| 1 | Hydrocarbon sources and stages of reservoir formation in Kuqa depression, Tarim Basin显示文摘Kuqa depression bears not only plenty ofnatural gas, but also a large amount of condensate and smallquantity of crude oil. Based on the geochemical correlationbetween the Jurassic and Triassic terrestrial hydrocarbonsource rock, this paper confirms that the natural gas in Kuqadepression belongs to coal-type gas and the main gas sourcerock is attributed to the middle to lower Jurassic coal seriesformation, while the main oil source rock is the upper Tri-assic lacustrine mudstone. The authors indicated that Kuqadepression was slowly subsided in Mesozoic, but rapidlywent down in Late Tertiary, which made the Jurassic andTriassic source rock suddenly deep-buried and rapidlyevolved to high and over-mature phase since 5 Ma. TheTriassic source rock is postponed to the Early Miocene dur-ing 23-12 Ma when entering the oil-generating peak, whilethe Jurassic is suspended to the latest 5 Ma, especially since2.5 Ma to the dry gas-generating period, which is one of thecharacteristics of the source rock thermal evolution in Kuqadepression. This paper presents a two-stage trapping andlate gas trapping model in Kuqa depression whose charac-teristics are: The main oil and gas reservoirs have differentsources. The oil reservoir is formed early while the gas res-ervoir is formed lately. During the early stage, it, mainly asoil, takes long distance lateral migration, while in the laterstage, it, mainly as gas, takes the vertical migration and alsohas lateral migration. | 2 | Geochemical characteristics and formation process of natural gas in Kela 2 gas field显示文摘On the basis of a large amount of natural gascomponents and the carbon isotope as well as some otheranalysis data in Kela 2 gas field, the geochemical character-istics, source, origin, and formation process of natural gashave been discussed. The components of gas in the field tendto be 'dry', and the drying coefficient is close to 1.0. Thecarbon isotope tends to be heavier, for instance, the averageof δ13C1 is -27.36‰ and that ofδ13C2 is -18.5‰. Compre-hensive analysis shows that humic natural gas in the Kuqapetroleum system comes mainly from Triassic and Jurassicsource rocks, and the contribution of Jurassic source rocks tothe pool maybe is more than that of Triassic rocks. The maincause that the gas tends to be dry and bears heavier isotopecomposition lies in the fact that Kela 2 natural gas is the ac-cumulation of late production of humic source rocks, and itis affected by the abnormal high pressure as well. | 3 | The influence of tectonic evolution on the accumulation and enrichment of coalbed methane (CBM)显示文摘The current accumulation and enrichment of CBM reservoir is a result of the preservation and destruction of former CBM, after the superposing evolution of reversing-and-uplifting and the subsequent evolution within the coal-bearing basin. The critical moment of the CBM reservoir formation is the time when the burying depth of the overlying net thickness amounts to the least in geological history after the gas generation of coal beds. Except the coal-bearing basins of lower metamorphism, most basins suffered the evolution stage of reversion and uplift. The formation of the CBM reservoir is controlled by the beginning and lasting time, and the intensity of reversing and uplifting. The tectonic evolution after reversing and uplifting also affects the accumulation of CBM in coal-bearing basin. The CBM constantly dissipates in the area of chronically uplifting and de-nudating. | 5 | Control of neotectonic movement on hydrocarbon accumulation in the Kuqa Foreland Basin,west China显示文摘Neotectonic movement refers to the tectonic movement that has happened since the Cenozoic,which is the latest movement. It has the most important influence on the basins in west China,especially on the hydrocarbon accumulation in the western foreland basins. We determined the time of neotectonic movement in the Kuqa Foreland Basin,which began from the Neogene,and analyzed the patterns of movement,which were continuous and fast subsidence in the vertical direction and intense lateral compression. The structure styles are that the faulting is weakened and the folding is strengthened gradually from north to south. We studied the control of neotectonic movement on the hydrocarbon accumulation process and model in the Kuqa Foreland Basin with basin simulation technique. The largest subsidence rate of the Kuqa Foreland Basin reached 1,200 m/Ma during the neotectonic movement,leading to rapid maturing of source rock within 5 Ma and a large quantity of hydrocarbon being generated and expelled. The thick neotectonic strata can form high quality reservoirs with the proved gas and oil reserves accounting for 5% and 27% of the total reserves,respectively. 86% of the structural traps were formed in the neotectonic movement period. The faults formed during the neotectonic movement serve as important migration pathways and they exist in the region where the hydrocarbon reservoirs are distributed. Abnormally high pressure caused by the intense lateral compression,thick neotectonic strata deposition and rapid hydrocarbon generation provide driving force for hydrocarbon migration. | 6 | INVESTIGATION OF RATTLING THRESHOLD IN GEAR SYSTEM显示文摘A lumped mass gear-rattling model with backlash is established by considering the time varying mesh stiffness, composite transmission error and the torque fluctuation. Based on the principle that no separation will occur if the response amplitude is not larger than the static response,the threshold is obtained by theoretical derivation. The validity of the theoretical derivation is verified by the numerical method. The results show that the time-varying mesh stiffness has little effect on the threshold. When the exciting frequency is less than the system natural frequency, the theoretical agrees well with the numerical one. The higher the exciting frequency or the smaller the average input torque is, the easier the separation will occur. When the exciting frequency is larger than the natural frequency by a certain value, the theoretical threshold does not agree with the numerical results. The numerical results show that the motion state will change from the meshing state to the separating state directly. | 7 | In Vivo Fast Induction of Homogeneous Autopolyploids via Callus in Sour Jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba Cheng et Liu)显示文摘Polyploidization has been demonstrated as a very effective approach in fruit tree improvement.Sour jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba Cheng et Liu) is a promising diploid wild,traditional fruit species(2n = 2x = 24) that is rich in vitamin C,which is the main rootstock of Chinese jujube(Z.jujuba Mill.).The novel method we developed for rapid in vivo induction of homogeneous autopolyploids(IVIHA) via callus in Chinese jujube was first applied and further optimized in sour jujube.Under optimized conditions,an average of one pure autotetraploid shoot could be regenerated from one treated branch,thereby indicating a relatively high efficiency rate.A total of 9 pure autotetraploid genotypes were created,and one of these was released as a new cultivar named ‘Zhuguang' in 2015.Moreover,unexpected octoploids and hexaploids were also simultaneously created and detected.The leaves of tetraploids were thicker,broader,and darker in color than those of the original diploids,whereas the leaf sizes of octoploids were much smaller compared to that of diploids.However,stoma size increased with the occurrence of ploidy,mainly from diploid to octoploid.The well grown ploidies of jujube included diploids,triploids,and tetraploids.Anatomical observation indicated that adventitious buds/shoots emerged from the callus that formed on the cut,which was then followed by the development of connective vascular tissues between the adventitious bud and the stock plant tissue.This study demonstrates the universality of the IVIHA method that was initially developed in Chinese jujube,as well as provides a foundation for high-efficiency pure polyploid induction in sour jujube. | SHI Qinghua LIU Ping LIU Mengjun WANG Jiurui ZHAO Jin ZHAO Zhihui DAI Li | 2016 | Horticultural Plant Journal2016,2,3: | 5 |

| 10 | Differentially Private Spatial Decompositions for Geospatial Point Data显示文摘Technological advancements in data analysis and data releasing have put forward higher security requirements, such as privacy guarantee and strictly provable security, this new area of research is called differential privacy. As for geospatial point data, the exiting methods use the tree structure to split the data space to enhance the data utility and usually adopt uniform budgeting method. Different from this, we propose a novel non-uniform allocation scheme for privacy budget which is a parameter to specify the degree of privacy guarantee. Firstly, the spatial data is indexed by quadtree, then, different privacy budget is allocated to each layer of quadtree using Fibonacci series features, and we designate this budgeting method as Fibonacci allocation. Experimental results show that Fibonacci allocation is significantly more accurate in data queries than the state-of-the-art methods under the same privacy guarantee level and fits for arbitrary range queries. In distributed location proof generating schemes, preventing users from colluding with each other to create fake location proofs and protecting user's location privacy at the same time, are the main technical challenges to bring this kind of LBS into practical. Existing solutions tackle these challenges with low collusion-detecting efficiency and defected collusion-detecting method. We proposed two novel location proof generating schemes, which inversely utilized a secure secret-sharing scheme and a pseudonym scheme to settle these shortcomings. Our proposed solution resists and detects user collusion attacks in a more efficient and correct way. Meanwhile, we achieve a higher level of location privacy than that of previous work. | 17 | The regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during pigmentation of winter jujube显示文摘Fruit lignification is due to lignin deposition in the cell wall during cell development.However,there are few studies on the regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during fruit pigmentation.In this study,we investigated the regulation of cell wall lignification and lignin biosynthesis during pigmentation of winter jujube.The cellulose content decreased,while the lignin content increased in the winter jujube pericarp during pigmentation.Safranin O-fast green staining showed that the cellulose content was higher in the cell wall of winter jujube prior to pigmentation,whereas the lignin in the cell wall increased after pigmentation.The thickness of the epidermal cells decreased with pericarp pigmentation.A combined metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis showed that guaiacyl-syringyl(G-S)lignin was the main lignin type in the pericarp of winter jujube,and F5H(LOC107424406)and CCR(LOC107420974)were preliminarily identified as the key genes modulating lignin biosynthesis in winter jujube.Seventeen MYB and six NAC transcription factors(TFs)with potential regulation of lignin biosynthesis were screened out based on phylogenetic analysis.Three MYB and two NAC TFs were selected as candidate genes and further studied in detail.Arabidopsis ectopic expression and winter jujube pericarp injection of the candidate genes indicated that the MYB activator(LOC107425254)and the MYB repressor(LOC107415078)control lignin biosynthesis by regulating CCR and F5H,while the NAC(LOC107435239)TF promotes F5H expression and positively regulates lignin biosynthesis.These findings revealed the lignin biosynthetic pathway and associated genes during pigmentation of winter jujube pericarp and provide a basis for further research on lignin regulation. | Qiong Zhang Lihu Wang Zhongtang Wang Rentang Zhang Ping Liu Mengjun Liu Zhiguo Liu Zhihui Zhao Lili Wang Xin Chen Haifeng Xu | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 2 |
