1解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体与精液白细胞及精子形态的关系显示文摘目的探讨解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体、精液白细胞与精子形态的关系。方法对1023例男性不育患者精液样本进行检测,解脲支原体采用培养法,沙眼衣原体采用生化酶法进行检测,白细胞采用联苯胺染色方法进行检测,精子形态检测采用计算机辅助系统下人工修正的方法进行分析。结果 UU阳性率为27.57%,CT 阳性率为30.11%。UU阳性组、CT阳性组及UU+CT阳性组正常形态精子百分率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),亦均显著低于阴性组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。UU阳性组、CT阳性组及UU+CT阳性组白细胞异常率均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),亦均显著高于阴性组(P<0.001)。白细胞异常组正常形态精子百分率显著低于对照组和白细胞正常组(P<0.001)。结论UU、CT感染、白细胞、精子形态关系密切,UU、CT感染可能直接影响精子形态,亦可能通过激发白细胞异常,通过白细胞机制影响精子形态。陈鑫 许宗革 郑贤红 白立晶 Shaik Abdul Azeem 刘睿智 2008中国男科学杂志2008,22,10:15
2Perovskite Solar Cells Yielding Reproducible Photovoltage of 1.20 V显示文摘High photovoltages and power conversion efciencies of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)can be realized by controlling the undesired nonradiative charge carrier recombination.Here,we introduce a judicious amount of guanidinium iodide into mixed-cation and mixed-halide perovskite flms to suppress the parasitic charge carrier recombination,which enabled the fabrication of>20%efcient and operationally stable PSCs yielding reproducible photovoltageas high as 1.20 V.By introducing guanidinium iodide into the perovskite precursor solution,the bandgap of the resulting absorber material changed minimally;however,the nonradiative recombination diminished considerably as revealed by time-resolved photoluminescence and electroluminescence studies.Furthermore,using capacitance-frequency measurements,we were able to correlate the hysteresis features exhibited by the PSCs with interfacial charge accumulation.Tis study opens up a path to realize new record efciencies for PSCs based on guanidinium iodide doped perovskite flms.Essa A.Alharbi M.Ibrahim Dar Neha Arora Mohammad Hayal Alotaibi Yahya A.Alzhrani Pankaj Yadav Wolfgang Tress Ahmed Alyamani Abdulrahman Albadri Shaik M.Zakeeruddin Michael Grätzel 2019Research2019,,1:4

4Keladi candik(Alocasia longiloba Miq.) petiole extracts promote wound healing in a full thickness excision wound model in rats显示文摘Objective: To investigate the wound-healing effect of Alocasia longiloba(A. longiloba) petiole extract on wounds in rats.Methods: Twenty-two male Sprague-dawley rats were randomly assigned to receive 10% solcoseryl gel, phosphate buffer saline, 50% ethanol, 95% ethanol and hexane extracts of A. longiloba at 1.5%, 3% and 6% doses, respectively. A full thicknesses wound(6 mm) was created on the dorsal of the rat; and all rats were applied with the extract solutions, 10% solcoseryl gel and phosphate buffer saline once a day topically until day 12. The wound was photographed on day 1, 6 and 12, and the percentage of wound contraction was calculated. On day 12, rats were sacrificed and histological examination of granulation tissue was carried out using haematoxylin & eosin and Masson's Trichrome stain to determine the wound healing effect.Results: In this study, 6% of 50% and 95% ethanol extracts of A. longiloba showed 82.50% and 82.32% wound contraction, respectively, and were comparable with 10% solcoseryl gel(82.30%). Meanwhile, phosphate buffer saline treated group showed the lowest wound contraction(69.86%). Histological assessment of wound treated with 6% of 95% ethanol extract of A. longiloba showed distinct epidermal and dermal layer, higher proliferation of fibroblast and more angiogenesis with collagen compared to other wound treated groups.Conclusions: A. longiloba petiole extracts have a wound healing potential and 6% of 95% ethanol extract of A. longiloba is more effective. 6Isolation and identification of a bacteria strain Enterobacter cloacae I7 for degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide显示文摘A bacteria strain for the degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) was isolated from a curing pot in HPAM distribution station of Daqing Oilfield using Hungate anaerobic technique.The isolate was investigated from morphological,physiological,biochemical and molecular characterization.It is a Gram-negative,short-bacillus,non-spore-forming anaerobic bacteria with an optimum growth at 8.0 pH at 40℃.It can reduce sulfate to H2S.Alignment of 16S ribosomal DNA and 16S-23S ribosomal DNA intergenic spacer sequences suggests that this isolate is closely related to the Enterobacter cloacae.The isolate is identified as a new strain belonging to Enterobacter genus,temporarily named as Enterobacter cloacae I7.Analysis results of infrared spectroscopy (IR) show that the bacteria can use HPAM as the only carbon source,change the structure of HPAM polymer surface,and realize the hydrolysis of amide to carboxyl group by hydrolysis mechanism.It can degrade the side chain and change some functional groups,which obviously decreases the viscosity.GC-MS analysis indicates that the determined low-molecular weight degradation products of HPAM are polyacrylamide fragments with duplet bond,epoxy as well as carbonyl group,but most of them are acrylamide oligomer derivatives.马放 李杰训 魏利 陈忠喜 SHAIK FIRDOZ 赵光 2009Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2009,16,5:2
