1Interaction between γ-TiAl alloy and zirconia显示文摘A study on the interaction between TiAl alloy and zirconia was carried out in argon atmosphere. Themicrographic observations of the cross-section perpendicular to the interface were obtained using a scanning electronmicroscope with a dedicated energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS). The results showed that firstly TiAl alloyspreads on the ceramic surface, and then infiltrates into the pores between ceramic particles accompanied by a chemicalreaction. The whole ceramic mold is broken into tiny blocks. 2Evolution of microstructure in centrifugal cast Al-Cu alloy显示文摘In this research,the effects of centrifugal radius and mould rotation speed on microstructure in centrifugal-cast Al-Cu alloy have been investigated.The results show that,with increase of the centrifugal radius or mould rotation speed,the grain size of centrifugal-cast Al-Cu alloy decreases gradually,while the content of white phases containing the Al2Cu precipitated from α-phase,divorced eutectic and regular eutectic microstructure increases,leading to higher Cu macrosegregation.The variation level of microstructure in centrifugal-cast Al-Cu alloy at 600 rpm of mould rotation speed is greater than that at 300 rpm.Sui Yanwei Li Bangsheng Liu Aihui Guo Jingjie Fu Hengzhi 2010China Foundry2010,7,1:1

5The first local case of mpox caused by an imported case in the Chinese mainland显示文摘Monkeypox (mpox) is a zoonotic disease caused by the mpox virus (MPXV) that has been primarily limited to Central and West African nations since its discovery. The recent spread of the West African lineage of MPXV in historically unaffected countries has raised concerns for global public health. Despite a significant decrease in global mpox cases, there is still a risk of a global resurgence. This study reports the first local case of mpox caused by an imported case in the Chinese mainland. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) diagnosed the two cases, and the viral genomes were obtained by next-generation sequencing. 6Superconductivity in ThMo_2Si_2C with Mo_2C square net显示文摘We report the superconductivity of a new quaternary compound ThMo_(2)Si_(2)C, synthesized with the arc-melting technique. The compound crystallizes in a tetragonal CeCr_(2)Si_(2)C-type structure with cell parameters of a = 4.2296A and c = 5.3571 A. An interlayer Si–Si covalent bonding is suggested by the atomic distance. The electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate a Pauli-paramagnetic metal with dominant electron-electron scattering in the normal-state. Bulk superconductivity at 2.2 K is demonstrated with a dimensionless specific-heat jump of △C/γnT = 0.98. 8Function identification of miR159a,a positive regulator during poplar resistance to drought stress显示文摘Drought seriously affects the growth and development of plants.MiR159 is a highly conserved and abundant microRNA family that plays a crucial role in plant growth and stress responses.However,studies of its function in woody plants are still lacking.Here,the expression of miR159a was significantly upregulated after drought treatment in poplar,and the overexpression of miR159a(OX159a)significantly reduced the open area of the stomata and improved water-use efficiency in poplar.After drought treatment,OX159a lines had better scavenging ability of reactive oxygen species and damage of the membrane system was less than that in wild-type lines.MYB was the target gene of miR159a,as verified by psRNATarget prediction,RT-qPCR,degradome sequencing,and 5′rapid amplification of cDNA ends(5′RACE).Additionally,miR159a-short tandem target mimic suppression(STTM)poplar lines showed increased sensitivity to drought stress.Transcriptomic analysis comparing OX159a lines with wild-type lines revealed upregulation of a series of genes related to response to water deprivation and metabolite synthesis.Moreover,drought-responsive miR172d and miR398 were significantly upregulated and downregulated respectively in OX159a lines.This investigation demonstrated that miR159a played a key role in the tolerance of poplar to drought by reducing stomata open area,increasing the number and total area of xylem vessels,and enhancing water-use efficiency,and provided new insights into the role of plant miR159a and crucial candidate genes for the molecular breeding of trees with tolerance to drought stress.Tiantian Fu Chun Wang Yuzhang Yang Xiaoqian Yang Jing Wang Lichun Zhang Zeqi Wang Yanwei Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,12:0
9Time-Resolved Infrared Study of 355 nm Laser Photolysis of (η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(3) in Gas Phase显示文摘The time-resolved infrared absorption spectra obtained upon 355 nm laser photolysis of the gas phase(η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(3) are presented.(η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(2) is produced upon absorption of a single ultroviolet photon.The bands observed at 1917 and 1981 cm^(-1) are assigned to B_(1) and A_(1) terminal carbonyl-stretching modes of(η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(2) with local C2v symmetry.The bond angle of OC-Cr-CO in(η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(2) is estimated to be 101°.The rate constant for reaction of(η^(6)-C_(6)H_(6))Cr(CO)_(2) with CO is determined as(3.4±0.2)×10^(5) Torr^(-1)s^(-1)at 80℃.WANG Wenhua JIN Pei LIU Yanwei SHE Yongbo FU Kejian 1991Chinese Physics Letters1991,8,9:0
10Plasma-inducedε-MnO_(2)based aqueous zinc-ion batteries and their dissolution-deposition mechanism显示文摘MnO_(2)has attracted great interest in working as the cathode of zinc ion batteries.However,the development of high-capacity,high-energy-density,and durable manganese-based cathodes with an easy synthesis strategy and proper energy storage mechanism remains an ongoing challenge.Herein,a facile plasmainduced strategy was demonstrated to introduce oxygen vacancies into theε-MnO_(2),and the obtained oxygen vacancies-richε-MnO_(2)nanosheets(ε-MnO_(2-x))show satisfactory electrochemical performances.Furthermore,an appropriate energy storage mechanism for dissolution/deposition was proposed.Thanks to a synergistic effect of the oxygen vacancies inε-MnO_(2)nanosheets and the exposed free-standing collector for Mn^(2+) dissolution/deposition,theε-MnO_(2-x) nanosheets electrode delivers a remarkable capacity(337 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1))and exhibits an ultrahigh energy density of 462 Wh kg^(-1)(based on the weights of the cathode active material).Furthermore,impressive durability with 85.9%capacity retention after 1000 cycles was obtained.The superior electrochemical performance makes the plasma-induced strategy promising for designing advanced metal oxide electrode materials for high-performance aqueous zinc ion batteries.Le Zhang Shuhua Yang Wenqing Fu Yanwei Cui Jieqiang Wang Degang Zhao Chao Yang Xiutong Wang Bingqiang Cao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,32:0
