2Influence of microwave treatment under a hydrogen or methane atmosphere on the flotability of the macerals in Shenfu coals显示文摘The modification of Shenfu coals by a microwave treatment carried out under a hydrogen or a methane atmosphere, and the subsequent maceral separation by flotation, are described in this paper. The surface contact angle and the Zeta potential of the coal macerals were measured both with and without the treat- ment. The results show that the surface wettability of SFF (Shenfu Fusain) and SFV (Shenfu Vitrain) can be changed by the microwave treatment. An increase in the difference in surface wettability of SFF and SFV causes in a subsequent increase in the enrichment of inertinite and vitrinite. 4Effects of Y on the Microstructure, Mechanical and Bio-corrosion Properties of Mg-Zn-Ca Bulk Metallic Glass显示文摘The micro-alloying effects of Y on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and bio-corrosion behavior of Mg69-xZn27Ca4Yx(x= 0, 1, 2 at.%) alloys were investigated through X-ray diffraction, compressive tests,electrochemical treatments, and immersion tests. The Mg69Zn27Ca4 alloy was found to be absolutely amorphous, and its glass-forming ability decreased with the addition of Y. The Mg68Zn27Ca4Y1 alloy exhibited an ultrahigh compressive strength above 1010 MPa as well as high capacity for plastic strain above 3.1%.Electrochemical and immersion tests revealed that these Y-doped MgeZ neC a alloys had good bio-corrosion resistance in simulated body fluid(SBF) at 37℃. 5A novel approach to melt purification of magnesium alloys显示文摘A novel low-cost method for melt purification of magnesium alloys,the melt self-purifying technology(MSPT),has been developed successfully based on a low temperature melt treatment(LTMT)without adding any fluxes.The iron solubility in the molten liquid of magnesium and its alloys,and the settlement velocity of iron particles were calculated.It is shown that the low temperature melt treatment is an effective method to decrease the impurity Fe content in magnesium and its alloys.Without any additions,the Fe content in the AZ31 alloy was reduced to 15 ppm from the initial 65 ppm,and the Fe content in the AZ61 melt was decreased to 20 ppm from the initial 150 ppm after the low temperature melt treatment.The results also showed that the Fe content in AM60 and AM50 dropped to 15 and 18 ppm,respectively,from the initial 150 ppm after the low temperature melt treatment.For ZK 60,the Fe content in the melt down to less than 5 ppm was achieved.After the low temperature melt treatment,the Si content in the above alloys was also decreased obviously.Fusheng Pan Xianhua Chen Tao Yan Tingting Liu Jianjun Mao Wei Luo Qin Wang Jian Peng Aitao Tang Bin Jiang 2016Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2016,4,1:5

7Primary investigation of the pollution status of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water and soil of Xuanwei and Fuyuan,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘Lung cancer incidence in Xuanwei and Fuyuan is extremely high. The air pollution, especially indoor airborne PAHs generated by burning smoky coals, has been considered as the most probable reason. The air pollution may affect drinking water and soil through dry and wet deposition. In this study, the concentrations of PAHs in water and soil samples from Xuanwei and Fuyuan were monitored to investigate the influence of atmospheric PAHs pollution on water and soil. No obvious PAHs pollution in water was found in these two areas, indicating that airborne PAHs have no apparent effect on the drinking water (well water). The smoky coal combustion from household and industry, such as the activities related to power plants, coking plants and chemical industries, is responsible for the soil PAHs pollution in these two areas. 8Selective separation of polychlorinated naphthalene (PCNs), hexabromocyclododecanes (HBCDs) and tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) in soil matrices显示文摘A method for the selective separation of polychlorinated naphthalene (PCNs), hexabromocyclododecanes (HBCDs) and tetrabro-mobisphenol A (TBBPA) in complex matrices was developed. In the present study, the type of sorbents and the volume and composition of eluting solvents were investigated in detail. Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of PCNs, HBCDs and TBBPA in different fractions were determined with liquid/gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC or GC-MS/MS), which was nearly close to 100%. To investigate the feasibility of the developed method, it was applied to isolate target compounds from spiked soil extracts. PCNs, HBCDs and TBBPA could be subsequently eluted with hexane, hexane/dichloromethane (1:1), and hexane/dichloromethane (1:3), and the recoveries of the analysts from three fractions were satisfactory (70.9%-107%) with the exception of -HBCD at low levels. 9Effect of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-xMn alloys显示文摘The as-cast Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were prepared and extruded at 280℃with an extrusion ratio of 25:1.The effects of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were investigated in this study.The XRD results show that Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys consisted ofα-Mg(hcp)+β-Li(bcc)duplex structured matrix,Mg Li_(2)Zn and Mn phases.The grains of the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys were refined by dynamic recrystallization during the extrusion process.The EBSD results show that the extruded alloys had basal textures.The grain size of the extruded alloys decreased while the basal texture was strengthened with the increasing Mn addition.The TEM results show that a large amount of nanoscale Mn precipitates existed in the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy,which can effectively inhibit the dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains growth during the hot extrusion and is beneficial to the improvement of mechanical properties.Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy in this research possesses the best mechanical properties with the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of 321 MPa,250 MPa,respectively.Hongju Deng Yan Yang Minmin Li Xiaoming Xiong Guobing Wei Weidong Xie Bin Jiang Xiaodong Peng Fusheng Pan 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:3
10Influence of macroscopic graphite particulates on the damping properties of Zn-Al eutectoid alloy显示文摘The paper presents in detail the effects of macroscopic graphite (Gr) particulates on the damping behavior of Zn-Al eutectoid alloy (Zn-Al). Macroscopic defects are graphite particulates with sizes of the order of a millimeter (0.5 mm and 1.0 mm). Macroscopic graphite particulate-reinforced Zn-Al eutectoid alloys were prepared by the air pressure infiltration process. The damping characterization was conducted on a multifunction internal friction apparatus (MFIFA). The internal friction (IF), as well as the relative dynamic modulus, was measured at different frequencies over the temperature range of 20 to 400℃. The damping capacity of the Zn-Al/Gr, with two different volume fractions of macroscopic graphite particulates, was compared with that of bulk Zn-Al eutectoid alloy. The damping capacity of the materials is shown to increase with increasing volume fraction of macroscopic graphite particulates. Two IF peaks were found in the IF-temperature curves. The first is a grain boundary peak, which is associated with the diffusive flux on a boundary between like phases, Al/Al. Its activation energy has been calculated to be 1.13±0.03 eV and the pre-exponential factor is 10?14 s in IF measurements. The second is a phase transition peak, which results from the transformation of Zn-Al eutectoid. 11Freestanding polypyrrole nanotube/reduced graphene oxide hybrid film as flexible scaffold for dendrite-free lithium metal anodes显示文摘Lithium metal anode is the most potential anode material for the next generation high-energy rechargeable batteries owing to its highest specific capacity and lowest redox potential.Unfortunately,the uneven deposition of Li during plating/stripping and the formation of uncontrolled Li dendrites,which might cause poor battery performance and serious safety problems,are demonstrating to be a huge challenge for its practical application.Here,we show that a flexible and free-standing film hybriding with polypyrrole(PPy) nanotubes and reduced graphene oxide(rGO) can significantly regulate the Li nucleation and deposition,and further prohibit the formation of Li dendrites,owing to the large specific surface area,rich of nitrogen functional groups and porous structures.Finally,the high Coulombic efficiency and stable Li plating/stripping cycling performance with 98% for 230 cycles at 0.5 mA cm^(-2) and more than 900 hours stable lifespan are achieved.No Li dendrites form even at a Li deposition capacity as high as4.0 mA h cm^(-2).Besides,the designed PPy/rGO hybrid anode scaffold can also drive a superior battery performance in the lithium-metal full cell applications.Gan Luo Xiaolin Hu Wei Liu Guanjie Lu Qiannan Zhao Jie Wen Jian Liang Guangsheng Huang Bin Jiang Chaohe Xu Fusheng Pan 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:3
12Acetytation of ACAP4 regutates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion显示文摘Tumor metastasis represents the main causes of cancer-related death.Our recent study showed that chemokine CCL18 secreted from tumor-associated macrophages regulates breast tumor metastasis,but the underlying mechanisms remain less clear.Here, we show that ARF6 GTPase-activating protein ACAP4 regulates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration via the acetyltransferase PCAF-mediated acetylation.CCL18 stimulation elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion via PCAF-dependent acetylation.ACAP4 physically interacts with PCAF and is a cognate substrate of PCAF during CCL18 stimulation.The acetylation site of ACAP4 by PCAF was mapped to Lys311 by mass spectrometric analyses.Importantly,dynamic acetylation of ACAP4 is essential for CCL18-induced breast cancer cell migration and invasion,as overexpression of the persistent acetylation-mimicking or nonacetylatable ACAP4 mutant blocked CCL18-elicited cell migration and invasion.Mechanistically,the acetylation of ACAP4 at Lys311 reduced the lipid-binding activity of ACAP4 to ensure a robust and dynamic cycling of ARF6-ACAP4 complex with plasma membrane in response to CCL18 stimulation.Thus,these results present a previously undefined mechanism by which CCL18-elicited acetylation of the PH domain controls dynamic interaction between ACAP4 and plasma membrane during breast cancer cell migration and invasion.Xiaoyu Song Wei Liu Xiao Yuan Jiying Jiang Wanjuan Wang McKay Mullen Xuannv Zhao Yin Zhang Fusheng Liu Shihao Du Adeel Rehman Ruijun Tian Jian Li Andra Frost Zhenwei Song Hadiyah-Nicole Green Calmour Henry Xing Liu Xia Ding Dongmei Wang Xuebiao Yao 2018Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2018,10,6:3
13Nano-silica-decorated Poly(m-Phenylene Isophthalamide)Separator with Enhanced Mechanical and Electrolyte Wetting Properties for Lithium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Heat-resistant poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)has attracted considerable attention as a novel separator for application in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs);however,its mechanical strength and electrolyte wettability are not ideal.Herein,a nano-silica-decorated poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA@SiO2)separator was fabricated with SiO2 nanoparticles uniformly attached to the pores and pore walls of the PMIA separator.The as-prepared PMIA@SiO2 separator has good mechanical strength(a 16%improvement compared with pristine PMIA)and wettability toward the electrolyte(the contact angle decreases from 34.0°to 23.1°).The PMIA@SiO2 separator also had a high ionic conductivity(0.75 mS/cm)and low interfacial electric resistance(75Ω).The assembled LiCoO2/PMIA@Si O2-liquid electrolyte/Li cell displays good cycle performance with a capacity retention of 88.1%after 50 cycles.Furthermore,the cycling performance and rate capacity rarely changed after high-temperature treatment.Therefore,the nano-silica-decorated PMIA separator is a potential candidate for application in LIBs with high safety.Jianjie Wang Biao Yuan Fusheng Pan Lina Qiao Jun Guo Cuijia Duan Wei Wu Zan Chen anlei Su 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,4:2

15Irrigation-induced pollution of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in paddy field ecosystem of Liaohe River Plain,China显示文摘In order to assess the influence of long-term irrigation of polluted river water on the ecological health of the rice fields in the low reach of Liaohe River Plain,a series of environmental samples and biological samples in rice fields,including sediments,paddy soils,mitten-handed crabs(Eriocheir sinensis),loaches(Misgurnus anguillicaudatu) and frog(Hoplobatrachus tigerinus),were collected from the area far away from industrial zones,and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides(HCH,DDT,HCB and Mirex) were analyzed by high resolution gas chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry(HRGC/HRMS).The comparison of pollutant concentrations and profiles verified that the significant contribution of river water irrigation to PCBs contaminations in paddy soils and the mutual influence of organochlorine pesticide contamination between river sediments and paddy soils.Bioaccumulations of PCBs and organochlorine pesticides in mitten-handed crabs and loaches were site-specific,suggested that they were both the good indicators of ecosystem health.Mitten-handed crabs had the highest capacity to accumulate PCBs and organochlorine pesticides,and also they had the strong ability to degrade these pollutants in their bodies,especially for DDT and HCH.The biota-soil accumulation factors(BSAF) of ΣH CH,ΣDDT,Mirex,HCB and ΣP CBs in mitten-handed crab were calculated to be 24.5,15.3,122.2,28.1 and 54.6,respectively.In view of the strong bioaccumulation ability,the health risk should be concerned for the cultivation of mitten-handed crabs in paddy fields in the low reach of Liaohe River Plain.TENG Man ZHANG HaiJun FU Qiang LU XianBo CHEN JiPing WEI FuSheng 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,15:2
