phases. The addition of Cu alone changed the dynamics of archaeal community significantly. 11Contamination trends of polybrominated diphenyl ethers, organochlorine pesticides and heavy metals in sediments from Dagu Drainage River estuary, Tianjin显示文摘Concentrations of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and heavy metals in two sediment cores, taken from the Dagu Drainage River, were determined. The contamination trends of these three kinds of compounds were obtained. The results showed that concentrations of PBDEs increased in recent years; there were new contamination sources for OCPs in this area; contamination levels of heavy metals had no significant change in the last several years. 13Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable.SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1:5
14An analytical method for chlorinated paraffins and their determination in soil samples显示文摘Short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) are possibly persistent organic pollutants (POPs), and are candidate POPs of the Stockholm Convention. In this study, three quantitative methods for analyzing CPs were compared using a gas chromatograph-electron capture detector (GC-ECD), gas chromatograph-electron capture negative ion low resolution mass spectrometry (GC-ECNI-LRMS) and gas chromatograph-electron ionization tandem mass spectrometry (GC-EI-MS2). A quantitative method for the analysis of total CPs in soil samples was established. 15美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者特征和HBsAg阳性影响因素的贝叶斯网络模型分析显示文摘目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)门诊患者的特征,探讨HBsAg阳性的影响因素及因素间复杂的网络关系。方法:于2014年9-11月对广西壮族自治区3个MMT门诊正在接受治疗的1040名患者,采用面对面问卷调查、病历查阅等方式收集其一般人口学特征、吸毒情况、MMT情况、性行为、抗-HCV、HIV感染情况等,检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HCV情况,通过χ^2检验、非条件logistic回归和贝叶斯网络模型分析HBsAg阳性的影响因素及因素间复杂的网络关系。结果:研究对象1031例,HBsAg阳性率为11.35%(117/1031),抗-HCV阳性者740例,HBsAg阳性率为10.27%(76/740)。控制混杂因素后,抗-HBs阳性与阴性者相比,不易出现HBsAg阳性(OR=0.05,95%CI:0.03~0.09);抗-HCV阳性与阴性者相比,也不易出现HBsAg阳性(OR=0.30,95%CI:0.17~0.52);有乙型肝炎(乙肝)家族史比没有乙肝家族史者更容易出现HBsAg阳性(OR=5.30,95%CI:2.68~10.52)。贝叶斯网络模型结果显示:乙肝家族史、抗-HBs与HBsAg阳性直接相关,抗-HCV、最近3个月注射吸毒、治疗期间吸食其他毒品与HBsAg阳性间接相关。结论:MMT门诊患者中抗-HBs、乙肝家族史、抗-HCV、最近3个月注射吸毒及治疗期间吸食其他毒品与HBsAg阳性相关。邵志宏 石璟 姚添 冯丹 董爽 石珊 冯永亮 Zhang Yawei 王素萍 2020中华流行病学杂志2020,41,3:4

Herein, a MoO_2-ordered mesoporous carbon (M-OMC)hybrid was designed as the sulfur host, in which MoO_2 is inlaid on the surface of ordered mesoporous carbons that can store active materials and provide fast electron transfer channel due to its ordered pore structure. 17Ultralight and ordered lamellar polyimide-based graphene foams with efficient broadband electromagnetic absorption显示文摘The development of high-performance microwave absorption materials with strong absorption capacity and broad bandwidth is highly desirable in the field of electromagnetic pollution protection.Herein,ultralight polyimide-based graphene foam with ordered lamellar structure is precisely designed and controllably constructed by bidirectional freezing process.More lamellar interfaces formed inside the foam per unit volume effectively facilitate the layer-by-layer dissipation for the vertical incident electromagnetic waves,thereby endowing the foam with efficient broadband electromagnetic absorption performance.More importantly,electromagnetic absorption performance can be controllably adjusted by optimizing impedance distribution and microstructure of skeletons.As a result,the optimized foam with an ultralow density of 9.10 mg/cm^(3)presents a minimum reflection loss value of-61.29 dB at 9.25 GHz and an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.51 GHz(7.06-12.57 GHz,covering the whole X band) when the thickness is 4.75 mm.Yawei Zhang Shuangshuang Li Xinwei Tang Wei Fan Qianqian Lan Le Li Piming Ma Weifu Dong Zicheng Wang Tianxi Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,7:3
18Identification of novel Lynch syndrome mutations in Chinese patients with endometriod endometrial cancer显示文摘Objective:Lynch syndrome(LS)predisposes patients to early onset endometrioid endometrial cancer(EEC).However,little is known about LS-related EEC in the Chinese population.The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of LS and to identify the specific variants of LS in Chinese patients with EEC.Methods:We applied universal immunohistochemistry screening to detect the expression of mismatch repair(MMR)proteins,which was followed by MLH1 methylation analysis to identify suspected LS cases,next-generation sequencing(NGS)to confirm LS,and microsatellite instability(MSI)analysis to verify LS.Results:We collected 211 samples with EEC.Twenty-seven(27/211,12.8%)EEC cases had a loss of MMR protein expression.After MLH1 methylation analysis,16 EEC cases were suggested to be associated with LS.Finally,through NGS and MSI analysis,we determined that 10 EEC(10/209,4.78%)cases were associated with LS.Among those cases,3 unreported mutations(1 frameshift and 2 nonsense)were identified.M SH6 c.597_597delC,found in 4 patients,is likely to be a founder mutation in China.Conclusions:We demonstrated the feasibility of a process for LS screening in Chinese patients with EEC,by using universal immunohistochemistry screening followed by MLH1 methylation analysis and confirmation through NGS and MSI analysis.The novel mutations identified in this study expand knowledge of LS.Caixia Ren Yan Liu Yuxiang Wang Yan Tang Yawei Wei Congrong Liu Hongquan Zhang 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,2:3
19Rare-earth based materials:an effective toolbox for brain imaging,therapy,monitoring and neuromodulation显示文摘Brain diseases, including tumors and neurodegenerative disorders, are among the most serious health problems. Non-invasively high-resolution imaging methods are required to gain anatomical structures and information of the brain. In addition, efficient diagnosis technology is also needed to treat brain disease. Rare-earth based materials possess unique optical properties, superior magnetism, and high X-ray absorption abilities, enabling high-resolution imaging of the brain through magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography imaging, and fluorescence imaging technologies. In addition, rare-earth based materials can be used to detect, treat, and regulate of brain diseases through fine modulation of their structures and functions. Importantly, rare-earth based materials coupled with biomolecules such as antibodies, peptides, and drugs can overcome the blood-brain barrier and be used for targeted treatment. Herein, this review highlights the rational design and application of rare-earth based materials in brain imaging, therapy, monitoring, and neuromodulation. 20Glucagon-like peptide 1 reverses myocardial hypertrophy through cAMP/PKA/RhoA/ROCK2 signaling显示文摘Myocardial hypertrophy is a major pathological and physiological process during heart failure.Glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1)is a glucagon incretin hormone released from the gut endocrine L-cells that has protective effects on various cardiovascular diseases,in eluding hyperte nsion,atherosclerosis,and myocardial hypertrophy.However,the protective mechanisms of GLP-1 in myocardial hypertrophy remain unclear.Here,we showed that the GLP-1 agonist liraglutide and dipeptidyl peptidase 4 inhibitor alogliptin decreased heart weight and cardiac muscle cell volume in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).In H9C2 cell hypertensive models induced by angiotensin II,GLP-1 treatment reduced myocardial cell volume,inhibited the expressions of atrial natriuretie peptide,brain/B-type natriuretic peptide,p-myosin heavy chain,RhoA,and ROCK2,and decreased MLC and MYPT1 phosphorylation.When H9C2 cells were treated with H89,a PKA inhibitor,the inhibitory effect of GLP-1 disappeared,while the inhibitory role was enhaneed under the treatment of Y-27632,a ROCK2 inhibitor.These results suggested that GLP-1 might reverse myocardial hypertrophy through the PKA/RhoA/ROCK2 signaling pathway.Shaohua Fan Qianfeng Xiong Xin Zhang Lihui Zhang Yawei Shi 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,6:2
