11Flow Field Characteristics of Multi-Trophic Artificial Reef Based on Computation Fluid Dynamics显示文摘On the basis of computational fluid dynamics,the flow field characteristics of multi-trophic artificial reefs,including the flow field distribution features of a single reef under three different velocities and the effect of spacing between reefs on flow scale and the flow state,were analyzed.Results indicate upwelling,slow flow,and eddy around a single reef.Maximum velocity,height,and volume of upwelling in front of a single reef were positively correlated with inflow velocity.The length and volume of slow flow increased with the increase in inflow velocity.Eddies were present both inside and backward,and vorticity was positively correlated with inflow velocity.Space between reefs had a minor influence on the maximum velocity and height of upwelling.With the increase in space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L(L is the reef lehgth),the length of slow flow in the front and back of the combined reefs increased slightly.When the space was 2.0 L,the length of the slow flow decreased.In four different spaces,eddies were present inside and at the back of each reef.The maximum vorticity was negatively correlated with space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L,but under 2.0 L space,the maximum vorticity was close to the vorticity of a single reef under the same inflow velocity.HUANG Junlin LI Jiao LI Yan GONG Pihai GUAN Changtao XIA Xu 2024Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,2:0
12Bimeron clusters in chiral antiferromagnets显示文摘A magnetic bimeron is an in-plane topological counterpart of a magnetic skyrmion.Despite the topological equivalence,their statics and dynamics could be distinct,making them attractive from the perspectives of both physics and spintronic applications.In this work,we demonstrate the stabilization of bimeron solitons and clusters in the antiferromagnetic(AFM)thin film with interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction(DMI).Bimerons demonstrate high current-driven mobility as generic AFM solitons,while featuring anisotropic and relativistic dynamics excited by currents with in-plane and out-ofplane polarizations,respectively.Moreover,these spin textures can absorb other bimeron solitons or clusters along the translational direction to acquire a wide range of Néel topological numbers.The clustering involves the rearrangement of topological structures,and gives rise to remarkable changes in static and dynamical properties.The merits of AFM bimeron clusters reveal a potential path to unify multibit data creation,transmission,storage,and even topology-based computation within the same material system,and may stimulate spintronic devices enabling innovative paradigms of data manipulations.Xiaoguang Li Laichuan Shen Yuhao Bai Junlin Wang Xichao Zhang Jing Xia Motohiko Ezawa Oleg A.Tretiakov Xiaohong Xu Michal Mruczkiewicz Maciej Krawczyk Yongbing Xu Richard F.L.Evans Roy W.C.hantrell Yan Zhou 2020npj Computational Materials2020,,1:0
13Atomically dispersed dual Fe centers on nitrogen-doped bamboo-like carbon nanotubes for efficient oxygen reduction显示文摘Interfacial atomic configuration between dual-metal active species and nitrogen-carbon substrates is of great importance for improving the intrinsic activity of catalysts toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Thus,from the atomic-scale engineering we develop a high intrinsic activity ORR catalyst in terms of incorporating atomically dispersed dual Fe centers(single Fe atoms and ultra-small Fe atomic clusters)into bamboo-like N-doped carbon nanotubes.Benefiting from atomically dispersed dual-Fe centers on the atomic interface of Fe-Nx/carbon nanotubes,the fabricated dual Fe centers catalyst exhibits an extremely high ORR activity(E_(onset)=1.006 V;E_(1/2)=0.90 V),beyond state-of-the-art Pt/C.Remarkably,this catalyst also shows a superior kinetic current density of 19.690 mA·cm^(−2),which is 7 times that of state-of-the-art Pt/C.Additionally,based on the excellent catalyst,the primary Zn-air battery reveals a high power density up to 137 mW·cm^(−2) and sufficient potential cycling stability(at least 25 h).Undoubtedly,given the unique structure–activity relationship of dual-Fe active species and metal-nitrogen-carbon substrates,the catalyst will show great prospects in highly efficient electrochemical energy conversion devices.Ligang Ma Junlin Li Zhiwei Zhang Hao Yang Xueqin Mu Xiangyao Gu Huihui Jin Ding Chen Senlin Yan Suli Liu Shichun Mu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0
14Prevalence and Risk Factors of Postoperative Pressure Ulcers:A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Diagnostic Test显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to analyze the total prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers in patients and to reveal the epidemic law.[Methods]By searching English databases such as PubMed,Google Academics,Scopus,Science Direct and Web of Science(WOS),a total of 2018 English articles on pressure ulcers published from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected.According to the inclusion criteria,19 high-quality literatures were selected for the study,and the extended function of meta-analysis software of Review Manager 5.1 diagnostic test was used for data statistics and meta analysis of the results.[Results]There were 19 literatures with a total of 9400 patients included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that the total prevalence estimate of postoperative pressure ulcers was 20.00%(CI 95%:15.3-24.1).The total prevalence estimate of postoperative pressure ulcers in males was 10.1%(CI 95%:7.2-13.02),and that in females was 12.8%(CI 95%:8.1-17.3).The total prevalence estimates of stage I to IV postoperative pressure ulcers were 17.02%(CI 95%:11.06-22.09),6.7%(CI 95%:3.76-9.69),0.9%(CI 95%:0.21-1.26)and 0.4%(CI 95%:-0.05-0.8),respectively.[Conclusions]The prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers is generally high.The prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers in females is higher than that in males,and the prevalence of stage I pressure ulcers is higher than that of other stages,which is related to age,gender and other related risk factors.Xueping ZHANG Haiju LI Yan ZHAN Yongli LIU Junlin XIA Chunxia YANG Changdan BU Qiong CHAI Longti LI 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,6:0
15Solvent-induced molecular gel formation at room temperature and the preparation of related gel-emulsions显示文摘The gelation behaviors of four recently reported amphiphilic cholesteryl derivatives (1, 2, 3 and 4) have been evaluated. It was found that the gel formation process can be controlled by introduction of water at room temperature. Addition of water to an acetone solution of 4 immediately results in the system becoming turbid, and a gel subsequently forms within a few minutes. Interestingly, 4 is a super-gelator for a mixed solvent of acetone and water at room temperature, in particular when their volume ratio is close to 1:1 at which the critical gelation concentration (CGC) is 0.06% (w/v). It was found that the introduction of water favors the formation of gel networks, and the gel possesses smart and reversible thixotropic properties. FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopy confirmed that hydrogen bonding is one of the main driving forces for the gelation of the solvents. XRD demonstrated that 4 self-assembled into a layered structure within the acetone-water mixed solvent gel. Furthermore, 1 and 2 can be used as excellent stabilizers for gel emulsions of alkanes and water. 19Dynamic changes of autophagy during hypertrophic scar formation and the role of autophagy intervention显示文摘Background:The role of autophagy in the formation of hypertrophic scars(HS)remains unclear.This study aimed to explore the role and potential mechanism of autophagy during the development of HS.Methods:RNA and protein expression levels of Beclin-1,p62,and LC3II in normal skin tissues and HS specimens from different patients were examined.Autophagy inducers and inhibitors were used to cure established HS in rabbit ears,and the expression of Beclin-1,p62,and LC3II at the RNA and protein level was determined.Lastly,the effects of autophagy inducers and inhibitors on HS development were analyzed.Results:Compared to normal skin tissues,the expression of LC3II and Beclin-1 was higher(P<0.05),while that of p62 was lower(P<0.05)in HS tissues.In addition,the LC3II/LC3I ratio was increased during HS formation,and the altered expression of the three proteins stabilized after one year.Administration of autophagy inducers enhanced the formation of HS as well as the expression levels of LC3II and Beclin-1 but decreased p62 expression.Meanwhile,administration of autophagy inhibitors increased the expression of LC3II,Beclin-1,and p62,along with reduced HS formation.Conclusion:Autophagic activity increased during HS initiation and subsequent stabilization.In addition,autophagy inhibitors were able to inhibit HS formation by suppressing autophagy,whereas autophagy inducers promoted scar hyperplasia by enhancing autophagy。Yu Liu Xiaoxia Chen Yuan Fang Yu Yan Bin He Junlin Liao Ke Cao Xi Zhang Siwei Qu Jianda Zhou 2021Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,3:0
