1一种基于高斯混合模型的轨迹预测算法显示文摘在智能交通控制系统、军事数字化战场、辅助驾驶系统中,实时、精确、可靠的移动对象不确定性轨迹预测具有极高的应用价值.智能轨迹预测不仅可以提供精准的基于位置的服务,而且可以提前监测和预判交通状况,进而推荐最佳路线,已经成为移动对象数据库研究的热点,亟需设计准确而高效的位置预测方法.针对现有方法的不足,提出了基于高斯混合模型的轨迹预测方法 GMTP,主要步骤包括:(1)针对复杂运动模式利用高斯混合模型建模;(2)利用高斯混合模型计算不同运动模式的概率分布,进而将轨迹数据划分为不同分量;(3)利用高斯过程回归预测移动对象最可能的运动轨迹.GMTP是高斯非线性概率统计模型,其优势在于:计算结果不仅是位置预测值,更是关于移动对象未来所有可能运动轨迹的概率分布,可以利用概率统计分布特性获得某种运动模式(如匀加速运动)下的位置预测.大量真实轨迹数据集上的实验结果表明:与相同参数设置下的高斯回归预测和卡尔曼滤波预测法相比,GMTP的预测准确性平均提高了22.2%和23.8%,预测时间平均缩减了92.7%和95.9%.乔少杰 金琨 韩楠 唐常杰 格桑多吉 Louis Alberto GUTIERREZ 2015软件学报2015,26,5:111

5A SURVEY OF STACKELBERG DIFFERENTIAL GAME MODELS IN SUPPLY AND MARKETING CHANNELS显示文摘Stackelberg differential game models have been used to study sequential decision making in noncooperative games in diverse fields.In this paper,we survey recent applications of Stackelberg differential game models to the supply chain management and marketing channels literatures.A common feature of these applications is the specification of the game structure:a decentralized channel composed of a manufacturer and independent retailers,and a sequential decision procedure with demand and supply dynamics and coordination issues.In supply chain management,Stackelberg differential games have been used to investigate inventory issues,wholesale and retail pricing strategies,and outsourcing in dynamic environments.The underlying demand typically has growth dynamics or seasonal variation.In marketing,Stackelberg differential games have been used to model cooperative advertising programs,store brand and national brand advertising strategies,shelf space allocation,and pricing and advertising decisions.The demand dynamics are usually extensions of the classical advertising capital models or sales-advertising response models.We begin by explaining the Stackelberg differential game solution methodology and then provide a description of the models and results reported in the literature.Xiuli HE Ashutosh PRASAD Suresh P. 6Coupled hydro-thermo-mechanical modeling of hydraulic fracturing in quasi-brittle rocks using BPM-DEM显示文摘This paper presents an improved understanding of coupled hydro-thermo-mechanical(HTM) hydraulic fracturing of quasi-brittle rock using the bonded particle model(BPM) within the discrete element method(DEM). BPM has been recently extended by the authors to account for coupled convective econductive heat flow and transport, and to enable full hydro-thermal fluidesolid coupled modeling.The application of the work is on enhanced geothermal systems(EGSs), and hydraulic fracturing of hot dry rock(HDR) is studied in terms of the impact of temperature difference between rock and a flowing fracturing fluid. Micro-mechanical investigation of temperature and fracturing fluid effects on hydraulic fracturing damage in rocks is presented. It was found that fracture is shorter with pronounced secondary microcracking along the main fracture for the case when the convectiveeconductive thermal heat exchange is considered. First, the convection heat exchange during low-viscosity fluid infiltration in permeable rock around the wellbore causes significant rock cooling, where a finger-like fluid infiltration was observed. Second, fluid infiltration inhibits pressure rise during pumping and delays fracture initiation and propagation. Additionally, thermal damage occurs in the whole area around the wellbore due to rock cooling and cold fluid infiltration. The size of a damaged area around the wellbore increases with decreasing fluid dynamic viscosity. 9Endoscopic submucosal dissection in dogs in a World Gastroenterology Organisation training center显示文摘AIM: To evaluate if canine models are appropriate for teaching endoscopy fellows the techniques of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). METHODS: ESD was performed in 10 canine models under general anesthesia, on artificial lesions of the esophagus or stomach marked with coagulation points. After ESD, each canine model was euthanized and surgical resection of the esophagus or stomach was carried out according to 'The Principles of Humane Experimental Technique, Russel and Burch'. The ESD specimens were fixed with needles on cork submerged in a formol solution with the esophagus or stomach, and delivered to the pathology department to be analyzed. RESULTS: ESD was completed without complications using the Hook-knife in five esophageal areas, with a procedural duration of 124 ± 19 min, a length of 27.4 ± 2.6 mm and a width of 21 ± 2.4 mm. ESD was also completed without complications using the IT-knife2 in five gastric areas, with a procedural duration of 92.6 ± 19 min, a length of 32 ± 2.5 mm and a width of 18 ± 3.7 mm. 11Factors predicting adverse short-term outcomes in patients with acute cholangitis undergoing ERCP: A single center experience显示文摘AIM: To identify potential factors that can predict adverse short-term outcomes in patients with acute cholangitis undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP). METHODS: Retrospective analysis of consecutive patients admitted to our center for acute cholangitis and underwent ERCP from 2001 to 2012. Involvement of two or more organ systems was termed as organ failure(OF). Cardiovascular failure was defined based on a systolic blood pressure of < 90 mmHg despite fluid replacement and/or requiring vasopressor treatment; respiratory failure if the Pa02 /Fi02 ratio was < 300 mmHg and/or required mechanical ventilation; coagulopathy if the platelet count was < 80; and renal insufficiency if serum creatinine was > 1.9 mg/dL. Variables associated with short term adverse clinical outcomes defined as persistent OF and/or 30-d mortality was determined. RESULTS: A total of 172 patients(median age 62 years, 56.4% female) were included. The median door to ERCP time was 17 h. Bile duct stones were the most common etiology(n = 67, 39.2%). In multivariate analysis, factors that were independently associated with persistent OF and/or 30-d mortality included American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA) physical classification score > 3(OR = 7.70; 95%CI: 2.73-24.40), presence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(OR = 3.67; 95%CI: 1.34-10.3) and door to ERCP time greater than 72 h(OR = 3.36; 95%CI: 1.12-10.20). Door to ERCP time greater than 72 h was also associated with 70% increase in the mean length of stay(P < 0.001). Every one point increase in the ASA physical classification and every 1 mg/dL increase in the preERCP bilirubin level was associated with a 34% and 2% increase in the mean length of hospital stay, respectively. Transfer status did not impact clinical outcomes. 12Acoustic emission characterization of microcracking in laboratory-scale hydraulic fracturing tests显示文摘Understanding microcracking near coalesced fracture generation is critically important for hydrocarbon and geothermal reservoir characterization as well as damage evaluation in civil engineering structures.Dense and sometimes random microcracking near coalesced fracture formation alters the mechanical properties of the nearby virgin material. Individual microcrack characterization is also significant in quantifying the material changes near the fracture faces(i.e. damage). Acoustic emission(AE) monitoring and analysis provide unique information regarding the microcracking process temporally, and information concerning the source characterization of individual microcracks can be extracted. In this context,laboratory hydraulic fracture tests were carried out while monitoring the AEs from several piezoelectric transducers. In-depth post-processing of the AE event data was performed for the purpose of understanding the individual source mechanisms. Several source characterization techniques including moment tensor inversion, event parametric analysis, and volumetric deformation analysis were adopted.Post-test fracture characterization through coring, slicing and micro-computed tomographic imaging was performed to determine the coalesced fracture location and structure. Distinct differences in fracture characteristics were found spatially in relation to the openhole injection interval. Individual microcrack AE analysis showed substantial energy reduction emanating spatially from the injection interval. 13基于前缀投影技术的大规模轨迹预测模型显示文摘智能手机、车载GPS终端、可穿戴设备产生了海量的轨迹数据,这些数据不仅描述了移动对象的历史轨迹,而且精确地反映出移动对象的运动特点.已有轨迹预测方法的不足在于:不能同时兼具预测的准确性和时效性,有效的轨迹预测受限于路网等局部空间范围,无法处理复杂、大规模位置数据.为了解决上述问题,针对海量移动对象轨迹数据,结合频繁序列模式发现的思想,提出了基于前缀投影技术的轨迹预测模型PPTP(prefix projection based trajectory prediction model),包含两个关键步骤:(1)挖掘频繁轨迹模式,构造投影数据库并递归挖掘频繁前序轨迹模式;(2)轨迹匹配,以不同频繁序列模式作为前缀增量式扩展生成频繁后序轨迹,将大于最小支持度阈值的最长连续轨迹作为结果输出.算法的优势在于:可以通过较短的频繁序列模式,增量式生成长轨迹模式;不会产生无用的候选轨迹,弥补频繁模式挖掘计算代价较高的不足.利用真实大规模轨迹数据进行多角度实验,表明PPTP轨迹预测算法具有较高的预测准确性,相对于1阶马尔可夫链预测算法,其平均预测准确率可以提升39.8%.基于所提出的轨迹预测模型,开发了一个通用的轨迹预测系统,能够可视化输出完整的轨迹路线,为用户路径规划提供辅助决策支持.乔少杰 韩楠 李天瑞 李荣华 李斌勇 王晓腾 Louis Alberto GUTIERREZ 2017软件学报2017,28,11:6

15Effectiveness of predicting tunneling-induced ground settlements using machine learning methods with small datasets显示文摘Prediction of tunneling-induced ground settlements is an essential task,particularly for tunneling in urban settings.Ground settlements should be limited within a tolerable threshold to avoid damages to aboveground structures.Machine learning(ML)methods are becoming popular in many fields,including tunneling and underground excavations,as a powerful learning and predicting technique.However,the available datasets collected from a tunneling project are usually small from the perspective of applying ML methods.Can ML algorithms effectively predict tunneling-induced ground settlements when the available datasets are small?In this study,seven ML methods are utilized to predict tunneling-induced ground settlement using 14 contributing factors measured before or during tunnel excavation.These methods include multiple linear regression(MLR),decision tree(DT),random forest(RF),gradient boosting(GB),support vector regression(SVR),back-propagation neural network(BPNN),and permutation importancebased BPNN(PI-BPNN)models.All methods except BPNN and PI-BPNN are shallow-structure ML methods.The effectiveness of these seven ML approaches on small datasets is evaluated using model accuracy and stability.The model accuracy is measured by the coefficient of determination(R2)of training and testing datasets,and the stability of a learning algorithm indicates robust predictive performance.Also,the quantile error(QE)criterion is introduced to assess model predictive performance considering underpredictions and overpredictions.Our study reveals that the RF algorithm outperforms all the other models with the highest model prediction accuracy(0.9)and stability(3.0210^(-27)).Deep-structure ML models do not perform well for small datasets with relatively low model accuracy(0.59)and stability(5.76).The PI-BPNN architecture is proposed and designed for small datasets,showing better performance than typical BPNN.Six important contributing factors of ground settlements are identified,including tunnel depth,the distance between tunnel face and surface monitoring points(DTM),weighted average soil compressibility modulus(ACM),grouting pressure,penetrating rate and thrust force.Linan Liu Wendy Zhou Marte Gutierrez 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,4:5

20Nonlinear shear behavior of rock joints using a linearized implementation of the Barton-Bandis model显示文摘Experiments on rock joint behaviors have shown that joint surface roughness is mobilized under shearing,inducing dilation and resulting in nonlinear joint shear strength and shear stress vs.shear displacement behaviors.The Barton-Bandis(B-B) joint model provides the most realistic prediction for the nonlinear shear behavior of rock joints.The B-B model accounts for asperity roughness and strength through the joint roughness coefficient(JRC) and joint wall compressive strength(JCS) parameters.Nevertheless,many computer codes for rock engineering analysis still use the constant shear strength parameters from the linear Mohr-Coulomb(M-C) model,which is only appropriate for smooth and non-dilatant joints.This limitation prevents fractured rock models from capturing the nonlinearity of joint shear behavior.To bridge the B-B and the M C models,this paper aims to provide a linearized implementation of the B-B model using a tangential technique to obtain the equivalent M-C parameters that can satisfy the nonlinear shear behavior of rock joints.These equivalent parameters,namely the equivalent peak cohesion,friction angle,and dilation angle,are then converted into their mobilized forms to account for the mobilization and degradation of JRC under shearing.The conversion is done by expressing JRC in the equivalent peak parameters as functions of joint shear displacement using proposed hyperbolic and logarithmic functions at the pre-and post-peak regions of shear displacement,respectively.Likewise,the pre-and post-peak joint shear stiffnesses are derived so that a complete shear stress-shear displacement relationship can be established.Verifications of the linearized implementation of the B-B model show that the shear stress-shear displacement curves,the dilation behavior,and the shear strength envelopes of rock joints are consistent with available experimental and numerical results.Simon Heru Prassetyo Marte Gutierrez Nick Barton 2017Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2017,9,4:4
