| 3 | Characteristics of Pegmatite-Related Fluids and Significance to Ore-Forming Processes in the Zhaxikang Pb-Zn-Sb Polymetallic Deposit,Tibet,China显示文摘The Zhaxikang Pb-Zn-Sb polymetallic deposit is one of the most important deposits in the newly recognized southern Tibet antimony-gold metallogenic belt.Compared to the porphyry deposits in the Gangdese belt,much less researches have addressed these deposits,and the genesis of the Zhaxikang deposit is still controversial.Based on field investigation,petrographic,microthermometric,Laser Raman Microprobe(LRM) and SEM/EDS analyses of fluid,melt-fluid,melt and solid inclusions in quartz and beryl from pegmatite,this paper documents the characteristics and the evolution of primary magmatic fluid which was genetically related to greisenization,pegmatitization,and silification in the area.The results show that the primary magmatic fluids were derived from unmixing between melt and fluid and underwent a phase separation process soon after the exsolution.The primary magmatic fluids are of low salinity,high temperature,and can be approximated by the H_2O-NaCl-CO_2 system.The presence of Mn-Fe carbonate in melt-fluid inclusions and a Zn-bearing mineral(gahnite) trapped in beryl and in inclusions from pegmatite indicates high Mn,Fe,and Zn concentrations in the parent magma and magmatic fluids,and implies a genetic link between pegmatite and Pb-Zn-Sb mineralization.High B and F concentrations in the parent magma largely lower the solidus of the magma and lead to late fluid exsolution,thus the primary magmatic fluids related to pegmatite have much lower temperature than those in most porphyry systems.Boiling of the primary magmatic fluids leads to high-salinity and high-temperature fluids which have high capacity to transport Pb,Zn and Sb.The decrease in temperature and mixing with fluids from other sources may have caused the precipitation of Pb-Zn-Sn(Au) minerals in the distal fault systems surrounding the causative intrusion. | XIE Yuling WANG Bogong LI Yingxu LI Guangming DONG Suiliang GUO Xiang WANG Lei | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3: | 6 |

In this note, the studies on cp promoter of cotton leaf curl virus (CLCuV) which is found and identified recently suggest that the promoter is not phloem specifically expressed. The expressing activity of gus gene driven by the promoter exists not only in phloem but also in mesophyll tissues and root tip meristem. | 9 | Effects of Rainfall Change on Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Liangping County显示文摘[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the impact of rainfall change on agricultural non-point source pollution in Liangping County. [Method]Based on daily precipitation data of Liangping from 1955 to 2011,changes of precipitation and frequency of heavy rain in Liangping during a year were analyzed firstly,and then the risk of surface runoff caused by rainfall to agricultural non-point source pollution was studied,finally changing trends of annual average precipitation and frequency during 1955-2011 were discussed using Mann-Kendal method. [Result]Total precipitation of heavy rain in Liangping mainly concentrated from late May to early September,especially in early and middle July as well as early September. Meanwhile,fertilizer and pesticide were applied to main crops in Liangping in the periods above,so agricultural non-point source pollution became more serious. In recent 57 years,annual average precipitation and frequency of heavy rain in Liangping showed an increasing trend respectively, and surface runoff rose with the increase of the precipitation,thereby probably enlarging agricultural pollution area. | 11 | Melt-Fluid and Fluid-Fluid Immiscibility in a Na_(2)SO_(4)-SiO_(2)-H_(2)O System and Implications for the Formation of Rare Earth Deposits显示文摘Liquid-liquid immiscibility has crucial influences on geological processes,such as magma degassing and formation of ore deposits.Sulfate,as an important component,associates with many kinds of deposits.Two types of immiscibility,including(i)fluid-melt immiscibility between an aqueous solution and a sulfate melt,and(ii)fluid-fluid immiscibility between two aqueous fluids with different sulfate concentrations,have been identified for sulfate-water systems.In this study,we investigated the immiscibility behaviors of a sulfate-and quartz-saturated Na_(2)SO_(4)-SiO_(2)-H_(2)O system at elevated temperature,to explore the phase relationships involving both types of immiscibility.The fluid-melt immiscibility appeared first when the Na_(2)SO_(4)-SiO_(2)-H_(2)O sample was heated to~270℃,and then fluid-fluid immiscibility emerged while the sample was further heated to~450℃.At this stage,the coexistence of one water-saturated sulfate melt and two aqueous fluids with distinct sulfate concentrations was observed.The three immiscible phases remain stable over a wide pressure-temperature range,and the appearance temperature of the fluid-fluid immiscibility increases with the increased pressure.Considering that sulfate components occur extensively in carbonatite-related deposits,the fluid-fluid immiscibility can result in significant sulfate fractionation and provides implications for understanding the formation of carbonatite-related rare earth deposits. | CUI Hao ZHONG Richen XIE Yuling WANG Xiaolin CHEN Huan | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,5: | 1 |
| 12 | Plant G proteins interact with endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein receptors to regulate endoplasmic reticulum retrieval显示文摘Maintaining endoplasmic reticulum(ER) homeostasis is essential for the production of biomolecules.ER retrieval, i.e., the retrograde transport of compounds from the Golgi to the ER, is one of the pathways that ensures ER homeostasis. However, the mechanisms underlying the regulation of ER retrieval in plants remain largely unknown. Plant ERD2-like proteins(ERD2 s) were recently suggested to function as ER luminal protein receptors that mediate ER retrieval. Here, we demonstrate that heterotrimeric G protein signaling is involved in ERD2-mediated ER retrieval. We show that ERD2 s interact with the heterotrimeric G protein Ga and Ggsubunits at the Golgi. Silencing of Ga, Gb, or Gg increased the retention of ER luminal proteins. Furthermore,overexpression of Ga, Gb, or Gg caused ER luminal proteins to escape from the ER, as did the co-silencing of ERD2 a and ERD2 b. | 14 | Conducting polymer engineered covalent organic framework as a novel electrochemical amplifier for ultrasensitive detection of acetaminophen显示文摘Two-dimensional covalent organic framework(COF)has distinctive properties that offer potential opportunities for developing advanced electrode materials.In this work,a core-shell material composed of TAPB-DMTP-COF(TAPB,1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene;DMTP,2,5-dimethoxyterephaldehyde)core and conducting polymer shell,TAPB-DMTP-COF@PANI,was synthesized solvothermally using a polymerization method.The structural cha racteristics of the prepared composite were revealed by X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The electrochemical analyses were verified by subsequent monitoring of trace levels of acetaminophen.This resultant composite not only facilitated acetaminophen to interact with absorption sites byπ-πstacking effect and hydrogen bonding but also overcame the poor conductivity of COF.Under the optimal conditions,a low limit of detection of 0.032μmol/L and wide linear range of 0.10-500μmol/L were obtained.The electrochemical platform was almost unaffected by other interfering substances,and successfully applied for the practical detection of acetaminophen in commercial tablet,human blood serum and urine.The enhanced performance makes this COF based core-shell composite a promising material in electrochemical senso r. | Yao Xie Yuling Chen Xin Sun Yang Wang Yi Wang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,6: | 1 |
| 15 | Characteristics and evolution of ore-forming fluids of the Chongjiang copper deposit in the Gangdise porphyry copper belt, Tibet显示文摘Petrography, microthermometry, and scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS) studies were performed on the fluid inclusions in the ore-bearing quartz veins and quartz phenocrysts in the porphyry of the Chongjiang porphyry copper deposit. The analyses of the fluid inclusions indicate that the ore-forming fluids were exsolved from magma. They are near-saturated, supercritical, rich in volatile constituents, and have the capture temperature of 362-389°C and salinities of 17.7wt%-18.9wt% NaCl eq. With the decreasing of temperature and pressure, the supercritical fluids were separated into a low salinity vapor phase and a high salinity liquid phase. During quartz-sericitization, the high salinity fluid boiled and separated into a low salinity vapor phase and a high salinity liquid phase. The high salinity inclusions that formed in the boiling process had daughter mineral melting temperatures higher than the homogenization temperatures of the vapor and liquid phases. | 16 | Library's industrial technology information service in science parks—Taking NSL's practice as an example显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to explore how libraries can develop service and product strategies and the service support mechanism to provide industrial technology information service in science parks.Design/methodology/approach:The analysis is based on a case study of a large Chinese research library,National Science Library(NSL),the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),in serving high-tech companies in Zhongguancun Science Park(Z-Park).Findings:NSL's practices suggested that in serving business clients,libraries' product and service strategies should be based on the understanding of users' needs.Aside from those services that have been recognized by clients such as document retrieval & delivery and novelty search,libraries may expand their service and provide in-depth information analysis and consultation for some key clients.Moreover,a service and product development system should be established,which differentiates the libraries' products and services from those of their competitors.In providing industrial technology information service,libraries need to construct the service support mechanism,publicize their service and learn to cooperate with clients to meet their demands for knowledge management and innovation.Research limitations:The generalizability of the findings is limited because they are based on an individual case study.Practical implications:Our service practices provide useful information for other libraries to expand their information service to high-tech companies in the new information environment.Originality/value:Z-Park is the first and one of the largest science and technology parks in China.Hence NSL's practices in serving high-tech companies in Z-Park can be valuable to other libraries that intend to take up the similar service. | Fei ZHENG Hao PENG Fang CHEN Hualing XIE Yuling SUN | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2014,,1: | 0 |
| 17 | Petrogenesis of the Chaihulanzi Gneiss and its Tectonic Implications for the North China Craton显示文摘The Chaihulanzi area in eastern Inner Mongolia is tectonically situated on the northern margin of the North China Craton(NCC). The main Precambrian lithologies of the area have been referred to the Archean Jianping Group metasupracrustal sequences. Based on field observations, petrographic, whole-rock geochemical, and zircon U-Pb geochronological results, a magmatic origin for the units is proposed. Our results show that the Chaihulanzi gneisses are mainly of granitic, dioritic and granodioritic compositions, and show typical magmatic rock textures and mineral assemblages. The dioritic and granodioritic gneisses show Na-rich tonalite–trondhjemite–granodiorite(TTG)-like affinity with zircon U-Pb dates of ca. 2.57–2.59 Ga, representing a juvenile continental growth for the northeastern NCC. The granitic gneiss is indeed potassic granite and yielded a zircon U-Pb date of ~2.50 Ga, which is contemporaneous with the Jining–Jiaoliao microblock collision(2.53–2.49 Ga), implying another crustal growth event. The well-developed gneissosity in 2.57–2.59 Ga dioritic and granodioritic gneisses together with the 2.5 Ga potassic granite, which crosscuts the gneissosity implies a 2.57–2.50 Ga(mainly 2.53–2.51 Ga) collisional orogeny, probably related to the Jining–Jiaoliao microblock collision. | 18 | The chromosome-scale genome assembly of Jasminum sambac var. unifoliatum provides insights into the formation of floral fragrance显示文摘Jasmine [Jasminum sambac(L.) Ait.], a tropical and subtropical plant emits a sweet, heady fragrance during flower opening. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying this phenomenon remain largely unknown. In the present study, integrated Illumina sequencing, Pacbio sequencing, and high-throughput chromatin conformation capture(Hi-C) scaffolding was used to generate a 495.60 Mb genome assembly of J.sambac var. unifoliatum cultivar ‘Fuzhou Single-petal’(JSU-FSP), with contig N50 of 16.88 Mb;96.23% of the assembly was assigned to 13 pseudochromosomes. The genome harbors 30 989 protein-coding genes, and 49.47% of the assembled sequences are repetitive sequences. The analysis of duplication modes showed that 51% of genes were duplicated through dispersed duplication, and expanded gene families are mainly involved in photosynthesis, which may be responsible for the light-loving characteristic specific to jasmine. Transcriptome analysis revealed that at least 35 structural genes involved in the biosynthesis of volatile terpenes(VTs), volatile phenylpropanoid/benzenoids(VPBs),fatty acid-derived volatiles(FADVs), and indole were highly expressed in the flower-opening stage, both preharvest and postharvest, and are proposed to be important in endowing flower aroma. Additionally, at least 28 heat shock protein(HSP) and 11 β-glucosidase(BGLU) genes may be involved in the formation of floral fragrance. | 19 | Oncolytic adenoviruses expressing checkpoint inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘Despite the remarkable success of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),primary resistance to ICIs causes only subsets of patients to achieve durable responses due to the complex tumor microenvironment(TME).Oncolytic viruses(OVs)can overcome the immunosuppressive TME and promote systemic antitumor immunity in hosts.Engineered OVs armed with ICIs would likely have improved effectiveness as a cancer therapy.According to the diverse immune cell landscapes among different types of tumors,we rationally and precisely generated three recombinant oncolytic adenoviruses(OAds):OAd-SIRPα-Fc,OAd-Siglec10-Fc and OAd-TIGIT-Fc.These viruses were designed to locally deliver SIRPα-Fc,Siglec10-Fc or TIGIT-Fc fusion proteins recognizing CD47,CD24 or CD155,respectively,in the TME to achieve enhanced antitumor effects.Our results suggested that OAd-SIRPα-Fc and OAd-Siglec10-Fc both showed outstanding efficacy in tumor suppression of macrophage-dominated tumors,while OAd-TIGIT-Fc showed the best antitumor immunity in CD8+T-cell-dominated tumors.Importantly,the recombinant OAds activated an inflammatory immune response and generated long-term antitumor memory.In addition,the combination of OAd-Siglec10-Fc with anti-PD-1 significantly enhanced the antitumor effect in a 4T1 tumor model by remodeling the TME.In summary,rationally designed OAds expressing ICIs tailored to the immune cell landscape in the TME can precisely achieve tumor-specific immunotherapy of cancer. | Daoyuan Xie Yaomei Tian Die Hu Yuanda Wang Yuling Yang Bailing Zhou Rui Zhang Zhixiang Ren Mohan Liu Jie Xu Chunyan Dong Binyan Zhao Li Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,12: | 0 |
