1PORK PRODUCTION SYSTEMS IN CHINA:A REVIEW OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT,CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS IN GREEN PRODUCTION显示文摘This paper reviews the changes in pork production in China,the largest pork producing and consuming nation in the world.The pork sector in China has changed dramatically since the 1990s,with large-scale intensive pork production systems replacing the former,exclusively family-based pork production systems.Modern breeding,feeding,vaccinating,and management technologies are widely used now.However,smallholders still account for a large proportion of the total production.The intensification and specialization of the pork sector is expected to continue in the future,but there is increasing awareness and pressure to develop more environmentally-sustainable production systems.The relative shortage of domestically produced feed,the low utilization efficiency of feed ingredients,the large emissions of nitrogen and phosphorus to the environment,the high use of antibiotics,and the presence of residual metals in manures are very large challenges for the pork sector nowadays.To solve these problems,techniques including new feed resource utilization,precise feeding,low-protein diets,alternatives to antibiotics and increased manure recycling are all important topics and research directions today.With new techniques and management approaches,it is possible to build more sustainable pork production systems in China.Shuai ZHANG Xin WU Dandan HAN Yong HOU Jianzhuang TAN Sung Woo KIM Defa LI Yulong YIN Junjun WANG 2021Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2021,8,1:2

3Robust ultrathin and transparent AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO on polyimide substrate for flexible thin film heater with temperature over 400℃显示文摘We developed flexible and transparent thin film heaters(TFHs)with a structure of AZO/AgSnOx/AZO/polyimide(PI)which exhibited superior stability under operational conditions.Ultrathin and robust doped silver(Ag)films were produced by introducing a small amount of SnOx during the sputtering process.The AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO stacks showed the best figure of merit value of 139.9,which was higher than that of ITO counterpart(25.5)with the same thickness.In addition,it exhibited excellent durability,which showed unaffected optical and electrical properties under the heat treatment of 500℃for 30 min in air,highly-accelerated tempe ratu re and humidity stress test(HAST)at 121℃and 97%RH for 36 h,10,000 times of scratching and 1500 times of inner and outer bending test.Furthermore,the TFHs based on AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO/PI achieved a high temperature of 438.8℃with response time in several seconds,which outperformed most previous studies.The robust high-temperature TFHs in this research hold promising commercial applications in flexible and high temperature occasions.Zhaozhao Wang Jia Li Junjun Xu Jinhua Huang Ye Yang Ruiqin Tan Guofei Chen Xingzhong Fang Yue Zhao Weijie Song 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13:1

7Preparation of Sr-substituted Hydroxyapatite Nanorods for Liquid Crystal Phase Transition显示文摘A citrate-assisted hydrothermal method was utilized for the preparation of Sr-substituted hydroxyapatite (HA) nanoparticles.The influences of Sr-substituting degree on the phase identifications,microstructures and colloidal stability of the resultant products were studied.The experimental results show that the crystalline structures and morphologies of final resultants are significantly changed by controlling the Sr-substituting degree.As the Sr-substituting degree increases,the colloidal stability of samples first increases and then decreases rapidly;the morphology of the product first changes from nanorods to short nanorods rod and then becomes nanowires.Uniform HA hexagonal nanorods with high aspect ratio (>4.0) and excellent aqueous colloidal stability were prepared by 6 h hydrothermal reaction at 180℃ without Sr substitution.The dispersion underwent the phase transition from isotropic to liquid-crystalline state upon the increasing concentration of25wt% and the complete liquid-crystalline phase was achieved when at the concentration above 31wt%.These novel findings provide new insights into the role of Sr substitution on both the citrate-assisted hydroxyapatite crystallization and tailoring of colloidal stability.Moreover,HA liquid crystal behavior was successfully observed,which lays a foundation for the fabrication of macroscopically assembled hydroxyapatite-based biomimetic materials for biomedical applications.XIONG Yan ZHANG Yucheng LIU Wei LIU Yang TAN Junjun 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2:1

11Surface charge property governing co-transport of illite colloids and Eu(Ⅲ) in saturated porous media显示文摘The transport of colloids and radionuclides is sophisticated because of the variety of charge properties between colloidal particles and host subsurface media, which causes great difficulty in establishing a reliable model of radionuclides migration by taking the colloid phase into consideration. In this work,the co-transport of illite colloids(IC) and Eu(Ⅲ) in the quartz sand and iron-coated sand porous media was investigated by column experiments to address the predominant mechanism of charge properties on co-transport. Results showed that Eu(Ⅲ) transport was driven by the illite colloids and electrostatic interaction was critical in governing the co-transport patterns. The promotion of Eu(Ⅲ) transport by IC was attenuated in the iron-coated sand systems;more IC-Eu(Ⅲ) complexes were retained uniformly in the column. The pore throat shrinkage caused by electrostatic attachment between aggregated IC and iron oxides exacerbated the physical straining and size exclusion effect of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) complexes. An aggravated irreversible retention of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) was detected in iron-coated sand column due to the electrostatic attraction of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) to host media. 13CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions through RYBP-dependent phase separation显示文摘Chromatin is spatially organized into three-dimensional structures at different levels including A/B compartments, topologically associating domains and loops. The canonical CTCF-mediated loop extrusion model can explain the formation of loops. However, the organization mechanisms underlying long-range chromatin interactions such as interactions between A–A compartments are still poorly understood. Here we show that different from the canonical loop extrusion model, RYBP-mediated phase separation of CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions. Based on this model, we designed and verified an induced CTCF phase separation system in embryonic stem cells (ESCs), which facilitated inter-A compartment interactions, improved self-renewal of ESCs and inhibited their differentiation toward neural progenitor cells. 14Carbonized polymer dots enhanced stability and flexibility of quasi-2D perovskite photodetector显示文摘Quasi-2D perovskites have been demonstrated to be competitive materials in the photodetection fields due to the enhanced moisture stability by large organic cations.However,as the increasing demands of modern technology,it is still challenging to combine the flexibility with the capability of weak light detection in a low-cost way.Here,amides,carboxylic acids,and anhydrides groups-rich carbonized polymer dots(CPDs)were employed to fll in the perovskite grain boundaries,which can passivate the point defects of perovskite by coordinating with the unbonded Pb atoms,and reduce the leakage current.Weak light detection capability was demonstrated by directly resolving light with an intensity of 10.1 pW cm^(-2).More importantly,the stretchable polymer chains on CPDs strongly interact with perovskite ions through multiple supramolecular interactions,and extend the stretchable properties to the perovskite/CPDs composites,which can maintain the integral structure stability during the deformation of perovskite crystals and restricted any crack by releasing the flm strain.Our fabricated devices show extraordinary flexible stability in the bending-dependent response tests.The viscoelasticity of CPDs improves the bending stability of the flexible quasi-2D perovskite photodetectors,and device performance shows no degradation after bending 10000 times,comparable or even outperforming the dominating flexible photodetectors.Mingrui Tan Mingbian Li Wanting Pan Xiaopeng Feng Yuhong He Junjun Liu Fengxia Dong Haotong Wei Bai Yang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,11:0
