1考虑喷口烧蚀影响的高压断路器电弧仿真(英文)显示文摘In order to investigate the influence of nozzle ablation to arc,a 2-D axisymmetric magneto-hydro-dynamics arc model is developed to simulate the arc behavior during the whole interruption process in a puffer-type high voltage circuit breaker,considering the nozzle ablating and the mixing process of Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) vapor with SF6.The results show that the arc radius firstly increases and then decreases as arc current varies according to its sinusoida waveform.At 3.5 ms after arc initiation the nozzle ablation starts,and 2.5 ms later the current nearly reaches its peak value and nozzle ablation develops intensely.Meanwhile the nozzle is blocked by arc at this time and consequently the vapor concentration in nozzle reaches the highest.Then while the current decreasing and open distance increaseing the vapor concentration gradually decreases.Before current zero the extinction peak of arc voltage occurs.It indicates that the PTFE vapor enhances pressure rise in arc quenching chamber and strengthens the arc blocking effect on nozzle;the arc radius is wider and arc temperature is lower when nozzle ablation is considered.JIANG Xu ZHONG Jianying ZHANG Youpeng ZHANG Gaochao LI Xingwen JIA Shenli 2013高电压技术2013,39,4:11
2Simulation Researches on Influence of Different Axial Magnetic Fields on Anode Activity in High-current Vacuum Arcs显示文摘纵向磁场对阳极活动的控制效果对于大电流真空电弧成功开断十分关键。采用建模仿真的方法,分析不同纵向磁场强度对阳极活动的影响。基于大电流真空电弧模型,仿真得到不同纵向磁场强度下输入阳极的能流密度分布,并以此作为阳极活动模型的边界条件,得到不同磁场强度下的阳极熔化、蒸发情况。仿真结果表明:对于工频电流(50Hz)电弧,阳极温度的最大值出现7ms时刻附近;随着纵向磁场的增大,阳极表面温度、饱和蒸汽压、阳极蒸汽流量都相应减小;随着纵向磁场的增大,熔化半径增大,但是熔化深度减小,改善了阳极的烧蚀情况。WANG Lijun JIA Shenli CHEN Bin ZHOU Xin YANG Dingge SHI Zongqian 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:8
3Geniposide improves insulin resistance through AMPK-mediated Txnip protein degradation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes显示文摘Thioredoxin-interacting protein(Txnip)has emerged as a key regulator of insulin resistance.In this study,we investigated the roles of geniposide and Txnip in insulin resistance in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes.Our results revealed that geniposide markedly enhanced glucose uptake,increased the protein levels of insulin receptor substrate(IRS)-1 and GLUT-1,and prevented the phosphorylation of IRS-1 and Akt Thr308 induced by insulin resistance in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.We also observed that geniposide accelerated protein degradation of Txnip through proteasome pathway,and knockdown of Txnip with small interfering RNA attenuated the effect of geniposide on insulin signaling molecules,implying that Txnip played a pivotal role in the regulation of insulin signaling molecules by geniposide in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.Furthermore,geniposide induced the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)in the presence of high glucose in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes,while compound C,an inhibitor of AMPK,prevented the effect of geniposide on Txnip degradation and the regulation of glucose uptake and insulin signaling molecules including p-IRS-1,IRS-1,and GLUT-1 in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes.Taken together,all these findings suggest that geniposide improves the insulin signaling defect possibly by AMPK-mediated Txnip degradation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.Wanjun Zhao Mengru Pu Shenli Shen Fei Yin 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,2:4

5Influence of External Electric Field and Pre-ionization on Characteristics of Discharge Plasma in High-power Xenon Flashlamp显示文摘This work is devoted to experimentally study the characteristics of discharge plasma in high power xenon flashlamps.In the experiments,plasma channel profiles are captured by using a high speed CCD camera,and the radiation energy of the flashlamp is obtained by a pyroelectric energy meter.Voltage and current curves are recorded to shed light on the plasma characteristics.With these diagnostic methods,typical factors influencing the evolution process of plasma channel are studied,including the external electric field and the pre-ionization.The electric potential distribution in the flashlamp influence the plasma channel characteristics the most significantly.The plasma channel pattern for the cases with grounded wires is different from that with ungrounded metal wires.When the wire is ungrounded,it is the coupling voltage between the metal wire and the flashlamp that influences the development of plasma channel.In terms of radiation efficiency,it is proven that there is an optimal interval within 200~300μs between the pre-ionization pulse and the main pulse.LIU Jianjun LI Haibing HU Lili LI Xingwen YANG Zefeng JIA Shenli e 2013高电压技术2013,39,9:2
6Nonlinear conductive properties and scaling behavior of conductive particle filled high-density polyethylene composites显示文摘The blends prepared by incorporation of carbon black (CB) or graphite powder (GP) inHto high-density polyethylene (HDPE) matrix have been novel and extensively applied polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PTC) composites. A phenomenological model was proposed on the basis of the GEM equation and the dilution effect of filler volume fraction due to the thermal volume expansion of the polymer matrix. Accordingly, the contribution of the thermal expansion of the matrix to the jump-like PTC transition of the composites was quantitatively estimated and a mechanical explanation was given. It was proved that the contribution of the volume expansion to PTC effect decreased for HDPE/CB composites crosslinked through electron-beam irradiation. Furthermore, the influences of the filler content, temperature and crosslinking on the self-heating behavior as well as the nonlinear conduction characteristics at electrical-thermal equilibrium state were examined. Based on the electric-field and initial resistivity dependence of the self-heating temperature and resistance dependence of the critical field, the mechanisms of the self-heating of the polymeric PTC materials were evaluated. 7Fine-tune chiroptical activity in discrete chiral Au nanorods显示文摘Accurate researches on the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)-based applications of chiral plasmonic metal nanoparticles(NPs)still remain a great challenge.Herein,a series of chiral plasmonic metal NPs,e.g.,chiral Au nanorods(c-Au NRs),c-Au@Ag core–shell,and c-Au@TiO_(2) core–shell NRs,with different chiroptical activities have been produced.Plasmonic circular dichroism(PCD)bands of c-Au NRs can be precisely tailored by tuning the longitudinal SPR(LSPR)and amount of Au NRs as seeds.Besides,a shift of PCD bands within ultraviolet–visible–near infrared ray(UV–vis–NIR)region can also be achieved through the functionalization of a shell of another metal or semiconductor.Interestingly,chirality transfer from c-Au core to Ag shell leads to new PCD bands at the near-UV region.The tuning of PCD bands and chirality transfer are confirmed by our developed theoretical model.Developing chiral Au NRs-based chiral plasmonic nanomaterials with tunable chiroptical activities will be helpful to understand the structure-direct PCD and to extend circularly polarized-based applications.Guangchao Zheng Sulin Jiao Wei Zhang Shenli Wang Qinghua Zhang Lin Gu Weixiang Ye Junjun Li Xiaochen Ren Zhicheng Zhang Kwok-yin Wong 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:2
8Characteristics of Laser Produced Plasmas Obtained by Fast ICCD Photography, Schlieren Photography and Optical Emission Spectroscopy显示文摘Pulsed laser produced plasmas(LPP)are important for industrial applications and fundamental researches,and their complex,multi-physical and cross-chemical processes need to be investigated more comprehensively.In this work,images of the luminous plasma,the spatial density distribution,and the plasma parameters are experimentally investigated by using fast ICCD photography,schlieren photography,and optical emission spectroscopy.Plasmas are produced by a 1 064 nm,15 ns Nd:YAG laser.Free expanding and splitting phenomena are observed in vacuum(at the pressure of about 1×10 3Pa)and air(at the pressure of 20 Pa)using fast photography,respectively.Meanwhile,shock waves formed in the atmospheric laser produced plasma are visualized by schlieren photography.The formation of shock waves is interpreted with the Sedov-Taylor theory,and an averaged expansion velocity about 375 m/s of the shock waves is estimated during 200~1 000 ns.Atmospheric air is found to have significant confinement effects on the plasma expansions compared to that in vacuum or low pressure ambient.Based on the optical emission spectroscopy,after 1 000 ns,at 0.6 mm above the target,the plasma temperature is about 7 800 K and the electron number density is approximately 0.64×1016cm-3.WEI Wenfu WU Jian LI Xingwen JIA Shenli QIU Aici 2013高电压技术2013,39,9:2

20Understanding the metal-to-insulator transition in La_(1−x)Sr_(x)CoO_(3−δ) and its applications for neuromorphic computing显示文摘Transition metal oxides that exhibit a metal-to-insulator transition(MIT)as a function of oxygen vacancy concentration are promising systems to realize energy-efficient platforms for neuromorphic computing.However,the current lack of understanding of the microscopic mechanism driving the MIT hinders the realization of effective and stable devices.Here we investigate defective cobaltites and we unravel the structural,electronic,and magnetic changes responsible for the MIT when oxygen vacancies are introduced in the material.We show that,contrary to accepted views,cooperative structural distortions instead of local bonding changes are responsible for the MIT,and we describe the subtle interdependence of structural and magnetic transitions.Finally,we present a model,based on first principles,to predict the required electric bias to drive the transition,showing good agreement with available measurements and providing a paradigm to establish design rules for low-energy cost devices.Shenli Zhang Giulia Galli 2020npj Computational Materials2020,,1:1
