1Progress in the beam commissioning of separated function RFQ accelerator显示文摘Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ) was proposed as a post accelerator of RFQ to accelerate heavy ions at low frequency. It introduces gap accelerating in the quadrupole electrodes, and therefore it has higher accelerating efficiency than the conventional RFQ accelerator. The first SFRFQ prototype cavity has been specially designed and constructed as a post accelerator to accelerate O+ beam from 1.03 MeV to 1.64 MeV. Based on accomplishment of low power measurement and high power test, the beam commissioning was carried out to verify its feasibility. 13RF and field measurements of the SSC-LINAC RFQ显示文摘The 53.667 MHz continuous-wave heavy ion RFQ has been designed and manufactured for the SSC-LINAC project.This four-rod RFQ accelerates ions with maximum mass to charge ratio of 7 from 3.728 keV/u to 143 keV/u.Measurements have been carried out to check the RF performance of the cavity and the quality of the electric field.The S11 of the power coupler is adjusted to better than-44 dB,and the Q0 of the cavity is 6440.The quality of the electric field is evaluated by the perturbation method.The measurement procedure and data analysis will be discussed in detail.The error due to gravity of the perturbation bead has been corrected by averaging the fields in different quadrants.As a result,the unflatness of the electric field is±2.5%,and the dipole field component distributes from 0%to 20%in different longitudinal positions,which indicates the asymmetry of the quadrupole field.The unflatness of the quadrupole field distribution represents a good agreement with the simulation results.High power RF test and beam commissioning of the RFQ are on schedule in early 2014.LIU Ge LU YuanRong YIN XueJun ZHANG XiaoHu DU Heng JIANG PeiYong LI ZhongShan LI XiaoNi HE Yuan WANG Zhi GAO ShuLi YANG YaQing ZHU Kun YAN XueQing CHEN JiaEr YUAN YouJin XIA JiaWen ZHAO HongWei 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,7:0
146-2 Recent Progress of the SSC-Linac显示文摘SSC-Linac[1] as the injector for the Separated Sector Cyclotron (SSC), is being constructed at national labo-ratory Heavy Ion Research Facility at Lanzhou (HIRFL). The injection and extraction energy are 3.7 keV/u and1.025 MeV/u, respectively. Fig. 1 shows the front end section of the SSC-Linac. The high charges state continuswave (CW) 4-rod RFQ has been designed and fabricated for some years. From the end of 2013, the commissioningof the RFQ was performed and the beam test was carried out in April 2014. 15MEF2C ameliorates learning,memory,and molecular pathological changes in Alzheimer’s disease in vivo andin vitro显示文摘Myocyte enhancer factor 2C(MEF2C)is highly expressed in the nervous system,and regulates neuro-development,synaptic plasticity,and inflammation.However,its mechanism in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is underestimated.In this study,the role and mechanism of MEF2C were investigated in the brain tissue specimens from patients with AD,APPswe/PSEN1dE9 double transgenic(APP/PS1_DT)mice,and SH-SY5Y cells treated withβ-amyloid peptide(Aβ).The results indicated that the expression of MEF2C is significantly reduced,and the expression of MEF2C/Aβin different parts of brain is negatively correlated in patients with AD.Knockdown of MEF2C promotes cell apoptosis and the level ofβ-amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1(BACE)but reduces BACE2 expression.In addition,knockdown of Mef2c enhances the generation and aggregation of Aβin the cortex of APP/PS1_DT mice,reduces the expression of synaptic proteins,exacerbates the ability of learning and memory of APP/PS1_DT mice,damages the structure of mitochondria,increases the oxidative stress(OS)level,and inhibits the expression levels of members of the Nrf2-ARE signal pathway.In summary,inhibition of MEF2C exacerbates the toxic effect of Aβin vivo and in vitro,damages synaptic plasticity,reduces the ability of learning and memory of APP/PS1 mice,and increases the level of OS via the Nrf2-ARE signal pathway.Jiamou Ren Shuli Zhang Xiaoling Wang Yuxin Deng Yi Zhao Yan Xiao Jian Liu Liangzhao Chu Xiaolan Qi 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,1:0
16Time-delay nonlinear model based on interval grey number and its application显示文摘In this paper, an optimization model is proposed to simulate and predict the current situation of smog. The model takes the interval grey number sequence with the known possibility function as the original data, and constructs a time-delay nonlinear multivariable grey model MGM based on the new kernel and degree of greyness sequences considering its time-delay and nonlinearity. The time-delay parameter is determined by the maximum value of the grey time-delay absolute correlation degree, and the nonlinear parameter is determined by the minimum value of average relative error. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, this paper uses the smog related data of Nanjing city for simulation and prediction. 17Gut liver brain axis in diseases:the implications for therapeutic interventions显示文摘Gut-liver-brain axis is a three-way highway of information interaction system among the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and nervous systems.In the past few decades,breakthrough progress has been made in the gut liver brain axis,mainly through understanding its formation mechanism and increasing treatment strategies.In this review,we discuss various complex networks including barrier permeability,gut hormones,gut microbial metabolites,vagus nerve,neurotransmitters,immunity,brain toxic metabolites,β-amyloid(Aβ)metabolism,and epigenetic regulation in the gut-liver-brain axis.Some therapies containing antibiotics,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),polyphenols,low FODMAP diet and nanotechnology application regulate the gut liver brain axis.Besides,some special treatments targeting gut-liver axis include farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonists,takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)agonists,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor antagonists and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)analogs.Targeting gut-brain axis embraces cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT),antidepressants and tryptophan metabolism-related therapies.Targeting liver-brain axis contains epigenetic regulation and Aβmetabolism-related therapies.In the future,a better understanding of gut-liver-brain axis interactions will promote the development of novel preventative strategies and the discovery of precise therapeutic targets in multiple diseases.Mengyao Yan Shuli Man Benyue Sun Long Ma Lanping Guo Luqi Huang Wenyuan Gao 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1:0
