1Application of Land-use Change Model in Guiding Regional Planning:A Case Study in Hun-Taizi River Watershed,Northeast China显示文摘This paper firstly investigated the land-use and land-cover change (LUCC) in the Hun-Taizi River watershed, Northeast China from 1988 to 2004 based on remotely sensed images and geographic information systems (GIS) technology. Then, using the famous land-use change model of Conversion of Land Use and its Effects at Small regional extent (CLUE-S), this paper simulated the land use changes under historical trend (HT), urban planning (UP) and ecological protection (EP) scenarios considering urban planning and ecological protection over the next 20 years. The simulated results under UP scenario in 2020 were compared with the planning map to assess the feasibility of using land-use change model to guide regional planning. Results show that forest land, dry farmland, paddy, and shrub land were the main land-use categories. Paddy and dry farmland being converted to urban area and rural settlement characterized the land-use change from 1988 to 2004. The main land-use categories changed over time. Landscape-pattern fragmentation will be worse under HT and UP scenarios, but better in EP scenario. The comparing results of simulated map with planning map in 2020 show that land-use change model is powerful tool to guide regional planning. 2Influence of the quickness and duration of De Qi on the analgesic effect of acupuncture in primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of the quickness and duration of De Qi(or Qi arrival) on the analgesic effect of acupuncture in primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern.METHODS: Sixty-eight patients were randomly assigned to the De Qi group(deep needling with thick needles and manipulation, n = 17) or the non-De Qi group(shallow needling with thin needles and no manipulation, n = 51). Both groups underwent needling at Sanyinjiao(SP 6) for 30 min.The visual analogue scale was used to measure the degree of menstrual pain, and the Acupuncture De Qi Clinical Assessment Scale was used to assess De Qi. Only data from patients who experienced actual De Qi were included in the analysis.RESULTS: Thirty-nine patients experienced actual De Qi. Patients who experienced actual De Qi in the De Qi group(n = 14) felt De Qi more rapidly(P =0.028) and for a longer duration(P = 0.04) than patients who experienced actual De Qi in the non-De Qi group(n = 25). Both groups showed a reduction in the visual analogue scale score for pain after treatment. The analgesic effect did not significantly differ between the two groups. The occurrence time of De Qi showed a significant negative correlation with pain reduction at 20 and 30 min after needle removal(P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the duration of De Qi and the therapeutic effect.CONCLUSION: In primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern,quicker onset of De Qi when needling Sanyinjiao(SP 6) achieves a better analgesic outcome. However, a longer duration of De Qi does not affect the degree of analgesia. 3A new method for optimal FTU placement in distribution network under consideration of power service reliability显示文摘Modern distribution network with high penetration of intermittent renewable sources and the so-called prosumers requires more reliable distribution automation(DA) system for safe operation and control. The design of optimal feeder terminal units(FTU)placement is critical and economical for the effective DA application. Previously proposed solutions of optimal FTU placement aiming to ensure the accuracy of state estimation(SE), typically include the following two main shortcomings: 1) only to obtain the optimal FTU placement in quantity, and the analysis of FTU location is not considered yet; 2) few consider the uncertainty of intermittent power injections in the analysis of state estimation. In this paper, a modified methodology of FTU placement is proposed not only aiming to ensure the accuracy of state estimation with the minimum number of meters, but also finding those specific FTU locations to guarantee the power service reliability. Moreover, the uncertainty models of those intermittent power injections are also considered by using probability density function(PDF). The resultant optimization problem is addressed by using the covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy(CMA-ES). 4Natural variations of ZmSRO1d modulate the trade-off between drought resistance and yield by affecting ZmRBOHC-mediated stomatal ROS production in maize显示文摘While crop yields have historically increased,drought resistance has become a major concern in the context of global climate change.The trade-off between crop yield and drought resistance is a common phenomenon;however,the underlying molecular modulators remain undetermined.Through genome-wide association study,we revealed that three non-synonymous variants in a drought-resistant allele of ZmSRO1d-R resulted in plasma membrane localization and enhanced mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of ZmSRO1d toward ZmRBOHC,which increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in guard cells and promoted stomatal closure.ZmSRO1d-R enhanced plant drought resilience and protected grain yields under drought conditions,but it led to yield drag under favorable conditions.In contrast,loss-of-function mutants of ZmRBOHC showed remarkably increased yields under well-watered conditions,whereas they showed compromised drought resistance.Interestingly,by analyzing 189 teosinte accessions,we found that the ZmSRO1d-R allele was present in teosinte but was selected against during maize domestication and modern breeding.Collectively,our work suggests that the allele frequency reduction of ZmSRO1d-R in breeding programs may have compromised maize drought resistance while increased yields.Therefore,introduction of the ZmSRO1d-R allele into modern maize cultivars would contribute to food security under drought stress caused by global climate change.Huajian Gao Junjun Cui Shengxue Liu Shuhui Wang Yongyan Lian Yunting Bai Tengfei Zhu Haohao Wu Yijie Wang Shiping Yang Xuefeng Li Junhong Zhuang Limei Chen Zhizhong Gong Feng Qin 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,10:2
5China's battery electric vehicles lead the world:achievements in technology system architecture and technological breakthroughs显示文摘Developing new energy vehicles has been a worldwide consensus,and developing new energy vehicles characterized by pure electric drive has been China's national strategy.After more than 20 years of high-quality development of China's electric vehicles(EVs),a technological R&D layout of“Three Verticals and Three Horizontals”has been created,and technological advantages have been accumulated.As a result,China's new energy vehicle market has ranked first in the world since 2015.To systematically solve the key problems of battery electric vehicles(BEVs)such as“driving range anxiety,long battery charging time,and driving safety hazards”,China took the lead in putting forward a“system engineering-based technology system architecture for BEVs”and clarifying its connotation.This paper analyzes the research status and progress of the three core components of this architecture,namely,“BEV platform,charging/swapping station,and real-time operation monitoring platform”,and their key technological points.The three major demonstration projects of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,and the intelligent and connected autonomous battery electric bus project are discussed to specify the applications of BEVs in China.The key research directions for upgrading BEV technologies remain to be further improving the vehicle-level all-climate environmental adaptability and all-day safety of BEVs,systematically solving the charging problem of BEVs and improving their application convenience,and safeguarding safety with early warning and implementing active/passive safety protection for the whole life cycle of power batteries on the basis of BEVs'operation big data.BEVs have acquired new technological features such as intelligent and networked technology empowerment,extensive integration of control-by-wire systems,a platform of chassis hardware,and modularization of functional software.Hongwen He Fengchun Sun Zhenpo Wang Cheng Lin Chengning Zhang Rui Xiong Junjun Deng Xiaoqing Zhu Peng Xie Shuo Zhang Zhongbao Wei Wanke Cao Li Zhai 2022Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2022,1,1:2
6Radiation-hardened property of single-walled carbon nanotube film-based field-effect transistors under low-energy proton irradiation显示文摘Strong C-C bonds,nanoscale cross-section and low atomic number make single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)a potential candidate material for integrated circuits(ICs)applied in outer space.However,very little work combines the simulation calculations with the electrical measurements of SWCNT field-effect transistors(FETs),which limits further understanding on the mechanisms of radiation effects.Here,SWCNT film-based FETs were fabricated to explore the total ionizing dose(TID)and displacement damage effect on the electrical performance under low-energy proton irradiation with different fluences up to 1×1015 p/cm2.Large negative shift of the threshold voltage and obvious decrease of the on-state current verified the TID effect caused in the oxide layer.The stability of the subthreshold swing and the off-state current reveals that the displacement damage caused in the CNT layer is not serious,which proves that the CNT film is radiation-hardened.Specially,according to the simulation,we found the displacement damage caused by protons is different in the source/drain contact area and channel area,leading to varying degrees of change for the contact resistance and sheet resistance.Having analyzed the simulation results and electrical measurements,we explained the low-energy proton irradiation mechanism of the CNT FETs,which is essential for the construction of radiation-hardened CNT film-based ICs for aircrafts.Xiaorui Zhang Huiping Zhu Song’ang Peng Guodong Xiong Chaoyi Zhu Xinnan Huang Shurui Cao Junjun Zhang Yunpeng Yan Yao Yao Dayong Zhang Jingyuan Shi Lei Wang Bo Li Zhi Jin 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11:2

8Establishment of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for soybean protein isolate and its application显示文摘To optimize the conditions for the establishment of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)of soybean protein isolate(SPI),we investigated Ampholine mixture,anodic and cathodic electrolytes,loading amount of sample,acrylamide concentration,p H gradient and gel staining method in twodimensional gel electrophoresis to optimize the protein imaging conditions in two-dimensional gel.The results of mixed-level design experiments showed that Ampholine,loading amount and gel staining method had significant effect(P<0.05)on 2-DE of SPI.The optimal conditions were Ampholine mixture(pH 3–10+pH 5–7 or pH 4–6+pH 5–7),loading amount of 2 mg sample and silver staining.Although the acrylamide concentration of the gel,the p H gradient,the anodic and cathodic electrolyte solutions had significant statistical effects on the protein separation degree,the complexity of the protein composition and the visibility of the gel images were more inclined to the 12%gel,the 3–10 pH gradient and the H3PO4/NaOH electrolyte.According to the established conditions,the hydrolyzed products of SPI emulsion were determined by 2-DE,and the dynamic changes of protein in the process of enzymatic hydrolysis were described.Xinkai Lu Yaoming Cui Junjun Guan Xue Liu Hao Zhu Xuyang Ji Jianzhang Zheng Yunlong Cheng Xiaofei Fu 2020Grain & Oil Science and Technology2020,3,3:2

17Comprehensive analysis of antibacterial and anti-hepatoma activity of metabolites from jujube fruit显示文摘Jujube is one of the most produced dried fruits in China,and it is also a traditional Chinese medicine that enhances immunity and has anti-cancer activity.Jujube fruit is rich in phenolic compounds,but few reports are available on its biological activities.To evaluate the biological activities of the phenolic compounds in dried jujube fruit,the composition and content of metabolites in dried jujube fruit were determined by metabolomics,and the antibacterial and anticancer activities of the phenolic compounds were analyzed in dried jujube fruit.The results showed that 463 compounds were identified in dried‘Junzao’fruit,including 102 phenolic compounds.The in vitro activity test showed that the jujube phenolic metabolites had extensive antibacterial effects and caused disruption and nuclear sclerosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)cells.Canonical correlation analysis showed that total phenolic content,quercetin-3-rutinose,and procyanidin B1 were the main active antibacterial and anticancer components.The study provides data supporting the application of dried jujube fruit in the development of functional foods,pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.Qianqian Shi Xi Li Dajun Zhu Junjun Jiang Xingang Li 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:1

20Synthesis of Uniform Silver Nanoparticles by a Microwave Method in Polyethylene Glycol with the Assistant of Polyvinylpyrrolidone显示文摘We described a method for the rapid synthesis of uniform silver nanoparticles(NPs) under microwave heating, using poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) as reducing agent and solvent and poly(vinylpyrrolidinone)(PVP) as capping agent. The transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and UV-Vis extinction spectra were used to characterize the size and uniformity of the silver NPs. At the same reaction temperature, the products with microwave heating were more uniform than that with oil heating. We also investigated the influence of reaction temperature, microwave power, and molar ratio of PVP to AgNO3.
