1Control of nonmetallic inclusions of non-oriented silicon steel sheets by the rare earth treatment显示文摘Based on the industrial production of non-oriented silicon steel,the rare earth(RE) treatment during the Ruhrstahl Heraeus(RH) refining process was studied.The morphology and the size distribution were observed for the steel specimens treated with different RE treatment conditions.Furthermore,the formation and change of the nonmetallic inclusion characteristics of finished steel sheets after the RE treatment were discussed.The results have shown that in the present work,the suitable RE metal additions are 0.6-0.9 kg/t steel.After the suitable RE treatment,the formation of AlN and MnS inclusions were restrained,and the aggregation,flotation and removal of nonmetallic inclusions were efficiently promoted and the cleanliness of liquid steel was significantly increased.Meanwhile,the total oxygen concentration reached the minimum value and the desulfurization efficiency was optimal,and the type of main inclusions was approximately spherical or elliptical spherical RE radicle inclusions whose size was relatively large.ZHANG Feng MA Changsong WANG BO ZHANG Peili MA Zhigang ZHANG Yi 2011Baosteel Technical Research2011,5,2:12
2A closed-loop process for recycling LiNi_xCo_yMn_((1-x-y))O_2 from mixed cathode materials of lithium-ion batteries显示文摘With the rapid development of consumer electronics and electric vehicles(EV), a large number of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) have been generated worldwide. Thus, effective recycling technologies to recapture a significant amount of valuable metals contained in spent LIBs are highly desirable to prevent the environmental pollution and resource depletion. In this work, a novel recycling technology to regenerate a LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode material from spent LIBs with different cathode chemistries has been developed. By dismantling, crushing,leaching and impurity removing, the LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2(selected as an example of LiNi_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_2) powder can be directly prepared from the purified leaching solution via co-precipitation followed by solid-state synthesis. For comparison purposes, a fresh-synthesized sample with the same composition has also been prepared using the commercial raw materials via the same method. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical measurements have been carried out to characterize these samples. The electrochemical test result suggests that the re-synthesized sample delivers cycle performance and low rate capability which are comparable to those of the freshsynthesized sample. 3First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 4Thermo-Calc calculations and studies of the heating process of Fe_(83)Si_4B_(13) alloy显示文摘The microstructural changes of Fe_(83)Si_4B_(13) amorphous mother alloy during the heating process were investigated by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy( LSCM),and the phase transformation was determined by the Thermo-Calc calculations. The differences in the melting points measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry( DSC)and LSCM,and those obtained by Thermo-Calc calculations were also discussed. 5Effects of several casting parameters on slag entrapment in mould( part A: water modeling)显示文摘The mechanism of slag entrapment in the mould was analyzed and the water modeling experiment was done according to the industrial manufacturing. The results show that the flow of the liquid steel becomes more active and the level fluctuation in the mould becomes bigger when the casting speed increases from 1. 0 m / min to 1. 2 m / min. So the control of slag entrapment in the mould becomes more difficult. When the depth of the nozzle increases from 30mm to 42. 5mm and the angle increases from 15° downward to 30° downward,the level fluctuation in the mould becomes smaller and the slag entrapment in the mould also decreases. But the impact depth increases and the circumfluence vortex center moves downward,which is unfavorable for the flotation of gas bubbles and inclusions. 9Effects of several casting parameters on slag entrapment in mould (part B:numerical modeling)显示文摘Based on the effects of several casting parameters on slag entrapment in the mould (water modeling),the numerical modeling was researched. The results show that the flow field with a submerged nozzle section dimension of 65 mm×80 mm is better than that with a submerged nozzle section dimension of 40 mm×40 mm and is favorable for avoiding slag entrapment. 12Multi-field coupling and free vibration of a sandwiched functionally-graded piezoelectric semiconductor plate显示文摘Sandwiched functionally-graded piezoelectric semiconductor(FGPS)plates possess high strength and excellent piezoelectric and semiconductor properties,and have significant potential applications in micro-electro-mechanical systems.The multi-field coupling and free vibration of a sandwiched FGPS plate are studied,and the governing equation and natural frequency are derived with the consideration of electron movement.The material properties in the functionally-graded layers are assumed to vary smoothly,and the first-order shear deformation theory is introduced to derive the multi-field coupling in the plate.The total strain energy of the plate is obtained,and the governing equations are presented by using Hamilton’s principle.By introducing the boundary conditions,the coupling physical fields are solved.In numerical examples,the natural frequencies of sandwiched FGPS plates under different geometrical and physical parameters are discussed.It is found that the initial electron density can be used to modulate the natural frequencies and vibrational displacement of sandwiched FGPS plates in the case of nano-size.The effects of the material properties of FGPS layers on the natural frequencies are also examined in detail.Xueqian FANG Qilin HE Hongwei MA Changsong ZHU 2023Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,8:0
13FPGA-based Digital Implementation of Flexible Power Control for Three-phase to Single-phase MMC-based Advanced Co-phase Traction Power Supply System显示文摘A three-phase to single-phase modular multilevel converter based advanced co-phase traction power supply(MMC-ACTPS) system is an effective structure to address the concerns of phase splitting and poor power quality of the conventional electrified railway. Due to the large number of MMCACTPS system modules, I/O resources and computing speed have high requirements on processors. Moreover, the module capacitor balance is challenging because the sorting time is too long when the traditional sorting algorithm for voltage balance is used. To solve the above issues, a digital implementation scheme of flexible power control strategy for three-phase to single-phase MMC-ACTPS system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA), which has sufficient I/O resources, has been proposed. Due to the parallel execution characteristics of the FPGA, the execution time of the controller and the modulator can be greatly reduced compared with a digital signal processor(DSP) + FPGA or DSpace. In addition, an improved sorting algorithm is proposed to reduce the sorting time and the implementation steps are analyzed. The newproducts B18 R065 and B20 R070 which are developed by Baosteel,are successfully used for grade 1 energy efficiency distribution transformers. And Baosteel becomes one of the companies which can supply both the 0. 20 mm and the 0. 18 mm gauge grain oriented electrical steels( GOES) in the world. 16The origins of kinetics hysteresis and irreversibility of monoclinic Li_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)显示文摘Monoclinic Li_(2)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3);is a promising cathode material with complex charge–discharge behavior.Previous structural investigation of this compound mainly focuses on local environments;while the reaction kinetics and the driving force of irreversibility of this material remain unclear.To fully understand the above issues,both the equilibrium and the non-equilibrium reaction routes have been systematically investigated in this study.Multiple characterization techniques including X-ray diffraction,variable temperature(spinning rate)and ex/in situ ^(7)Li,^(31)P solid state NMR have been employed to provide comprehensive insights into kinetics,dynamics,framework structure evolution and charge ordering,which is essential to better design and application of lithium transition metal phosphate cathodes.Our results suggest that the kinetics process between the non-equilibrium and the quasi-equilibrium delithiation pathways from Li_(2)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3);to V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3);is related with a slow relaxation from two-site to one-site delithiation.More importantly,it has been demonstrated that the irreversibility in this system is not solely affected by cation and/or charge ordering/disordering,but mainly driven by framework structure distortion.Hua Huo Zeyu Lin Guiming Zhong Shuaifeng Lou Jiajun Wang Yulin Ma Changsong Dai Yueping Xiong Geping Yin Yong Yang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:0
