1From core-shell to yolk-shell:Keeping the intimately contacted interface for plasmonic metal@semiconductor nanorods toward enhanced near-infrared photoelectrochemical performance显示文摘Here we report a synthetic strategy for controllable construction of yolk-shell and core-shell plasmonic metal@semiconductor hybrid nanocrystals through modulating the kinetics of sulfurization reaction followed by cation exchange.The yielded yolk-shell structured products feature exceptional crystallinity and more importantly,the intimately adjoined and sharp interface between plasmonic metal and semiconductor which facilitates efficient charge carrier communications between them.By exploiting the system composed of Au nanorods and p-type PbS as a demonstration,we show that the Au@PbS yolk-shell nanorods manifest notable improvement in visible and near infrared light absorption compared to the Au@PbS core-shell nanorods as well as hollow PbS nanorods.Moreover,the photocathode constituted by Au@PbS yolk-shell nanorods affords the highest photoelectrochemical activities both under simulated sunlight andλ>700 nm light irradiation.The superior performance of Au@PbS yolk-shell nanorods is considered arising from the combination of the favorable structural advantages of yolk-shell configuration and the surface plasmon resonance enhancement effect.We envision that the reported synthetic strategy can offer a valuable means to create hybrid nanocrystals with desirable structures and functions that enable to harness the photogenerated charge carriers,including the plasmonic hot holes,in wide-range solar-to-fuel conversion.Xiaodong Wan Jia Liu Dong Wang Yuemei Li Hongzhi Wang Rongrong Pan Erhuan Zhang Xiuming Zhang Xinyuan Li Jiatao Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:2

3The design of HEPS global timing system显示文摘Purpose The high energy photon source(HEPS)is a 4th generation synchrotron light source under construction by the institute of high energy physics.The accelerator complex consists of a 500-MeV Linac,a full-energy synchrotron booster,a 6-GeV synchrotron storage ring(SR),and three e-beam transport lines for injection and extraction among accelerators.A global timing system(GTS)covers the timing needs for all accelerator,beamline,and experiment systems.The GTS is designed to coordinate the injection processes and various measurements and protections.Most systems require that the RMS jitter of the GTS signal is less than 30 ps,while the trigger jitters for the electron gun and SR injection and extraction kickers are less than 10 ps.Method The HEPS GTS is an event-based timing system based on MicroTCA.4 hardware architecture.The MicroTCA.4300 series products from the micro-research Finland Oy are implemented in the HEPS GTS system.Results and conclusions The RMS jitter,integrated from 1 Hz to 10 MHz,of the 166.6 MHz event clock is 5.489 ps.The RMS jitter of TTL outputs is less than 30 ps.This paper reports the design of the HEPS GTS,which satisfies all of the HEPS physics requirements for timing with preliminary test results shown.Fang Liu Ge Lei Zhe Duan Cai Meng Chenyan Lu Yanhua Shao Xinpeng Ma Nan Gan Yuemei Peng Jianshe Cao Chungming Chu Yanfeng Sui Jingyi Li IHEP 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,3:1
4Effect of Yupingfeng Polysaccharide on Serum IL-2 and IFN-γ Levels in Immunosuppressive Mice显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to discuss regulation and protection effect of Yupingfeng polysaccharide( YPF-P) on immunosuppressive mice. [Method]Taking immunosuppressive mice induced by 80 mg / kg cyclophosphamide as test animal model,effects of different doses( 100,200 and 400 mg / kg) of YPF-P on spleen index,serum IL-2 and IFN-γ levels of mice were studied. [Result] High dose of YPF-P( 400 mg / kg) could improve the spleen index of immunosuppressive mice( P < 0. 05). YPF-P could enhance serum IL-2 and IFN-γ levels of immunosuppressive mice,and the effects in middle-dose group and low-dose group were better. 11Control of an Intermittent Outbreak Caused by an Emerging Pandrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii Clone ST457 in a Tertiary Hospital显示文摘Acinetobacter baumannii is a frequent cause of nosocomial infections.Here we report an intermittent outbreak caused by the emerging carbapenem-resistant A.baumannii(CRAB)clone ST457 and assess the effectiveness of patient screening for outbreak control.CRAB isolates were collected from 74 patients admitted to the respiratory intensive care unit of a tertiary hospital between May 2018 and March 2019.Fourteen CRAB isolates were assigned to ST457,and 13 belonged to an outbreak clone,as determined by phylogenomic analysis.Strict patient screening was started at the respiratory intensive care unit on May 2019,through which a ST457-positive patient transferred from the intensive care unit was detected.No positive patients were detected within 3months onwards.The results of this study highlight the importance of rigorous infection prevention and control measures,combined with patient screening,in controlling the CRAB outbreak.Chuqiu Zhang Tingting Xu Yang Ji Wenping Zheng Jingsong Wu Yuemei Lu Huiping Li Rongchang Chen Chen Qiu Kai Zhou 2021Infectious Microbes & Diseases2021,3,4:1

13Doping transition metal in PdSeO_(3)atomic layers by aqueous cation exchange:A new doping protocol for a new 2D photocatalyst显示文摘Elemental doping confined in atomically-thin 2 D semiconductors offers a compelling strategy for constructing high performance photocatalysts.Although impressive progress has been achieved based on co-thermolysis method,the choices of dopants as well as semiconductor hosts are still quite limited to yield the elaborate photocatalyst with atomic-layer-confined doping defects,owing to the difficulty in balancing the reaction kinetics of different precursors.This study shows that the cation exchange reaction,which is dictated by the Pearson's hard and soft acids and bases(HSAB)theory and allowed to proceed at mild temperatures,can be developed into a conceptually new protocol for engineering elemental doping confined in semiconductor atomic layers.To this aim,the two atomic layers of a new type of 2 D photocatalyst PdSe0_(3)(PdSe0_(3)2 ALs,1.1 nm)are created by liquid exfoliation and exploited as a proof-of-concept prototype.It is demonstrated that the Mn(Ⅱ)dopants with controlled concentrations can be incorporated into PdSeO_(3)2 ALs via topological Mn^(2+) for-Pd^(2+) cation exchange performed in water/isopropanol solution at 30℃.The resulting Mn-doped PdSeO_(3)2 ALs present enhanced capacity for driving photocatalytic oxidation reactions in comparison with their undoped counterparts.The findings here suggest that the new route mediated by post synthetic cation exchange promises to give access to manifold 2 D confined-doping photocatalysts,with little perturbations on the thickness,morphology,and crystal structure of the atomically-thin semiconductor hosts.Xiuming Zhang Rongrong Pan Tailei Hou Shuping Zhang Xiaodong Wan Yuemei Li Shan Liu Jia Liu Jiatao Zhang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:0
14Visualization of enantioselective recognition and separation of chiral acids by aggregation-induced emission chiral diamine显示文摘Enantioselective recognition and separation are the most important issues in the fields of chemistry,pharmacy,agrochemical,and food science.Here,we developed two optically active diamines showing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)that can discriminate 5 kinds of chiral acids with high enantioselectivity.Especially,a very high fluorescence intensity ratio(IL/ID)of 281 for(±)-Dibenzoyl-D/L-tartaric acid was obtained through the collection of fluorescence change after interaction with chiral AIE-active diamine.By virtue of AIE property and intermolecular acidbase interaction,enantioselective separation was facilely realized by simple filtration of the precipitates formed by chiral AIE luminogen(AIEgen)and one enantiomer in the racemic solution.The chiral HPLC data indicated that the precipitates of AIEgen/chiral acid possessed 82%L-analyte(the enantiomeric excess value was assessed to be 64%ee).Therefore,this method can serve as a simple,convenient,and low-cost tool for chiral detection and separation.Chunxuan Qi Keyue Wei Qingyang Li Yuemei Li Xiaolong Su Jun-Cheng Yang Jingjing Tian Pu Chen Hai-Tao Feng Ben Zhong Tang 2023Aggregate2023,4,3:0

17Enhancement of microvessel in laser speckle image using gaussian kernel template显示文摘Laser speckle contrast imaging(LSCI)is an optical imaging method,which can monitor microvascularflow variation directly without addition of any ectogenous dye.All the existing laser speckle contrast analysis(LASCA)methods are a combination of spatial and temporal statistics.In this study,we have proposed a new method,Gaussian kernel laser speckle contrast analysis(gLASCA),which processes the raw images primarily with the Gaussian kernel operator along the spatial direction of bloodflow.We explored the properties of gLASCA in the simulation and animal cerebral ischemia perfusion model.Compared with the other existing speckle processing methods based on spatial,temporal,spatial-temporal or anisotropic linear structure;the present gLASCA method has a high spatial-temporal resolution to respond the change of velocity especially in microvasculature.Besides,the gLASCA method obtains approximately 10.2%and 7.1%higher contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)over the anisotropic linear method(aLASCA)in the simulation and experiment models.For these advantages,gLASCA could be a better method for local microvascular laser speckle imaging in terms of cerebral ischemia reperfusion,spreading depression and brain injury diseases.Yameng Zhang Yuemei Zhao Weitao Li Zhiyu Qian Lidong Xing 2019Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2019,,2:0
18Diploid chromosome-level reference genome and population genomic analyses provide insights into Gypenoside biosynthesis and demographic evolution of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Cucurbitaceae)显示文摘Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino is a perennial creeping herbaceous plant in the family Cucurbitaceae,which has great medicinal value and commercial potential,but urgent conservation efforts are needed due to the gradual decreases and fragmented distribution of its wild populations.Here,we report the high-quality diploid chromosome-level genome of G.pentaphyllum obtained using a combination of next-generation sequencing short reads,Nanopore long reads,and Hi-C sequencing technologies.The genome is anchored to 11 pseudo-chromosomes with a total size of 608.95 Mb and 26588 predicted genes.Comparative genomic analyses indicate that G.pentaphyllum is estimated to have diverged from Momordica charantia 60.7 million years ago,with no recent whole-genome duplication event.Genomic population analyses based on genotyping-by-sequencing and ecological niche analyses indicated low genetic diversity but a strong population structure within the species,which could classify 32 G.pentaphyllum populations into three geographical groups shaped jointly by geographic and climate factors.Furthermore,comparative transcriptome analyses showed that the genes encoding enzyme involved in gypenoside biosynthesis had higher expression levels in the leaves and tendrils.Overall,the findings obtained in this study provide an effective molecular basis for further studies of demographic genetics,ecological adaption,and systematic evolution in Cucurbitaceae species,as well as contributing to molecular breeding,and the biosynthesis and biotransformation of gypenoside.Xiao Zhang Yuhe Zhao Yixuan Kou Xiaodan Chen Jia Yang Hao Zhang Zhe Zhao Yuemei Zhao Guifang Zhao Zhonghu Li 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:0
19Paradoxical effects of DNA tumor virus oncogenes on epithelium-derived tumor cell fate during tumor progression and chemotherapy response显示文摘Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection is the risk factors for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical carcinoma,respectively.However,clinical analyses demonstrate that EBV or HPV is associated with improved response of patients,although underlying mechanism remains unclear.Here,we reported that the oncoproteins of DNA viruses,such as LMP1 of EBV and E7 of HPV,inhibit PERK activity in cancer cells via the interaction of the viral oncoproteins with PERK through a conserved motif.Inhibition of PERK led to increased level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)that promoted tumor and enhanced the efficacy of chemotherapy in vivo.Consistently,disruption of viral oncoprotein-PERK interactions attenuated tumor growth and chemotherapy in both cancer cells and tumor-bearing mouse models.Our findings uncovered a paradoxical effect of DNA tumor virus oncoproteins on tumors and highlighted that targeting PERK might be an attractive strategy for the treatment of NPC and cervical carcinoma.Jiang He Liyu Liu Feiyu Tang You Zhou Huan Liu Can Lu Deyun Feng Hong Zhu Yitao Mao Zhi Li Lu Zhang Yuemei Duan Zhi Xiao Musheng Zeng Liang Weng Lun-Quan Sun 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12:0
