1Transport Accessibility and Spatial Connections of Cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area显示文摘Based on geographic information system(GIS) spatial analysis technology, the spatial pattern of raster grid transport accessibility for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area was studied and the states of spatial connectedness were simulated using highway passenger transport, railway passenger transport, port passenger transport and aviation passenger transport data. The result shows that transport accessibility within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area costs ‘one hour’ and the spatial distribution of accessibility in the area presents clear ‘core-periphery’ spatial characteristics, with Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen constituting the core. The transport accessibility of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao is high. Average accessibility of urban nodes as measured by travel time is 0.99 h, and the areas accessible within 1.42 h occupy 79.14% of the total area. Most of the areas with the lowest accessibility are found in the peripheral area, with the worst accessibility being 4.73 h. Compared with the west-side cities, the economically developed east-side cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area have higher connectivity with roads, railways, ports, and aviation transport. Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao are closely linked. 2Scalable and ultrafast epitaxial growth of single-crystal graphene wafers for electrically tunable liquid-crystal microlens arrays显示文摘The scalable growth of wafer-sized single-crystal graphene in an energy-efficient manner and compatible with wafer process is critical for the killer applications of graphene in high-performance electronics and optoelectronics. Here, ultrafast epitaxial growth of single-crystal graphene wafers is realized on singlecrystal Cu90Ni10(1 1 1) thin films fabricated by a tailored two-step magnetron sputtering and recrystallization process. The minor nickel(Ni) content greatly enhances the catalytic activity of Cu, rendering the growth of a 4 in. single-crystal monolayer graphene wafer in 10 min on Cu90Ni10(1 1 1), 50 folds faster than graphene growth on Cu(1 1 1). Through the carbon isotope labeling experiments, graphene growth on Cu90Ni10(1 1 1) is proved to be exclusively surface-reaction dominated, which is ascribed to the Cu surface enrichment in the Cu Ni alloy, as indicated by element in-depth profile. One of the best benefits of our protocol is the compatibility with wafer process and excellent scalability. A pilot-scale chemical vapor deposition(CVD) system is designed and built for the mass production of single-crystal graphene wafers, with productivity of 25 pieces in one process cycle. Furthermore, we demonstrate the application of single-crystal graphene in electrically controlled liquid-crystal microlens arrays(LCMLA), which exhibit highly tunable focal lengths near 2 mm under small driving voltages. By integration of the graphene based LCMLA and a CMOS sensor, a prototype camera is proposed that is available for simultaneous light-field and light intensity imaging. 9Reservoir Regulation for Control of an Ancient Landslide Reactivated by Water Level Fluctuations in Heishui River,China显示文摘Due to the complex geological processes of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,numerous deposits,especially the large-scale ancient landslide deposits,are characteristic features of the valleys incised in southwestern China.Intense water level fluctuations since 2011 in Maoergai Reservoir,China,registered the reactivation of Xierguazi ancient landslide,and presented a significant risk to neighboring facilities.Based on detailed field survey and drilling exploration,the landslide was divided into Zone A and Zone B,and other characterizations of landslide were studied as well.To precisely measure the extent of landslide displacement during filling and drawdown stage,surface displacement monitoring system was deployed on the landslide.The monitoring analyses data reveal that reservoir fluctuation is the dominant factor influencing landslide displacement,especially during drawdown stage.Moreover,a future sliding is anticipated in Zone A,while a creep had already existed in Zone B.A reservoir regulation was then established using the lead-lag correlation between reservoir fluctuation and landslide displacement and landslide stability analysis.In the end,the follow-up deformation monitoring demonstrates that the reservoir regulation controlled the landslide effectively.Landslide control by reservoir regulation in Maoergai can serve as a case study for other settlements involved in similar construction activities.Jian Guo Mo Xu Qiang Zhang Xianxuan Xiao Shishu Zhang Shaoming He 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,6:1

13Thermo-Calc calculations and studies of the heating process of Fe_(83)Si_4B_(13) alloy显示文摘The microstructural changes of Fe_(83)Si_4B_(13) amorphous mother alloy during the heating process were investigated by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy( LSCM),and the phase transformation was determined by the Thermo-Calc calculations. The differences in the melting points measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry( DSC)and LSCM,and those obtained by Thermo-Calc calculations were also discussed. 17Doping modulated in-plane anisotropic Raman enhancement on layered or ReS2显示文摘Anisotropic two-dimensional (2D) materials exhibit lattice-orientation dependent optical and electrical properties. Carriers doping of such materials has been used to modulate their energy band structures for opto-electronic applications. Herein, we show that by stacking monolayer rhenium disulfide (ReS2) on a flat gold film, the electrons doping in ReS2 can affect the in-plane anisotropic Raman enhancement of molecules adsorbed on ReS2. The change of enhancement factor and the degree of anisotropy in enhancement with layer number are sensitively dependent on the doping level of ReS2 by gold, which is further confirmed by Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) measurements. 20Development of top high-grade non-grain-oriented silicon steels at Baosteel显示文摘The development,production and application of top high-grade non-grain-oriented ( NGO) silicon steels at Baosteel were introduced in this paper. Top high grades refer to the highest grades in the international silicon steel product standard and above. B35A230 and B50A250 were developed at Baosteel in 2009 and have been used in inverter compressors for air-conditioners,small transformers and big hydropower generators in the Three Gorges project. Smallbatch poduction of B35A210 and B50A230,which exceed the highest grades listed in the international silicon steel product standard,began in 2010. That was a breakthrough in the silicon steel making history in China. Presently,Baosteel's high-grade NGO products have passed the strict qualifications of the three major electric power equipment manufacturers in China and the leading international power equipment suppliers like ALSTOM ,GE,SIEMENS,VESTAS,etc. These products are characterized by low iron loss,low anisotropy,good punchability and a high lamination factor.
