| 1 | Numerical simulation and experimental study on electrothermal properties of carbon/glass fiber hybrid textile reinforced concrete显示文摘Carbon/glass fiber hybrid textile reinforced concrete is a relatively new composite material with good mechanical capacity and excellent electrical conductivity.Both small-scale slab heating experiments and numerical simulation are presented in this paper.Temperature variation curves obtained during heating indicate the effects of environmental temperature,heat-conducting layer thickness and electric heating power.Comparison of temperature rising between the situations with and without thermal isolation layer is given as well.The results indicate that the textile can form a good conductive heating network and generate enough heat to raise the temperature in the concrete when connected to a power supply,while the resistance of the slab remains stable during the heating.Numerical results are in good accordance with the experiments.Real time snow-melting experiment was conducted to verify the feasibility of deicing.The electrothermal properties of textile can be utilized for deicing and snow melting in a safe,environmentally friendly and efficient way. | XU ShiLang YU WenTing SONG ShiDe | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9: | 8 |

| 3 | Detecting maize leaf water status by using digital RGB images显示文摘To explore the correlation between crop leaf digital RGB(Red,Green and Blue)image features and the corresponding moisture content of the leaf,a Canon digital camera was used to collect image information from detached leaves of heading-stage maize.A drying method was adopted to measure the moisture content of the leaf samples,and image processing technologies,including gray level co-occurrence matrices and grayscale histograms,was used to extract the maize leaf texture feature parameters and color feature parameters.The correlations of these feature parameters with moisture content were analyzed.It is found that the texture parameters of maize leaf RGB images,including contrast,correlation,entropy and energy,were not significantly correlated with moisture content.Thus,it was difficult to use these features to predict moisture content.Of the six groups of eigenvalues for the leaf color feature parameters,including mean,variance,energy,entropy,kurtosis and skewness,mean and kurtosis were found to be correlated with moisture content.Thus,these features could be used to predict the leaf moisture content.The correlation coefficient(R2)of the mean-moisture content relationship model was 0.7017,and the error of the moisture content prediction was within±2%.The R2 of the kurtosis-moisture content relationship model was 0.7175,and the error of the moisture content prediction was within±1.5%.The study results proved that RGB images of crop leaves could be used to measure moisture content. | Han Wenting Sun Yu Xu Tengfei Chen Xiangwei Su Ki Ooi | 2014 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,1: | 5 |

| 8 | Profiles and Source Apportionment of Nonmethane Volatile Organic Compounds in Winter and Summer in Xi’an, China, based on the Hybrid Environmental Receptor Model显示文摘Summer and winter campaigns for the chemical compositions and sources of nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)and oxygenated volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)were conducted in Xi’an.Data from 57 photochemical assessment monitoring stations for NMHCs and 20 OVOC species were analyzed.Significant seasonal differences were noted for total VOC(TVOC,NMHCs and OVOCs)concentrations and compositions.The campaign-average TVOC concentrations in winter(85.3±60.6 ppbv)were almost twice those in summer(47.2±31.6 ppbv).Alkanes and OVOCs were the most abundant category in winter and summer,respectively.NMHCs,but not OVOCs,had significantly higher levels on weekends than on weekdays.Total ozone formation potential was higher in summer than in winter(by 50%)because of the high concentrations of alkenes(particularly isoprene),high temperature,and high solar radiation levels in summer.The Hybrid Environmental Receptor Model(HERM)was used to conduct source apportionment for atmospheric TVOCs in winter and summer,with excellent accuracy.HERM demonstrated its suitability in a situation where only partial source profile data were available.The HERM results indicated significantly different seasonal source contributions to TVOCs in Xi’an.In particular,coal and biomass burning had contributions greater than half in winter(53.4%),whereas traffic sources were prevalent in summer(53.1%).This study’s results highlight the need for targeted and adjustable VOC control measures that account for seasonal differences in Xi’an;such measures should target not only the severe problem with VOC pollution but also the problem of consequent secondary pollution(e.g.,from ozone and secondary organic aerosols). | Jian SUN Zhenxing SHEN Yue ZHANG Wenting DAI Kun HE Hongmei XU Zhou ZHANG Long CUI Xuxiang LI Yu HUANG Junji CAO | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,1: | 2 |
| 9 | Preparation of Ti-based Yb-doped SnO_(2)-RuO_(2) electrode and electrochemical oxidation treatment of coking wastewater显示文摘In this study,the Ti/SnO_(2)-RuO_(2) electrodes with different Yb contents were prepared by sol-gel method and thermal decomposition method,and the surface morphology and crystal structure of the electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the electrochemical properties of the electrodes were tested by linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The electrochemical oxidation device was constructed with Yb-doped Ti/SnO_(2)-RuO_(2) electrode as the anode and titanium plate as the cathode,and the electrochemical oxidation effect and product changes of the anode on co king wastewater were investigated.The results show that the surface of the electrode is flat with high crystallinity of SnO_(2) and RuO_(2) crystals at1.5% Yb doping,and the LSV and CV curves indicate that the Yb doping of 1.5% increases the oxygen precipitation potential and electrocatalytic oxidation activity of the electrode.When the electrode with Yb doping of 1.5% is the anode with current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) electrochemical oxidation time of 30 min,the electrode can remove chemical oxygen demand(COD) up to 85.06%,total organic carbon(TOC) up to 60.59% and UV_(254) from 1.594 to 0.507 for coking wastewater.Gas chromatography(GC-MS),UV-vis and three-dimensional fluorescence results of coking wastewater before and after treatment show that large toxic substances in coking wastewater are degraded to low toxic organic substances,and most soluble organic substances are degraded and transformed.This study provides the possibility of basic research for the engineering practice of electrochemical oxidation for the treatment of coking wastewater. | Weida Wang Ke Wang Wenting Hao Tingting Zhang Yijie Liu Linghong Yu Weiping Li | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5: | 2 |
| 10 | Estimation of transpiration coefficient and aboveground biomass in maize using time-series UAV multispectral imagery显示文摘Estimating spatial variation in crop transpiration coefficients(CTc) and aboveground biomass(AGB)rapidly and accurately by remote sensing can facilitate precision irrigation management in semiarid regions. This study developed and assessed a novel machine learning(ML) method for estimating CTc and AGB using time-series unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-based multispectral vegetation indices(VIs)of maize under several irrigation treatments at the field scale. Four ML regression methods: multiple linear regression(MLR), support vector regression(SVR), random forest regression(RFR), and adaptive boosting regression(ABR), were used to address the complex relationship between CTcand VIs. AGB was then estimated using exponential, logistic, sigmoid, and linear equations because of their clear mathematical formulations based on the optimal CTcestimation model. The UAV VIs-derived CTcusing the RFR estimation model yielded the highest accuracy(R^(2)= 0.91, RMSE = 0.0526, and n RMSE = 9.07%). The normalized difference red-edge index, transformed chlorophyll absorption in reflectance index, and simple ratio contributed significantly to the RFR-based CTcmodel. The accuracy of AGB estimation using nonlinear methods was higher than that using the linear method. The exponential method yielded the highest accuracy(R^(2)= 0.76, RMSE = 282.8 g m, and n RMSE = 39.24%) in both the 2018 and 2019 growing seasons. | 11 | Long-term trends of precipitation and erosivity over Northeast China during 1961-2020显示文摘Northeast China(NEC)is one of the vital commercial grain bases in China and it has suffered from soil erosion due to prolonged cultivation and lack of protection.To determine long-term trends of precipi-tation and rainfall erosivity over NEC during the latest decades,daily precipitation for the entire year during 1961-2020 and hourly precipitation for the warm season(May to September)during 1971-2020 were collected for 192 and 126 stations,respectively.Three seasons,including the cold season(October to April),early warm season(May to June),and late warm season(July to September)were divided according to the combination of precipitation and vegetation.Results demonstrate:(1)Daily precipita-tion reveals total precipitation and rainfall erosivity in the cold season and early warm season increase significantly at relative rates of 3.1%-6.1%compared with the average during 1961-2020,and those in the late warm season decrease insignificantly.(2)Hourly precipitation reveals storms occurring in the early and late warm seasons have undergone significant increasing changes,which shift towards longer storm duration,larger amount,peak intensity,kinetic energy,and rainfall erosivity during 1971-2020.Moreover,the frequency of extreme storms increased.(3)Rainfall erosivities estimated from daily pre-cipitation during 1971-2020 increase insignificantly for the early and late warm season,whereas those from hourly precipitation increase significantly(6.1%and 5.5%,respectively),which indicates daily precipitation may not be able to capture the trend fully under the warming background,and precipi-tation at higher resolutions than the daily scale is necessary to detect trends of rainfall erosivity more accurately. | Wenting Wang Shuiqing Yin Juan Yu Zeng He Yun Xie | 2023 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2023,11,4: | 2 |
| 12 | Biocompatible reduced graphene oxide stimulated BMSCs induce acceleration of bone remodeling and orthodontic tooth movement through promotion on osteoclastogenesis and angiogenesis显示文摘We has synthesized the biocompatible gelatin reduced graphene oxide(GOG)in previous research,and in this study we would further evaluate its effects on bone remodeling in the aspects of osteoclastogenesis and angiogenesis so as to verify its impact on accelerating orthodontic tooth movement.The mouse orthodontic tooth movement(OTM)model tests in vivo showed that the tooth movement was accelerated in the GOG local injection group with more osteoclastic bone resorption and neovascularization compared with the PBS injection group.The analysis on the degradation of GOG in bone marrow stromal stem cells(BMSCs)illustrated its good biocompatibility in vitro and the accumulation of GOG in spleen after local injection of GOG around the teeth in OTM model in vivo also didn’t influence the survival and life of animals.The co-culture of BMSCs with hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)or human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)in transwell chamber systems were constructed to test the effects of GOG stimulated BMSCs on osteoclastogenesis and angiogenesis in vitro.With the GOG stimulated BMSCs co-culture in upper chamber of transwell,the HSCs in lower chamber manifested the enhanced osteoclastogenesis.Meanwhile,the co-culture of GOG stimulated BMSCs with HUVECs showed a promotive effect on the angiogenic ability of HUVECs.The mechanism analysis on the biofunctions of the GOG stimulated BMSCs illustrated the important regulatory effects of PERK pathway on osteoclastogenesis and angiogenesis.All the results showed the biosecurity of GOG and the biological functions of GOG stimulated BMSCs in accelerating bone remodeling and tooth movement. | Delong Jiao Jing Wang Wenting Yu Ke Zhang Ning Zhang Lingyan Cao Xinquan Jiang Yuxing Bai | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,9: | 1 |

| 15 | Strong and Injectable Hydrogels Based on Multivalent Metal Ion-Peptide Cross-linking显示文摘Injectable hydrogels are ideal biomaterials tor delivering cells,growth tactors and dmgs specifically to localized lesions and subsequent controlled release.Many factors can a fleet the efficacy of injectable hydrogels.To avoid potential damage to encapsulated cells or dmgs,injectable hydrogels should be highly dynamic so that they can undergo shear-thinning at low strain rates and rapidly refonn after injection.However,dynamic hydrogels are often mechanically weak,leading to the leakage of encapsulated cells or drugs.Here we demonstrated a convenient method to improve the mechanical strength without jeopardizing the dynamic properties of hydrogels by using metal ion-peptide crosslinkers containing multiple metal ion-ligand bonds.We showed that the dynamic properties of the hydrogels correlated with the intrinsic dynamics of the metal-ligand bonds and were not atlected by the fonnation of multivalent binding.Yet,the mechanical stability of the hydrogels was significantly improved due to the increased themiodynamic stability of the crosslinkers.We turthcr showed that the drug release rates were slowed down by the formation of multivalent crosslinkers.Our results highlight the importance of ligand valency to themechanical response of hydrogels and provide a universal route to rationally tune the dynamic and mechanical properties of injectable hydrogels. | YU Wenting XUE Bin ZHU Zhenshu SHEN Ziqin QIN Meng WANG Wei CAO Yi | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5: | 1 |

| 18 | Multi-objective and multi-scheme research on water and sediment regulation potential of reservoirs in the upper Yellow River显示文摘The problems of the deteriorating relation between water and sediment,and the escalating conflict between water supply and demand in the upper Yellow River(YR),need to be addressed.Reservoirs of Longyangxia,Liujiaxia,and Heishanxia(Long-Liu-Hei)in the upper YR are taken as the research object,and a multi-objective,water-sediment optimal operation model for cascade reservoirs Long-Liu-Hei has been developed.This operation model considers the comprehensive requirements of water supply,power generation,flood control,and especially,water and sediment regulation.The improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms(NSGA-II)method is used to demonstrate the water and sediment regulation potential of three scenario schemes under long-term conditions,and the adjustable water allocation of four schemes under typical year conditions are calculated.It is recommended to use the mode of generating hydropower depending on the available water amount as the best operating mode under the conditions of a long time series and for typical years.This recommended operation mode has verified the rationality and accuracy of the reservoir operations model.At the same time,compared with the calculation results for water and sediment regulation after the construction of the Heishanxia,the current research indicates:(1)Under the recommended model,the potential for water and sediment regulation under the long-term series and typical years is once every four years.(2)Inter-basin water transfer greatly improves the cascade power generation.When the adjustable water volume is converted into the controlled volume for water and sediment regulation,the intensity frequency of water and sediment regulation of cascade reservoirs are improved.(3)With the intensification of the contradiction between the supply of and demand for water resources in the upper YR in the future,the amount of transferable water exhibits a decreasing trend,and the regulation of water and sediment in the upper YR is facing huge challenges.(4)Through joint operation with the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs(Long-Liu),Heishanxia will play an important role in the regulation and control of power generation,water supply,flood control,and ice prevention in the upper YR.The current research results can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for water and sediment regulation in the YR basin. | Tao Bai Jia Yu Wenting Jin Jiaquan Wan Shaojie Gou Xu Ma Panpan Ma | 2023 | International Journal of Sediment Research2023,38,2: | 1 |
