1The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 2有关正畸初始弓丝就位后的疼痛感——热激活弓丝和超弹弓丝的随机对照研究显示文摘目的:正畸热激活弓丝能够产生比超弹弓丝更轻、更符合生物学的力量.从而能够降低正畸初次就诊所产生的疼痛感。然而.该说法的证据却较少。本研究的目的即比较使用热激活弓丝(HANT)和超弹弓丝(SE)作为正畸初始弓丝就位后患者的疼痛感的差别。方法和材料:共纳入30例患者(男11例,女19例,年龄11~26岁)。上颌或下颌粘接金属托槽.随机使用0.016英寸热激活弓丝和0016英寸超弹弓丝,橡皮圈结扎入槽。要求患者使用视觉模拟量表(VAS)记录7d内不同时刻(8:00.12:00.16:00,2000.2400)的疼痛指数。结果:两组结果均显示疼痛程度最重的为第2天,疼痛程度最轻的为第7天:热激活弓丝组第2.3,4天的VAS评分均显著低于超弹弓丝组(P〈0.005)。针对服用止痛药、体育锻炼、合并其他来源的疼痛和伴随压力性事件等情况做出调整后.结果仍然相同。超弹弓丝组在第3天服用止痛药的频率明显高于热激活组(P〈0.05)。不同时间点间疼痛感未发现明显差异,牙列拥挤与疼痛程度未发现相关性.上下颔的疼痛感也无明显差异。结论:使用热激活弓丝能够降低正畸初诊疼痛感。Iacopo Cioffi Antonclla Piccolo Renato Tagliaferri Sergio Paduano Angela Galeotti Roberto Martina 邓金荣 高雪梅 2012中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2012,15,6:8
