| 1 | Modeling study of regional severe hazes over mid-eastern China in January 2013 and its implications on pollution prevention and control显示文摘The Nested Air Quality Prediction Model System(NAQPMS)was used to investigate the temporal and spatial variations of PM2.5over tropospheric central eastern China in January 2013.The impact of regional transport and its implications on pollution prevention and control were also examined.Comparison between simulated and observed PM2.5showed NAQPMS was able to reproduce the evolution of PM2.5during heavy haze episodes.The results indicated that regional transport of PM2.5played an important role in regional haze episodes in the city cluster including Hebei,Beijing and Tianjin(HBT).The cross-city clusters transport outside HBT and transport among cities inside HBT contributed 20%–35%and 26%–35%of PM2.5as compared with local emission,in HBT respectively.To meet the Air Quality Standards for Grade II,90%,90%and65%of emissions would have to be cut down in Hebei,Tianjin and Beijing,if non-control strategy was taken in the surrounding city clusters of HBT.This implicated that control of emissions in one city cluster is not sufficient to reduce regional haze events,and joint efforts among city clusters are essential.Besides regional transports,two-way feedback between boundary-layer evolution and PM2.5also significantly contributed to the formation of heavy hazes,which contributed 30%of monthly average PM2.5concentration in HBT. | WANG ZiFa LI Jie WANG Zhe YANG WenYi TANG Xiao GE BaoZhu YAN PinZhong ZHU LiLi CHEN XueShun CHEN HuanSheng WAND Wei LI JianJun LIU Bing WANG XiaoYan WAND Wei ZHAO YiLin LU Ning SU DeBin | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014，57，1： | 106 |
| 2 | 氨基酸对抗顺铂所致急性肾功能衰竭的研究显示文摘目的探讨8种L氨基酸合剂的肾功能保护作用及机理。方法雄性SD鼠静脉注射2ml氨基酸合剂后接受10mg/kg顺铂,随后氨基酸以2ml/h维持3小时,测定尿钠、钾浓度、肾小球滤过率(GFR)及肾小管细胞线粒体呼吸功能。结果顺铂注射后30分钟,尿钠、钾浓度分别增加56%及26倍。3小时后状态4呼吸升高1倍,状态3呼吸、呼吸控制率及氰化物解偶联呼吸分别减少46%、74%及47%。该氨基酸合剂能增加GFR85%,改善肾小管钠、钾排泄异常,肾小管细胞线粒体呼吸障碍显著改善。结论该氨基酸合剂有明显的对抗顺铂肾毒性作用,增加GFR,其机理可能通过改善受损细胞线粒体呼吸功能。 | 谢立平 SKREZEK C WAND H REIBE F | 1999 | 中华泌尿外科杂志1999，20，7： | 7 |
| 3 | Garcinia xanthochymus extract protects PC12 cells from H2O2-induced apoptosis through modulation of PI3K/AKT and NRF2/HO-1 pathways显示文摘The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effects and underlying mechanisms of Garcinia xanthochymus, a perennial medicinal plant native to Yunnan, China, against H2 O2-induced oxidative damage in rat pheochromacytoma PC12 cells. Preincubation of PC12 cells with fruit Et OAc fraction(fruit-EFr., 12.5–50 μmol·L^(-1)) of G. xanthochymus for 24 h prior to H_2O_2 exposure markedly improved cell viability and increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes(superoxide dismutase, catalase, and heme oxygenase-1 [HO-1]), prevented lactate dehydrogenase release and lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde production, attenuated the decrease of matrix metalloproteinases(MMP), and scavenged reactive oxygen species(ROS). Fruit-EFr. also reduced BAX and cytochrome C expression and improved BCL-2 expression, thereby decreasing the ratio of BAX to BCL-2. Fruit-EFr. activated the nuclear translocation of NRF2 to increase HO-1 and induced the phosphorylation of AKT. Its cytoprotective effect was abolished by LY294002, a specific inhibitor of PI3 K. | 4 | 转移性肾癌不同组织学类型对生物化疗的效应显示文摘目的 观察转移性肾癌不同组织学亚型间生物化疗的效应差异 ,探讨预测疗效的因素。 方法 对 2 6例转移性肾癌病人应用α 2b干扰素 (第 1周 5× 10 6IU/m2 皮下注射 3次 ,第 2周起增至 10× 10 6IU/m2 ,每周 3次 )与长春花碱 (0 .1mg/kg ,每 3周 1次静脉注射 )联合治疗 6个月。 结果 随访 4~ 48个月 ,完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 7例 ,病灶无变化 3例 ,病灶进展 15例。缓解病例均为透明细胞癌 ,病灶进展者则为其他类型癌。 结论 转移性肾癌干扰素与长春花碱联合生物化疗疗效与组织学类型有关 ,透明细胞癌缓解率高。 | 谢立平 Wand H | 2000 | 中华泌尿外科杂志2000，21，4： | 4 |
| 5 | 氨基酸保护肾小管细胞溶酶体功能的研究显示文摘目的 :研究肾小管细胞溶酶体损伤在顺铂所致实验性 ARF发病中的作用 ,探讨 8种 L-氨基酸合剂的肾功能保护作用及机理。方法 :雄性 Sprague- Dawley鼠静脉注射 2 ml氨基酸合剂或0 .9% Na Cl溶液后接受 10 mg/ kg顺铂 ,随后氨基酸或 Na Cl溶液以 2 ml/ h维持 3h,测定尿 NAG活性 ,尿钠、钾浓度 ,GFR及作形态学观察。结果 :顺铂注射后 30 min,尿 NAG活性增加 7.8倍 ,尿钠、钾浓度分别增加 56%及 2 .6倍。应用该氨基酸合剂使增高的尿 NAG活性减少 76% ,改善肾小管钠、钾排泄异常 ,增加 GFR 85%。结论 :溶酶体损伤可能在顺铂所致实验性 ARF发生极早期阶段起重要作用 ,氨基酸合剂有明显的肾功能保护作用 ,其机理可能通过改善受损的溶酶体功能所致。 | 谢立平 Skrezek C Wand H | 2000 | 浙江大学学报(医学版)2000，29，4： | 3 |

| 7 | Clinical implications,diagnosis,and management of diabetes in patients with chronic liver diseases显示文摘Diabetes mellitus(DM)negatively affects the development and progression of chronic liver diseases(CLD)of various etiologies.Concurrent DM and CLD are also associated with worse clinical outcomes with respect to mortality,the occurrence of hepatic decompensation,and the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Unfortunately,early diagnosis and optimal treatment of DM can be challenging,due to the lack of established clinical guidelines as well as the medical complexity of this patient population.We conducted an exploratory review of relevant literature to provide an up-to-date review for internists and hepatologists caring for this patient population.We reviewed the epidemiological and pathophysiological associations between DM and CLD,the impact of insulin resistance on the progression and manifestations of CLD,the pathogenesis of hepatogenic diabetes,as well as the practical challenges in diagnosis and monitoring of DM in this patient population.We also reviewed the latest clinical evidence on various pharmacological antihyperglycemic therapies with an emphasis on liver disease-related clinical outcomes.Finally,we proposed an algorithm for managing DM in patients with CLD and discussed the clinical and research questions that remain to be addressed. | Waihong Chung Kittichai Promrat Jack Wands | 2020 | World Journal of Hepatology2020，12，9： | 3 |
| 8 | 腹膜后脂肪肉瘤中天冬氨酸-天冬酰胺β轻化酶蛋白的表达及其临床意义显示文摘目的探讨腹膜后脂肪肉瘤中天冬氨酸-天冬酰胺β轻化酶(aspartate-β-hydroxylase,ASPH)的表达,分析其与患者的临床病理学特征及预后的关系。方法收集2017年2月至2018年2月北京大学国际医院腹膜后肿瘤外科收治并经过手术治疗的69例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤患者的临床资料,通过免疫组化方法检测肿瘤组织中ASPH的表达,采用SYFPEITHI和NetMHCpan软件预测方法对ASPH蛋白HLA-A2限制性CTL表位进行预测。结果本组69例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤患者的ASPH阳性率为81%,其中高分化脂肪肉瘤ASPH阳性率为73%,去分化脂肪肉瘤ASPH阳性率为87%,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ASPH表达水平高与低的患者术后无复发生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用基序预测法筛选出5个HLA-A2限制性CTL表位(9肽)与HLA-A2分子具有较高的结合力。结论腹膜后脂肪肉瘤中ASPH表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关.ASPH表达水平是腹膜后脂肪肉瘤术后无复发生存率的独立危险因素。ASPH存在HLA-A2限制性CTL表位,有望用于腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的免疫治疗。 | 肖萌萌 刘世博 崔宇晴 王丽华 陈骏 苗成利 饶晓松 陈雪松 董晓群 Jack Wands 罗成华 | 2019 | 中华普通外科杂志2019，34，8： | 3 |
