| 1 | High Frame Rate Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound Helps Differentiate Malignant and Benign Focal Liver Lesions显示文摘Background and Aims:This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of high frame rate contrast-en-hanced ultrasound(H-CEUS)of focal liver lesions(FLLs).Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,conventional con-trast-enhanced ultrasound(C-CEUS)and H-CEUS were per-formed in 78 patients with 78 nodules.The characteristics of C-CEUS and H-CEUS in malignant and benign groups and the differences between different lesion sizes(1-3 cm,3-5 cm,or>5 cm)of C-CEUS and H-CEUS were examined.The diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS was ana-lyzed.The chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test was used to assess inter-group differences.The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted to determine the diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS.Results:There were significant differences in the enhancement area,fill-in direc-tion and vascular architecture between C-CEUS and H-CEUS for both benign and malignant lesions(all p=0.000-0.008),but there were no significant differences in washout results(p=0.566 and p=0.684,respectively).For lesions 1-3 cm in size,the enhancement area,fill-in direction,and vascular architecture on C-CEUS and H-CEUS were significantly dif-ferent(all p=0.000),unlike for lesions 3-5 cm or>5 cm in size.For differentiation of malignant from benign FLLs in the 1-3 cm group,H-CEUS showed sensitivity,specific-ity,accuracy,and positive and negative predictive values of 92.86%,95.0%,96.3%,90.48%and 93.75%,respectively,which were higher than those for C-CEUS(75.0%,70.0%,77.78%,66.67%and 72.91%,respectively).Conclusions:H-CEUS provided more vascular information which could help differentiate malignant from benign FLLs,especially for lesions 1-3 cm in size. | Xiang Fei Peng Han Bo Jiang Lianhua Zhu Wenshuo Tian Maodong Sang Xirui Zhang Yaqiong Zhu Yukun Luo | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,1: | 8 |
| 2 | Solid-state reaction synthesis and chemical stability studies in Nd-doped zirconolite-rich ceramics显示文摘In this study, Nd-bearing zirconolite-rich ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction process using CaF_2,ZrO_2, Ti,TiO_2, Fe_2 O_3 and Nd_2O_3 as the raw materials. Neodymium was used as trivalent actinide surrogate and designed to substitute the Ca and Zr sites of zirconolite with general stoichiometry of Ca_(1-x)Zr_(1-x)Nd_(2 x)Ti_2O_7(0≤x≤0.3). Density of Fe-Nd-O sample reaches a maximum value of 4.13 g/cm^2 after being sintered at 1325 ℃ for 42 h. Three major phases, namely zirconolite, perovskite and pseudobrookite, are observed in all these samples. The EDX result shows that Nd_2O_3 can be successfully incorporated into the lattice structure of the prepared zirconolite-rich minerals and replace the Ca sites of zirconolite and perovskite with Fe^(3+) as the charge-compensating ion. Furthermore, the thermal conductivities are all in the range of 1.51-1.67 W/(m·K). | 4 | Steganalytic method based on short and repeated sequence distance statistics显示文摘According to the distribution characteristics of short and repeated sequence (SRS),a steganalytic method based on the correlation of image bit planes is proposed. Firstly,we provide the conception of SRS distance statistics and deduce its statis-tical distribution. Because the SRS distance statistics can effectively reflect the correlation of the sequence,SRS has statistical features when the image bit plane sequence equals the image width. Using this characteristic,the steganalytic method is fulfilled by the distinct test of Poisson distribution. Experimental results show a good performance for detecting LSB matching steganographic method in still images. | 5 | Tunable strength of SiCf/β-Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) interface for different requirements in SiCf/SiC CMC:Inspiration from model composite investigation显示文摘Model composites consisting of Si C fiber embedded inβ-Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) matrix were processed by Spark Plasma Sintering method and the feasibility of tunable Si Cf/Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) interface in Si C-based CMCs were estimated.Weak and strengthened Si Cf/Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) interfaces were achieved by adjusting sintering temperatures.The indentation crack test and fiber push out experiments clearly demonstrated the different debonding mechanisms in the samples.Weak interfaces sintered at 1200 and 1250℃exhibited crack deflection at interface in indentation test.Their low debond energy at the interface,which were comparable to those of Py C or BN,satisfied the well-recognized interfacial debond and crack deflection criteria for CMCs.The interface was strengthened by atomic bonding in model composite sintered at 1450℃,leading to crack penetrating into Si C fiber and high debond energy.The strong interface may be promising in Si Cf/Si C CMC to withstand higher combustion temperature,because Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) will provide plastic deformation capacity,which would serve as weak interphase for crack deflection and energy dissipation.Therefore,it is possible to design the capability of Si C_(f)/RE_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) interface for different requirements by adjusting interfacial strength or debond energy to reach optimal mechanical fuse mechanism in SiC_(f)/SiC CMC. | Xirui Lv Mengkun Yue Wenfan Yang Xue Feng Xiaoyan Li Yumin Wang Jiemin Wang Jie Zhang Jingyang Wang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,8: | 2 |

A series of(Gd_(1-x)Nd_x)_2(Zr_(1-y)Ce_y)_2 O_7(0 ≤ x, y ≤ 1) ceramics were irradiated with a 500 keV He ions at room temperature at fluences ranging from 1 × 10^(15) to 1 × 10^(17) ions/cm^2. The irradiated samples were characterized using GIXRD, Raman and SEM measurements. From the GIXRD and Raman observations, the results indicate that all the samples display a deficient fluorite structure after irradiation. The irradiation toleration increases with the irradiation depth increasing under experimental conditions, and Nd_2 Ce_2 O_7 has the best irradiation stability in the(Gd_(1-x)Nd_x)_2(Zr_(1-y)Ce_y)_2 O_7(0≤ x. y≤1). In order to solve the problem of inefficiency and high-complexity caused by traditional privacy preservation methods such as data encryption and access control technology, a privacy preservation method based on data coloring is proposed. The data coloring model is established and the coloring mechanism is adopted to deal with the sensitive data of numerical attributes, and the cloud model similarity measurement based on arithmetic average least-approximability is adopted to authenticate the ownership of privacy data. On the premise of high availability of data, the method strengthens the security of the privacy information. Then, the performance, validity and the parameter errors of the algorithm are quantitatively analyzed by the experiments using the UCI dataset. Under the same conditions of privacy preservation requirements, the proposed method can track privacy leakage efficiently and reduce privacy leakage risks.
