12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Fluid–solid coupling analysis of rock pillar stability for concealed karst cave ahead of a roadway based on catastrophic theory显示文摘In order to study the mechanism of water inrush from a concealed, confined karst cave, we established a fluid–solid coupling model of water inrush from a concealed karst cave ahead of a roadway and a strength reduction method in a rock pillar for preventing water inrush based on catastrophic theory. Fluid–solid coupling effects and safety margins in a rock pillar were studied. Analysis shows that rock pillar instability, exerted by disturbance stress and seepage stress, is the process of rock pillar catastrophic destabilization induced by nonlinear extension of plastic zones in the rock pillar. Seepage flow emerges in the rock pillar for preventing water inrush, accompanied by mechanical instability of the rock pillar. Taking the accident of a confined karst cave water-inrush of Qiyi Mine as an example, by studying the safety factor of the rock pillar and the relationship between karst cave water pressure and thickness of the rock pillar,it is proposed that rock pillar thickness with a safety factor equal to 1.5 is regarded as the calculated safety thickness of the rock pillar, which should be equal to the sum of the blasthole depth, blasting disturbance depth and the calculated safety thickness of the rock pillar. The cause of the karst water inrush at Qiyi Mine is that the rock pillar was so small that it did not possess a safety margin. 3The Epidemiological Characteristics of Pulmonary Tuberculosis——Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China,2011-2020显示文摘Introduction:National Notifiable Disease Reporting System(NNDRS)plays an important role in the early detection and control of tuberculosis(TB)in China.This study analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)in Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autnomous Region,China from 2011 to 2020 to provide a scientific basis for developing TB control strategies and measures in Kashgar.Methods:The data were collected from the NNDRS,which included the geographical distribution,age,sex,occupation,and pathogenic classification of reported PTB cases in 12 counties/cities of Kashgar Prefecture from 2011 to 2020.Descriptive statistics were used to describe the characteristic of PTB epidemic in Kashgar.Results:There were 189,416 PTB cases reported during 2011–2020,with a mean annual PTB case notification rate(CNR)of 451.29/100,000.A rising trend in the rate of reported PTB between 2011 and 2017(χ2 trend=26.09,P<0.01)and a declining trend between 2018 and 2020(χ2 trend=314.44,P<0.01)were observed.The months with the highest reported number of PTB cases were March to May and November to December.The mean annual rate of reported PTB was 451.88/100,000 for males and 450.67/100,000 for females.In addition,19.76%of patients were bacteriologically-confirmed(Bac+)cases(37,425/189,416),and the mean annual Bac+CNR was 89.17/100,000,rising from 64.76/100,000 in 2011 to 139.12/100,000 in 2020(χ^(2)_(trend)=74.44,P<0.01).Conclusions:The CNR of reported PTB in Kashgar showed a significant declining trend in the past three years.Males,elderly population,winter and spring,and farmers as an occupation were the main factors associated with high incidence of tuberculosis in Kashgar.Targeted prevention and treatment of TB should be strengthened in key groups in this region.Diermulati Tusun Maiweilanjiang Abulimiti Xirizhati Mamuti Zhenjiang Liu Da Xu Guanzhen Li Xiaowang Peng Tuerhong Abudureyimu Lijie Zhang Yanlin Zhao Xichao Ou 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,26:6

10The main and added effects of heat on mortality in 33 Chinese cities from 2007 to 2013显示文摘Increases in ambient temperatures and the frequency of extreme heat events constitute important burdens on global public health.However,evidence on their effects on public health is limited and inconclusive in China.In this study,data on daily deaths recorded in 33 Chinese cities from 2007 to 2013 was used to evaluate the effect of heat on mortality in China.In addition to the definition of a heatwave established by the China Meteorological Administration,we combined four city-specific relative thresholds(90th,92.5th,95th,and 97.5th percentiles)of the daily mean temperature during the study period and three durations of≽2,≽3,and≽4 days,from which 13 heatwave definitions were developed.Then,we estimated the main and added effects of heat at the city level using a quasi-Poisson generalized additive model combined with a distributed lag nonlinear model.Next,the estimates for the effects were pooled at the national level using a multivariable meta-analysis.Subgroup analysis was performed according to sex,age,educational attainment,and spatially stratified heterogeneity.The results showed that the mortality risk increased from 22.3%to 37.1%due to the effects of the different heatwave definitions.The added effects were much lower,with the highest increase of 3.9%(95%CI:1.7%–6.1%)in mortality risk.Females,the elderly,populations with low educational levels,and populations living inland in China were found to be the most vulnerable to the detrimental effects of heat.These findings have important implications for the improvement of early warning systems for heatwaves.Yanlin Niu Jun Yang Qi Zhao Yuan Gao Tao Xue Qian Yin Peng Yin Jinfeng Wang Maigeng Zhou Qiyong Liu 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,7:1

14Performance analyses of a novel finned parabolic trough receiver with inner tube for solar cascade heat collection显示文摘Designing highly-efficient parabolic trough receiver(PTR)contributes to promoting solar thermal utilization and alleviating energy crisis and environmental problems.A novel finned PTR with inner tube(FPTR-IT),which can provide different grades of thermal energy with two heat transfer fluids(oil and water),is designed to improve thermal efficiency.In this FPTR-IT,an inner tube and straight fins are employed to respectively lessen heat loss at upper and lower parts of the absorber.Based on the design,a numerical model is developed to investigate its performance.Comparisons with other PTRs indicate that the FPTR-IT can combine the advantages of PTR with inner tube and finned PTR and obtain the best performance.Moreover,performance evaluation under broad ranges of direct normal irradiances(300–1000 W/m^(2)),flow rates(50–250 L/min)and inlet temperatures(400–600 K)of oil as well as flow rates(3.6–10 L/min)and inlet temperatures(298.15–318.15 K)of water is investigated.Compared with conventional PTR,heat loss is reduced by 20.7%–63.2%and total efficiency is improved by 0.03%–4.27%.Furthermore,the proportions of heat gains for water and oil are located in 8.3%–73.9%and-12.0%–64.3%,while their temperature gains are located in 11.6–37.9 K and-1.2–19.6 K,respectively.Thus,the proposed FPTR-IT may have a promising application prospect in remote arid areas or islands to provide different grades of heat for electricity and freshwater production.LIU Peng REN TingTing GE YanLin LIU Wei CHEN LinGen 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,5:0
15Analysis on Agrometeorological Conditions of Production of Winter Wheat and Rape Crops in Western Guizhou in 2019显示文摘Whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was from October of 2019 to early May of 2020.Using daily temperature,rainfall and sunshine hours of three national meteorological observatories(Shuicheng,Panzhou and Liuzhi)of western Guizhou,the impact of meteorological conditions on growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops was analyzed.The results showed that average temperature in whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was between 11.1 and 13.0℃,which was 0.4-1.6℃higher than that in the same period of common year.Rainfall was between 276.0 and 309.0 mm.When compared with that in the same period of common year,rainfall was 7%-22%less in other regions except in Panzhou(1%more).Sunshine hours was between 689.2 and 1091.2 h.When compared with that in the same period of common year,sunshine hours was 14%-26%more in other regions except in Shuicheng(equal).In growth period of winter wheat and rape crops,there was good heat condition and sufficient sunshine,and rainfall was normal and slightly less,but it was mostly sunny and rainy alternating,which was favorable for the growth of crop root.During growth period of crops,there was lighter meteorological disaster.It was clear that meteorological conditions were conducive to the growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops in 2019.Lijuan LIU Zaixiang CHI Yan PENG Zijiang YANG Yanlin XIAO Ruyong LONG 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,4:0

17Unveiling the surface-interface properties of perovskite crystals and pivotal regulation strategies显示文摘Metal-halide perovskite solar cells have garnered significant research attention in the last decade due to their exceptional photovoltaic performance and potential for commercialization.Despite achieving remarkable power conversion efficiency of up to 26.1%,a substantial discrepancy persists when compared to the theoretical Shockley-Queisser(SQ)limit.One of the most serious challenges facing perovskite solar cells is the energy loss incurred during photovoltaic conversion,which affects the SQ limits and stability of the device.More significant than the energy loss occurring in the bulk phase of the perovskite is the energy loss occurring at the surface-interface.Here,we provide a systematic overview of the physical and chemical properties of the surface-interface.Firstly,we delve into the underlying mechanism causing the energy deficit and structural degradation at the surface-interface,aiming to enhance the understanding of carrier transport processes and structural chemical reactivity.Furthermore,we systematically summarized the primary modulating pathways,including surface reconstruction,dimensional construction,and electric-field regulation.Finally,we propose directions for future research to advance the efficiency of perovskite solar cells towards the radiative limit and their widespread commercial application.Qin Li Ziyu Wang Junjie Ma Mengqi Han Peng Gao Meng Cai Yiqiang Zhang Yanlin Song Shou Peng 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
18Supporting Techniques for High Yield and High Quality Huayu 22 Peanut显示文摘This paper mainly studied the effects of different sowing dates and densities on the main agronomic traits and yield of Huayu 22 peanut under field conditions. The sowing date experiment obtained following results.( i) From April 25 to May 25,with the delay of the sowing date,the main stem height,the number of branches per plant,the number of pods per plant,full-seed pod rate and the yield decreased in Dongming test site,while the sowing date had little effect on the double-seed pod rate,and the best sowing date was April 25;in Wendeng test site,with the delay of the sowing date,the main agronomic traits and yield were firstly increased and then decreased,the yield was highest on May 10,followed by May 5 and April 30,the difference between the three treatments was not significant,and the appropriate sowing date was from April 30 to May 10,and the best sowing data was May 5.( ii) In the range of 90 000-210 000 holes/ha,with the increase of the density,the main stem height,lateral branch length and the number of pods per plant showed a decline trend,the density had little effect on the number of branches per plant,and the double-seed pod rate was the highest at 120 000 holes/ha,the yield and full-seed pod rate were the highest at 150 000 holes/ha,so the optimum density was 150 000 holes/ha.Chunxiao WANG Zulin ZHENG Peng WANG Yanlin JIAO Hao FENG Xuewu SUN Yongmei ZHENG Caibin WANG 2019Asian Agricultural Research2019,11,6:0

20P-wave Velocity Structure of Crustal and Upper Mantle beneath South China and its Tectonic Implications显示文摘The 3D P-wave velocity structure beneath the South China Block was determined by applying arrival times from 269 teleseismic events recorded by 240 seismic stations within the study region. Our tomographic results reveal the deep structural characteristics of major tectonic units and ore concentration areas. There are distinct high velocity anomalies beneath the ancient Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks, with the lithosphere of the Cathaysia Block being thinner than the Yangtze Block;the Jiangnan orogenic belt, located in the combined zone of two blocks, is a high and low velocity anomaly conversion zone;the famous metallogenic belts of Edongnan, the Youjiang Basin and the Cathaysia Block are obviously low velocity areas with different metallogenic mechanisms. The deep ore-forming material source in the Edongnan metallogenic belt is different from that of the Cathaysia Block. The low velocity anomaly under the Cathaysia Block related to mineralization results from the upwelling of mantle material, caused by the joint action of the Paleo-Tethys tectonic domain, the Paleo-Pacific tectonic domain and the Hainan mantle plume migration and erosion, which has been occurring from northeast to southwest since 80 Ma.
