| 2 | Metachronous cancer of gallbladder and pancreas with pancreatobiliary maljunction显示文摘Pancreaticobiliary maljunction is a congenital anomaly in which the junction between the pancreatic duct and the common bile duct is located outside the sphincter of Oddi.It is well known that pancreaticobiliary maljunction is frequently associated with carcinoma of the biliary tract.We report a case of metachronous cancer of the gallbladder and pancreas associated with pancreaticobiliary maljunction and cystic dilatation of common bile duct in a 68-year-old Tunisian woman who underwent a cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.The pancreatic tumor was an adenosquamous carcinoma.Pancreaticobiliary maljunction allows for pancreatobiliary or biliopancreatic reflux which may induce biliary tract carcinoma.Few cases of multifocal cancer associated with this anomaly have been reported.The association with pancreatic carcinoma remains rare.Close attention should be given to both the biliary tract system and pancreas during the long-term follow-up of patients with pancreaticobiliary maljunction,especially after they have undergone a choledochojejunostomy. | Ahlem Lahmar Sadri Ben Abid Mohamed Nafaa Arfa Rached Bayar Mohamed Tahar Khalfallah Sabah Mzabi-Regaya | 2010 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2010，2，4： | 8 |
| 3 | Cytokine- and chemokine-induced inflammatory colorectal tumor microenvironment: Emerging avenue for targeted therapy显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a predominant life-threatening cancer,with liver and peritoneal metastases as the primary causes of death.Intestinal inflammation,a known CRC risk factor,nurtures a local inflammatory environment enriched with tumor cells,endothelial cells,immune cells,cancer-associated fibroblasts,immunosuppressive cells,and secretory growth factors.The complex interactions of aberrantly expressed cytokines,chemokines,growth factors,and matrix-remodeling enzymes promote CRC pathogenesis and evoke systemic responses that affect disease outcomes.Mounting evidence suggests that these cytokines and chemokines play a role in the progression of CRC through immunosuppression and modulation of the tumor microenvironment,which is partly achieved by the recruitment of immunosuppressive cells.These cells impart features such as cancer stem cell-like properties,drug resistance,invasion,and formation of the premetastatic niche in distant organs,promoting metastasis and aggressive CRC growth.A deeper understanding of the cytokineand chemokine-mediated signaling networks that link tumor progression and metastasis will provide insights into the mechanistic details of disease aggressiveness and facilitate the development of novel therapeutics for CRC.Here,we summarized the current knowledge of cytokine-and chemokine-mediated crosstalk in the inflammatory tumor microenvironment,which drives immunosuppression,resistance to therapeutics,and metastasis during CRC progression.We also outlined the potential of this crosstalk as a novel therapeutic target for CRC.The major cytokine/chemokine pathways involved in cancer immunotherapy are also discussed in this review. | Ajaz A.Bhat Sabah Nisar Mayank Singh Bazella Ashraf Tariq Masoodi Chandra P.Prasad Atul Sharma Selma Maacha Thasni Karedath Sheema Hashem Syed Besina Yasin Puneet Bagga Ravinder Reddy Michael P.Frennaux Shahab Uddin Punita Dhawan Mohammad Haris Muzafar A.Macha | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022，42，8： | 8 |

| 11 | Therapeutic Effect of Dimethyl Dimethoxy Biphenyl Dicarboxylate on Collagen-Induced Arthritis in Rats显示文摘Objective:To study the effect of oral administration of dimethyl dimethoxy biphenyl dicarboxylate(DDB) on adjusting angiogeneic/inflammatory mediators and ameliorating the pathology of bones in rats with collagen-induced arthritis(CIA).Methods:Wistar rat model of CIA was set up using bovine collagen type Ⅱ.Fifty rats were divided into five groups randomly:normal,CIA model,DDB treatment,methotrexate(MTX) treatment,and combined DDB+MTX treatment.Ankle joints of rats were imaged with digital X-ray machine to show the destruction of joints.Fore and hind paw and knee joints were removed above the ankle joint then processed for haematoxylin and eosin staining.Plasma levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet derived growth factor,interleukin-8(IL-8),IL-4,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) were quantified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Nitric oxide levels were detected by Griess reagent.Results:Compared with the CIA model group,a remarkable reduction in various angiogenic(VEGF and IL-8) and inflammatory mediators(TNF-α,IL-4 and COX-2) after treatment with DDB either alone or combined with MTX(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Histopathological and X-ray findings were confirmatory to the observed DDB anti-arthritic effect.The DDB-treated group showed amelioration in signs of arthritis which appeared essentially similar to normal.Conclusion:Our data shed light on the therapeutic efficacy of DDB in experimental rheumatoid arthritis(RA) compared with a choice drug(MTX) and it may be offered as a second-line drug in the treatment of RA. | Roba M Talaat Amira S Abo-EI-Atta Sabah M Farou Karima I EI-Dosoky | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2015，21，11： | 1 |
