1Trend of declining stroke mortality in China:reasons and analysis显示文摘Introduction There is a downward trend of stroke-related mortality in the USA.By reviewing all published articles on stroke mortality in China,we analysed its trend and possible factors that have influenced the trend.Methods Both English and Chinese literatures were searched on the mortality of stroke or cerebrovascular diseases in China.Potential papers related to this topic were identified from PubMed,Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library,Wanfang Database,SINOMED and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases.Results Comparing the results from the most recent population-based epidemiological survey and databank from the national Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the age-adjusted stroke mortality rate has shown a downward trend among both urban and rural population in the past 30 years in China.Comparing with 30 years ago,the rate of stroke mortality has decreased by more than 31%in urban/suburban population and 11%in rural population.In men,the age-adjusted stroke mortality rate decreased by 18.9%and in women by 24.9%between 1994 and 2013.Factors that may have contributed to the trend of decreased stroke mortality rate include(1)improved healthcare coverage and healthcare environment;(2)improved treatment options and medical technology;(3)support by government to educate the public on stroke and stroke prevention;and(4)improved public knowledge on stroke.Conclusions The age-adjusted stroke mortality rate in China has shown a downward trend among both urban and rural population in the past 30 years.The major influencing factors that helped in reducing stroke mortality in China included improved healthcare coverage,healthcare environment,the updated treatment options and modern medical technology.Wenzhi Wang David Wang Hongmei Liu Haixin Sun Bin Jiang Xiaojuan Ru Dongling Sun Zhenghong Chen Yongjun Wang 2017Stroke & Vascular Neurology2017,2,3:52
2Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases显示文摘Aim Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in China.Ischaemic stroke accounts for about 60%-80%of all strokes.It is of considerable significance to carry out multidimensional management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.This evidence-based guideline aims to provide the latest detailed and comprehensive recommendations on the diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We had performed comprehensive searches of MEDLINE(via PubMed)(before 30 June 2019),and integrated the relevant information into charts and distributed to the writing group.Writing group members discussed and determined the recommendations through teleconference.We used the level of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association to grade each recommendation.The draft was reviewed by the Guideline Writing Committee of Chinese Stroke Association Stroke and finalised.This guideline is fully updated every 3 years.results This evidence-based guideline is based on the treatment,care and prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases,which emphasises on pathogenesis evaluation,intravenous thrombolysis,endovascular therapy,antiplatelet therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This updated guideline presents a framework for the management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Timely first-aid measures,professional care in the acute stage,and proactive secondary prevention will be helpful to patients.Liping Liu Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Wanying Duan Shujuan Li Xiaochuan Huo Weihai Xu Li'an Huang Huaguang Zheng Jingyi Liu Hui Liu Yufei Wei Jie Xu Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:42
3Coordinated optimal dispatch and market equilibrium of integrated electric power and natural gas networks with P2G embedded显示文摘As power to gas(P2 G) technology gradually matures, the coupling between electricity networks and natural gas networks should ideally evolve synergistically.With the intent of characterizing market behaviors of integrated electric power and natural gas networks(IPGNs)with P2 G facilities, this paper establishes a steady-state model of P2 G and constructs optimal dispatch models of an electricity network and a natural gas network separately. In addition, a concept of slack energy flow(SEF) is proposed as a tool for coordinated optimal dispatch between the two networks. To study how the market pricing mechanism affects coordinated optimal dispatch in an IPGN, a market equilibrium-solving model for an IPGN is constructed according to game theory, with a solution based on the Nikaido-Isoda function. 4Stenting for symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in China:1-year outcome of a multicentre registry study显示文摘background and purpose A multicentre prospective registry study of individually tailored stenting for a patient with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS)combined with poor collaterals in China showed that the short-term safety and efficacy of stenting was acceptable.However,it remained uncertain whether the low event rate could be of a long term.We reported the 1-year outcome of this registry study to evaluate the long-term efficacy of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Methods Patients with symptomatic ICAS caused by 70%-99% stenosis located at the intracranial internal carotid,middle cerebral,intracranial vertebral or basilar arteries combined with poor collaterals were enrolled.Balloon-mounted stent or balloon plus self-expanding stent were selected based on the ease of vascular access and lesion morphology determined by the operators.The primary outcome was the rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack and death,and 12-month ischaemic stroke within the same vascular territory,haemorrhagic stroke and vascular death after stenting.results From September 2013 to January 2015,300 patients(ages 58.3±9.78 years)were recruited.Among them,159 patients were treated with balloon-mounted stent and 141 with balloon plus self-expanding stent.During the 1-year follow-up,25 patients had a primary end point event.The probability of primary outcome at 1 year was 8.1%(95% CI 5.3% to 11.7%).In 76 patients with digital subtraction angiography follow-up,27.6%(21/76)had re-stenosis≥50% and 18.4%(14/76)had re-stenosis≥70%.No baseline characteristic was associated with the primary outcome.Conclusion The event rate remains low over 1 year of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Further randomised trial of comparing individually tailored stenting with best medical therapy is needed.Ning Ma Yong Zhang Jie Shuai Changchun Jiang Qiyi Zhu Kangning Chen Li Liu Baomin Li Xiangqun Shi Lianbo Gao Yajie Liu Feng Wang Yongli Li Tieyan Liu Hongbo Zheng Dapeng Mo Feng Gao Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang Lei Feng Zhongrong Miao 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,3:29
5Review and prospect of transgenic rice research显示文摘Rice is one of the most important crops as the staple food for more than half of the world's population. Rice improvement has achieved remarkable success in the past half-century, with the yield doubled in most parts of the world and even tripled in certain regions, which has contributed greatly to food security globally. Rapid population growth and economic development pose a constantly increased food requirement. However, rice yield has been hovering in the past decade, which is mainly caused by the absence of novel breeding technologies, reduction of genetic diversity of rice cultivars, and serious yield loss due to increasingly severe occurrences of insects, diseases, and abiotic stresses. To address these challenges, Chinese scientists proposed a novel rice breeding goal of developing Green Super Rice to improve rice varieties and realize the sustainable development of agriculture, by focusing on the following 5 classes of traits: insect and disease resistance, drought-tolerance, nutrient-use efficiency, quality and yield potential. As a modern breeding approach, transgenic strategy will play an important role in realizing the goal of Green Super Rice. Presently, many transgenic studies of rice have been conducted, and most of target traits are consistent with the goal of Green Super Rice. In this paper, we firstly review technical advances of rice transformation, and then outline the main progress in transgenic rice research with respect to the most important traits: insect and disease-resistance, drought-tolerance, nutrient-use efficiency, quality, yield potential and herbicide-tolerance. 6Safety and efficacy of ciprofol vs.propofol for sedation in intensive care unit patients with mechanical ventilation:a multi-center,open label,randomized,phase 2 trial显示文摘Background:Ciprofol(HSK3486;Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,Chengdu,China),developed as a novel 2,6-disubstituted phenol derivative showed similar tolerability and efficacy characteristics as propofol when applicated as continuous intravenous infusion for 12 h maintenance sedation in a previous phase 1 trial.The phase 2 trial was designed to investigate the safety,efficacy,and pharmacokinetic characteristics of ciprofol for sedation of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods:In this multicenter,open label,randomized,propofol positive-controlled,phase 2 trial,39 Chinese intensive care unit patients receiving mechanical ventilation were enrolled and randomly assigned to a ciprofol or propofol group in a 2:1 ratio.The ciprofol infusion was started with a loading infusion of 0.1-0.2 mg/kg for 0.5-5.0 min,followed by an initial maintenance infusion rate of 0.30 mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1),which could be adjusted to an infusion rate of 0.06 to 0.80 mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1),whereas for propofol the loading infusion dose was 0.5-1.0 mg/kg for 0.5-5.0 min,followed by an initial maintenance infusion rate of 1.50 mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1),which could be adjusted to 0.30-4.00 mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1)to achieve-2 to+1 Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale sedation within 6-24 h of drug administration.Results:Of the 39 enrolled patients,36 completed the trial.The median(min,max)of the average time to sedation compliance values for ciprofol and propofol were 60.0(52.6,60.0)min and 60.0(55.2,60.0)min,with median difference of 0.00(95%confidence interval:0.00,0.00).In total,29(74.4%)patients comprising 18(69.2%)in the ciprofol and 11(84.6%)in the propofol group experienced 86 treatment emergent adverse events(TEAEs),the majority being of severity grade 1 or 2.Drug-and sedation-related TEAEs were hypotension(7.7%vs.23.1%,P=0.310)and sinus bradycardia(3.8%vs.7.7%,P=1.000)in the ciprofol and propofol groups,respectively.The plasma concentration-time curves for ciprofol and propofol were similar.Conclusions:ciprofol is comparable to propofol with good tolerance and efficacy for sedation of Chinese intensive care unit patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the present study setting.Trial registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT04147416.Yongjun Liu Xiangyou Yu Duming Zhu Jun Zeng Qinhan Lin Bin Zang Chuanxi Chen Ning Liu Xiao Liu Wei Gao Xiangdong Guan 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,9:19
7Research Progress on Heat Stress of Rice at Flowering Stage显示文摘Global warming has caused frequent occurrence of heat stress at the flowering stage of single-season rice in the Yangtze River region of China, which results in declines of spikelet fertility and yield in rice. Rice flowering stage is the most sensitive period to high temperatures, and therefore, the key for heat stress happening is the flowering stage coinciding with high temperature, which causes spikelet fertility decreasing in heat-sensitive varieties, and is the major factor for heat injury differences among various rice planting regions. With the development of rice breeding, temperature indexes for heat stress has been converted from daily maximum temperature of 35 oC to 38 oC with the stress duration of more than 3 d. During the flowering stage, anther dehiscence inhibition and low pollen shedding onto the stigma are two main reasons for spikelet fertility reduction under high temperatures. At panicle initiation stage, high temperatures aggravate spikelet degeneration, and destroy floral organ development. Various types of rice varieties coexist in production, and indica-japonica hybrid rice demonstrates the highest heat resistance in general, followed by indica and japonica rice varieties. In production, avoiding high temperature is the main strategy of preventing heat stress, and planting suitable cultivars and adjustment of sowing date are the most effective measures. Irrigation is an effective real-time cultivation measure to decline the canopy temperature during the rice flowering stage. We suggested that further study should be focused on exploring heat injury differences among different rice variety types, and innovating rice-planting methods according to planting system changes in rice planting regions with extreme heat stress. 8Cerebral small vessel disease or intracranial large vessel atherosclerosis may carry different risk for future strokes显示文摘Background The effect of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and intracranial arterial stenosis(ICAS)on stroke outcomes remains unclear.Methods Data of 1045 patients with minor stroke or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)were obtained from 45 sites of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)trial.We assessed the associations of burdens of CSVD and ICAS with new strokes and bleeding events using multivariate Cox regression models and those with modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores using ordinal logistic regression models.Results Among the 1045 patients,CSVD was present in 830 cases(79.4%)and ICAS in 460(44.0%).Patients with>1 ICAS segment showed the highest risk of new strokes(HR 2.03,95%CI 1.15 to 3.56,p=0.01).No association between CSVD and the occurrence of new strokes was found.The presence of severe CSVD(common OR(cOR)2.01,95%CI 1.40 to 2.89,p<0.001)and>1 ICAS segment(cOR 2.15,95%CI 1.57 to 2.93,p<0.001)was associated with higher mRS scores.Severe CSVD(HR 10.70,95%CI 1.16 to 99.04,p=0.04),but not ICAS,was associated with a higher risk of bleeding events.Six-point modified CSVD score improved the predictive power for bleeding events and disability.Interpretation CSVD is associated with more disability and bleeding events,and ICAS is associated with an increased risk of stroke and disability in patients with minor stroke and TIA at 3 months.CSVD and ICAS may represent different vascular pathologies and play distinct roles in stroke outcomes.Huimin Chen Yuesong Pan Lixia Zong Jing Jing Xia Meng Yuyuan Xu Hongyi Yan Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Hao Li S Claiborne Johnston Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:13
9Factors Associated with Thrombolysis Outcome in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘The outcome of early intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is worse than that without thrombosis. How to increase the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for AF-related ischemic stroke remains largely unknown. In this study, we investigated factors that influence the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in these patients. Our results showed that thrombolysis was independently associated with a favorable outcome(P \ 0.001) and did not influence the mortality of AF-related ischemic stroke, although it increased the risk of hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. Risk factors for a poor outcome at admission were:heart failure(P = 0.045); high systolic pressure(P = 0.039); high blood glucose(P = 0.030); and a high National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score(P \ 0.001). Moreover, high systolic pressure at admission(P = 0.007), high blood glucose(P = 0.027), and a high NIHSS score(P \ 0.001) were independent risk factors for mortality at 3 months. Besides thrombolysis, a high NIHSS score(P = 0.006) and warfarin taken within 48 h before stroke onset(P = 0.032) were also independent risk factors for symptomatic hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. 10Modelling operation parameters of UAV on spray effects at different growth stages of corns显示文摘Currently,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)were widely applied to spray for pest and disease control.However,spray effect can be further improved by setting operation parameters more reasonably and scientifically.Therefore,this study attempts to derive the relationship between operation parameters and spray effect.Different growth stages were distinguished by various corn heights.A six-rotor UAV was operated at different heights and velocities to test pesticides spray effects for corns at different growth stages.Different plant canopy coverage rate and penetrating coefficients were obtained,according to which,the effects on droplet deposition rate caused by different UAVs’operation parameters were analyzed.Droplet penetrating coefficients were applied as indexes to evaluate and select UAVs operation parameters for corns at different growth stages respectively.Mathematical models of droplet penetrating coefficients with UAVs operation parameters were established for corns at all growth stages.The determination coefficients(R2)of all models were greater than 0.90 and average relative errors were within 20%,which asserted high forecasting accuracy of droplet penetrating rate.With the help of the models,parameters like operating height away from the bottom of corns and UAVs velocities were further analyzed,which guided the optimization of parameter settings and selection of spray methods for corns at different growth stages.Zheng Yongjun Yang Shenghui Zhao Chunjiang Chen Liping Yubin Lan Tan Yu 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:13
11The calcium-dependent kinase OsCPK24 functions in cold stress responses in rice显示文摘Calcium-dependent protein kinases(CPKs)are serine/threonine protein kinases that function in plant stress responses. Although CPKs are recognized as key messengers in signal transduction, the specific roles of CPKs and the molecular mechanisms underlying their activity remain largely unknown. Here, we characterized the function of Os CPK_(24), a cytosol-localized calciumdependent protein kinase in rice. Os CPK_(24) was universally and highly expressed in rice plants and was induced by cold treatment. Whereas Os CPK_(24) knockdown plants exhibited increased sensitivity to cold compared to wild type(WT), Os CPK_(24)-overexpressing plants exhibited increased cold tolerance. Plants overexpressing Os CPK_(24) exhibited increased accumulation of proline(an osmoprotectant) and glutathione(an antioxidant) and maintained a higher GSH/GSSG(reduced glutathione to oxidized glutathione) ratio during cold stress compared to WT. In addition to these effects in response to cold stress, we observed the kinase activity of Os CPK_(24) varied under different calcium concentrations. Further,Os CPK_(24) phosphorylated Os Grx_(10), a glutathionedependent thioltransferase, at rates modulated by changes in calcium concentration. 12Exosomes derived from human amniotic epithelial cells accelerate diabetic wound healing via PI3K-AKT-mTOR-mediated promotion in angiogenesis and fibroblast function显示文摘Background:Diabetic wounds are one of the most common and serious complications of diabetes mellitus,characterized by the dysfunction of wound-healing-related cells in quantity and quality.Our previous studies revealed that human amniotic epithelial cells(hAECs)could promote diabetic wound healing by paracrine action.Interestingly,numerous studies demonstrated that exosomes derived from stem cells are the critical paracrine vehicles for stem cell therapy.However,whether exosomes derived from hAECs(hAECs-Exos)mediate the effects of hAECs on diabetic wound healing remains unclear.This study aimed to investigate the biological effects of hAECs-Exos on diabetic wound healing and preliminarily elucidate the underlying mechanism.Methods:hAECs-Exos were isolated by ultracentrifugation and identified by transmission electron microscopy,dynamic light scattering and flow cytometry.A series of in vitro functional analyses were performed to assess the regulatory effects of hAECs-Exos on human fibroblasts(HFBs)and human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)in a high-glycemic microenvironment.Highthroughput sequencing and bioinformatics analyses were conducted to speculate the related mechanisms of actions of hAECs-Exos on HFBs and HUVECs.Subsequently,the role of the candidate signaling pathway of hAECs-Exos in regulating the function of HUVECs and HFBs,as well as in diabetic wound healing,was assessed.Results:hAECs-Exos presented a cup-or sphere-shaped morphology with a mean diameter of 105.89±10.36 nm,were positive for CD63 and TSG101 and could be internalized by HFBs and HUVECs.After that,hAECs-Exos not only significantly promoted the proliferation and migration of HFBs,but also facilitated the angiogenic activity of HUVECs in vitro.High-throughput sequencing revealed enriched miRNAs of hAECs-Exos involved in wound healing.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology analyses have shown that the target genes of the top 15 miRNAs were highly enriched in the PI3K-AKT pathway.Further functional studies demonstrated that the PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway was necessary for the induced biological effects of hAECs-Exos on HFBs and HUVECs,as well as on wound healing,in diabetic mice.Conclusions:Our findings demonstrated that hAECs-Exos represent a promising,novel strategy for diabetic wound healing by promoting angiogenesis and fibroblast function via activation of the PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway.Pei Wei Chenjian Zhong Xiaolan Yang Futing Shu Shichu Xiao Teng Gong Pengfei Luo Li Li Zhaohong Chen Yongjun Zheng Zhaofan Xia 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:12
13Concurrent intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis and the prognosis of transient ischaemic symptoms or imaging-negative ischaemic stroke显示文摘Background and purpose Transient ischaemic attack(TIA),transient symptoms with infarction(TSI)and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)-negative acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)share similar aetiologies but are considered to have a rather benign prognosis.We intended to investigate the association between intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS),extracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ECAS)and the prognosis of patients with TIA,TSI and DWI-negative AIS.Methods Clinical and imaging data of eligible participants were derived from the Chinese Intracranial Atherosclerosis study,according to symptom duration,acute infarction on DWI and discharge diagnosis.Based on the severity and location of arterial atherosclerosis,we categorised the study population into four groups:no or<50% ICAS and no ECAS;≥50% ICAS but no ECAS;no or<50%ICAS with ECAS;and concurrent≥50% ICAS and ECAS.Using multivariable Cox regression models,we analysed the relationship between the severity and distribution of large artery atherosclerosis and the prognosis of TIA,TSI and DWI-negative AIS.Results A total of 806 patients were included,67.3% of whom were male.The median age of the study participants was 63 years.Patients in the concurrent≥50% ICAS and ECAS subgroup had both a significantly higher 1-year recurrence rate(adjusted HR 3.4(95%CI 1.15 to 10.04),p=0.027)and a higher risk of composite vascular events(adjusted HR 3.82(95%CI 1.50 to 9.72),p=0.005).Conclusions Concurrent ICAS and ECAS is associated with a higher possibility of 1-year recurrent stroke or composite vascular events.Large artery evaluation is necessary to assess patients with transient ischaemic symptoms or DWI-negative AIS.Progress in shortening the time interval between symptom onset and large vessel evaluation is needed.Yue Suo Jing Jing Yuesong Pan Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Hao Li Yuehua Pu Liping Liu Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Xia Meng Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:10
14Epidemiological and etiological investigation of dengue fever in the Fujian province of China during 2004–2014显示文摘Dengue fever(DF) is a vector-borne disease and a tremendous socioeconomic burden on tropical and subtropical countries worldwide. To explore the characteristics of DF epidemic in the Fujian province, information of DF cases in Fujian during 2004–2014 was collected and analyzed. The complete E genes of 48 viral isolates were amplified and sequenced for phylogenetic analysis. A total of 733 cases was reported, of which 612(83.5%) occurred during the peak period from August to October. Additionally, 76%(190/250) of imported cases originated from Southeast Asia countries, by the epidemiological investigation. Phylogenetic analysis of the 48 viral isolates revealed that three genotypes(I, IV, V) of DENV1, and one genotype each of DENV2(cosmopolitan) and DENV3(I) circulated in Fujian during 2004–2014. Similar to the results of the epidemiological investigations, the source of most of the viral isolates, including imported and indigenous cases, may be Southeast Asia countries; however, importation from adjacent provinces was also observed in recent years. Overall, DF is considered an imported epidemic disease in Fujian. 15Safety and efficacy of tenecteplase versus alteplase in patients with acute ischaemic stroke (TRACE): a multicentre, randomised, open label, blinded-endpoint (PROBE) controlled phase II study显示文摘Background Tenecteplase(TNK)possesses several pharmacological characteristics superior to conventional alteplase(rt-PA),with well-established safety and efficacy profile in Caucasians.There exists controversy over the optimal dose of intravenous rt-PA for East Asians with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).Current study aimed to determine the safety dose range of recombinant human TNK tissue-type plasminogen activator(rhTNK-tPA)for patients with AIS in China.Methods This multicentre,prospective,randomised,open-label,blinded end-point,phase II study compared three tiers of 0.1,0.25,0.32 mg/kg rhTNK-tPA(to a maximum of 40 mg)with standard 0.9 mg/kg rt-PA(to a maximum of 90 mg)in patients who were eligible for intravenous thrombolysis.The safety outcome were symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 36 hours.Results Between May 2018 and February 2020,240 patients were randomly assigned to four group,4 of whom did not receive study treatment.The intention-to-treat analysis included 236 patients.There was no difference in the improvement on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale at day 14 in the 3 tiers and control group(63.3%,77.2%,66.7%vs 62.7%).The number of sICH was 3 of 60(5.0%)in the 0.1 mg/kg group,none in the 0.25 mg/kg group,2 of 60(3.3%)in the 0.32 mg/kg group and 1(1.7%)of 59 in the rt-PA group.There were no significant between-group differences in severe adverse events.Conclusions Similar to the Caucasians,rhTNK-tPA was well tolerated in Chinese patients with AIS at all doses administered within 3 hours of symptom onset.The dose-efficacy profile of rhTNK-tPA needs to be established with future investigations.Shuya Li Yuesong Pan Ziran Wang Zhigang Liang Huisheng Chen Dong Wang Yi Sui Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang WanLiang Du Huaguang Zheng Yongjun Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,1:9
16In-situ lunar dust deposition amount induced by lander landing in Chang’E-3 mission显示文摘China first in-situ lunar dust experiment is performed by a lunar dust detector in Chang’E-3 mission. The existed dust(less than 20 μm in diameter) properties, such as levitation, transportation and adhesion, are critical constraints for future lunar exploration program and even manned lunar exploration. Based on the problems discussed above, the in-situ lunar dust detector is originally designed to characterize dust deposition properties induced by lander landing as a function of environmental temperature, solar incident angle and orbit short circuit current on the northern Mare Imbrium, aiming to study lunar dust deposition properties induced by lander landing in depth. This paper begins with a brief of introduction of Chang’E-3 lunar dust detector design,followed by a series of experimental analysis of this instrument under different influencing factors, and concludes with lunar dust mass density deposition amount observed on the first lunar day is about 0.83 mg/cm^2, which is less than that observed in Apollo 11 mission because the landing site of Chang’E-3 has the youngest mare basalts comparing with previous Apollo and lunar landing sites. 17Heavy metal removal from aqueous solutions by chitosan-based magnetic composite flocculants显示文摘In this study,three magnetic flocculants with different chelating groups,namely,carboxymethyl chitosan-modified Fe_(3)O_(4)flocculant(MC),acrylamide-grafted magnetic carboxymethyl chitosan flocculant(MCM),and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolyacrylamide-grafted magnetic carboxymethyl chitosan flocculant(MCAA)were prepared,synthesized,and characterized by photopolymerization technology.They were applied to the flocculation removal of Cr(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ).The effect of flocculation condition on the removal performance of Cr(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ)was studied.Characterization results show that the three magnetic carboxymethyl chitosan-based flocculants have been successfully prepared with good magnetic induction properties.Flocculation results show that the removal rates of MC,MCM,and MCAA on Cr(Ⅲ)are 51.79%,82.33%,and 91.42%,respectively,under the conditions of 80 mg/L flocculant,pH value of 6,reaction time of 1.5 hr,G value of 200 s^(-1),and precipitation magnetic field strength of 120 mT.The removal rates of Co(Ⅱ)by MC,MCM,and MCAA are 54.33%,84.99%,and 90.49%,respectively.The removal rates of Pb(Ⅱ)by MC,MCM,and MCAA are 61.54%,91.32%,and 95.74%,respectively.MCAA shows good flocculation performance in composite heavy metal-simulated wastewater.The magnetic carboxymethyl chitosan-based flocculant shows excellent flocculation performance in removing soluble heavy metals.This research provides guidance and ideas for the development of efficient and low-cost flocculation technology to remove heavy metals in wastewater.Xuefeng Xiao Yuanyuan Yu Yongjun Sun Xing Zheng Aowen Chen 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10:9

19Functional Characterization of SmbHLH13 in Anthocyanin Biosynthesis and Flowering in Eggplant显示文摘Anthocyanin is abundant in a few vegetables,including eggplant.It protects plants from abiotic stress and benefits human health,making the research of anthocyanin biosynthesis increasingly important.Flowering time is an important reference for judging reproduction and adaptability,which can guide plant production.In this study,SmbHLH13 from eggplant was identified.Yeast one-hybrid and dual-luciferase assays showed that SmbHLH13 binded and activated the expression of structural genes SmCHS and SmF3H in anthocyanin biosynthesis and it also was bound to the promoter of the key gene SmFT in flowering.Furthermore,genetic transformation of Arabidopsis revealed that overexpression of SmbHLH13 enhanced anthocyanin accumulation and delayed flowering.These results demonstrated that SmbHLH13 might promote anthocyanin accumulation through positive regulation of SmCHS and SmF3H.Moreover,SmbHLH13 might have a role in delaying eggplant flowering.Haochun Xi Yongjun He Huoying Chen 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,1:8
20Stochastic Dynamic Economic Dispatch of Wind-integrated Electricity and Natural Gas Systems Considering Security Risk Constraints显示文摘As the proportion of wind power generation increases in power systems,it is necessary to develop new ways for wind power accommodation and improve the existing power dispatch model.The power-to-gas technology,which offers a new approach to accommodate surplus wind power,is an excellent way to solve the former.Hence,this paper proposes to involve power-to-gas technology in the integrated electricity and natural gas systems(IEGSs).To solve the latter,on one hand,a new indicator,the scale factor of wind power integration,is introduced into the wind power stochastic model to better describe the uncertainty of grid-connected wind power;on the other hand,for quantizing and minimizing the impact of the uncertainties of wind power and system loads on system security,security risk constraints are established for the IEGS by the conditional value-at-risk method.By considering these two aspects,an MILP formulation of a security-risk based stochastic dynamic economic dispatch model for an IEGS is established,and GUROBI obtained from GAMS is used for the solution.Case studies are conducted on an IEGS consisting of a modified IEEE 39-bus system and the Belgium 20-node natural gas system to examine the effectiveness of the proposed dispatch model.Zexing Chen Gelan Zhu Yongjun Zhang Tianyao Ji Ziwen Liu Xiaoming Lin Zexiang Cai 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:8
