1Functional analysis of a novel C-glycosyltransferase in the orchid Dendrobium catenatum显示文摘Flavonoids,which are a diverse class of phytonutrients,are used by organisms to respond to nearly all abiotic stresses and are beneficial for human health.Glycosyltransferase,used during the last step of flavonoid biosynthesis,is important in flavonoid enrichment.However,little is known about glycosyltransferase in the orchid Dendrobium catenatum(D.officinale).In this study,we isolated a novel C-glycosyltransferase(designated DcaCGT)from the orchid D.catenatum by identifying and analyzing 82 putative genes in the GT1 family.DcaCGT could specifically catalyze not only di-C-glycosylation but also O-glycosylation.Apart from the normal function of catalyzing 2-hydroxynaringenin and phloretin to the respective di-C-glycosides,DcaCGT also catalyzes apigenin to cosmosiin.Targeted metabolic profiling of the substrates(2-hydroxynaringenin,phloretin,and apigenin)and products(vitexin,isovitexin,vicenin-2,nothofagin,3’,5’-di-C-glucosylphloretin,and cosmosiin)in different tissues showed that vicenin-2 was the most abundant product of this novel enzyme.Cosmosiin was detected in flowers and flower buds.We also established that DcaCGT functions expanded throughout the evolution of D.catenatum.Residual OGT activity may help D.catenatum resist drought stress.Our study illustrates the function,origin,and differentiation of DcaCGT and provides insights into glycosylation and molecular propagation processes,which can be used to improve the production of flavonoids by the cultivated medicinal plant D.catenatum.Zhiyao Ren Xiaoyu Ji Zhenbin Jiao Yingyi Luo Guo-Qiang Zhang Shengchang Tao Zhouxi Lei Jing Zhang Yuchen Wang Zhong-Jian Liu Gang Wei 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:5

5Impact of chlorites on the wettability of tight oil sandstone reservoirs in the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Wettability is an essential property of reservoirs that is of great importance for enhancing oil recovery(EOR)and oil migration.The wettability of reservoirs is generally believed to be strongly affected by mineral compositions but it is not always the case.An integrated study of petrography and wettability was carried out to determine the impact of chlorite minerals on the wettability of the sandstone reservoirs in the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation.Chlorites are found to be commonly present in the reservoir sandstones as detrital grains,rim-shaped cements,and biotite-chloritized forms with the pore peripheries being largely coated by chlorite,which is the main mineral in direct contact with pores.At pore scale,the wetting state of chlorites can either be oil-wet or water-wet in the tight sandstone reservoirs depending on wettability alteration by oil charge.Chlorites in contact with pores occupy a large of proportions of oil-wet pore walls and are crucial for the formation of oil-wetting state of reservoir sandstones.At core scale,the contents of chlorites in direct contact with pores do not correlate well with the AmottHarvey index due to other factors such as heterogeneity,oil-bearing degrees of samples.Zhongnan WANG Xiaorong LUO Keyu LIU Yuchen FAN Xiangzeng WANG 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,6:1
6Catalyst for Increasing Ethylene and Propylene Production and Its Industrial Application in a Catalytic Pyrolysis Unit显示文摘Light olefins,particularly ethylene and propylene,are the most important building blocks for the petrochemical industry,and demand for their production has been increasing.The catalytic pyrolysis process(CPP)and the corresponding catalyst,developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co.,Ltd.,are designed to maximize the light olefin yield from catalytic cracking of heavy feedstocks.However,owing to the continuing degradation of feedstocks,the original catalyst can no longer maintain its activity.Herein,we describe the rational design of the new catalyst,Epylene,from a new metal-modified hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite and matrix.Epylene was tested in the CPP unit of Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Company.A test run and base run were conducted to demonstrate the better performance of Epylene compared with the original catalyst.The properties of the feedstocks and the operating conditions in both runs were similar.The light olefin yield was increased from 33.95%to 36.50%and the coke yield was only 9.58%in the test run,which was lower than that in the base run.Sha Yuchen Wang Peng Ouyang Ying Zhu Genquan Lu Lijun Song Haitao Lin Wei Luo Yibin 2023China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,2:1

8Video Compressed Sensing Reconstruction Based on Multi-Dimensional Reference Frame Multi Hypothesis Rediction显示文摘In this paper,a video compressed sensing reconstruction algorithm based on multidimensional reference frames is proposed using the sparse characteristics of video signals in different sparse representation domains.First,the overall structure of the proposed video compressed sensing algorithm is introduced in this paper.The paper adopts a multi-reference frame bidirectional prediction hypothesis optimization algorithm.Then,the paper proposes a reconstruction method for CS frames at the re-decoding end.In addition to using key frames of each GOP reconstructed in the time domain as reference frames for reconstructing CS frames,half-pixel reference frames and scaled reference frames in the pixel domain are also used as CS frames.Reference frames of CS frames are used to obtain higher quality assumptions.Themethod of obtaining reference frames in the pixel domain is also discussed in detail in this paper.Finally,the reconstruction algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with video compression algorithms in the literature that have better reconstruction results.Experiments show that the algorithm has better performance than the best multi-reference frame video compression sensing algorithm and can effectively improve the quality of slowmotion video reconstruction.Hua Li Yuchen Yue Jianhua Luo 2022Journal of Information Hiding and Privacy Protection2022,4,2:0

10Pre-operative nasal probe tests with adrenaline and lidocaine ease insertion during flexible bronchoscopy and reduce post-operative bleeding:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Nasal insertion is the preferred method for non-intubated patients in flexible bronchoscopy;however,the relatively narrow nasal cavity results in difficulties related to bronchoscope insertion.This study aimed to investigate whether pre-operative nasal probe tests could reduce the time to pass the glottis,improve the first-pass success rate and patients’tolerance,and reduce postoperative bleeding.Methods:This three-arm prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in a tertiary hospital between May and October 2020.Three hundred patients requiring diagnosis and treatment using flexible bronchoscopy were randomly allocated to three groups:control group,simple cotton bud detection group(CD group),and adrenaline+lidocaine detection group(AD group).The primary outcome was the time to pass the glottis.Secondary outcomes included the first-pass success rate,the patients’tolerance scores,and post-operative bleeding.One-way analysis of variance,Kruskal-WallisH test,Chi-squared test,Fisher’s exact test,and Bonferroni’s multiple comparison tests were used in this study.Results:In total,189 men and 111 women were enrolled in this study,with a mean age of 55.72±12.86 years.The insertion time was significantly shorter in the AD group than in the control group(18.00 s[12.00–26.50 s]vs.24.00 s[14.50–45.50 s],P=0.005).Both the AD(99%vs.83%,χ2=15.62,P<0.001)and CD groups(94%vs.83%,χ2=5.94,P=0.015)had a significantly higher first-pass success rate than the control group.Compared with the control group,post-operative bleeding(1%vs.13%,χ2=11.06,P<0.001)was significantly lower in the AD group.However,no significant difference was found in the patients’tolerance scores.Conclusions:Pre-operative nasal cavity probe tests especially with adrenaline and lidocaine during flexible bronchoscopy can significantly reduce the time to pass the glottis,improve the first-pass success rate,and reduce post-operative nasal bleeding.Pre-operative nasal probe tests are recommended as a time-saving procedure for patients undergoing flexible bronchoscopy.Trial registration:Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(ChiCTR),ChiCTR2000032668;http://gffzz62a03ee25e6f4a77h0uk5kvfncf566ukn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/showprojen.aspx?proj=53321.Wenjun Zhu Yuchen Zhang Jingyu Shi Xiaoqin Wang Renjiao Li Jia Liu Ping Li Dan Liu Fengming Luo 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,15:0
11CNN coal and rock recognition method based on hyperspectral data显示文摘Aiming at the problem of coal gangue identifcation in the current fully mechanized mining face and coal washing,this article proposed a convolution neural network(CNN)coal and rock identifcation method based on hyperspectral data.First,coal and rock spectrum data were collected by a near-infrared spectrometer,and then four methods were used to flter 120 sets of collected data:frst-order diferential(FD),second-order diferential(SD),standard normal variable transformation(SNV),and multi-style smoothing.The coal and rock refectance spectrum data were pre-processed to enhance the intensity of spectral refectance and absorption characteristics,as well as efectively remove the spectral curve noise generated by instrument performance and environmental factors.A CNN model was constructed,and its advantages and disadvantages were judged based on the accuracy of the three parameter combinations(i.e.,the learning rate,the number of feature extraction layers,and the dropout rate)to generate the best CNN classifer for the hyperspectral data for rock recognition.The experiments show that the recognition accuracy of the one-dimensional CNN model proposed in this paper reaches 94.6%.Verifcation of the advantages and efectiveness of the method were proposed in this article.Jianjian Yang Boshen Chang Yuchen Zhang Wenjie Luo Shirong Ge Miao Wu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:0
12Removal efficiencies of natural and synthetic progesterones in hospital wastewater treated by different disinfection processes显示文摘Progesterones are ubiquitous in hospital wastewater(HWW)with concentrations much higher than those of estrogens and androgens.To ensure that these water systems are safe to use,disinfection is crucial during HWW treatment by providing'front line'defense against biological contaminations.Here,five disinfection processes,namely,chlorine(Cl_(2)),chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2)),ozone(O_(3)),ultraviolet(UV)),and UV/chlorine(UV/Cl_(2)),were selected to investigate their removal efficiencies for progesterones in primary filtration and secondary biological treatment effluents.There were 61 natural and synthetic progesterones detected in HWW,with the natural progesterones being the main components with a concentration of 845.51 ng/L and contributing to 75.08%of the total proge-sterones.The primary filtration treatment presented insignificant removal effects on the progesterones,while the secondary biological treatment significantly reduced the progesterone content by biode-gradation.The order of removal efficiencies of total progesterones by different disinfection processes was UV/Cl_(2)>Cl_(2)>O_(3)>ClO_(2)>UV.UV/Cl_(2)showed the highest removal efficiency against progesterones mainly due to the activation of Cl_(2)by ultraviolet(UV)photolysis,which helps open the heterocyclic,aromatic,and phenolic rings,thus accelerating progesterone degradation.In addition,the removal efficiencies of natural progesterones in the five disinfection processes were higher than those of synthetic progesterones(progesterone derivatives,19-nortestosterone derivatives,and 17α-hydroxyprogesterone derivatives).Jinhui Liang Yuchen Luo Benhang Li Shiqi Liu Liansheng Yang Peng Gao Li Feng Yongze Liu Ziwen Du Liqiu Zhang 2022Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,10:0
13Finite Element Analysis of Elastic Deformation in Blade Machining显示文摘In the process of milling the half-open impeller, the milling force ACTS on the half-open impeller will cause the machining deformation error of the half-open impeller. The impeller material studied in this paper is 7050-t7451 aluminum alloy, whose elastic modulus is 70.3 GPa, with low stiffness. Therefore, during milling, it is easy to cause elastic deformation of the cutter, thus causing machining errors and reducing machining surface quality. In addition, due to the low stiffness of blade surface, the deformation of blade surface is much larger than that of hub surface. 15Development levels of pediatric palliative care teams and the extent of palliative care understanding and implementation among pediatric oncologists in China显示文摘Importance:Pediatric palliative care(PPC)is an interdisciplinary collaboration that focuses on the prevention and relief of patient suffering.PPC has emerged as a critical field of medical expertise and practice.However,no information is available regarding the progress of PPC in the Chinese mainland.Objective:This study investigated the geographic distribution,team structure,and services of PPC teams in the Chinese mainland.It also investigated the level of understanding and implementation among pediatric oncologists regarding PPC.Methods:The PPC subspecialty group of the Pediatrics Society of the Chinese Medical Association included 45 PPC teams.The team structure and services were investigated using questionnaires mailed to the team leader of each PPC team.In addition,we sent questionnaires regarding the level of PPC understanding and implementation of PPC practices to 170 pediatric oncologists in 11 hospitals.Results:The geographical distribution of PPC teams is uneven in China.Most PPC teams are concentrated in the eastern provincial capital of China.Most PPC teams had limited staff and services.The level of PPC understanding was considerably limited across all demographics;most pediatric oncologists reported“some understanding”(n=71,41.8%)or“poor understanding”(n=50,29.4%).Only 62.9%of pediatric oncologists had experience providing advice to family members regarding PPC matters.Interpretation:China is currently experiencing a critical shortage of PPC resources.Most pediatric oncologists had a limited understanding of PPC and reported limited practical implementation of PPC,which leads to underutilization of PPC resources.Siyu Cai Qiaohong Guo Xianjing Wang Ruixin Wang Peiyi Yang Yuchen Zhou Yanhui Luo Xuan Zhou Xiaoxia Peng 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,4:0
16Intrinsic Strengthening of Coherent Twin Boundaries in Copper显示文摘Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were applied to simulate the deformation process of copper with different density of parallel coherent twin boundaries (TBs). It is shown that the strength of perfect copper crystal enhances with increasing coherent TB density. Based on the local hydrostatic pressure analysis, we found that stress concentrations are more likely to form in the interior of the crystal rather than around the TBs. 17Antibiotic-based small molecular micelles combined with photodynamic therapy for bacterial infections显示文摘The appearance of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the formation of bacterial biofilms have necessitated the development of alternative antimicrobial therapeutics.Antibiotics conjugated with or embedded in nano-drug carriers show a great potential and advantage over free drugs,but the mass proportion of carriers generally exceeds 90%of the nano-drug,resulting in low drug loading and limited therapeutic output.Herein,we fabricated a nanocarrier using antibiotics as the building blocks,minimizing the use of carriermaterials,significantly increasing the drug loading content and treatment effect.Firstly,we conjugated betaine carboxylate with ciprofloxacin(CIP)through an ester bond to form the amphiphilic conjugate(CIP-CB),which self-assembled into micelles(CIP-CBMs)in aqueous solutions,with a CIP loading content as high as 65.4%and pH-induced surface charge reversal properties.Secondly,a model photosensitizer(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin(TPP))was encapsulated in CIP-CBMs,generating infection-targeted photodynamic/antibiotic combined nanomedicines(denoted as TPP@CIP-CBMs).Upon accumulation at infection sites or in deep bacterial biofilms,the ester bond between the betaine carboxylate and CIP is cleaved to release free TPP and CIP,leading to a synergetic antibacterial and antibiofilm activity in vitro and in vivo.Lijiao Yang Shaomin Song Meihui Yin Min Yang Daoping Yan Xiaohui Wan Jipeng Xiao Yuchen Jiang Yongchao Yao Jianbin Luo 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,3:0
18Experimental study of CO_(2) storage in water-flooded oilfields显示文摘CO_(2) is the main source of greenhouse emission,and the environment problem caused by greenhouse effect has drawn worldwide attention.In most oilfields in China,a method of waterflooding is usually used to enhance oil recovery,which is favorable to carry out CO_(2) injection study.The CO_(2) injection in the water-flooded oilfields can not only store CO_(2),but also enhance the oil recovery.In this article,the coreflooding tests with refined oil were conducted to investigate CO_(2) displacement characteristic in watersaturated formation under different injection rate and water-flooded oil reservoir under different formation pressure and oil saturation,then the CO_(2) storage capacity was calculated.The testing result shows that the displacement efficiency increases with the rise of the CO_(2) injection rate,and the CO_(2) injection can enhance the oil recovery about 15%OOIP under the experimental condition.When injecting CO_(2) after the waterflooding,the CO_(2) storage capacity increases as the rise of the formation pressure.The core-flooding tests also indicate that when the initial oil saturation of reservoir prior CO_(2) injection is higher,the oil recovery will be higher when injecting the same pore volume(PV)of CO_(2),and the CO_(2) storage capacity will be larger.Zubo Zhang Xu Chen Yuchen Qian Qingjie Liu Weifeng Lv Manli Luo Xiliang Fan 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,4:0
19Pilot Test for Nitrogen Foam Flooding in Low Permeability Reservoir显示文摘Due to the characteristics of reservoir formation,the producing level of low permeability reservoir is relatively very low.It is hard to obtain high recovery through conventional development schemes.Considering the tight matrix,complex fracture system,low production level of producers,and low recovery factor ofMblock in Xinjiang oilfield,it is selected for on-site pilot test of nitrogen foam flooding.Detailed flooding scheme is made and the test results are evaluated respectively both for producers and injectors.The pressure index,filling degree,and fluid injection profile are found to be all improved in injectors after injection of nitrogen foam.The oil production,water cut and liquid production file are also improved in most of the producers,with the natural decline rate in the test area become slow.Results show that nitrogen foam flooding technology can be good technical storage for enhanced oil recovery in low permeability reservoir.Xinyu Zhou Jia Huang Yuchen Qian Wenli Luo Lisha Qi Jie Wang Zhibin Jiang Hao Kang 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,3:0
20Green fabrication of nickel-iron layered double hydroxides nanosheets efficient for the enhanced capacitive performance显示文摘Rational synthesis of robust layered double hydroxides(LDHs) nanosheets for high-energy supercapacitors is full of challenges.Herein,we reported an ultrasonication-assisted strategy to eco-friendly fabricate NiFe-LDHs nanosheets for the enhanced capacitive behavior.The experimental results combined with different advanced characterization tools document that the utilization of ultrasonication has a profound effect on the morphology and thickness of the as-obtained NiFe-LDHs,alternatively affecting the capacitive behavior.It shows that NiFe-LDHs nanosheets prepared with 2-h ultrasonic treatments display the exceptional capacitive performance because of the synergetic effect of ultrathin thickness,large specific surface area,and high mesoporous volume.The maximum specific capacitance of Ni_(3) Fe_(1)-LDHs nanosheets with the thickness of 7.39 nm and the specific surface area of 77.16 m~2 g^(-1) reached 1923 F g^(-1),which is competitive with most previously reported values.In addition,the maximum specific energy of the assembled NiFe-LDHs//AC asymmetric supercapacitor achieved 49.13 Wh kg^(-1) at400 W kg^(-1).This work provides a green technology to fabricate LDHs nanosheets,and offers deep insights for understanding the relationship between the morphology/structure and capacitive behavior of LDHs nanosheets,which is helpful for achieving high-performance LDHs-based electrode materials.Yuchen Wang Zuo Chen Man Zhang Yaoyu Liu Huixia Luo Kai Yan 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5:0
