1Development of a static test apparatus for evaluating the performance of three PM2.5 separators commonly used in China显示文摘PM2.5 separator directly affects the accuracy of PM2.5 sampling.The specification testing and evaluation for PM2.5 separator is particularly important,especially under China’s wide variation of terrain and climate.In this study,first a static test apparatus based on polydisperse aerosol was established and calibrated to evaluate the performance of the PM2.5 separators.A uniform mixing chamber was developed to make particles mix completely.The aerosol concentration relative standard deviations of three test points at the same horizontal chamber position were less than 0.57%,and the particle size distribution obeyed logarithmic normal distribution with an R2 of 0.996.The flow rate deviation between the measurement and the set point flow rate agreed to within±1.0%in the range of-40 to 50℃.Secondly,the separation,flow and loading characteristics of three cyclone separators(VSCC-A,SCC-A and SCC112)were evaluated using this system.The results showed that the 50%cutoff sizes(D50)of the three cyclones were 2.48,2.47 and 2.44μm when worked at the manufacturer’s recommended flow rates,respectively.The geometric standard deviation(GSD)of the capture efficiency of VSCCA was 1.23,showed a slightly sharper than SCC-A(GSD=1.27),while the SCC112 did not meet the relevant indicator(GSD=1.2±0.1)with a GSD=1.44.The flow rate and loading test had a great effect on D50,while the GSD remained almost the same as before.In addition,the maintenance frequency under different air pollution conditions of the cyclones was summarized according to the loading test.Peng Du Jianguo Liu Huaqiao Gui Jiaoshi Zhang Tongzhu Yu Jie Wang Yin Cheng Yihuai Lu Yawei Yao Qiang Fu ChihChieh Chen 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1:9
2Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable.SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1:5
3Comparative study of the effects of Danhong injection with different doses on ischemic stroke: A substudy of hospital-based Danhong injection registry显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Danhong injection(DHI) with different doses on ischemic stroke.METHODS: Chinese hospital registered DHI study is a perspective observational study, in which a total of 1292 patients with ischemic stroke were treated with DHI. Two different doses of DHI were used in the present study. The patients were matched by acute phase of ischemic stroke(within 2 weeks after onset), partial anterior circulation infraction, sex, age, and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score. Finally 148 patients were grouped into the 20 or 40 mL DHI group with 74 in each. The primary endpoint was the improvement of NIHSS score at 14-day after treatment.RESULTS: Of the 148 patients with ischemic stroke,the 74 in the 40 mL DHI group had clinically important improvements in the NIHSS score. The baseline and 14-day NIHSS score for the 40 mL DHI group were 6.6 ± 4.3 and 2.4 ± 2.5 respectively, versus 6.3± 5.7 and 3.6 ± 4.2, for the 20 mL DHI group(change from baseline in the 40 mL DHI group vs change from baseline in the 20 mL DHI group,-1.49points; P = 0.029). Improvements were maintained after the baseline characteristics and other drugs were controlled(P = 0.012). 4A promising trend for field information collection:An air-ground multi-sensor monitoring system显示文摘Timely identifying and quantifying significant spatial and temporal variability in agricultural field has been a crucial factor for improving agricultural production and management.This paper focuses on the mainstream techniques and applications can be adopted to improve the field information collection method.In this paper,the development of wireless sensor networks(WSNs)and remote sensing(RS)technology were reviewed,especially the micro unmanned aerial vehicle(mUAV)-based WSNs and mUAV-based RS by analyzing its applications in field information collection,and pointed out its existing benefits and limitations.A system encompassed multiple technique approaches was proposed in this paper which is called air-ground multi-sensor monitoring system.With the diversification methods of in-field information collection and the improvement of detection precision,an infield information collection system will play an important role in controlling the farming operations of mechanized agriculture and optimizing the management of agricultural machinery group.In the future,the combination of mUAV,WSNs and RS for crop and soil monitoring will become a powerful tool to obtain field information,increase production,optimize the overall farming practices and input of resources and provide comprehensive reference for the study of soil-crops-machine relationships.Yawei Zhang Du Chen Shumao Wang Lei Tian 2018Information Processing in Agriculture2018,5,2:2

6Treatment of refractory H.pylori by Chai Ping Decoction:two case reports显示文摘目的:幽门螺杆菌感染是最常见的感染之一,目前已经广泛应用了很多医学治疗措施,比如四联疗法和序贯疗法。但部分患者经多次治疗仍有感染。在幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗中,中药得到了广泛的应用。对于反复感染幽门螺杆菌的患者,中医治疗与抗生素治疗相结合是否有效尚需临床观察。方法:报告2例难治性幽门螺杆菌感染病例。一例是一名60岁的中国妇女,诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎和幽门螺杆菌感染,胃部不适,食欲不振,情绪低落,排便不规律。另一例是一名46岁的越南妇女,已经腹痛11年。我们采用柴平汤联合序贯治疗两例患者。结果:两例患者治疗后均疼痛缓解,幽门螺杆菌被根除。结论:中药联合序贯治疗可能清除幽门螺杆菌感染。根据中医理论,患者出现腹部不适症状,为脾虚湿气证,可以被较好的治疗。Heqing Chen Yawei Du Xiaoyi Tang Shuo Feng Xiaoli Wang Xinyi Li Yeyin Hu Youping Li Guihua Tian Bo Li 2018TMR Clinical Research2018,1,2:0
7Design and evaluation of chitosan-amino acid thermosensitive hydrogel显示文摘Chitosan/glycerophosphate thermosensitive hydrogel crosslinked physically was a potential drug delivery carrier;however, long gelation time limits its application. Here, chitosan-amino acid (AA) thermosensitive hydrogels were prepared from chitosan (CS), αβ-glycerophosphate (GP), and L-lysine (Lys) or L-glutamic acid (Glu). The prepared CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP hydrogel showed good thermosensitivity and could form gels in a short time. The optimal parameters of CS-Lys/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Lys was 2.5%, the ratio of CS/Lys was 3.5/1.0, the ratio of CS-Lys/GP was 4.5/1.0. The optimal parameters of CS-Glu/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Glu was 3.0%, the ratio of CS/Glu was 2.0/1.0, and the ratio of CS-Glu/GP was 4.0/1.5. Chitosan-amino acid (CS-AA) thermosensitive hydrogel had a three-dimensional network structure. The addition of model drug tinidazole (TNZ) had no obvious effect on the structure of hydrogel. The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that there were hydrogen bonds between amino acids and chitosan. In vitro release results showed that CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP thermosensitive hydrogels had sustained release effects. 8In Situ-Activated Phospholipid-Mimic Artemisinin Prodrug via Injectable Hydrogel Nano/Microsphere for Rheumatoid Arthritis Therapy显示文摘In situ-activated therapy is a decent option for localized diseases with improved efficacies and reduced side effects,which is heavily dependent on the local conversion or activation of bioinert components.In this work,we applied a phospholipid-mimic artemisinin prodrug(ARP)for preparing an injectable nano/microsphere to first realize an in situ-activated therapy of the typical systemically administrated artemisinin-based medicines for a localized rheumatoid arthritis(RA)lesion.ARP is simultaneously an alternative of phospholipids and an enzyme-independent activable prodrug,which can formulate“drug-in-drug”co-delivery liposomes with cargo of partner drugs(e.g.,methotrexate).To further stabilize ARP/methotrexate“drug-in-drug”liposomes(MTX/ARPL)for a long-term intra-articular retention,a liposome-embedded hydrogel nano/microsphere(MTX/ARPL@MS)was prepared.After the local injection,the MTX/ARPL could be slowly released because of imine hydrolysis and targeted to RA synovial macrophages and fibroblasts simultaneously.ARP assembly is relatively stable before cellular internalization but disassembled ARP after lysosomal escape and converted into dihydroartemisinin rapidly to realize the effective in situ activation.Taken together,phospholipid-mimic ARP was applied for the firstly localized in situ-activated RA therapy of artemisinin-based drugs,which also provided a brand-new phospholipid-mimic strategy for other systemically administrated prodrugs to realize a remodeling therapeutic schedule for localized diseases.Yawei Du Chao Li Yu Zhang Wei Xiong Fei Wang Juan Wang Yingze Zhang Lianfu Deng Xinsong Li Wei Chen Wenguo Cui 2023Research2023,,3:0
9Design and performance analysis of indoor calibration device for the forcemeasuring system of the tractor three-point hitch显示文摘The real-time monitoring of the load in farming by the sensor installed on the tractor's three-point hitch can effectively improve the farming efficiency and force-position combined control,reduce the compaction risk of the wheel on the soil and reduce the fuel consumption in farming process.However,the measurement and quantification of the loads on the three-point hitch have some problems remaining unresolved:testing the accuracy and reliability of a load measuring system is hard when the tractor works in a field,the mathematical model of spatial forces usually lacks a practical and effective validation,and the calibration process of the measurement system is inconvenient and incomplete while easily causing a low accuracy.Specifically,this paper builds a new spatial-force mathematical model based on the geometry of a three-point hitch.To eliminate the discrepancy of the geometric model with the actual structure and to refine the mathematical model,a calibration process is conducted by developing a calibration bench,which is equipped with a data acquisition system and a multi-parameter monitoring interface.The three-point hitch installed on this calibration bench is subject to steady-state loading.The loading force,angle of the lower drawbar,and three-component forces(three shaft pin sensors’forces)of the three-point hitch are well measured.With applying for the measured data to calibrate the theoretical mathematic model eventually derives the resultant force from all the three-component forces,a dynamical loading bench was developed to test the calculated resultant force for the three-point hitch during the sinusoidal and randomly variant dynamical loadings tests.A hitch force measurement system is also developed to collect real-time data and calculate the resultant force of measured three-component forces through the calibrated mathematical model.The results of the dynamical loading tests show that the average relative error MRE=1.09%with an average force measurement time delay beingΔt=0.5 s,the root mean square error RMSE=59.3 N,and the coefficient of determination R2=0.9903.As observed,the shape and the trend of the generated resultant force curve are basically the dynamical loading force.The dynamical loading test proves the high efficacy and reliability of the proposed indoor calibration method for calculating the load based on the three-component forces as measured on the three-point hitch.Besides,the preliminary study of the proposed method on the hitch load provides great potential to improve the indoor six-component measurement and quantification of both the force and momentum acting on the three-point hitch.Dong Dai Du Chen Xu Mao Yawei Zhang Yutong Li Shumao Wang Bin Zhang 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3:0
