1A nonlinear POD reduced order model for limit cycle oscillation prediction显示文摘As the amplitude of the unsteady flow oscillation is large or large changes occur in the mean background flow such as limit cycle oscillation,the traditional proper orthogonal decomposition reduced order model based on linearized time or frequency domain small disturbance solvers can not capture the main nonlinear features.A new nonlinear reduced order model based on the dynamically nonlinear flow equation was investigated.The nonlinear second order snapshot equation in the time domain for proper orthogonal decomposition basis construction was obtained from the Taylor series expansion of the flow solver.The NLR 7301 airfoil configuration and Goland+ wing/store aeroelastic model were used to validate the capability and efficiency of the new nonlinear reduced order model.The simulation results indicate that the proposed new reduced order model can capture the limit cycle oscillation of aeroelastic system very well,while the traditional proper orthogonal decomposition reduced order model will lose effectiveness.CHEN Gang *,LI YueMing & YAN GuiRong MOE Key Laboratory for Strength & Vibration,College of Aerospace,Xi’an Jiaotong University,Xi’an 710049,China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,7:7
2Transcriptome analysis reveals key differentially expressed genes involved in wheat grain development显示文摘Wheat seed development is an important physiological process of seed maturation and directly affects wheat yield and quality. In this study, we performed dynamic transcriptome microarray analysis of an elite Chinese bread wheat cultivar(Jimai 20) during grain development using the Gene Chip Wheat Genome Array. Grain morphology and scanning electron microscope observations showed that the period of 11–15 days post-anthesis(DPA) was a key stage for the synthesis and accumulation of seed starch. Genome-wide transcriptional profiling and significance analysis of microarrays revealed that the period from 11 to 15 DPA was more important than the 15–20 DPA stage for the synthesis and accumulation of nutritive reserves.Series test of cluster analysis of differential genes revealed five statistically significant gene expression profiles. Gene ontology annotation and enrichment analysis gave further information about differentially expressed genes, and Map Man analysis revealed expression changes within functional groups during seed development. Metabolic pathway network analysis showed that major and minor metabolic pathways regulate one another to ensure regular seed development and nutritive reserve accumulation. We performed gene co-expression network analysis to identify genes that play vital roles in seed development and identified several key genes involved in important metabolic pathways. The transcriptional expression of eight key genes involved in starch and protein synthesis and stress defense was further validated by q RT-PCR. 3Novel circular RNA expression profile of uveal melanoma revealed by microarray显示文摘Objective: The present study aimed to investigate circular RNA(circRNA) expression in uveal melanoma(UM).Methods: First,we used microarray to compare the expression profiles of circRNA in five UM samples and five normal uvea tissues.Next,bioinformatics analyses,including gene ontology(GO) analysis and pathway analysis,were applied to study these differentially expressed circRNAs to predict pathogenic pathways that may be involved.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) in 20 UM samples and 20 normal uvea samples was used to confirm the circRNA expression profiles obtained from the microarray data.Finally,we analyzed the interaction between validated circRNAs and their potential cancer-associated miRNA targets.Results: In total,50,579 circRNAs [fold change(FC) ≥2.0; P<0.05],including 20,654 up-regulated and 29,925 down-regulated circRNAs,were identified as differentially expressed between UM tissues and normal uvea tissues.We used qRT-PCR to verify seven dysregulated circRNAs indicated by the microarray data,including hsa_circ_0119873,hsa_circ_0128533,hsa_circ_0047924,hsa_circ_0103232,hsa-circRNA10628-6,hsa_circ_0032148 and hsa_circ_0133460,which may be promising candidates to study future molecular mechanisms.Conclusions: This study explored,for the first time,the abnormal expression of circRNAs in UM and described the expression profile of circRNAs,providing a new potential target for the mechanism of UM and future treatment of UM.Xuan Yang Yang Li Yueming Liu Xiaolin Xu Yingzhi Wang Yanni Yan Wenjia Zhou Jingyan Yang Wenbin Wei 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,6:6

5Single-grain cutting based modeling of abrasive belt wear in cylindrical grinding显示文摘A systematic wear model of the cylindrical grinding process with an alumina abrasive belt from the perspective of single grain sliding wear was established in this study.The model consists of three parts:a single cutting force model derived by applying a stress integration method,a single grain wear height analysis based on the wear rate of alumina,and a grinding mileage prediction of multiple grains with Gaussian distributed protrusion heights.Cutting force,single grain wear height and full‐size grinding mileage verification experiments were conducted.The results indicated that the established model was in reasonable agreement with the experimental outcomes,which suggests that this model could be useful in the industry to predict the wear process of abrasive belts.Zhe HE Jianyong LI Yueming LIU Jiwang YAN 2020Friction2020,8,1:4
6Active Control Law Design for Flutter/LCO Suppression Based on Reduced Order Model Method显示文摘Active stability augmentation system is an attractive and promising technology to suppress flutter and limit cycle oscillation(LCO).In order to design a good active control law,the control plant model with low order and high accuracy must be provided,which is one of the most important key points.The traditional model is based on low fidelity aerodynamics model such as panel method,which is unsuitable for transonic flight regime.The physics-based high fidelity tools,reduced order model(ROM) and CFD/CSD coupled aeroservoelastic solver are used to design the active control law.The Volterra/ROM is applied to constructing the low order state space model for the nonlinear unsteady aerodynamics and static output feedback method is used to active control law design.The detail of the new method is demonstrated by the Goland+ wing/store system.The simulation results show that the effectiveness of the designed active augmentation system,which can suppress the flutter and LCO successfully.Chen Gang Li Yueming Yan Guirong 2010Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2010,23,6:3

8Effects of water deficit and high N fertilization on wheat storage protein synthesis,gluten secondary structure,and breadmaking quality显示文摘The content and composition of wheat storage proteins are the major determinants of dough rheological properties and breadmaking quality and are influenced by cultivation conditions.This study aimed to investigate the effects of water deficit and high N-fertilizer application on wheat storage protein synthesis,gluten secondary structure,and breadmaking quality.Reverse-phase ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography analysis showed that storage protein and gluten macropolymer accumulation was promoted under both independent applications and a combination of water-deficit and high N-fertilizer treatments.Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy showed that water deficit and high N-fertilizer treatments generally improved protein secondary structure formation and lipid accumulation,and reduced flour moisture.In particular,high N-fertilizer application increasedβ-sheet content by 10.4%and the combination of water-deficit and high N-fertilizer treatments increased random coil content by 7.6%.These changes in gluten content and secondary structure led to improved dough rheological properties and breadmaking quality,including superior loaf internal structure,volume,and score.Our results demonstrate that moderately high N-fertilizer application under drought conditions can improve gluten accumulation,gluten secondary structure formation,and baking quality.Junxian Liu Junwei Zhang Gengrui Zhu Dong Zhu Yueming Yan 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:2
9Effect of high-nitrogen fertilizer on gliadin and glutenin subproteomes during kernel development in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Nitrogen(N),a macronutrient essential for plant growth and development,is needed for biosynthesis of protein and starch,which affect grain yield and quality.Application of high-N fertilizer increases plant growth,grain yield,and flour quality.In this study,we performed the first comparative analysis of gliadin and glutenin subproteomes during kernel development in the elite Chinese wheat cultivar Zhongmai 175 under high-N conditions by reversed-phase ultra-performance liquid chromatography and twodimensional difference gel electrophoresis(2D-DIGE).Application of high-N fertilizer led to significant increases in gluten macropolymer content,total gliadin and glutenin content,and the accumulation of individual storage protein components.Of 126 differentially accumulated proteins(DAPs)induced by high-N conditions,24 gliadins,12 high-molecularweight glutenins,and 27 low-molecular-weight glutenins were significantly upregulated.DAPs during five kernel developmental stages displayed multiple patterns of accumulation.In particular,gliadins and glutenins showed respectively five and six accumulation patterns.The accumulation of storage proteins under high-N conditions may lead to improved dough properties and bread quality.Shoumin Zhen Xiong Deng Xuexin Xu Nannan Liu Dong Zhu Zhimin Wang Yueming Yan 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,1:2

[Method] High temperature resistance and culture conditions of six yeast strains were investigated. [Result] Two yeast strains resistant to high temperature( 45 ℃) with high viable cell number( 108 cells / ml) were screened,including DQFC2117-1 and DQFC2122-2. 14Expression and regulation of genes involved in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway in hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Reserve starch of cereal crop accounts for about 70%of grain endosperm and acts as an important human carbohydrate resource worldwide.Wheat reserve starch is synthesized by enzymatic machinery in endosperm cells.To identify genes involved in starch biosynthesis,we constructed 30 RNA-Seq libraries of 10 endosperm-development periods and performed expression and localization analyses.Of 166 endosperm-expressed homologs of starch biosynthesis-related genes,74 showed expression correlated with reserve starch accumulation,including 26 with expected subcellular distribution and higher expression than their isoforms.The key proteins SUS3,UGP1,cAGPase,and Bt1-3 formed the main metabolic pathway and contributed the major substrates for starch processing in amyloplasts.Important isoforms,key pathway proteins,and the main carbon flux toward starch formation in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway were identified.Based on a coexpression analysis,a library of 425 transcription factors was produced to screen for common regulators.TaMYB44 had features of transcription factors and bound to TaSUT1,TaSSIIIa,TaBEIIa,TaISA1,and TaBEIIb promoters in yeast,suggesting that the gene is a pathway regulator.This study sheds light on understanding the mechanism of reserve starch biosynthesis and will be helpful for increasing starch content in wheat endosperm via biotechnological strategies.Yunsong Gu Shichen Han Lin Chen Junyi Mu Luning Duan Yaxuan Li Yueming Yan Xiaohui Li 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,2:1
