1Stenting for symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in China:1-year outcome of a multicentre registry study显示文摘background and purpose A multicentre prospective registry study of individually tailored stenting for a patient with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS)combined with poor collaterals in China showed that the short-term safety and efficacy of stenting was acceptable.However,it remained uncertain whether the low event rate could be of a long term.We reported the 1-year outcome of this registry study to evaluate the long-term efficacy of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Methods Patients with symptomatic ICAS caused by 70%-99% stenosis located at the intracranial internal carotid,middle cerebral,intracranial vertebral or basilar arteries combined with poor collaterals were enrolled.Balloon-mounted stent or balloon plus self-expanding stent were selected based on the ease of vascular access and lesion morphology determined by the operators.The primary outcome was the rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack and death,and 12-month ischaemic stroke within the same vascular territory,haemorrhagic stroke and vascular death after stenting.results From September 2013 to January 2015,300 patients(ages 58.3±9.78 years)were recruited.Among them,159 patients were treated with balloon-mounted stent and 141 with balloon plus self-expanding stent.During the 1-year follow-up,25 patients had a primary end point event.The probability of primary outcome at 1 year was 8.1%(95% CI 5.3% to 11.7%).In 76 patients with digital subtraction angiography follow-up,27.6%(21/76)had re-stenosis≥50% and 18.4%(14/76)had re-stenosis≥70%.No baseline characteristic was associated with the primary outcome.Conclusion The event rate remains low over 1 year of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Further randomised trial of comparing individually tailored stenting with best medical therapy is needed.Ning Ma Yong Zhang Jie Shuai Changchun Jiang Qiyi Zhu Kangning Chen Li Liu Baomin Li Xiangqun Shi Lianbo Gao Yajie Liu Feng Wang Yongli Li Tieyan Liu Hongbo Zheng Dapeng Mo Feng Gao Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang Lei Feng Zhongrong Miao 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,3:29

3Correlation Between Soil Water Retention Capability and Soil Salt Content显示文摘The soil moisture retention capability of Chao soil and coastal saline Chao soil in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces were measured by pressure membrane method. The main factors influencing soil moisture retention capability were studied by the methods of correlation and path analyses. The results indicated that < 0.02mm physical clay and soil salt content were the main factors influencing soil moisture retention capability. 5Late Paleozoic to Mesozoic extension in southwestern Fujian Province, South China: Geochemical, geochronological and Hf isotopic constraints from basic-intermediate dykes显示文摘The tectonic evolution of SE China block since late Paleozoic remains debated.Here we present a new set of zircon U-Pb geochronological,Lu-Hf isotopic data and whole-rock geochemistry for two stages of basicintermediate dykes from the southwestern Fujian.The samples were collected from the NE-trending(mainly diabases) and NW-trending(mainly diabasic diorites) dykes and yielded zircon U-Pb ages of 315 and 141 Ma,with ε_(Hf)(t) values of-8.90 to 7.49 and-23.39 to-7.15(corresponding to T_(DM2) values of 850 to 1890 Ma and 737 to 2670 Ma),respectively.Geochemically these rocks are characterized by low TiO_2(0.91-1.73 wt.%)and MgO(3.04-7.96 wt.%),and high Al_2O_3(12.5-16.60 wt.%) and K_2O(0.60-3.63 wt.%).Further they are enriched in LREEs and ULEs(Rb,Ba,Th and K).but depleted in HFSEs(Nb,Ta and Zr).The tectonic discrimination analysis revealed that the dykes were formed in an intraplate extensional environment.However,the NW trending dykes show crust-mantle mixed composition,which indicate an extensional tectonic setting with evidence for crustal contamination.The SE China block experienced two main stages of extensional tectonics from late Carboniferous to early Cretaceous.The tectonic evolution of the SE China block from late Devonian to Cretaceous is also evaluated.Sen Wang Da Zhang Ganguo Wu Absai Vatuva Yongjun Di Pengcheng Yan Haibin Feng Shuai Ma 2017Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,3:6
6Template-free synthesis of three-dimensional NiFe-LDH hollow microsphere with enhanced OER performance in alkaline media显示文摘Flower-like hierarchical three-dimensional Ni Fe layered double hydroxides hollow microspheres(3D NiFe-LDH HMS),as one kind of novel non-noble metal electrocatalysts,have been fabricated in a templatefree route for water oxidation.Both of the concentration of ammonium fluoride and the reaction time are adjusted to obtain a series of Ni Fe-LDH microspheres,with different internal structures from massive to hollow generated during the hydrothermal treatment,which improve the electrocatalytic activity of the Ni Fe-LDH catalysts towards the evolution reaction of oxygen.The optimized Ni Fe-LDH-0.4M HMS show the excellent OER performance in alkaline electrolyte withη=290 mV@10 mA cm^-2,and a Tafel slope of 51 mV dec-1,which outperforms the benchmark RuO2 catalyst.The possible reason is attributed to the more exposure of active sites,and fast ion transport resulting from the hierarchical hollow structure.Haihong Zhong Tongyuan Liu Shuwei Zhang Dianqing Li Pinggui Tang Nicolas Alonso-Vante Yongjun Feng 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,6:5
7The efficacy and safety of nimodipine in acute ischemic stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind, randomized,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘Nimodipine might be effective in subcortical vascular dementia(VaD). Its benefit in preventing further cognitive decline in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS) and vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI) remains to be established. In this multicenter, double-blind trial, we randomly assigned 654 eligible patients to nimodipine 30 mg three times a day or placebo. The primary outcome was any cognitive decline defined by the changes on the Mini-Mental State Examination(DMMSE à3) or vascular AD assessment scale cognitive subscale(DADAS-cog ! 4) at 6 months. Secondary outcomes included any distribution shift of DADAS-cog, DMMSE or cognitive improvement defined by DADAS-cog à2, or DMMSE ! 0. The primary outcome in the nimodipine group and placebo group were similar for DMMSE à3(4.18% and 7.22%, respectively, P = 0.15) and DADAS-cog ! 4(8.36% and 8.93% respectively,P = 0.88). The distribution shift of DADAS-cog and DMMSE differed significantly between the two groups(P = 0.03 and P = 0.05 respectively). Cognitive improvement occurred in 55.4% in the nimodipine group and 43.6% in the placebo group measured by DADAS-cog à2(Odds Ratio, 1.54; 95% confidence interval[CI] 1.10–2.14, P < 0.01) or 84.0% and 74.6% respectively by DMMSE ! 0(Odds Ratio, 1.79; 95% CI 1.18–2.70, P < 0.01). Nimodipine was associated with better cognitive function in the memory domain. The adverse events rate was similar in two groups. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT01220622. 8Research on Large Volume Airgun Source Signal Reception in Hutubi, Xinjiang Using Seismic Network Data显示文摘We used data from the Xinjiang Digital Seismic Network and PSD( Power Spectral Density) method to perform noise level assessment for six stations. We calculated the median of the power spectral density to evaluate the noise level of different stations. After the comparison of the power spectral density of different stations and the airgun signal recognition,we found that noise level of stations with recognizable airgun source signals is lower than that of stations without recognizable signals. The largest difference of the power spectral density is 40 d B,and the smallest is 15 d B. 9Point cloud registration for agriculture and forestry crops based on calibration balls using Kinect V2显示文摘For the process of point cloud registration,and the problem of inaccurate registration due to errors in correspondence between keypoints.In this paper,a registration method based on calibration balls was proposed,the trunk,branch,and crown were selected as experimental objects,and three calibration balls were randomly placed around the experimental objects to ensure different distances between two ball centers.Using the Kinect V2 depth camera to collect the point cloud of the experimental scene from four different viewpoints,the PassThrough filter algorithm was used for point cloud filtering in each view of the experimental scenes.The Euclidean cluster extraction algorithm was employed for point cloud clustering and segmentation to extract the experimental object and the calibration ball.The random sample consensus(RANSAC)algorithm was applied to fit the point cloud of a ball and calculate the coordinates of the ball center so that the distance between two ball centers under different viewpoints can be obtained by using the coordinates of the ball center.Comparing the distance between the ball centers from different viewpoints to determine the corresponding relationship between the ball centers from different viewpoints,and then using the singular value decomposition(SVD)method,the initial registration matrix was obtained.Finally,Iterative Closest Point(ICP)and its improved algorithm were used for accurate registration.The experimental results showed that the method of point cloud registration based on calibration balls can solve the problem of corresponding error of keypoints,and can register point clouds from different viewpoints of the same object.The registration method was evaluated by using the registration running time and the fitness score.The final registration running time of different experimental objects was not more than 6.5 s.The minimum fitness score of the trunk was approximately 0.0001,the minimum fitness score of the branch was approximately 0.0001,and the minimum fitness score of the crown was approximately 0.0006.Sanzhang Zhou Feng Kang Wenbin Li Jiangming Kan Yongjun Zheng 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:4

11Identification and location of grapevine sucker based on information fusion of 2D laser scanner and machine vision显示文摘Chemical sucker control has been proven to be a more efficient method than manual and mechanical removals.The quick and effective identification and location of suckers are key technologies for targeted spray that can reduce chemical applications and alleviate potential problems.The goal of this research was to improve the accuracy of identification and location algorithm of grapevine suckers for real-time mobile targeted spray based on information fusion of two dimensional(2D)laser scanner and camera machine vision.A triangle white calibration board was used to determine the invisible laser scanning line.The positions of the terminated points of the scanning line on the calibration board in the laser scanner’s coordinates were calculated.Suckers size and center location were obtained by ExGExR segmentation,then the relative position between the suckers and triangle calibration board was determined in the image coordinates.Eventually,the actual size and relative position between the identified suckers and the platform were calculated by integrating the laser line and image information.The results of the field trials showed that the consumed time of the developed algorithm was 0.787 s,the width recognition rate 91.8%,height recognition rate 88.2%,and the relative position accuracies 92.0%,87.3%,which could meet the requirement of grapevine sucker precision targeted spray.Wang Yaxiong Xu Shasha Li Wenbin Kang Feng Zheng Yongjun 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2:4
12Chromosome doubling of Sedum alfredii Hance: A novel approach for improving phytoremediation efficiency显示文摘Sedum alfredii Hance is a cadmium(Cd)/zinc(Zn)hyperaccumulator native to China.However,its relatively low biomass restricted the large-scale application for heavy metal contamination remediation.The chromosome set doubling of S.alfredii in vitro was achieved by 0.1%–0.2%(W/V)colchicine treatment.The plant DNA ploidy was analyzed by flow cytometry and chromosome set doubling plants(CSD)were identified based on the obvious different sharp peak.A tissue culture experiment with different Cd treated levels and a field trial with natural polluted mined soil were conducted to study the effects of chromosome doubling on plant biomass and Cd accumulation in shoots.The results suggested that S.alfredii is a mixoploid.Compared with the wild type plants(WT),CSD exhibited typical'gigas'characteristics in morphology including stem thickness,root hair production,number of leaves and size of stoma guard cell.Fresh weight and dry weight of CSD were increased to 1.62–2.03-fold and 2.26–3.25-fold of WT.And Cd content of CSD showed a17.49%–42.82%increase and 59%increase under tissue culture and field condition,accordingly.In addition,the TF and in BCF of CSD were 2.37-and 1.59-fold of WT,respectively.These results proved that it is feasible to promote phytoextraction efficiency of S.alfredii in Cd contaminated soils through chromosomal engineering,which provides a novel approach for hyperaccumulator application in phytoremediation.Ying Feng Qiong Wang Qian Meng Yongjun Liu Fengshan Pan Sha Luo Yingjie Wu Luyao Ma Xiaoe Yang 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,12:4
13Dynamic Modeling and Experiment of a New Type of Parallel Servo Press Considering Gravity Counterbalance显示文摘The large capacity servo press is traditionally realized by means of redundant actuation,however there exist the over-constraint problem and interference among actuators,which increases the control difficulty and the product cost.A new type of press mechanism with parallel topology is presented to develop the mechanical servo press with high stamping capacity.The dynamic model considering gravity counterbalance is proposed based on the virtual work principle,and then the effect of counterbalance cylinder on the dynamic performance of the servo press is studied.It is found that the motor torque required to operate the press is a lot less than the others when the ratio of the counterbalance force to the gravity of ram is in the vicinity of 1.0.The stamping force of the real press prototype can reach up to 25 MN on the position of 13 mm away from the bottom dead center.The typical deep-drawing process with 1200 mm stroke at 8 strokes per minute is proposed by means of five order polynomial.On this process condition,the driving torques are calculated based on the above dynamic model and the torque measuring test is also carried out on the prototype.It is shown that the curve trend of calculation torque is consistent to the measured result and that the average error is less than 15%.The parallel mechanism is introduced into the development of large capacity servo press to avoid the over-constraint and interference of traditional redundant actuation,and its dynamic characteristics with gravity counterbalance are presented.HE Jun GAO Feng BAI Yongjun WU Shengfu 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,6:4
14Staged angioplasty versus regular carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis at high risk of hyperperfusion:a randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose Hyperperfusion(HP)is a devastating complication associated with carotid artery stenting(CAS)or endarterectomy.The efficacy and safety of staged angioplasty(SAP)in patients with CAS at high risk of HP remains unclear.We sought to determine whether SAP is superior to regular CAS in patients with high risk of HP.Methods A randomised,multicentre open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment(STEP)was conducted.Patients with severe carotid stenosis at high risk of HP were randomly assigned(1:1)to the SAP or regular CAS group.The primary endpoint was hyperperfusion syndrome(HPS)and intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)within 30 days after the procedure.Results From November 2014 to January 2017,a total of 64 patients were enrolled in 11 centres.33 patients were allocated to the SAP group and 31 to the regular CAS group.At 30 days,the rate of primary endpoint was 0.0%(0/33)in the SAP group and 9.7%(3/31)in the regular CAS group(absolute risk reduction(ARR),9.7%;95%CI−20.1% to 0.7%;p=0.11).As one of the secondary endpoints,the incidence of HP phenomenon(HPP)was lower in the SAP group than the regular CAS group(0.0%vs 22.6%,ARR,−22.6%;95% CI−36.8%to−10.2%;p=0.04).Conclusion The rate of HPS and ICH was not significantly lower in SAP group;the extended secondary endpoint of HPP,however,significantly reduced,which suggested that SAP may be a safe and effective carotid revascularisation procedure to prevent HP.Dapeng Mo Baixue Jia Huaizhang Shi Yaxuan Sun Qingan Liu Chengzhe Fan Jianping Deng Jinglin Yuan Wei Wu Changchun Jiang Guilian Zhang Hanjun Du Ning Ma Feng Gao Xuan Sun Ligang Song Lian Liu Guangge Peng Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang Zhongrong Miao the STEP Study Group 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:3

16Brood sex ratio in the Yellow-bellied Prinia(Prinia flaviventris)显示文摘Background:The adjustment of sex ratios in birds can occur at the egg and nestling stages. Previous studies showed that the sex ratio was affected by environmental factors and parental condition; it may result in seasonal and ecosystem differences.Methods:In this study, the brood sex ratio of the Yellow-bellied Prinia(Prinia flaviventris) in the Nonggang area, Guangxi, southwestern China, was investigated during the breeding season from May to June in 2013 using PCR amplification from whole-genome DNA extracted from blood samples. A total of 31 nests of Yellow-bellied Prinia, including 132 brood fledglings and 31 pairs, were sampled.Results:The results showed that the brood sex ratio of the Yellow-bellied Prinia was 1:1, and sex ratios of different nests were evenly distributed within the study area. No significant relationship was found between parental quality and nest characteristics with the brood sex ratio.Conclusions:The present study indicated that no brood sex ratio bias in the Yellow-bellied Prinia highlighted the complexity of sex ratio adjustment in birds. 17RS and GIS-based Analysis of Landscape Pattern Changes in Urban-rural Ecotone:A Case Study of Daiyue District,Tai' an City,China显示文摘Based on RS data of Daiyue District,Tai'an City in 2000,2005 and 2010,changes of land use types in urban-rural ecotone of Tai'an City from 2000 to 2010 were analyzed.Ecological theories,ArcGIS techniques and landscape structure analysis software Fragstats were applied to select relevant landscape pattern indexes and analyze changes of landscape structure,and compare changes in two durations(2000-2005,2005-2010).The results showed that area of natural landscapes in the study area declined from 2000 to 2010,construction land expanded,land use types were mainly transferred from natural landscapes to man-made landscapes.In terms of landscape level,number of patches(NP),patch density(PD),patch shape index(SHAPE),Shannon's diversity index(SHDI) and Shannon's evenness index(SHEI) increased,the largest patch index(LPI) declined.In terms of type level,arable land were influenced by the most human interventions,large-scale patches turned fragmented,and landscape dominance degraded;woodland landscapes were concentrated in mountainous areas,waterscape indexes showed slight changes.Dominance of regional dominant landscape types degraded,landscape fragmentation and landscape heterogeneity increased,and landscape stability declined.SHI Haopeng YU Kaiqin FENG Yongjun DONG Xiaochang ZHAO Haiyan DENG Xiaomei 2012Journal of Landscape Research2012,4,9:2
18Acute Ischaemic Stroke Cooperation Group of Endovascular Treatment (ANGEL) registry: study protocol for a prospective, multicentre registry in China显示文摘Background and purpose Endovascular treatment could improve functional outcomes and reduce mortality in patients with intracranial large artery occlusion. This registry aims to evaluate the endovascular treatment delivery and to improve endovascular treatment algorithm in clinical practice for patients with stroke in China. Methods and analysis This multicentric, nationwide, prospective registry plans to include 20 stroke centres and recruit 900 consecutive AIS patients with large- artery occlusion under endovascular treatment. This registry will enrol acute large vessel occlusion patients suitable for endovascular treatment and the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this study, 90 days functional independence (modified Rankin Scale score ≤2) is the primary efficacy endpoint. The procedural efficacy endpoint of this registry is target artery recanalisation defined by modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction score 2b or 3 after endovascular therapy. Symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage with 24±3 hours after the procedure is the primary safety endpoint of this registry. 19An energy saving and fluorine-free electrorefining process for ultrahigh purity lead refining显示文摘The present paper reports a new fluoride-free and energy-saving lead electrolytic refining process in order to solve the serious problems of the existing Betts lead electrorefining process, such as low production efficiency,high energy consumption and fluorine pollution. In the process, a mixed solution of perchloric acid and lead perchlorate(HClO4-Pb(ClO4)2) with the additives of gelatin and sodium lignin sulfonate is employed as the new electrolyte. The cathodic polarization curves show that HClO4 is very stable, and there is no any reduction reaction of HClO4 during the electrolytic process. The redox reactions of lead ions in HClO4 solution are very reversible with an ultrahigh capacity efficiency, so the HClO4 acts as a stable support electrolyte with higher ionic conductivity than the traditional H2SiF6 electrolyte. The results of the scale-up experiments show that under the optimal conditions of 2.8 mol·L-1 HClO4, 0.4 mol·L-1 Pb(ClO4)2 and electrolysis temperature of 45 ℃, the energy consumption is as low as 24.5 kW·h·(t Pb)-1 , only about 20% of that by Betts method at the same current density of 20 mA·cm-2, and the purity of the refined lead is up to 99.9992%, much higher than that specified by Chinese national standard(99.994%, GB/T 469-2013) and European standard(99.99%, EN 12659–1999).Xuan Zhang Junqing Pan Yanzhi Sun Yongjun Feng Huixia Niu 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,5:2
20Oxygen vacancies engineering by coordinating oxygen-buffering CeO_(2) with CoO_(x) nanorods as efficient bifunctional oxygen electrode electrocatalyst显示文摘CeO_(2)decorated CoOx rod-like hybrid,supported onto holey reduced graphene(CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO)composite,was fabricated via a surfactant-assisted route.Its corresponding electrocatalytic performance towards oxygen reduction/evolution reactions(ORR and OER)was systematically investigated in alkaline electrolyte.Structural,morphological and compositional studies revealed changes in electronic and surface properties when CeO_(2)was introduced as an oxygen buffer material.The oxygen vacancies effectively enhanced the electrocatalytic activity,while the synergistic effect of co-catalyst CeO_(2),CoOx activecenters,and defective graphene with many voids facilitate the charge/mass transfer,making CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO an efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalyst for OER/ORR with△E=0.76 V(△E=E10mAcm.-2OER-E_(1/2).ORR).This parameter is 70 mV and 270 mV lower than CoOx/RGO and the benchmark Pt/C,respectively.In addition,the OER/ORR bifunctionality of CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO composite outperforms that of Pt/C catalyst in a H2-O_(2)micro fuel cell platform.Haihong Zhong Luis Alberto Estudillo-Wong Yuan Gao Yongjun Feng Nicolas Alonso-Vante 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:2
