| 1 | 抗240℃超高温水基钻井液室内研究显示文摘针对中国大陆科学钻探松科2井深部高温层段钻井作业需要,通过研制出高温稳定剂MG-H2,引入抗高温抗盐的凹凸棒土,优选抗高温降滤失剂,设计出一套以钠膨润土和凹凸棒土为黏土相的低固相抗240℃超高温的水基钻井液配方。MG-H2是采用反相乳液聚合方式研制出的一种油包水型高温稳定剂,其具有球状高分子柔性搭接、增强悬浮稳定性作用和半刚性微粒黏度特性,能实现对钻井液黏度、润滑、滤失性能的综合控制。优选出的3种降滤失剂及其加量配比为3%Lockseal+1%硅氟降滤失剂+1.5%Soltex。综合性能评价结果表明,该抗高温钻井液经过240℃高温老化后性能稳定,具有良好的流变性能和滤失造壁性能,抑制和润滑性能满足钻井需要,能抗10%膨润土、5%Na Cl和1%Ca Cl2的污染。为松科2井下阶段抗260℃超高温钻井液的研制奠定了良好基础。 | 许洁 乌效鸣 朱永宜 契霍特金V.F. 许明标 吴川 郑文龙 | 2015 | 钻井液与完井液2015，32，1： | 17 |
| 2 | 模拟冻土区水合物地层骨架的人造岩心实验研究显示文摘目前,天然气水合物物性认识和资源评价研究都受到了天然岩心来源的极大限制。因此,开发出一套贴近于水合物地层的人造岩心技术特别是基础骨架制备思路显得尤为必要。从实际水合物地层特性出发,选取地质资料丰富、水合物成藏条件良好的美国阿拉斯加北部斜坡冻土区Mount Elbert Unit C-GH1井段地层作为模拟对象,选用石英砂环氧树脂压制胶结岩心方法,通过全面实验分析了影响人造岩心渗透率的主要因素,然后以渗透率和孔隙度为实验指标设计正交实验研究各因素对指标的影响,确定了与目标地层渗透率和孔隙度最为接近的2个配方,并通过力学单轴抗压强度值的比较进一步明确了较优配方。实验研究结果表明,设计的较优配方与目标地层的粒径配比、渗透率、单轴抗压强度和密度基本相同,孔隙度则较为接近,采用这种技术流程可以制备出贴近原位的水合物沉积物骨架。 | 郑明明 蒋国盛 宁伏龙 刘力 张凌 李实 张可 Chikhotkin V.F. | 2014 | 天然气地球科学2014，25，7： | 7 |
| 3 | 表面活性剂改善钻井液速溶的效果评价显示文摘针对钻井液材料溶解慢,达到理想性能时间长,提出使用表面活性剂降低配浆水的表面张力和接触角,同时对材料有润湿和增溶作用。通过分析表面活性剂的作用机理,测试表面活性剂对钻井液基本性能影响来优化表面活性剂;观察表面活性剂对土(上海佳友土、鄂州素土和碱土)和大分子材料的性能影响来优化表面活性剂的加量。结果表明,卵磷脂1在短时间内促进材料的水化分散效果最好,且最优加量为0.2‰,对于6%的上海佳友土、鄂州素土和碱土,表观黏度分别提高20%、20%和6%。0.2‰的卵磷脂可以促进配方(4%佳友土+1‰黄原胶+0.8%改性淀粉)表观黏度提高15%,润滑性提高37%,表面张力降低42%,大分子材料分散得更均匀,泥皮更致密。 | 王道宽 乌效鸣 朱永刚 契霍特金V.F. | 2015 | 煤田地质与勘探2015，43，5： | 3 |
