3Advanced noble-metal-free bifunctional electrocatalysts for metal-air batteries显示文摘The sluggish reaction kinetics at the oxygen cathode is one of the important issues hindering the commercialization of the metal-air batteries.Although the noble metal can be used as the high-efficiency electrocatalyst to solve the problems to some extent,the high cost and scarcity of these noble-metal catalysts have limited their application in electrocatalysis.In this review,we discussed the mecha-nisms of the ORR and OER,and proposed the principles for the bifunctional electrocatalysts firstly,and then the state-of-the-art bifunctional catalysts,including carbon-based materials and transition-metal-based materials.On the basis of that,the self-supporting 3D noble-metal-free bifunctional ORR/OER catalysts were also discussed.Finally,the perspectives for the bifunctional electrocatalysts were discussed.Wenhao Tang Boya Li Kewei Teng Xiaodong Wang Ruiping Liu Mengwei Wu Lei Zhang Pengfei Ren Junqing Zhang Ming Feng 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:2
4Roles of metal element substitutions from the bimetallic solid state electrolytes in lithium batteries显示文摘All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs),receiving extensive attentions and studies,exhibit better safety,environmental friendliness,stability,wider electrochemical stability window and higher energy density than traditionally liquid lithium batteries.In a variety of inorganic materials,with highly replaceable,the non-lithium metal elements emerge in endlessly and affect performances in diversiform ways.Due to facile preparation,convertible structures and excellent properties,the lithium-containing bimetallic granular materials are often applied as important components of electrolytes in lithium batteries.In this review,in terms of the properties of substituted elements,changing crystal structures,increasing vacancies or defects and improving the interfacial conductions,the roles of metal element substitutions of inorganic particles on the improvement of solid-state electrolytes are expounded.And the applications of substituted strategies in ASSLBs as the host of inorganic particles electrolytes and as fillers or modifications for composite electrolytes are also investigated and discussed.It also summarizes the current concerns and obstacles that need to be broken through,as well as provides a basis guide for the selection and optimization of inorganic particles.Wen Yu Nanping Deng Lin Tang Kewei Cheng Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang 2022Particuology2022,20,6:2
5Robust Semi-nonnegative Matrix Factorization with Adaptive Graph Regularization for Gene Representation显示文摘Various data representation algorithms have been proposed for gene expression.There are some shor tcomings in tradi tio nal gene expression met hods,such as learning the ideal affinity matrix to effectively cap ture the geometric st rue ture of gene tic data space,and reducing noises and outliers influences of data input.We propose a novel matrix factorization algorithm called Robust semi-nonnegative matrix factorization(RSNMF)with adaptive graph regularization,which simultaneously performs matrix robust fhetorization with learning affinity matrix in a unified optimization framework.RSNMF also uses a loss function based on€2,i_norm to improve the robus tn ess of the model agains t noises and outliers.A novel Augmented Lagrange multiplier(ALM)is designed to obtain the optimal solution of RSNMF.The results of extensive experiments that were performed on gene expression datasets demonstrate that RSNMF out performs the ot her algori thms,which valida tes the effectiveness and robustness of RSNMF.JIANG Wei MA Tingting FENG Xiaoting ZHAI Yun TANG Kewei ZHANG Jie 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,1:2

7High-Throughput Calculation of Interlayer van der Waals Forces Validated with Experimental Measurements显示文摘Interlayer van der Waals interactions play an important role in two-dimensional(2D)materials on various occasions.The interlayer binding force is often directly measured and is considered more closely related to the exfoliation condition.However,a binding force database from accurate theoretical calculations does not yet exist.In this work,the critical interlayer binding force and energy are directly calculated for 2302D materials,which exhibit divergent trends.A linear relationship that links the two quantities with the equilibrium interlayer distance is found and checked.Experiments are carried out for three different materials using atomic force microscopy.The measured forces show a consistent trend with the calculated results,and the estimated binding strengths are of the same order of magnitude as the predicted values.Our work can provide a reliable reference for interlayer adhesion studies and help establish accurate models of exfoliation processes.Kewei Tang Weihong Qi Yaru Wei Guoliang Ru Weimin Liu 2022Research2022,,3:1

10Mg-based inorganic nanofibers constructing fast and multi-dimensional ion conductive pathways for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘Solid-state electrolytes(SSEs),which replace flammable and toxic liquid electrolytes,have attracted widely attention.However,there exist still some challenges in actual application such as poor interfacial compatibility and slow ionic migration.In this study,Mg O nanofibers and MgF;nanofibers were prepared via the electro-blow spinning and high-temperature calcination methods,and were applied to all-solid-state lithium metal batteries for the first time.The organic-inorganic composite SSEs exhibited continuous conduction paths based on the virtue of the nanofibers with high length-to-diameter ratio,which were designed and prepared by mixing prepared fillers into the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)/lithium bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonilimide(Li TFSI)system.The effect of filler with different morphologies,doping ratios and component on ionic conductivity,electrochemical stability and cycle performance were explored under two kinds of[EO]/[Li^(+)]ratios and ambient temperatures.The ionic conductivities of electrolytes containing Mg O and MgF;nanofibers can reach up to 1.19×10^(-4) and 1.39×10^(-4) S cm^(-1) at 30℃,respectively.They were attributed to specific ionic conductive enhancement at the organicinorganic interface,reduced crystallinity and Lewis acid interaction,which can effectively promote the dissociation of the lithium salts.Especially MgF_(2) nanofiber,combining low electronic conductance,excellent electrochemical stability and outstanding inhibition for lithium dendrites of fluorides,endowed the battery with an initial specific capacity of 140.6 m Ah g^(-1) and capacity decay rate per cycle of 0.055%after500 cycles at 50℃.The work can provide an idea to design SSE with fast and multi-dimensional Li conductive paths and excellent interfacial compatibility.Wen Yu Nanping Deng Zirui Yan Lu Gao Kewei Cheng Xiaohui Tian Lin Tang Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:1

16Scaling Behaviors of Surface Roughening of Cu Thin Films Deposited by Oblique Angle Deposition显示文摘Cu thin films with different thicknesses were deposited by magnetron sputtering at various oblique angle θ of incidence between the deposition flux and the substrate surface normal.Cross-section microstructure and surface morphology of the films were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM),respectively.Then the scaling behaviors of film surface roughening were analyzed in terms of dynamic scaling theory.With the increasing of the deposition angle θ,the angleφbetween grain growth direction and substrate surface normal increased gradually.With increasing θ in the range of<50°,the roughness exponent α increased from 0.76 to 0.82 and the growth exponent β decreased from 0.42 to 0.35.However,when θ increased to 70°,α and β changed to 0.72 to 0.61,respectively.The evolution of the scaling exponents effectively revealed the fact that the film surface roughening arises from the competition between surface diffusion and shadowing effect.Liu Bo Yang Jijun Tang Rui Xu Kewei 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
17Unsupervised, Supervised and Semi-supervised Dimensionality Reduction by Low-Rank Regression Analysis显示文摘Techniques for dimensionality reduction have attracted much attention in computer vision and pattern recognition. However, for the supervised or unsupervised case, the methods combining regression analysis and spectral graph analysis do not consider the global structure of the subspace;For semi-supervised case,how to use the unlabeled samples more effectively is still an open problem. In this paper, we propose the methods by Low-rank regression analysis(LRRA) to deal with these problems. For supervised or unsupervised dimensionality reduction, combining spectral graph analysis and LRRA can make a global constraint on the subspace. For semi-supervised dimensionality reduction, the proposed method incorporating LRRA can exploit the unlabeled samples more effectively.
