Apatite fission track (AFT) dating analyses of 15 samples collected across the Gangdese block show that the Gangdese block went through two periods of tectonizations, during -37.2-18.5 Ma and 18.5 - 8.0 Ma in the south Gangdese block, and during -47.6-5.3 Ma and 5.3-0 Ma in the middle Gangdese block. Different upliftings did not take place in the first period and rapid uplifting occurred in the late period. Meantime, there are some differences be-tween the south and middle Gangdese block. Their uplifting rate is 180 m/Ma and 70 m/Ma respectively. The rapid up-lifting time in the middle Gangdese block lagged behind the time in the south Gangdese block. | 4 | A two-step lineage reprogramming strategy to generate functionally competent human hepatocytes from fibroblasts显示文摘Terminally differentiated cells can be generated by lineage reprogramming,which is,however,hindered by incomplete conversion with residual initial cell identity and partial functionality. Here, we demonstrate a new reprogramming strategy by mimicking the natural regeneration route, which permits generating expandable hepatic progenitor cells and functionally competent human hepatocytes. Fibroblasts were first induced into human hepatic progenitor-like cells (hHPLCs), which could robustly expand in vitro and efficiently engraft in vivo. Moreover, hHPLCs could be efficiently induced into mature human hepatocytes (hiHeps) in vitro, whose molecular identity highly resembles primary human hepatocytes (PHHs). Most importantly, hiHeps could be generated in large quantity and were functionally competent to replace PHHs for drug-metabolism estimation, toxicity prediction and hepatitis B virus infection modeling. Our results highlight the advantages of the progenitor stage for successful lineage reprogramming. | 5 | Application of GIS in Mineral Resource Prediction of Synthetic Information显示文摘This paper introduces the formation mechanism and synthetic information prediction of large and superlarge deposits in Shandong Province by analyzing and studying on the GIS platform. The authors established a prospecting model of synthetic information from large and superlarge gold deposit concentration region, and the multi-source spatial database from concentration region of deposits and anomalies. On the basis of the spatial database, a target map layer, a model map layer and a predictive map layer were set up. Based on these map layers, geological variables of the model unit and predictive unit were extracted, then launched location and quantitative prediction of the gold deposit concentration region. | 6 | Evaluating the accuracy of Chinese pasture data in global historical land use datasets显示文摘Global historical land use datasets are widely used in global environmental change studies; however, uncertainties in the included pasture data have not been evaluated. In this study, using trend, relative difference ratio(RDR), and spatial comparisons, we evaluated the accuracy of China pasture data in the HYDE(versions 3.1 and 3.2), SAGE, and PJ datasets using historical document-based reconstructions, including the land use datasets for China covering 1935–1997(hereafter Ge-dataset)and Northeast China covering the 1700 s–2000(hereafter Ye-dataset), and the satellite-based China's Land-Use/cover Datasets(CLUDs) for 1980–2015. Four important results were obtained.(1) China pasture area in the HYDE, SAGE, and PJ datasets and grassland area in the Ge-dataset, Ye-dataset, and CLUDs show both disparate trends and large differences in absolute values.(2)Spatially, 50.9%, 52.8%, and 63.0% pasture/grassland grids in 2000 had RDRs greater than 60% between HYDE3.1, HYDE3.2,and SAGE datasets, and CLUDs, respectively. | 8 | Mulching mode and planting density affect canopy interception loss of rainfall and water use efficiency of dryland maize on the Loess Plateau of China显示文摘High and efficient use of limited rainwater resources is of crucial importance for the crop production in arid and semi-arid areas. To investigate the effects of different soil and crop management practices(i.e., mulching mode treatments: flat cultivation with non-mulching, flat cultivation with straw mulching, plastic-covered ridge with bare furrow and plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow; and planting density treatments: low planting density of 45,000 plants/hm^2, medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and high planting density of 90,000 plants/hm^2) on rainfall partitioning by dryland maize canopy, especially the resulted net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, we measured the gross rainfall, throughfall and stemflow at different growth stages of dryland maize in 2015 and 2016 on the Loess Plateau of China. The canopy interception loss was estimated by the water balance method. Soil water storage, leaf area index, grain yield(as well as it components) and water use efficiency of dryland maize were measured or calculated. Results showed that the cumulative throughfall, cumulative stemflow and cumulative canopy interception loss during the whole growing season accounted for 42.3%–77.5%, 15.1%–36.3% and 7.4%–21.4% of the total gross rainfall under different treatments, respectively. Soil mulching could promote the growth and development of dryland maize and enhance the capability of stemflow production and canopy interception loss, thereby increasing the relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss and reducing the relative throughfall. The relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss generally increased with increasing planting density, while the relative throughfall decreased with increasing planting density. During the two experimental years, mulching mode had no significant influence on net rainfall due to the compensation between throughfall and stemflow, whereas planting density significantly affected net rainfall. The highest grain yield and water use efficiency of dryland maize were obtained under the combination of medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and mulching mode of plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow. Soil mulching can reduce soil evaporation and retain more soil water for dryland maize without reducing the net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, which may alleviate the contradiction between high soil water consumption and insufficient rainfall input of the soil. | 16 | Chloroplast genomic diversity in Bulbophyllum section Macrocaulia(Orchidaceae,Epidendroideae,Malaxideae):Insights into species divergence and adaptive evolution显示文摘Bulbophyllum is the largest genus in Orchidaceae with a pan tropical distribution.Due to highly significant diversifications,it is considered to be one of the most taxonomically and phylogenetically complex taxa.The diversification pattern and evolutionary adaptation of chloroplast genomes are poorly understood in this species-rich genus,and suitable molecular markers are necessary for species determination and phylogenetic analysis.A natural Asian section Macrocaulia was selected to estimate the interspecific divergence of chloroplast genomes in this study.Here,we sequenced the complete chloroplast genome of four Bulbophyllum species,including three species from section Macrocaulia.The four chloroplast genomes had a typical quadripartite structure with a genome size ranged from 156,182 to 158,524 bp.The chloroplast genomes included 113 unique genes encoding 79 proteins,30 tRNAs and 4 rRNAs.Comparison of the four chloroplast genomes showed that the three species from section Macrocaulia had similar structure and gene contents,and shared a number of indels,which mainly contribute to its monophyly.In addition,interspecific divergence level was also great.Several exclusive indels and polymorphism SSR loci might be used for taxonomical identification and determining interspecific polymorphisms.A total of 20 intergenic regions and three coding genes of the most variable hotspot regions were proposed as candidate effective molecular markers for future phylogenetic relationships at different taxonomical levels and species divergence in Bulbophyllum.All of chloroplast genes in four Bulbophyllum species were under purifying selection,while 13 sites within six genes exhibited sitespecific selection.A whole chloroplast genome phylogenetic analysis based on Maximum Likelihood,Bayesian and Parsimony methods all supported the monophyly of section Macrocaulia and the genus of Bulbophyllum.Our findings provide valuable molecular markers to use in accurately identifying species,clarifying taxonomy,and resolving the phylogeny and evolution of the genus Bulbophyllum.The molecular markers developed in this study will also contribute to further research of conservation of Bulbophyllum species. | Hanqing Tang Lu Tang Shicheng Shao Yulan Peng Lu Li Yan Luo | 2021 | Plant Diversity2021,43,5: | 3 |

| 18 | Exploration of the enhanced performances for silk fibroin/sodium alginate composite coatings on biodegradable Mg-Zn-Ca alloy显示文摘To expand the future clinic applications of biodegradable magnesium alloy,polymer coatings with excellent biocompatibility are the keys to solve the local alkalinity and rapid hydrogen release.Natural-organic silk fibroin provides an approach to fabricate a protective coating on biomedical Mg-Zn-Ca alloy,however,the adhesion force and mechanical properties of the coating on substrates are ought to be further improved without any chemical conversion/intermediate layer.Hereby,based on VUV/O;surface activation,a hybrid of silk fibroin and sodium alginate is proposed to enhance the adhesion force and mechanical properties of the composite coatings on hydrophilic Mg-Zn-Ca alloy surfaces.Various mass ratios of sodium alginate addition were investigated to achieve the optimum coating strategy.The nanoscratch test and nanoindentation test confirmed that the adhesion force was tripled and mechanical properties index was significantly improved when the mass ratio of silk fibroin/sodium alginate was 70/30 compared to pure silk fibroin or sodium alginate coatings.Meanwhile,the corrosion rate of the coated Mg-Zn-Ca alloy was significantly delayed with the addition of sodium alginate,resulting in a reaction layer during corrosion process.Furthermore,the mechanisms for both adhesion and corrosion processes were discussed in detail.Our findings offer more possibilities for the controllable surface performance of degradable metals. | Hui Fang Chenxi Wang Shicheng Zhou Ge Li Yanhong Tian Tadatomo Suga | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,5: | 3 |

| 20 | Direct Current Control Strategy of SVG Based on Dual Sequence dq Coordinates Under Asymmetric Load Condition显示文摘In the case of asymmetric loads of power grid,load currents are composed of four components:positive sequence active and reactive components and negative sequence active and reactive components that can pollute the power grid with harmonics and reactive power and interrupt the normal operation of power grid.Therefore,increasing numbers of static var generators(SVGs)are used to stabilize the power grid.In this study,a new type of current compensation control strategy of a three-phase three-wire SVG under an asymmetric load is proposed.According to the symmetric component method and dual dq synchronous transformation theory,the load currents are transformed into four components under dual dq coordinates.Each component is compensated separately by the SVG.Simultaneously,the proportional-limiter method is adopted to minimize the harmonics from the SVG by optimizing the waveform of the modulation wave and limiting its amplitude.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the control strategy are verified by simulation and experimental results. | Shicheng Zheng Zhuangzhuang Li Menglin Cao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,1: | 3 |
