2Self-Q-switched and wavelength-tunable tungsten disulfide-based passively Q-switched Er:Y2O3 ceramic lasers显示文摘We report on diode-pumped Er:Y_2O_3 ceramic lasers at about 2.7 μm in the tunable continuous-wave, selfQ-switching and tungsten disulfide(WS2)-based passively Q-switching regimes. For stable self-Q-switched operation, the maximum output power reaches 106.6 m W under an absorbed power of 2.71 W. The shortest pulse width is measured to be about 1.39 μs at a repetition rate of 26.7 kHz at maximum output. Using a spin-coated WS2 as a saturable absorber, a passively Q-switched Er:Y_2O_3 ceramic laser is also realized with a maximum average output power of 233.5 m W(for the first time, to the best of our knowledge). The shortest pulse width decreases to 0.72 μs at a corresponding repetition rate of 29.4 kHz, which leads to a pulse energy of 7.92 μJ and a peak power of 11.0 W. 3Re–Os Dating of Bitumen from Paleo–Oil Reservoir in the Qinglong Antimony Deposit, Guizhou Province, China and Its Geological Significance显示文摘Abundant organic inclusions are present in the Qinglong antimony deposit. However, the source rocks of these organic matters have not been reliably identified. Recently, a paleo–oil reservoir was found in the Qinglong antimony deposit. In view of similar components of gaseous hydrocarbon, we propose that the organic matters observed in inclusions in Qinglong antimony deposit would come from this paleo–oil reservoir. We used the Re–Os dating method to determine the age of the bitumen from this paleo–oil reservoir, and obtained an isochron age of 254.3±2.8 Ma. The age indicates that the oilgeneration from source rock occurred in the early Late Permian, earlier than the Sb mineralization age(~148±8.5 Ma) in the Qinglong antimony deposit area. After oil generation from Devonian source rock, first and secondary migration, the crude oil have probably entered into the fractures and pores of volcanic rocks and limestone and formed a paleo–oil reservoir in the western wing of Dachang anticline. As burial process deepened, the crude oil has turned into natural gas, migrates into the core of Dachang anticline and formed a paleo–gas reservoir. The hydrocarbons(including CH_4) in the reservoirs can serve as reducing agent to provide the sulfur required for Sb mineralization through thermal chemical reduction of sulfates. 4Does an extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy improve outcome after R0 resection in lung cancer?显示文摘Objective: This retrospective study was conducted to investigate the impact of more extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy on the outcome of lung cancer patients treated with R0 resection.Methods: During the investigation period, 325 lung cancer cases were enlisted and 278 cases entered the analysis. The patients were divided into Control group(n=116) and Research group(n=162) according to the different extents of mediastinal lymph node clearance at different time periods. Three major parameters were retrospectively assessed to compare the quality of surgical care: extent of lymph node clearance, resection volume, and postoperative recovery process and common complications. Comparison of the outcome between two groups was carried out.Results: Research group showed a significant quality improvement of lymphadenectomy, such as more mediastinal node stations investigated(more than 3 N2 stations investigated: Research group, 90.7% vs. Control group, 55.2%; P=0.001) and more nodes collection(total nodes 26.1±10.0 vs. 19.1±8.3, P=0.000; N2 nodes 15.5±7.2 vs. 9.8±5.6, P=0.000). However, overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(DFS) were not significantly different either between two groups(5-year OS: Control group, 56.4±4.6% vs. Research group, 62.6±4.3%; P=0.271) or between subgroups from stage I to IIIa. 6Microstructural evolution of carbon fiber reinforced SiC-based matrix composites during laser ablation process显示文摘In this work, four different carbon fiber reinforced SiC-based matrix composites(C/SiC) were prepared,and microstructure evolution during laser ablation process was characterized. Laser irradiation provided a special high-temperature environment up to 3500℃. For all four composites, different morphologies can be obtained in the transition region due to the oxidation of different matrices. While only needle-shaped carbon fiber and nanolayered carbon without any matrix remained in the central region, indicating that graphitization process occurred in the center, resulting from the high-temperature and low-oxygen environment in the laser process. 7Cloud Storage Security Assessment Through Equilibrium Analysis显示文摘With ever greater amounts of data stored in cloud servers, data security and privacy issues have become increasingly important. Public cloud storage providers are semi-trustworthy because they may not have adequate security mechanisms to protect user data from being stolen or misused. Therefore, it is crucial for cloud users to evaluate the security of cloud storage providers. However, existing security assessment methods mainly focus on external security risks without considering the trustworthiness of cloud providers. In addition, the widely used thirdparty mediators are assumed to be trusted and we are not aware of any work that considers the security of these mediators. This study fills these gaps by assessing the security of public cloud storage providers and third-party mediators through equilibrium analysis. More specifically, we conduct evaluations on a series of game models between public cloud storage providers and users to thoroughly analyze the security of different service scenarios.Using our proposed security assessment, users can determine the risk of whether their privacy data is likely to be hacked by the cloud service providers;the cloud service providers can also decide on strategies to make their services more trustworthy. 8Effect of trace yttrium on the microstructure,mechanical property and corrosion behavior of homogenized Mg-2Zn-0.1Mn-0.3Ca-xY biological magnesium alloy显示文摘The effects of trace yttrium(Y)element on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance of Mg-2Zn-0.1Mn-0.3Ca-xY(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)biological magnesium alloys are investigated.Results show that grain size decreases from 310 to 144µm when Y content increases from 0wt%to 0.3wt%.At the same time,volume fraction of the second phase increases from 0.4%to 6.0%,yield strength of the alloy continues to increase,and ultimate tensile strength and elongation decrease initially and then increase.When the Y content increases to 0.3wt%,Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y phase begins to precipitate in the alloy;thus,the alloy exhibits the most excellent mechanical property.At this time,its ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation are 119 MPa,69 MPa,and 9.1%,respectively.In addition,when the Y content is 0.3wt%,the alloy shows the best corrosion resistance in the simulated body fluid(SBF).This investigation has revealed that the improvement of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance is mainly attributed to the grain refinement and the precipitated Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y phase.Mingfan Qi Liangyu Wei Yuzhao Xu Jin Wang Aisen Liu Bing Hao Jicheng Wang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9:3
9Adjuvant chemotherapy may improve outcome of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer with metastasis of intrapulmonary lymph nodes after systematic dissection of N1 nodes显示文摘Objective: Survival benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy(AC) of patients with intrapulmonary lymph node(IPLN)metastasis(level 12-14) needs investigation.We evaluated the impact of AC on patients whose metastatic nodes were limited to intrapulmonary levels after systematic dissection of N1 nodes.Methods: First,155 consective cases of lung cancer confirmed as pathologic N1 were collected and evaluated.Patients received systematic dissection of N2 and N1 nodes.For patients with IPLN metastasis,survival outcomes were compared between those receiving AC and those not receiving AC.Results: In this group,112 cases(72.3%) had IPLN metastasis and 55 cases(35.5%) had N1 involvement limited to level 13-14 without further disease spread to higher levels.Patients with IPLN involvement had a better prognosis than that of patients with hilar-interlobar involvement.For the intrapulmonary N1 group(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11-negative or unknown,n=112),no survival benefit was found between the AC group and nonAC group [5-year overall survival(OS): 54.6±1.6 vs.50.4±2.4 months,P=0.177].However,76 of 112 cases for whom harvesting of level-10 and level-11 nodes was done did not show cancer involvement in pathology reports(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11 both negative),oncologic outcome was better for patients receiving AC than those not receiving AC in this subgroup(5-year OS: 57.3±1.5 vs.47.1±3.2 months,P=0.002).Conclusions: Oncologic outcome may be improved by AC for patients with involvement of N1 nodes limited to intrapulmonary levels after complete examination of N1 nodes.Xing Wang Shi Yan Yaqi Wang Xiang Li Chao Lyu Yuzhao Wang Jia Wang Shaolei Li Lijian Zhang Yue Yang Nan Wu 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,6:2
10Synchronously Improving the Thermal Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Al–Si–Fe–Mg–Cu–Zn Alloy Die Castings Through Ultrasonic-Assisted Rheoforming显示文摘An ultrasonic vibration-assisted air-cooled stirring rod process(ACSR+UV)was used to efficiently prepare a large-volume semisolid slurry with a mass of more than 40 kg.A low-cost Al–Si–Fe–Mg–Cu–Zn die-casted alloy with high thermal conductivity,high plasticity and medium strength was developed.The alloy was used to manufacture large,thin-walled parts for 5 G base stations by using the ACSR+UV rheological die-casting(ACSR+UV R-DC)process.Investigations were performed on the microstructure,porosity,mechanical properties,fracture behaviour and thermal conductivity of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy,which was then compared to traditionally die-casted(T-DC)and ACSR R-DC alloys.The mechanisms for the microstructural refinement and enhancement of the mechanical and thermal conductivity performances of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were also analysed.The results showed that the ACSR+UV process increased the nucleation rate of the melt due to the increase in the nucleation area and the generation of cavitation bubbles.A radial-and an axial-forced convection was also generated inside the melt under the combined effects of acoustic flow and mechanical stirring,thereby homogenising the melt composition field and the temperature field.Therefore,the ACSR+UV R-DC process not only refined the primaryα-Al(α_(1)-Al),the eutectic silicon and the secondaryα-Al(α_(2)-Al),but also greatly improved the morphology and the distribution of the β-Al5FeSi phase.The mechanical properties of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were higher than those of the T-DC and the ACSR R-DC alloys.Compared to the T-DC alloy,the ultimate tensile strength,elongation and yield strength of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were increased by 34%,122%and 19%,respectively.This was because the ACSR+UV R-DC technique gave the alloy the characteristics of high density,fine sphericalα1-Al grain and a fine and uniform β-phase,which improved the fracture behaviour of the alloy.The thermal conductivity of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy was 184 W/(m K),which was 10.2%and 3.4%higher than that of T-DC and ACSR R-DC alloys,respectively.This was because the refined eutectic silicon and β phases in the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy facilitated an easier electron flow through the eutectic region,and the decrease in porosity increased the effective area of heat conduction.Mingfan Qi Yonglin Kang Jingyuan Li Yuzhao Xu Jicheng Wang Gunan Li Aisen Liu 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,10:2
11Geochemistry,geochronology and Hf isotope of granitoids in the northern Alxa region:Implications for the Late Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The tectonic setting of the northern Alxa region during the Late Paleozoic is highly controversial.The key to resolve this controversy is to recognize the Late Paleozoic magmatic processes in the northern Alxa.In this paper,we present new zircon U-Pb ages,Hf-isotopic compositions and whole-rock geochemical data of four granitoids along the Zhusileng-Hangwula Tectonic Belt in the northern Alxa region that could provide critical information about the tectonic evolution of this region.The zircon U-Pb data could be grouped as two phases:Late Devonian granite and diorite(ca.373-360 Ma),and Late Carboniferous granodiorite(ca.318 Ma).The Late Devonian granites and diorites are metaluminous to slightly peraluminous,with A/CNK and A/NK ratios of 0.90-1.11 and0.95-2.19,respectively.The Late Devonian diorites are characterized by high MgO,Cr and Ni contents and MgO#values,together with variableεHf(t)values from-1.0 to+1.3 and old TDM2 ages varied from 1283 Ma to 1426 Ma,indicating the primary magma was potentially derived from magma mixing of depleted mantle with Mesoproterozoic continental crust.Even though the Late Devonian granites yielded most positive and minor negative eHf(t)values between-1.1 to+5.7(three grains are negative)with two-stage model ages(TDM2)of 1003-1438 Ma,they display low MgO,Cr and Ni contents and MgO#values,suggesting that they were mainly derived from juvenile crustal materials,mixed with a small amount of ancient crust.The Late Carboniferous granitoids are metaluminous and medium-K calc-alkaline series,with A/CNK and A/NK ratios ranging from 0.88 to 0.95 and1.75 to 1.90,respectively.These rocks were potentially derived from juvenile crustal materials mixed with depleted mantle,as evidenced by their highεHf(t)values(+11.6 to+14.1)and young TDM2 ages(427 Ma to 586 Ma),as well as high Mg#values,and MgO,Ni and Cr contents.Our data,along with available sedimentary evidence and previous researches,indicate that the Late Devonian and Late Carboniferous rocks are arc-related granitoids under the subduction setting.The identification of arc-related granitoids in the northern Alxa region not only reveals the Late Paleozoic magmatic process in response to the subduction of Paleo Asian Ocean,but also provide significant constrains to the tectonic evolution of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt.Xiaochen Zhao Chiyang Liu Jianqiang Wang Shaohua Zhang Yuzhao Guan 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,5:2

13SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SCOLIOSIS CAUSED BY NEUROFIBROMATOSIS TYPE 1显示文摘Objective To retrospectively analyze the relationship between curve types and clinical results in surgical treatment of scoliosis in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1). Methods Forty-five patients with scoliosis resulting from NF-1 were treated surgically from 1984 to 2002. Mean age at operation was 14.2 years. There were 6 nondystrophic curves and 39 dystrophic curves depended on their radiographic featu- res. According to their apical vertebrae location, the dystrophic curves were divided into three subgroups: thoracic curve (apical vertebra at T8 or above), thoracolumbar curve (apical vertebra below T8 and above L1), and lumber curve (apical vertebra at L1 and below). Posterior spine fusion, combined anterior and posterior spine fusion were administrated based on the type and location of the curves. Mean follow-up was 6.8 years. Clinical and radiological manifestations were investigated and results were assessed. Results Three patients with muscle weakness of low extremities recovered entirely. Two patients with dystrophic lum- bar curve maintained their low back pain the same as preoperatively. The mean coronal and sagittal Cobb’s angle in nondy- strophic curves was 80.3o and 61.7o before operation, 30.7o and 36.9o after operation, and 32.9o and 42.1o at follow-up, respectively. In dystrophic thoracic curves, preoperative Cobb’s angle in coronal and sagittal plane was 96.5o and 79.8o, postoperative 49.3o and 41.7o, follow-up 54.1o and 45.3o, respectively. In thoracolumbar curves, preoperative Cobb’s angle in coronal and sagittal plane was 75.0o and 47.5o, postoperative 31.2o and 22.8o, follow-up 37.5o and 27.8o, respectively. In lumbar curves preoperative Cobb’s angle in coronal plane was 55.3o, postoperative 19.3o, and follow-up 32.1o. Six patients with dystrophic curves had his or her curve deteriorated more than 10 degrees at follow-up. Three of them were in the thoracic subgroup and their kyphosis was larger than 95 degrees, and three in lumbar subgroup. Hardware failure occurred in 3 cases. Six patients had 7 revision procedures totally. Conclusions Posterior spinal fusion is effective for most dystrophic thoracic curves in patients whose kyphosis is less than 95 degrees. Combined anterior and posterior spinal fusion is stronger recommended for patients whose kyphosis is larger than 95 degrees and those whose apical vertebra is located below T8. 17Classification performance of model coal mill classifiers with swirling and non-swirling inlets显示文摘The classification performance of model coal mill classifiers with different bottom incoming flow inlets was experimentally and numerically studied.The flow field adjacent to two neighboring impeller blades was measured using the particle image velocimetry technique.The results showed that the flow field adjacent to two neighboring blades with the swirling inlet was significantly different from that with the non-swirling inlet.With the swirling inlet,there was a vortex located between two neighboring blades,while with the nonswirling inlet,the vortex was attached to the blade tip.The vorticity of the vortex with the non-swirling inlet was much lower than that with the swirling inlet.The classifier with the non-swirling inlet demonstrated a larger cut size than that with the swirling inlet when the impeller was stationary(~0 r·min-1).As the impeller rotational speed increased,the cut size of the cases with non-swirling and swirling inlets both decreased,and the one with the non-swirling inlet decreased more dramatically.The values of the cut size of the two classifiers were close to each other at a high impeller rotational speed(≥120 r·min-1).The overall separation efficiency of the classifier with the non-swirling inlet was lower than that with the swirling inlet,and monotonically increased as the impeller rotational speed increased.With the swirling inlet,the overall separation efficiency first increased with the impeller rotational speed and then decreased when the rotational speed was above 120 r·min-1,and the variation trend of the separation efficiency was more moderate.As the initial particle concentration increased,the cut sizes of both swirling and non-swirling inlet cases decreased first and then barely changed.At a low initial particle concentration(b 0.04 kg·m-3),the classifier with the swirling inlet had a larger cut size than that with the non-swirling inlet.Lele Feng Hai Zhang Lilin Hu Yang Zhang Yuxin Wu Yuzhao Wang Hairui Yang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,3:1

With its successful implementations and a broad range of applications, lots of work based on deep neural network(DNN) models have been put forward by researchers. This paper takes inspiration from an image caption model and develops an end-to-end VD model using long short-term memory(LSTM). Single video feature is fed to the first unit of LSTM decoder, and subsequent words of sentence are generated on previous predicted words.
