| 2 | A new DSmT combination rule in open frame of discernment and its application显示文摘A new combination rule based on Dezert-Smarandache theory (DSmT) is proposed to deal with the conflict evidence resulting from the non-exhaustivity of the discernment frame. A two-dimensional measure factor in Dempster-Shafer theory (DST) is extended to DSmT to judge the conflict degree between evidence. The original DSmT combination rule or new DSmT combination rule can be selected for fusion according to this degree. | 5 | Fault Diagnosis Based on the Updating Strategy of Interval-Valued Belief Structures显示文摘This paper presents the dynamic method for fault diagnosis based on the updating of Interval-valued belief structures(IBSs). The classical Jeffrey's updating rule and the linear updating rule are extended to the framework of IBSs. Both of them are recursively used to generate global diagnosis evidence with the form of Interval basic belief assignment(IBBA) by updating the previous evidence with the incoming evidence. The diagnosis decision can be made by global diagnosis evidence. In the process of evidence updating, the similarity factors of evidence are used to determine switching between the extended Jeffrey's and linear updating rules, and to calculate the linear combination weights. | 9 | HYBRID FILTER WITH PREDICT-ESTIMATOR AND COMPENSATOR FOR THE LINEAR TIME INVARIANT DELAYED SYSTEM显示文摘This paper investigates the problem of real-time estimation for one kind of linear time invariant systems which subject to limited communication capacity. The communication limitations include signal transmission delay, the out-of-sequence measurements and data packet dropout, which appear typically in a network environment. The kernel of filter design is equally to formularize the traditional Kalman filter as one linear weighted summation which is composed of the initial state estimate and all sequential sampled measurements. For it can adapt aforementioned information limitations, the linear weighted summation is then decomposed into two stages. One is a predict-estimator composed by all reached measurements, another is one compensator constructed by those time-delayed data. In the network environment, there are obvious differences between the new hybrid filter and those existing delayed Kalman filters. For example, the novel filter can be optimal in the sense of linear minimum mean square error as soon as all measurements available and has the lowest running time than these existing delayed filters. | 10 | Light-triggered interfacial charge transfer and enhanced photodetection in CdSe/ZnS quantum dots/MoS_(2)mixed-dimensional phototransistors显示文摘Mix-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures(vdWHs)have inspired worldwide interests and efforts in the field of ad-vanced electronics and optoelectronics.The fundamental understanding of interfacial charge transfer is of vital import-ance for guiding the design of functional optoelectronic applications.In this work,type-Ⅱ0D-2D CdSe/ZnS quantum dots/MoS_(2)vdWHs are designed to study the light-triggered interfacial charge behaviors and enhanced optoelectronic performances.From spectral measurements in both steady and transient states,the phenomena of suppressed photolu-minescence(PL)emissions,shifted Raman signals and changed PL lifetimes provide strong evidences of efficient charge transfer at the 0D-2D interface.A series of spectral evolutions of heterostructures with various QDs overlapping concentrations at different laser powers are analyzed in details,which clarifies the dynamic competition between exciton and trion during an efficient doping of 3.9×10^(13)cm^(−2).The enhanced photoresponses(1.57×10^(4)A·W^(-1))and detectivities(2.86×10^(11)Jones)in 0D/2D phototransistors further demonstrate that the light-induced charge transfer is still a feasible way to optimize the performance of optoelectronic devices.These results are expected to inspire the basic understand-ing of interfacial physics at 0D/2D interfaces,and shed the light on promoting the development of mixed-dimensional op-toelectronic devices in the near future. | Ziwei Li Wen Yang Ming Huang Xin Yang Chenguang Zhu Chenglin He Lihui Li Yajuan Wang Yunfei Xie Zhuoran Luo Delang Liang Jianhua Huang Xiaoli Zhu Xiujuan Zhuang Dong Li Anlian Pan | 2021 | Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,9: | 4 |

| 12 | THE RESEARCH OF GRADATION FUSION ALGORITHM BASED ON MULTISENSOR ASYNCHRONOUS SAMPLING SYSTEM显示文摘This letter explores the distributed multisensor dynamic system, which has uniform sampling velocity and asynchronous sampling data for different sensors, and puts forward a new gradation fusion algorithm of multisensor dynamic system. As the total forecasted increment value between the two adjacent moments is the forecasted estimate value of the corresponding state increment in the fusion center, the new algorithm models the state and the forecasted estimate value of every moment. Kalman filter and all measurements arriving sequentially in the fusion period are employed to update the evaluation of target state step by step, on the condition that the system has obtained the target state evaluation that is based on the overall information in the previous fusion period. Accordingly, in the present period, the fusion evaluation of the target state at each sampling point on the basis of the overall information can be obtained. This letter elaborates the form of this new algorithm. | 17 | MULTITARGET STATE AND TRACK ESTIMATION FOR THE PROBABILITY HYPOTHESES DENSITY FILTER显示文摘The particle Probability Hypotheses Density (particle-PHD) filter is a tractable approach for Random Finite Set (RFS) Bayes estimation, but the particle-PHD filter can not directly derive the target track. Most existing approaches combine the data association step to solve this problem. This paper proposes an algorithm which does not need the association step. Our basic ideal is based on the clustering algorithm of Finite Mixture Models (FMM). The intensity distribution is first derived by the particle-PHD filter, and then the clustering algorithm is applied to estimate the multitarget states and tracks jointly. The clustering process includes two steps: the prediction and update. The key to the proposed algorithm is to use the prediction as the initial points and the convergent points as the es- timates. Firstly, the simultaneous faults' model is built based on the generalized frame of discernment in DSmT. Secondly, according to the unified description of combination rules in evidence reasoning based on random sets, a new combination rule for simultaneous faults diagnosis is proposed. Thirdly, according to the working characteristics and environment of the sensors used to acquire fault characteristic information, a new method to construct basic probability assignment function is pro- posed based on membership. Finally, diagnosis result is obtained by use of the new combination rule combined with decision rules.
