| 1 | Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased. | NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22: | 51 |
| 2 | Effects of Cr, Ni and Cu on the Corrosion Behavior of Low Carbon Microalloying Steel in a Cl^- Containing Environment显示文摘The effects of Cr, Ni and Cu on the corrosion behavior of low carbon microalloying steel in a Cl containing environment were investigated. The results revealed that the corrosion process could be divided into the initia stage in which the corrosion rate increased with accumulation of corrosion products and the later stage in which homogeneous and compact inner rust layers started to protect steel substrate out of corrosion mediums. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that the rust layers of the three-group steels (Cr Cr-Ni and Cr-Ni-Cu steels) were composed of α-FeOOH,β-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH, Fe3O4 and large amounts o amorphous compounds. The content of amorphous compounds of CreNieCu steel was about 2%-3% more than that of CreNi steel. The results of electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) showed that Cr concentrated mainly in the inner region of the rust of Cr-Ni-Cu steel, inner/outer interface especially, whereas Ni was uniformly distributed all over the rust and Cu was noticed rarely after 73 wet/dry cycles. | 3 | Three-dimensional chiral microstructures fabricated by structured optical vortices in isotropic material显示文摘Optical vortices,a type of structured beam with helical phase wavefronts and‘doughnut’-shaped intensity distributions,have been used to fabricate chiral structures in metals and spiral patterns in anisotropic polarization-dependent azobenzene polymers.However,in isotropic polymers,the fabricated microstructures are typically confined to non-chiral cylindrical geometry due to the two-dimensional‘doughnut’-shaped intensity profile of the optical vortices.Here we develop a powerful strategy to realize chiral microstructures in isotropic material by coaxial interference of a vortex beam and a plane wave,which produces threedimensional(3D)spiral optical fields.These coaxial interference beams are generated by designing contrivable holograms consisting of an azimuthal phase and an equiphase loaded on a liquid-crystal spatial light modulator.In isotropic polymers,3D chiral microstructures are achieved under illumination using coaxial interference femtosecond laser beams with their chirality controlled by the topological charge.Our further investigation reveals that the spiral lobes and chirality are caused by interfering patterns and helical phase wavefronts,respectively.This technique is simple,stable and easy to perform,and it offers broad applications in optical tweezers,optical communications and fast metamaterial fabrication. | Jincheng Ni Chaowei Wang Chenchu Zhang Yanlei Hu Liang Yang Zhaoxin Lao Bing Xu Jiawen Li Dong Wu Jiaru Chu | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1: | 28 |

| 7 | Microstructure characteristics and solidification behavior of wrought aluminum alloy 2024 rheo-diecast with self-inoculation method显示文摘One important problem in casting wrought aluminum alloys is the high tendency to the formation of hot tears in the solidification process.By using semi-solid metal(SSM) processing,the hot tearing tendency of alloys can be minimized during casting.In the present research,the semi-solid slurry of wrought aluminum alloy 2024 was firstly prepared with a novel self-inoculation method(SIM),and then the microstructure characteristics of the semi-solid slurry and the rheo-diecastings cast with the semi-solid slurry were investigated.The results indicate that finer and more uniform globular primary α-Al particles can be obtained when the semi-solid slurry are isothermally held for a short period within the semi-solid temperature range,and the primary α-Al particles without entrapped liquid are uniformly fine,globular grains in the rheo-diecastings.The holding temperature and time affect the solid fraction,particle size,and shape factor.After the semi-solid slurry is held at 625 ℃ for 3 min and 5 min,the optimal values for the average equivalent diameter are 70.80 μm and 74.15 μm,and for the shape factor are 1.32 and 1.42,respectively.The solidification process of the rheo-diecastings is composed of the following two distinct stages:primary solidification process and secondary solidification process.The secondary solidification process consists further of the following three stages:(1) direct growth of secondary primary(α 2) phase from the surface of the primary α-Al phase particles without re-nucleation,(2) independent nucleation and growth of α 3 phase from the residual liquid,and(3) eutectic reaction at the end. | Li Yanlei Li Yuandong Li Chun Wu Huihui | 2012 | China Foundry2012,9,4: | 15 |
| 8 | Model of Reflection Spectra of Rock Surface in 2π Space显示文摘This paper deals with reflection spectra and polarized reflection spectra of 20 sorts of rock in 2π space, and then creates a model of reflection spectra of rock surface in 2π space. We measured the change of reflection and polarized reflection spectra as altering the incidence angle, vertex angle, azimuth angle, band and polarization. The results show that influence of the incidence angle on spectral curves is very strong. And when the vertex angle is constant, the horizontal azimuth polarizes rock spectra, and distorts the circular spectrum to become elliptic. The polarization influences the reflection intensity of rock spectra, but has no evident influence on the characteristics of wave forms of rock in 2π space. | 10 | Ketogenic diet alleviates colitis by reduction of colonic group 3 innate lymphoid cells through altering gut microbiome显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that ketogenic diets(KDs)mediate the rise of circulating ketone bodies and exert a potential antiinflammatory effect;however,the consequences of this unique diet on colitis remain unknown.We performed a series of systematic studies using a dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)animal model of inflammatory colitis.Animals were fed with a KD,low-carbohydrate diet(LCD),or normal diet(ND).Germ-free mice were utilized in validation experiments.Colon tissues were analyzed by transcriptome sequencing,RT2 profiler PCR array,histopathology,and immunofluorescence.Serum samples were analyzed by metabolic assay kit.Fecal samples were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.We observed that KD alleviated colitis by altering the gut microbiota and metabolites in a manner distinct from LCD.Quantitative diet experiments confirmed the unique impact of KD relative to LCD with a reproducible increase in Akkermansia,whereas the opposite was observed for Escherichia/Shigella.After colitis induction,the KD protected intestinal barrier function,and reduced the production of R0Ryt+CD3_group 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3s)and related inflammatory cytokines(IL-17a,IL-18,IL-22,Ccl4).Finally,fecal microbiota transplantation into germ-free mice revealed that the KD-mediated colitis inhibition and ILC3 regulation were dependent on the modification of gut microbiota.Taken together,our study presents a global view of microbiome-metabolomics changes that occur during KD colitis treatment,and identifies the regulation of gut microbiome and ILC3s as novel targets involving in IBD dietary therapy. | Cheng Kong Xuebing Yan Yongqiang Liu Linsheng Huang Yefei Zhu Jide He Renyuan Gao Matthew F.Kalady Ajay Goel Huanlong Qin Yanlei Ma | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,5: | 8 |

It has harmful effect on the products. Mold filling and solidification process of a cylinder body was simulated by using of Z-CAST software. The casting method was improved based on the simulation results. In order to create effective feeding passage, the structure of casting was modified by changing the location of strengthening ribs at the bottom, without causing any adverse effect on the part's performance. Inserting copper billet at suitable location of the die is a valid way to create suitable solidification sequence that is beneficial to the feeding. | 18 | A 30 meter land cover mapping of China with an efficient clustering algorithm CBEST显示文摘Remote sensing based land cover mapping at large scale is time consuming when using either supervised or unsupervised classification approaches. This article used a fast clustering method—Clustering by Eigen Space Transformation(CBEST) to produce a land cover map for China. Firstly, 508 Landsat TM scenes were collected and processed. Then, TM images were clustered by combining CBEST and K-means in each pre-defined ecological zone(50 in total for China). Finally, the obtained clusters were visually interpreted as land cover types to complete a land cover map. Accuracy evaluation using 2159 test samples indicates an overall accuracy of 71.7% and a Kappa coefficient of 0.64. | 19 | Dynamic Airy imaging through high_efficiency broadband phase microelements by femtosecond laser direct writing显示文摘Manipulating Airy beams to symmetric Airy beams(SABs)with abruptly autofocusing and self accelerating properties has attracted much attention.With such a particular propagation dynamic,SABs may provide great potential in dynamic signal imaging.On the other hand,the generation of SABs by spatial light modulators suffers from the limitations of phase gradient accuracy,low optical efficiency(<40%),and a bulky footprint.Therefore,exploring imaging applications and optimal generation methods of these Airy-type beams deserves further research.Here,based on the coordinate transformation of SAB,an asymmetric Airy beam(AAB)is realized.Symmetric/asymmetric cubic phase microplates(SCPPs/ACPPs)are designed and fabricated for generating SAB/AAB.The SCPP/ACPP demonstrates superior performance:compact construction(60μm × 60μm × 1.1μm),continuous variation of phase,high efficiency(~81%at 532 nm),and broadband operation from 405 to 780 nm.Dynamic imaging under monochromatic and polychromatic lights is realized by the SAB/AAB,indicating various results at different propagation distances with a certain initial signal.Further investigation reveals that the SCPP on a soft substrate maintains its physical dimensions and optical properties unchanged during stretching.Our work enables wide potential applications in integrated optics,beam manipulation,and imaging. | ZE CAI XINBO QI DENG PAN SHENGYUN JI JINCHENG NI ZHAOXIN LAO CHEN XIN JIAWEN LI YANLEI HU DONG Wu JIARU CHI | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,6: | 3 |
| 20 | High CO_(2) absorption capacity of metal-based ionic liquids: A molecular dynamics study显示文摘The absorption of CO_(2)is of importance in carbon capture,utilization,and storage technology for greenhouse gas control.In the present work,we clarified the mechanism of how metal-based ionic liquids (MBILs),Bmim[XCl_(n)]_(m)(X is the metal atom),enhance the CO_(2)absorption capacity of ILs via performing molecular dynamics simulations.The sparse hydrogen bond interaction network constructed by CO_(2)and MBILs was identified through the radial distribution function and interaction energy of CO_(2)-ion pairs,which increase the absorption capacity of CO_(2)in MBILs.Then,the dynamical properties including residence time and self-diffusion coefficient confirmed that MBILs could also promote the diffusion process of CO_(2)in ILs.That's to say,the MBILs can enhance the CO_(2)absorption capacity and the diffusive ability simultaneously.Based on the analysis of structural,energetic and dynamical properties,the CO_(2)absorption capacity of MBILs increases in the order Cl^-→[ZnCl_(4)]^(2-)→[CuCl_(4)]^(2-)→[CrCl_(4)]^-→[FeCl_(4)]^-,revealing the fact that the short metal–Cl bond length and small anion volume could facilitate the performance of CO_(2)absorbing process.These findings show that the metal–Cl bond length and effective volume of the anion can be the effective factors to regulate the CO_(2)absorption process,which can also shed light on the rational molecular design of MBILs for CO_(2)capture and other key chemical engineering processes,such as IL-based gas sensors,nano-electrical devices and so on. | Biwen Li Chenlu Wang Yaqin Zhang Yanlei Wang | 2021 | Green Energy & Environment2021,6,2: | 3 |
