1Petrogenesis of Mesozoic High-Mg Diorites in Western Shandong: Evidence from Chronology and Petro-geochemistry显示文摘The high-Mg diorites, widely occurring in western Shandong, have important implications in the study of the relationship between the Mesozoic magmatism and the nature of the lithosphere and its thinning period in the eastern North China craton (NCC). The Tietonggou and Jinling intrusions are typically representatives. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating, major and trace element and Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of the Mesozoic intrusive rocks from western Shandong, eastern China, were analyzed. The weighted mean 206Pb/ 238U ages from LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating results for early norite-diorite, late pyroxene-diorite from the Tietonggou intrusion and biotite-diorite from the Jinling intrusion are (131.4±4.9) Ma(n=15), (134.5±2.3) Ma(n=13), and (132.8±4.2) Ma(n=12), respectively, implying that they were formed in the Early Cretaceous. The weighted mean 207Pb/ 206Pb ages for round zircons from late pyroxene-diorite in the Tietonggou intrusion is (2 513±54) Ma(n=8), suggesting that the basement of the North China craton should exist in the research area. The high-Mg diorites are characterized by enrichment in MgO, Na2O, and light rare earth elements (LREE), and they are poor in heavy rare earth elements (HREE) and high field strength elements (HFSE), being similar to adakite. The existence of the mantle peridotite xenoliths with a high-Mg feature for these intrusive rocks implies that their primary magma should be derived from the upper mantle. However, Sr-Nd isotopic compositions (I sr: 0.704 75-0.707 15; ε Nd(130 Ma) values: -3.95 to -13.30), depletion in HFSE, and the occurrence of Archean inherited zircons suggest that crustal materials could be involved in the derivation of the primary magma. The compositional difference between the diorites from the Tietonggou and Jinling intrusions could be attributed to those of magma sources and degrees of partial melting. 2Petrogenesis of Shangyu gabbro-diorites in western Shandong:Geochronological and geochemical evidence显示文摘Chronology and geochemistry of the Shangyu gabbro-diorite in western Shandong were studied to understand their petrogenesis and the nature of the Mesozoic lithospheric mantle. The Shangyu intru-sion is mainly composed of a suite of gabbro-diorite. Zircons from the intrusion display eu-hedral-subhedral in shape and have high Th/U ratios (1.23―2.87), implying their magmatic origin. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating results for two samples indicate that they were formed in the Early Cre-taceous, yielding weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages of 129±1Ma and 134±2Ma, respectively. Except for early cumulate such as sample QT-19, their SiO2 and MgO contents range from 50.12% to 56.37% and from 3.52% to 6.37%, respectively. Moreover, the gabbro-diorites are characterized by high Mg# (0.54―0.63), enrichment in Na (Na2O/K2O ratios more than 1), Cr (73×10-6―217×10-6) and Ni (34×10-6―241×10-6), and intensive enrichments in light rare earth elements (LREEs) and large ion lithophile elements (LILEs) and depletion in high field strength elements (HFSEs). Their initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios and ε Nd(t) values range from 0.70962 to 0.71081 and from-16.60 to-13.04, respectively. Taken together with the Early Creta-ceous high-Mg diorites and the mantle xenoliths from the Tietonggou and Jinling as well as basalts from the Fangcheng and Feixian, it is suggested that the primary magma for the Shangyu gab-bro-diorites should be derived from the enriched lithospheric mantle intensively modified by conti-nental crust. The Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic compositions for the Early Cretaceous high-Mg diorites in western Shandong display a trend of spatial variations, i.e., initial 87Sr/86Sr, 207Pb/204Pb and 208Pb/204Pb ratios de-creasing and ε Nd(t) values increasing from southeast to northwest in western Shandong, which is con-sistent with the tectonic model that the Yangtze Craton subducted beneath the North China Craton oriented in north-west direction in the Early Mesozoic.YANG ChengHai XU WenLiang YANG DeBin WANG Wei WANG WeiDe LIU JinMin 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,4:24

4Principal Component Analysis of Cooked Rice Texture Qualities显示文摘Texture qualities of cooked rice are comprised of many indexes with the complex relationship,so it is difficult to analyze and evaluate cooked rice.In this paper,the related indexes of texture properties were conversed into the independent indexes of principal component based on the principal component analysis method.The results showed that the rice kernel types influenced the meanings of principal components indexes.For long and short rice,the first principal component was comprehensive index.But the second principal component was springiness for the short rice,while it was adhesiveness for long rice.Therefore,the first principal component can be used to express the quality of cooked rice with a few of indexes,and the rice type can be recognized according to the second principal component.LIU Chenghai ZHENG Xianzhe DING Ningye 2008Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2008,15,1:16
5Effect of Process Parameters of Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) on Polysaccharides Yield from Pumpkin显示文摘Process parameters of microwave assisted extraction (MAE) of the polysaccharides from pumpkin viz. extraction temperature, time and liquid-solid ratio were studied by using single factor and response surface methodology method. The results showed that the liquid-solid ratio was the most important factor in polysaccharides yield, followed by extraction time, and the extraction temperature was the least important factor. The optimum microwave assisted extraction conditions for the highest polysaccharides yield from pumpkin (16.76%±0.38%) were obtained by using the response surface methodology with extraction time of 29 min, an extraction temperature of 79℃ and a liquid-solid ratio of 22 mL · g-1. 6Land-surface processes and summer-cloud-precipitation characteristics in the Tibetan Plateau and their effects on downstream weather:a review and perspective显示文摘Correct understanding of the land-surface processes and cloud-precipitation processes in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is an important prerequisite for the study and forecast of the downstream activities of weather systems and one of the key points for understanding the global atmospheric movement.In order to show the achievements that have been made,this paper reviews the progress on the observations for the atmospheric boundary layer,land-surface heat fluxes,cloud-precipitation distributions and vertical structures by using ground-and space-based multiplatform,multisensor instruments and the effect of the cloud system in the TP on the downstream weather.The results show that the form drag related to the topography,land-atmosphere momentum and scalar fluxes is an important part of the parameterization process.The sensible heat flux decreased especially in the central and northern TP caused by the decrease in wind speeds and the differences in the ground-air temperatures.Observations show that the cloud and precipitation over the TP have a strong diurnal variation.Studies also show the compressed-air column in the troposphere by the higher-altitude terrain of the TP makes particles inside clouds vary at a shorter distance in the vertical direction than those in the non-plateau area so that precipitation intensity over the TP is usually small with short duration,and the vertical structure of the convective precipitation over the TP is obviously different from that in other regions.In addition,the influence of the TP on severe weather downstream is preliminarily understood from the mechanism.It is necessary to use model simulations and observation techniques to reveal the difference between cloud precipitation in the TP and non-plateau areas in order to understand the cloud microphysical parameters over the TP and the processes of the land boundary layer affecting cloud,precipitation and weather in the downstream regions.Yunfei Fu Yaoming Ma Lei Zhong Yuanjian Yang Xueliang Guo Chenghai Wang Xiaofeng Xu Kun Yang Xiangde Xu Liping Liu Guangzhou Fan Yueqing Li Donghai Wang 2020National Science Review2020,7,3:10
7Comparison of microwave assisted extraction with hot reflux extraction in acquirement and degradation of anthocyanin from powdered blueberry显示文摘Acquirement and degradation kinetics of anthocyanin from powdered blueberry were studied to analyze the degradation reason and improve the yield of anthocyanin under microwave assisted extraction(MAE)conditions.Hot reflux extraction(HRE)method was employed as a reference with MAE to discriminate the influences of the microwave irradiation under the same extraction temperature at 30℃-70℃.Ethanol was selected as extraction solvent.Microwave volumetric heating improves the diffusion and solubility of anthocyanin within powdered blueberry particles in the pre-heating period.The kinetic coefficients,in terms of delivery kinetic and diffusion kinetic,are lower in MAE than that in HRE.Four anthocyanins including delphinidin,cyanidin,malvidin and pelaronidin were detected in the anthocyanin extracts from blueberry.Delphinidin,cyaniding,and pelargonidin contents significantly decrease,but malvidin was unchanged in MAE.Anthocyanin yield increases with elevating extraction temperatures,but anthocyanin degradation occurred at 41.2℃.The acquirement amount of anthocyanin is lower than its degradation amount when microwave extraction temperature is higher than 53.6℃.The self-aggregation of anthocyanin molecules and degradation results in the reduction of anthocyanin yield extracted from blueberry powder.In MAE,microwave volumetric heating results in the rapidly elevated temperature in pre-heating stage and generation of internal pressure to improve the acquirement of anthocyanin and the non-thermal effect from microwave field may weak the effect of temperature to decline the degradation of anthocyanin to monomer.The non-thermal microwave irradiation has pronounced effects compared to the effects of temperature on the structure changes of anthocyanin molecules at extraction temperature below 50℃.In HRE,convection mode of heat transfer in extraction system form the non-uniform distribution of temperature in the extraction vials to decrease the acquirement yield of anthocyanin from the blueberry powder.The research results provide valuable data to optimize extraction temperature for high extraction yield and bioactivity of anthocyanin in microwave extraction process.Sun Yu Xue Hongkun Liu Chenghai Liu Chai Su Xiaolin Zheng Xianzhe 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,6:7
8Influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on anthocyanin content of raspberry snack显示文摘Microwave technology is fit for the processing of berry products,but it may affect nutrition components of berry fruit.To improve the nutritional value of the berry products,the influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack were investigated using central composite experiments.Results indicated that vacuum pressure had the most significant effect on the anthocyanins of berry snack,followed by the puffing time,microwave power,and initial moisture content.The interaction between microwave power and puffing time on the anthocyanins was extremely significant.Under microwave power of 2.68 kW and the puffing time of 81.00 s,the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack was retained at high level.The results can provide some technological basis for the berry fruit products processed with high quality.Mu Yanqiu Zhao Xinhuai Liu Bingxin Liu Chenghai Zheng Xianzhe 2013International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013,6,3:5
9Optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of silymarin from milk thistle seeds显示文摘Microwave-assisted extraction(MAE)technology was used to extract silymarin from milk thistle seeds.The single factor experiments and quadratic orthogonal rotation regression combination design were adopted to study the effects of such factors as extraction time,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio on silymarin yield.Ultraviolet-Visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometry method was employed to measure the silybin content.The optimal technological conditions for extracting silymarin from milk thistle seeds by MAE were determined,and then the extraction regression mathematical model was established.The importance orders of factors that influenced the extraction yield within the experimental model were as follows:ethanol concentration,the ratio of solid to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time.The optimum extraction parameters were obtained as follows:extraction time 50 min,extraction temperature 130℃,ethanol concentration 85%(V/V),solid to liquid ratio 1∶40(g/mL),and under such conditions,experimental value of silymarin yield after being extracted three times is 59.33mg/g.The validation experiments verify that the established regression mathematical model can predict the extraction yield of silymarin accurately.Wang Xin Zheng Xianzhe Liu Chenghai 2008International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2008,1,1:3
10Rapid detection of aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice as analytical quality assessment by near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘A rapid identification method for aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice samples was developed by using near infrared spectroscopy under a wavelength range of 1000-2500 nm.Eighty paddy rice samples were collected from both natural and artificial infection with aflatoxin B_(1) to build the calibration models based on the partial least square regression method.The best predictive model to detect aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice was obtained using standard normal variate detrending spectra,with a correlation of 0.850,and a standard error of prediction of 3.211%.Therefore,the result showed that near infrared spectroscopy could be a useful instrumental method for determining aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice.The near infrared spectroscopy methodology can be applied to the monitoring of aflatoxin fungal contamination in postharvest paddy rice during storage and may become a powerful tool for the safety of grain and grain products.Zhang Qiang Jia Fuguo Liu Chenghai Sun Jingkun Zheng Xianzhe 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4:3
11Purification characteristics and parameters optimization of anthocyanin extracted from blueberry显示文摘To improve the yield and purity of anthocyanin extracted from blueberry,the characteristics and optimization for the separation and purification process of anthocyanin by AB-8 macroporous adsorbent resin was studied.In the absorption stage,the pH value has positive effect in ranges of 1.0-3.0 and the temperature rise has firstly negative then positive effect on adsorption rate of anthocyanin with adsorption time.In the desorption stage,the ethanol concentration increase has firstly positive then steady effect and the temperature rise has positive and then negative effect on desorption rate of anthocyanin.The purification temperature may improve diffusion or induce degradation of anthocyanin.AB-8 macroporous adsorbent resin is suitable to purify the anthocyanin from extract of powdered blueberries and the optimum parameters were obtained by using Design Expert software as adsorption time of 3 h,pH value of 1.0,adsorption temperature of 18℃ in absorption stage and desorption time of 30 min,ethanol concentration of 46.5%,desorption temperature of 22℃ in desorption stage with the highest absorption rate and desorption rate are 87.65% and 84.80%,respectively.Zheng Xianzhe Zhang Zhaoguo Jin Changjiang Mu Yanqiu Liu Chenghai Chen Zhiying Liu Haijun Lin Zhen 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,2:2
12EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor HS-10182 increases radiation sensitivity in non-small cell lung cancers with EGFR T790M mutation显示文摘Objective:To investigate the potential of HS-10182,a second-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI),as a radiosensitizer in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Two cell lines of NSCLCs,A549 that possesses wild-type(WT)EGFRs and H1975 that possesses EGFR L858R/T790M double mutations,were treated with HS-10182 at various concentrations,and cell viabilities were determined using the MTS assay.The cells were tested by clonogenic survival assays to identify the radiosensitivity of both groups.Western blot was performed to analyze the expression of phosphorylated EGFR,AKT,DNA-dependent protein kinase,and catalytic subunit(DNA-PKcs)proteins.Immunofluorescence analyses were performed to examine the formation and changes in nuclearγ-H2AX foci.Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry and Western blots for cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP).Furthermore,we established xenograft models in mice and the effects of different treatments on tumor growth were then assessed.Results:Clonogenic survival assays revealed that HS-10182 significantly enhanced the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells but not A549cells[dose enhancement ratios(DERs)=2.36(P<0.05)vs.1.43(P>0.05)].Western blot results showed that HS-10182 increased the levels of cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved PARP in H1975 cells but not in A549 cells.In addition,flow cytometry analysis showed that HS-10182 enhanced irradiation-induced apoptosis in H1975.Immunofluorescence results found that HS-10182increased the average number ofγ-H2AX foci after irradiation in H1975 cells,but not in A549 cells.Combined radiation and HS-10182 treatment increased the expression of DNA-PKcs but this increase was more significant in H1975 cells than in A549 cells.Moreover,HS-10182 suppressed the increased expression of Rad50 in H1975 cells in response to irradiation.In vivo experiments found that the combined therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth.Conclusions:HS-10182 enhances the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells which is possibly because that HS-10182 could enhance irradiation-induced apoptosis,increase irradiation-induced DNA damage,and cause a delay in DNA damage repair.Our findings suggest that radiotherapy combined HS-10182 is a novel treatment for lung cancer cells which have acquired the T790M mutation.HS-10182 could be brought to the clinic as a radiosensitizer in NSCLCs with the EGFR T790M mutation.Yang Chen Youyou Wang Lujun Zhao Ping Wang Jifeng Sun Rudi Bao Chenghai Li Ningbo Liu 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,1:2
13Effect of viscoelasticity on skin pain sensation显示文摘Pain sensation may appear under long-lasting mechanical stimulation. Although people have the experience that pain sensation generally decreases with time while the stimulation remains, the underlying mechanism remains elusive. We experimentally studied the thermal and strain ratedependent viscoelastic behavior of skin in uniaxial stretch and numerically investigated the effects of temperature and strain rate on pain sensation. The results indicate that the viscosity of skin tissue decreases with increasing temperature and reducing strain rate, which subsequently decreases the discharge frequency of skin nociceptor and thus relieves the pain sensation. 14Method towards optimal design of dielectric elastomer actuated soft machines显示文摘Soft machines are combinations of hard and soft active materials, thus the coupling and interaction between soft and hard components dictate the performance of soft machines. Structural optimization has been intensively used for design of conventional hard machines, while, to our best knowledge, few attempts have been made towards optimal design of soft machines. 15Chemistry,Biosynthesis,and Biological Activity of Halogenated Compounds Produced by Marine Microorganisms显示文摘Natural products derived from marine microorganisms have been received great attention as a potential source of new compound entities for drug discovery.The unique marine environment brings us a large group of halogen-containing natural products with abundant biological functionality and good drugability.Meanwhile,biosynthetically halogenated reactions are known as a significant strategy used to increase the pharmacological activities and pharmacokinetic properties of compounds.Given that a tremendous increase in the number of new halogenated compounds from marine microorganisms in the last five years,it is necessary to summarize these compounds with their diverse structures and promising bioactivities.In this review,we have summarized the chemistry,biosynthesis(related halogenases),and biological activity of a total of 316 naturally halogenated compounds from marine microorganisms covering the period of 2015 to May 2021.Those reviewed chlorinated and brominated compounds with the ratio of 9:1 were predominantly originated from 36 genera of fungi(62%)and 9 bacterial strains(38%)with cytotoxic,antibacterial,and enzyme inhibitory activities,structural types of which are polyketides(38%),alkaloids(27%),phenols(11%),and others.This review would provide a plenty variety of promising lead halogenated compounds for drug discovery and inspire the development of new pharmaceutical agents.Jiamin Wang Xiaoyan Pang Chunmei Chen Chenghai Gao Xuefeng Zhou Yonghong Liu Xiaowei Luo 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,14:1

18Evaluation of the antioxidant activity of blueberry ethanol extracts under microwave extraction显示文摘Blueberry extract contains diversiform monomers of anthocyanins, whose antioxidant activity determines the functionality of anthocyanidins and the efficacy of extraction technology. The evaluation of the antioxidant activity of anthocyanidins of blueberry ethanol extracts (BEE) was investigated by considering the monomers' identification and thermal degradation in microwave-assisted extraction (MAE). Thirteen monomers of anthocyanins were identified from the extracts of blueberry under MAE, where the highest content was for cyanidin glycosides, and the lowest content was for the malvidin glycosides. The onset temperatures of degradation for anthocyanidins monomers in BEE were 41.07°C-48.50°C, and the glycoside contents of delphinidin, cyanidin, petunidin, peonidin, peonidin, and malvidin, in turn, decreased obviously. The degradation of anthocyanidins with extraction temperature improved, other than weakened, its antioxidant activities in BEE under MAE.
