6Growth Performance of Cypress (Cupressus funebris) Trees in Progeny Test Plantations显示文摘Based on the 6-year-old young forests of 40 cypress(Cupressus funebris) families from four provenances(Fengdu County, Youyang County and Zhong County of Chongqing City, and Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang Province), differences in growth traits between families and provenances were studied to select excellent families, so as to provide necessary data support for the upgrading of cypress seed gardens and inferior thinning of seed gardens. The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height, diameter at one meter height, crown width and growth potential between families and provenances. The coefficients of variation among families were 10.25%, 7.19%, 5.91% and 0.98%, respectively, and the coefficients of variation in tree height and diameter at one meter height among provenances were 7.25% and 12.58%, respectively, indicating that the tree height and diameter at one meter height of the superior cypress tree families were rich in variation among families and provenances, and there was potential for high-generation breeding. According to the selection rate of 15%, six excellent families for afforestation(Feng 8, Shi 4, Feng 1, Ye 14, Shi 3, and Ye 6) were screened. 8Multivariety and multimanufacturer drug identification based on near-infrared spectroscopy and recurrent neural network显示文摘Near-infrared(NIR)spectral analysis,which has the advantages of rapidness,nondestruction and high-efficiency,is widely used in the detection of feed,food and mineral.In terms of qualitative identification,it can also be used for the discriminant analysis of medicines.Long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)neural network and gated recurrent unit(GRU)network are variants of the recurrent neural network(RNN).The potential relationship between nonlinear features learned from the sequence by these variants is used to complete the missions infields such as natural language processing,signal classification and video analysis.Since the effect of these variants in drug identification is still to be studied,this paper constructs a multiclassifier of these three variants,using compoundα-keto acid tablets produced by four manufacturers and repaglinide tablets produced by five manufacturers as the research object.Then,the paper analyzes the impacts of seven different preprocessed methods on the drug NIR data by constructing different layers of LSTM,BiLSTM and GRU networks and compares different classification model indicators and training time of each model.When the spectrum data are pre-processed by z-score normalization,the GRU-3 model has the best accuracy in all models.The BiLSTM models are better for analyzing high coincidence data.The method proposed in this paper can be further extended to other NIR spectroscopy data sets.Wenjie Zeng Yunqi Qiu Yanting Huang Qingping Sun Zhuoya Luo 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,4:0

10Discovery of a subtype-selective, covalent inhibitor against palmitoylation pocket of TEAD3显示文摘The TEA domain(TEAD)family proteins(TEAD1-4)are essential transcription factors that control cell differentiation and organ size in the Hippo pathway.Although the sequences and structures of TEAD family proteins are highly conserved,each TEAD isoform has unique physiological and pathological functions.Therefore,the development and discovery of subtype selective inhibitors for TEAD protein will provide important chemical probes for the TEAD-related function studies in development and diseases.Here,we identified a novel TEAD 1/3 covalent inhibitor(DC-TEADin1072)with biochemical IC50 values of 0.61±0.02 and 0.58±0.12μmol/L against TEAD1 and TEAD3,respectively.Further chemical optimization based on DC-TEAD in 1072 yielded a selective TEAD3 inhibitor DCTEAD3 in03 with the IC_(50) value of 0.16±0.03μmol/L,which shows 100-fold selectivity over other TEAD isoforms in activity-based protein profiling(ABPP)assays.In cells,DC-TEAD3 in03 showed selective inhibitory effect on TEAD3 in GAL4-TEAD(1-4)reporter assays with the IC50 value of1.15μmol/L.When administered to zebrafish juveniles,experiments showed that DC-TEAD3 in03 reduced the growth rate of zebrafish caudal fins,indicating the importance of TEAD3 activity in controlling proportional growth of vertebrate appendages.Tian Lu Yong Li Wenchao Lu TWGM Spitters Xueyu Fang Jun Wang Simian Cai Jing Gao Yanting Zhou Zhe Duan Huan Xiong Liping Liu Qi Li Hualiang Jiang Kaixian Chen Hu Zhou Hua Lin Huijin Feng Bing Zhou Christopher L.Antos Cheng Luo 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10:0
11A New α-Cyclopiazonic Acid Alkaloid Identified from the Weizhou Island Coral-Derived Fungus Aspergillus flavus GXIMD 02503显示文摘A new oxygenated tricyclic cyclopiazonic acid(CPA)alkaloid,asperorydine Q(1),along with seven known compounds,namely,asperorydines O(2)and J(3),speradine H(4),cyclopiamides A(5)and H(6),saadamysin(7),and pyrazinemethanol(8),were isolated from the coral-associated Aspergillus flavus GXIMD 02503.The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis.Compounds 1−5 and 7−8 exhibited potent inhibition of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)with the IC50 values ranging from 6.5 to 21.8μmol L^(−1).In addition,the most potent one,pyrazinemethanol(8),dose-dependently suppressed receptor activator of NF-κB ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclast differentiation without obvious cytotoxicity in bone marrow macrophages cells(BMMCs),suggesting it is a promising lead compound for the treatment of osteolytic diseases.WANG Jiamin LI Zhichao ZHANG Yanting CHEN Chunmei CHEN Weihao GAO Chenghai LIU Yonghong TAN Yanhui LUO Xiaowei 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,5:0
