The Genome Sequence Archive Family: Toward Explosive Data Growth and Diverse Data Types显示文摘The Genome Sequence Archive(GSA)is a data repository for archiving raw sequence data, which provides data storage and sharing services for worldwide scientific communities.Considering explosive data growth with diverse data types, here we present the GSA family by expanding into a set of resources for raw data archive with different purposes,namely,GSA(http://gffzz77e3413bc06540edsbv599x0foq0w6n69.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/gsa/),GSA for Human(GSA-Human,http://gffzz77e3413bc06540edsbv599x0foq0w6n69.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/gsa-human/),and Open Archive for Miscellaneous Data(OMIX,http://gffzz77e3413bc06540edsbv599x0foq0w6n69.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/omix/).Compared with the 2017 version,GSA has been significantly updated in data model, online functionalities, and web interfaces.GSA-Human,as a new partner of GSA,is a data repository specialized in human genetics-related data with controlled access and security.OMIX,as a critical complement to the two resources mentioned above,is an open archive for miscellaneous data.Together, all these resources form a family of resources dedicated to archiving explosive data with diverse types, accepting data submissions from all over the world, and providing free open access to all publicly available data in support of worldwide research activities.Tingting Chen Xu Chen Sisi Zhang Junwei Zhu Bixia Tang Anke Wang Lili Dong Zhewen Zhang Caixia Yu Yanling Sun Lianjiang Chi Huanxin Chen Shuang Zhai Yubin Sun Li Lan Xin Zhang Jingfa Xiao Yiming Bao Yanqing Wang Zhang Zhang Wenming Zhao 2021Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2021,19,4:38
Herbal decoctosome is a novel form of medicine显示文摘Traditionally, herbal medicine is consumed by drinking decoctions produced by boiling herbs with water. The functional components of the decoction are heat stable. Small RNAs(sRNAs) were reported as a new class of functional components in decoctions. However, the mechanisms by which sRNAs survive heat treatment of the decoction and enter cells are unclear.Previous studies showed that plant-derived exosome-like nanoparticles(ELNs), which we call botanosomes, could deliver therapeutic reagents in vivo. Here, we report that heat-stable decoctosomes(ELNs) from decoctions have more therapeutic effects than the decoctions in vitro and demonstrate therapeutic efficacy in vivo. Furthermore, sRNAs, such as HJT-sRNA-m7 and PGY-sRNA-6, in the decoctosome exhibit potent anti-fibrosis and anti-inflammatory effects, respectively. Decoctosome is comprised of lipids, chemical compounds, proteins, and s RNAs. A medical decoctosome mimic is called bencaosome. A single lipid sphinganine(d22:0) identified in the decoctosome was mixed and heated with the synthesized sRNAs to form the simplest bencaosome. This simple bencaosome structure was identified by critical micelle concentration(cmc) assay that sRNAs coassembled with sphinganine(d22:0) to form the lipid layers of vesicles. The heating process facilitates co-assembly of sRNAs and sphinganine(d22:0) until a steady state is reached. The artificially produced sphinganine-HJT-sRNA-m7 and sphinganinePGY-sRNA-6 bencaosomes could ameliorate bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis and poly(I:C)-induced lung inflammation, respectively, following oral administration in mice. Our study not only demonstrates that the herbal decoctosome may represent a combinatory remedy in precision medicine but also provides an effective oral delivery route for nucleic acid therapy.Xiaoyun Li Zhu Liang Jianchao Du Zhiqing Wang Song Mei Zhiqing Li Yan Zhao DANDan Zhao Yiming Ma Jun Ye Jiantao Xu Yu Zhao Jiahui Chang Yuhao Qin Lanlan Yu Chenxuan Wang Chengyu Jiang 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,3:26
Global overview of research progress and development of precision maize planters显示文摘Maize is the most important crop for food and widely used for industrial materials, leading to its increasing demand all over the world.Precision planting is the effective method to increase maize yield. To meet the agronomic requirement of precision planting, different kinds of precision maize planters were developed. However, because of the difference of geographical environment, cropping system, farm scale and economic status among different countries, types of maize planters are various and the technologies involved are at different levels. This paper summarizes the precision maize planters currently available in the world and classifies them into four types:precision planters for tilled-land,minimum/no tilled-land,hilly&small land, and cold&arid land.Detailed characteristics have been provided for some typical precision planters and comparisons were made as to their suitability under particular working conditions.High-efficiency and high-accuracy are the main features of precision planters for tilled-land,while the ability to clean residue from seed rows and prevent planters to be blocked are the important function of precision planters for minimum/no tilled-land.To fit for hilly&small land, planters should be light-weighted and small-sized,and to warm up soil and keep moisture, planters for cold&arid land should be equipped with plastic-film mulching mechanism. Finally, developing trend of precision planting technology was analyzed and suggestions, including policy support and technical improvement, were made for developing countries to make suitable precision maize planters according to the local geographical conditions and cropping systems.Yang Li Yan Bingxin Cui Tao Yu Yiming He Xiantao Liu Quanwei Liang Zhijie Yin Xiaowei Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:17
Electronic Skin from High-Throughput Fabrication of Intrinsically Stretchable Lead Zirconate Titanate Elastomer显示文摘Electronic skin made of thin, soft, stretchable devices that can mimic the human skin and reconstruct the tactile sensation and perception offers great opportunities for prosthesis sensing, robotics controlling, and human-machine interfaces.Advanced materials and mechanics engineering of thin film devices has proven to be an efficient route to enable and enhance flexibility and stretchability of various electronic skins;however, the density of devices is still low owing to the limitation in existing fabrication techniques. Here,we report a high-throughput one-step process to fabricate large tactile sensing arrays with a sensor density of 25 sensors/cm^(2) for electronic skin, where the sensors are based on intrinsically stretchable piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate(PZT)elastomer. The PZT elastomer sensor arrays with great uniformity and passive-driven manner enable highresolution tactile sensing, simplify the data acquisition process, and lower the manufacturing cost. The high-throughput fabrication process provides a general platform for integrating intrinsically stretchable materials into large area, high device density soft electronics for the next-generation electronic skin.Yiming Liu Huanxi Zheng Ling Zhao Shiyuan Liu Kuanming Yao Dengfeng Li Chunki Yiu Shenghan Gao Raudel Avila Pakpong Chirarattananon Lingqian Chang Zuankai Wang Xian Huang Zhaoqian Xie Zhengbao Yang Xinge Yu 2020Research2020,,1:11
Genetic architecture, epigenetic influence and environment exposure in the pathogenesis of Autism显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder(ASD) is a spectral neurodevelopment disorder affecting approximately 1% of the population. ASD is characterized by impairments in reciprocal social interaction, communication deficits and restricted patterns of behavior. Multiple factors, including genetic/genomic, epigenetic/epigenomic and environmental, are thought to be necessary for autism development. Recent reviews have provided further insight into the genetic/genomic basis of ASD. It has long been suspected that epigenetic mechanisms, including DNA methylation, chromatin structures and long non-coding RNAs may play important roles in the pathology of ASD. In addition to genetic/genomic alterations and epigenetic/epigenomic influences, environmental exposures have been widely accepted as an important role in autism etiology, among which immune dysregulation and gastrointestinal microbiota are two prominent ones.YU Li WU YiMing WU Bai-Lin 2015Science China(Life Sciences)2015,58,10:11
Sequential fate-switches in stem-like cells drive the tumorigenic trajectory from human neural stem cells to malignant glioma显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is an incurable and highly heterogeneous brain tumor, originating from human neural stem/progenitor cells(hNSCs/hNPCs)years ahead of diagnosis.Despite extensive efforts to characterize hNSCs and end-stage GBM at bulk and single-cell levels, the de novo gliomagenic path from hNSCs is largely unknown due to technical difficulties in early-stage sampling and preclinical modeling. Here,we established two highly penetrant hNSC-derived malignant glioma models, which resemble the histopathology and transcriptional heterogeneity of human GBM.Integrating time-series analyses of whole-exome sequencing, bulk and single-cell RNA-seq,we reconstructed gliomagenic trajectories, and identified a persistent NSC-like population at all stages of tumorigenesis.Through trajectory analyses and lineage tracing,we showed that tumor progression is primarily driven by multi-step transcriptional reprogramming and fate-switches in the NSC-like cells, which sequentially generate malignant heterogeneity and induce tumor phenotype transitions. We further uncovered stage-specific oncogenic cascades, and among the candidate genes we functionally validated C1QL1 as a new glioma-promoting factor.Importantly, the neurogenic-to-gliogenic switch in NSC-like cells marks an early stage characterized by a burst of oncogenic alterations, during which transient AP-1 inhibition is sufficient to inhibit gliomagenesis.Together, our results reveal previously undercharacterized molecular dynamics and fate choices driving de novo gliomagenesis from hNSCs,and provide a blueprint for potential early-stage treatment/diagnosis for GBM.Xiaofei Wang Ran Zhou Yanzhen Xiong Lingling Zhou Xiang Yan Manli Wang Fan Li Chuanxing Xie Yiming Zhang Zongyao Huang Chaoqiong Ding Kaidou Shi Weida Li Yu Liu Zhongwei Cao Zhen-Ning Zhang Shengtao Zhou Chong Chen Yan Zhang Lu Chen Yuan Wang 2021Cell Research2021,31,6:8
Metallogenic model and prognosis of the Shuiyindong super-large strata-bound Carlin-type gold deposit, southwestern Guizhou Province, China显示文摘The Shuiyindong deposit is one of the largest (more than 100 tonnes of Au) and highest grade (more than 7×10-6-10×10-6), strata-bound Carlintype gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou Province, China. The deposit is controlled by both structure and favorable lithology. It is situated near the axis of the striking Huijiabao anticline and is hosted in bioclastic limestone of the Permian Longtan Formation. Gold mineralization occurred under low temperature with Th of 220℃± and is closely associated with decarbonation, silicification, sulfidation and dolomitization. The deposit has a characteristic elemental assemblage of Au-As-Hg-Tl. Studies of geochemistry and isotope compositions indicated that the ore-bearing materials and fluids of the gold deposit mainly originated from a plutonic source, and possess a mixing feature with the strata matter during transportation from mantle to crust. Fluid inclusions in vein quartz from the gold deposit are rich in volatile flux, indicating that metallogenic fluid is an overpres-sured one. The activity and geothermal state of the Earth's crust in the long period of time are favorable for the formation of overpressured fluids in a large area, and extensive structures would drive the fluids into ore-forming sys-tem and make gold deposits formed. The complexity of structural movement in the upper crust of southwestern Guizhou Province resulted in complicated gold mineralization. Through metallogenic prognosis and exploration, the proven reserves of the deposit increased by tens of tonnes of Au and the deposit has become a super-large strata-bound Carlin-type gold deposit.ZHANG Yu XIA Yong SU Wenchao TAO Yan ZHANG Xingchun LIU Jianzhong DENG Yiming 2010Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2010,29,2:8
Building a sequence map of the pig pan-genome from multiple de novo assemblies and Hi-C data显示文摘Pigs were domesticated independently in the Near East and China, indicating that a single reference genome from one individual is unable to represent the full spectrum of divergent sequences in pigs worldwide.Therefore,12 de novo pig assemblies from Eurasia were compared in this study to identify the missing sequences from the reference genome. As a result,72.5 Mb of nonredundant sequences(~3% of the genome)were found to be absent from the reference genome(Sscrofa11.1)and were defined as pan-sequences.Of the pan-sequences,9.0 Mb were dominant in Chinese pigs,in contrast with their low frequency in European pigs. One sequence dominant in Chinese pigs contained the complete genic region of the tazarotene-induced gene 3(TIG3)gene which is involved in fatty acid metabolism.Using flanking sequences and Hi-C based methods,27.7% of the sequences could be anchored to the reference genome. The supplementation of these sequences could contribute to the accurate interpretation of the 3D chromatin structure.A web-based pan-genome database was further provided to serve as a primary resource for exploration of genetic diversity and promote pig breeding and biomedical research.Xiaomeng Tian Ran Li Weiwei Fu Yan Li Xihong Wang Ming Li Duo Du Qianzi Tang Yudong Cai Yiming Long Yue Zhao Mingzhou Li Yu Jiang 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,5:7
Scalable microfabrication of three-dimensional porous interconnected graphene scaffolds with carbon spheres for high-performance all carbon-based micro-supercapacitors显示文摘As one of the most important micro energy storage devices(MESDs),graphene-based micro-supercapacitors(G-MSCs)possess the advantages of excellent flexibility, long cycle life, affordability and high reliability. In most cases, constructing three-dimensional(3D)graphene networks is widely utilized to promote the permeation of electrolyte and enhance the utilization of active materials. In this work, conventional freeze-drying process is utilized in the fabrication of G-MSCs to constitute 3D interconnected networks micro-electrodes,and further by regulating the composition of inks, carbon spheres(CSs)at different mass loadings are introduced into the graphene scaffolds to further increase the active sites of the micro-electrodes.The fabricated all carbon-based MSC with the optimal mass loading of CSs(0.406 mg cm^(-2))exhibits a high specific areal capacitance of 17.01mF cm^(-2)at the scan rate of 10mV s^(-1)and a capacitance retention of 93.14%after 10000 cycles at the scan rate of 500 mV s^(-1).The proposed microfabrication process is facile and fully compatible with modern microtechnologies and will be highly suitable for large-scale production and integration.Yiming Chen Minghao Guo Liang He Wei Yang Lin Xu Jiashen Meng Xiaocong Tian Xinyu Ma Qiang Yu Kaichun Yang Xufeng Hong Liqiang Mai 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,2:6
The histone H3 lysine-27 demethylase Jmjd3 plays a critical role in specific regulation of Th17 cell differentiation显示文摘Interleukin(IL)17-producing T helper(Th17)cells play critical roles in the clearance of extracellular bacteria and fungi as well as the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and ulcerative colitis.Although a global transcriptional regulatory network of Th17 cell differentiation has been mapped recently, the participation of epigenetic modifications in the differentiation process has yet to be elucidated. We demonstrated here that histone H3 lysine-27(H3K27)demethylation,predominantly mediated by the H3K27 demethylase Jmjd3,crucially regulated Th17 cell differentiation.Activation of naı¨ve CD41 T cells immediately induced high expression of Jmjd3.Genetic depletion of Jmjd3 in CD41 T cells specifically impaired Th17 cell differentiation both in vitro and in vivo.Ectopic expression of Jmjd3 largely rescued the impaired differentiation of Th17 cells in vitro in Jmjd3-deficientCD41 T cells.Importantly,Jmjd3-deficient mice were resistant to the induction of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE).Furthermore, inhibition of the H3K27 demethylase activity with the specific inhibitor GSK-J4 dramatically suppressed Th17 cell differentiation in vitro. At the molecular level,Jmjd3 directly bound to and reduced the level of H3K27 trimethylation(me3)at the genomic sites ofRorc, which encodes the masterTh17 transcription factorRorgt, and Th17 cytokine genes such as Il17,Il17f,and Il22.Therefore,our studies established acritical role of Jmjd3-mediatedH3K27demethylation inTh17 cell differentiation andsuggest that Jmjd3 can be a novel therapeutic target for suppressing autoimmune responses.Zhi Liu Wei Cao Longxia Xu Xi Chen Yu Zhan Qian Yang Sanhong Liu Pengfei Chen Yuhang Jiang Xiaohua Sun Yu Tao Yiming Hu Cuifeng Li Qi Wang Ying Wang Charlie Degui Chen Yufang Shi Xiaoren Zhang 2015Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2015,7,6:6
Elevating H3K27me3 level sensitizes colorectal cancer to oxaliplatin显示文摘Histone methylation is a context-dependent modification that regulates gene expression, and the trimethylation of histone H3 lysine 27(H3K27me3)usually induces gene silencing.Overcoming colorectal cancer(CRC)chemoresistance is currently a huge challenge, but the relationship between H3K27me3 modification and chemoresistance remains largely unclear. Here,we found that H3K27me3 levels positively correlated with the metastasis-free survival of CRC patients and a low H3K27me3 level predicted a poor outcome upon chemotherapeutic drug treatment.Oxaliplatin stimulation significantly induced the expression of H3K27 lysine demethylase 6A/6B(KDM6A/6B),thus decreasing the level of H3K27me3 in CRC cells.Elevation of H3K27me3 level through KDM6A/6B depletion or GSK-J4(a KDM6A/6B inhibitor)treatment significantly enhanced oxaliplatin-induced apoptosis.Conversely, when inhibiting the expression of H3K27me3 by EPZ-6438,an inhibitor of the histone methyltransferase EZH2,the proportion of apoptotic cells remarkably decreased. In addition, the combination of GSK-J4 and oxaliplatin significantly inhibited tumor growth in an oxaliplatin-resistant patient-derived xenograft model.Importantly,we revealed that oxaliplatin treatment dramatically induced NOTCH2 expression, which was caused by downregulation of H3K27me3 level on the NOTCH2 transcription initiation site. Thus, the activated NOTCH signaling promoted the expression of stemness-related genes, which resulted in oxaliplatin resistance.Furthermore,oxaliplatin-induced NOTCH signaling could be interrupted by GSK-J4 treatment.Collectively, our findings suggest that elevating H3K27me3 level can improve drug sensitivity in CRC patients.Qi Wang Xi Chen Yuhang Jiang Sanhong Liu Hanshao Liu Xiaohua Sun Haohao Zhang Zhi Liu Yu Tao Cuifeng Li Yiming Hu Dandan Liu Deji Ye Yongzhong Liu Mingliang Wang Xiaoren Zhang 2020Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2020,12,2:6
The YDA-MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 Cascade Functions Downstream of the RGF1-RGI Ligand-Receptor Pair in Regulating Mitotic Activity in Root Apical Meristem显示文摘The mitotic activity of root apical meristem(RAM)is critical to primary root growth and development.Previous studies have identified the roles of ROOT GROWTH FACTOR 1(RGF1),a peptide ligand, and its receptors,RGF1 INSENSITIVEs(RGIs),a clade of five leucine-rich-repeat receptor-like kinases,in promoting cell division in the RAM,which determines the primary root length. However, the downstream signaling components remain elusive. In this study,we identify a complete mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK or MPK)cascade, composed of YDA,MKK4/MKK5,and MPK3/MPK6,that functions downstream of the RGF1-RGI ligand-receptor pair.Similar to the rgi1/2/3/4/5 quintuple mutant,loss-of-function mutants of MPK3 and MPK6,MKK4 and MKK5,or YDA show a short-root phenotype, which is associated with reduced mitotic activity and lower expression of PLETHORA 1(PLT1)/PLT2 in the RAM.Furthermore,MPK3/MPK6 activation in response to exogenous RGF1 treatment is impaired in the rgi1/2/3/4/5 quintuple, yda single, and mkk4 m kk5 double mutants.Epistatic analyses demonstrated that the expression of constitutively active MKK4,MKK5,or YDA driven by the RGI2 promoter can rescue the short-root phenotype of the rgi1/2/3/4/5 mutant.Taken together, these results suggest that the YDA-MKK4/MKK5-MPK3/MPK6 cascade functions downstream of the RGF1-RGI ligand-receptor pair and upstream of PLT1/PLT2 to modulate the stem cell population and primary root growth in Arabidopsis.Yiming Shao Xinxing Yu Xuwen Xu Yong Li Wenxin Yuan Yan Xu Chuanzao Mao Shuqun Zhang Juan Xu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,11:6

A Joint Learning Framework for the CCKS-2020 Financial Event Extraction Task显示文摘This paper presents a winning solution for the CCKS-2020 financial event extraction task, where the goal is to identify event types, triggers and arguments in sentences across multiple event types. In this task, we focus on resolving two challenging problems(i.e., low resources and element overlapping) by proposing a joint learning framework, named SaltyFishes. We first formulate the event extraction task as a joint probability model. By sharing parameters in the model across different types, we can learn to adapt to low-resource events based on high-resource events. We further address the element overlapping problems by a mechanism of Conditional Layer Normalization, achieving even better extraction accuracy. The overall approach achieves an F1-score of 87.8% which ranks the first place in the competition.Jiawei Sheng Qian Li Yiming Hei Shu Guo Bowen Yu Lihong Wang Min He Tingwen Liu Hongbo Xu 2021Data Intelligence2021,3,3:4

Contrastive Analysis of General and Special Forced Oscillations of Power Systems显示文摘With the continuous incorporation of renewable energy and new loads into the electric power grid, random factors that induce general forced oscillations(GFOs)gradually become risks that affect the power system's security and stability.T his research conducts a comparative analysis of the generation mechanisms of GFOs versus the traditional special forced oscillations(SFOs),specifically, from the perspective of frequency domain.Similarities and differences in en-oscillating conditions, occurrence probabilities, and the influencing factors of GFO and SFO are compared to better understand and recognize the GFO theory and the response characteristics of the power system under random excitations.A series of simulations in the lO-generator,39-bus New England Test System is carried out to verify the analysis.Yongfei Liu Ping Ju Jun Chen Yiming Zhang Yiping Yu 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,1:4
The nodulation and nyctinastic leaf movement is orchestrated by clock gene LHY in Medicago truncatula显示文摘As sessile organisms, plants perceive, respond, and adapt to the environmental changes for optimal growth and survival. The plant growth and fitness are enhanced by circadian clocks through coordination of numerous biological events. In legume species,nitrogen-fixing root nodules were developed as the plant organs specialized for symbiotic transfer of ni-trogen between microsymbiont and host. Here,we report that the endogenous circadian rhythm in nodules is regulated by MtLHY in legume species Medicago truncatula.Loss of function of MtLHY leads to a reduction in the number of nodules formed, resulting in a diminished ability to assimilate nitrogen. The operation of the 24-h rhythm in shoot is further influenced by the availability of nitrogen produced by the nodules, leading to the irregulated nyctinastic leaf movement and reduced biomass in mtlhy mutants. These data shed new light on the roles of MtLHY in the orchestration of circadian oscillator in nodules and shoots, which provides a mechanistic link between nodulation, nitrogen assimilation, and clock function.Yiming Kong Lu Han Xiu Liu Hongfeng Wang Lizhu Wen Xiaolin Yu Xiaodong Xu Fanjiang Kong Chunxiang Fu Kirankumar S.Mysore Jiangqi Wen Chuanen Zhou 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12:4
A Multi-semantics Classification Method Based on Deep Learning for Incredible Messages on Social Media显示文摘How to classify incredible messages has attracted great attention from academic and industry nowadays. The recent work mainly focuses on one type of incredible messages(a.k.a rumors or fake news)and achieves some success to detect them. The existing problem is that incredible messages have different types on social media, and rumors or fake news cannot represent all incredible messages.Based on this,in the paper,we divide messages on social media into five types based on three dimensions of information evaluation metrics. And a novel method is proposed based on deep learning for classifying the five types of incredible messages on social media.More specifically,we use attention mechanism to obtain deep text semantic features and strengthen emotional semantics features, meanwhile, construct universal metadata as auxiliary features, concatenating them for incredible messages classification.A series of experiments on two representative real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods.WU Lianwei RAO Yuan YU Hualei WANG Yiming AMBREEN Nazir 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,4:4

Chemically Binding Scaffolded Anodes with 3D Graphene Architectures Realizing Fast and Stable Lithium Storage显示文摘Tree-dimensional(3D)graphene has emerged as an ideal platform to hybridize with electrochemically active materials for improved performances. However, for lithium storage, current anodic guests ofen exist in the form of nanoparticles, physically attached to graphene hosts, and therefore tend to detach from graphene matrices and aggregate into large congeries, causing considerable capacity fading upon repeated cycling.Herein,we develop a facile double-network hydrogel-enabled methodology for chemically binding anodic scafolds with 3D graphene architectures.Taking tin-based alloy anodes as an example, the doublenetwork hydrogel, containing interpenetrated cyano-bridged coordination polymer hydrogel and graphene oxide hydrogel,is directly converted to a physical-intertwined and chemical-bonded Sn−Ni alloy scafold and graphene architecture(Sn−Ni/G)dual framework.Te unique dual framework structure, with remarkable structural stability and charge-transport capability, enables the Sn−Ni/G anode to exhibit long-term cyclic life(701 mA h g^(−1) afer 200 cycles at 0.1 A g^(−1))and high rate performance(497 and 390 mA h g^(−1) at 1 and 2 A g^(−1),respectively).Tis work provides a new perspective towards chemically binding scafolded low-cost electrode and electrocatalyst materials with 3D graphene architectures for boosting energy storage and conversion.Ping Wu Zhiwei Fang Anping Zhang Xiao Zhang Yawen Tang Yiming Zhou Guihua Yu 2019Research2019,,1:4
