| 1 | 血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂减低大鼠体内脂肪显示文摘目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂-Candesratan对大鼠脂肪细胞形态和功能的影响。方法:20只雄性W istarKyoto大鼠分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以口服Candesartan(10 mg.kg-1.d-1)和安慰剂,每周监测摄食量和体重变化。17周后处死大鼠,收集附睾和肾周围脂肪组织并称重;同时分离附睾脂肪细胞,测量细胞直径,抽提并测定脂肪组织甘油三酯;测定血浆生化、胰岛素、瘦素和脂联素;通过RT-PCR测定附睾脂肪瘦素、脂联素和前脂肪细胞因子-1mRNA基因表达。结果:Candesartan治疗组大鼠体重和体内脂肪含量较对照组明显减低,附睾脂肪细胞缩小,细胞构成升高,但总细胞数无明显表化;两组间血糖和胰岛素无显著差异,治疗组血瘦素水平和脂肪组织瘦素mRNA表达均降低,而血脂联素水平升高、脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达增加,前脂肪细胞因子-1mRNA表达则无变化。结论:血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂使脂肪细胞缩小,从而减少脂肪组织含量,同时增加脂联素的合成和分泌。 | 窦京涛 Steve Zorad Juan M Saavedra | 2006 | 军医进修学院学报2006，27，1： | 8 |
| 2 | Gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphomas and Helicobacter pylori infection:A Colombian perspective显示文摘AIM:To assess the significance of chromosome translocation t(11;18)(q21;q21),B-cell lymphoma 10 (BCL-10) protein and Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection in gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma in Colombia.METHODS:Fifty cases of gastric MALT lymphoma and their respective post-treatment follow-up biopsies were examined to assess the presence of the translocation t(11;18)(q21;q21) as identified by fluorescence in situ hybridization;to detect protein expression patterns of BCL10 using immunohistochemistry;and for evaluation of tumor histology to determine the correlation of these factors and resistance to H.pylori eradication.RESULTS:Infection with H.pylori was confirmed in all cases of gastric MALT lymphoma in association with chronic gastritis.Bacterial eradication led to tumor regression in 66% of cases.The translocation t(11;18)(q21;q21) was not present in any of these cases,nor was there evidence of tumor transformation to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Thirty-four percent of the patients showed resistance to tumor regression,and within this group,7 cases,representing 14% of all those analyzed,were considered to be t(11;18)(q21;q21)-positive gastric MALT lymphomas.Protein expression of BCL10 in the nucleus was associated with the presence of translocation and treatment resistance.Cases that were considered unresponsive to therapy were histologically characterized by the presence of homogeneous tumor cells and a lack of plasmacytic differentiation.Responder cases exhibited higher cellular heterogeneity and a greater frequency of plasma cells.CONCLUSION:Both t(11;18)(q21;q21)-positive MALT lymphoma cases and those with nuclear BCL10 expression are considered resistant to H.pylori eradication.It is suggested that chronic antigenic stimulation is not a dominant event in resistant cases. | Sally Yepes Maria Mercedes Torres Carlos Saavedra Rafael Andrade | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，7： | 6 |

| 6 | Prophylaxis with ketotifen in rats with portal hypertension:involvement of mast cell and eicosanoids显示文摘BACKGROUND:Since we have previously shown an increase of mast cells in the small bowel and in the mesenteric lymph nodes in the rats with prehepatic portal hypertension,it can be hypothesized that this essential inflammatory cell would be involved in the pathogeny of the splanchnic changes related to portal hypertension. METHODS:To verify this hypothesis,we first studied mast cell infiltration in the ileum and in the mesenteric lymph nodes in sham-operated male Wistar rats(n=12) and in short-term prehepatic portal hypertensive rats (n=12),and the serum levels of rat mast cell protease Ⅱ(RMCP-Ⅱ)by ELISA.In a second set of experiments ketotifen,a mast cell stabilizer drug,was administered to sham-operated(n=10)and portal hypertensive(n=12) rats 24 hours before the intervention and prostanoids (PGE2,PGI2,TXB2)and leukotrienes(LTC4,LTB4)were assayed by RIA,mast cell infiltration in the ileum and in the mesenteric lymph nodes and the serum levels of RMCP-Ⅱwere also studied,to show its effectiveness to prevent the mesenteric alterations produced by the inflammatory mediators released by the mast cell. RESULTS:Forty-eight hours after the intervention RMCP-Ⅱ (P<0.05),PGE2(P<0.001)and LTC4 serum levels decreased and mast cell number and RMCP-Ⅱlevels increased in mesenteric lymph nodes in portal hypertensive rats.Prophylactic administration of ketotifen reduced portal pressure(P<0.001),serum levels of PGE2(P<0.001)and RMCP-Ⅱ(P<0.001)in mesenteric lymph nodes.
