13病例报告:正畸前应用无细胞异体真皮基质行牙龈移植显示文摘对人类和动物的实验研究发现,在牙齿的唇颊向运动中,边缘牙龈组织的厚度是牙龈退缩易感性的影响因素之一。若唇颊侧较薄的牙龈组织感染,正畸过程中更容易发生附着丧失。本病例报告为1例年轻患者,正畸前应用上皮下无细胞异体真皮基质增加牙龈组织厚度和下颌前倾的中切牙牙根处的附着龈覆盖。使用异体移植物缩减了治疗步骤.也减少了对腭供区的需要。移植体增3n7下颌前牙唇侧组织的厚度.并且无明显术后不适。尽管正畸过程中下颌前牙区出现了牙龈炎症,但是无附着丧失。Randy R F tzgerald Swati Y Rawal Ann W Walters John D Waiters 马超(译) 崔亮(审) 2009中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2009,,3:0
