1In situ simultaneous determination of trace elements,U-Pb and Lu-Hf isotopes in zircon and baddeleyite显示文摘This paper describes a combined method of simultaneously measuring U-Pb and Lu-Hf isotopes as well as trace elements in Phalaborwa baddeleyite and 91500, GJ-1, TEMORA-1 and SK10-2 zircons by means of Neptune MC-ICPMS and Agilent Q-ICPMS connected to a 193 nm excimer laser ablation system. Material ablated by laser was carried in different proportions into Q-ICPMS for U-Pb isotopic and trace elemental and MC-ICPMS for Lu-Hf isotopic compositions. Experiments indicate that different proportions of ablated material for the Q-ICPMS and MC-ICPMS (6:4, 5:5 and 4:6 respectively) do not show any bias for the zircon/baddeleyite U-Pb age, Lu-Hf isotope and trace elemental compositions within ana-lytical errors. Using 40―60 μm spot size, the obtained U-Pb ages of Phalaborwa baddeleyite, 91500, GJ-1, TEMORA and SK10-2 zircons are 2065±15 (2σ, n=20), 1063±6 (2σ, n=19), 613±6 (2σ, n=20), 416±5 (2σ, n=20) and 32.6±0.5 (2σ, n=20) Ma, respectively. The 176Hf/177Hf ratios are 0.281231±24 (2SD, n=20), 0.282310±35 (2SD, n=19), 0.282028±34 (2SD, n=20), 0.282687±34 (2SD, n=20) and 0.282752±53 (2SD, n=20), respectively. The obtained trace elemental compositions are identical to the reference values. 3Dietary supplementation with Clostridium butyricum improves growth performance of broilers by regulating intestinal microbiota and mucosal epithelial cells显示文摘Clostridium butyricum has been widely considered an antibiotic substitute in recent years.It can promote growth performance,improve the immune response and enhance the intestinal barrier function of the host.In the present study,1-d-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were fed C.butyricum(1×109 cfu/kg)for 28 d.The transcriptomic characteristics of epithelial cells of the cecal mucosa were determined by RNA-sequence,and the cecal microbiota composition was explored by 16 S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing.The changes in the intestinal mucosa of broilers were then analyzed by tissue staining.Gene Ontology(GO)annotations identified substance transport and processes and pathways that might participate in intestinal development and cell viability.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes are involved in numerous pathways related to amino acid and vitamin metabolism and antioxidant and defensive functions,among others.The relative expression of some genes associated with intestinal barrier function(claudins 2,15,19,and 23,tight junction proteins 1,2,and 3 and mucin 1)was significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Moreover,the proportion of Firmicutes was higher in the C.butyricum-treated group,whereas the proportion of Proteobacteria was higher in the control group.At the genus level,the relative abundances of Butyricicoccus and Lactobacillus,among other bacteria,were increased after C.butyricum supplementation.The tissue staining analysis showed that the cecal mucosa of broilers was significantly ameliorated after the addition of C.butyricum(P<0.05 or P<0.01).These results showed that dietary supplementation with C.butyricum can enhance the antioxidant capacity,mucosal barrier function,and stabilize the cecal microbiota,resulting in improving the growth performance.Laipeng Xu Xiangli Sun Xianhua Wan Keke Li Fuchun Jian Wenting Li Ruirui Jiang Ruili Han Hong Li Xiangtao Kang Yanbin Wang 2021Animal Nutrition2021,,4:12
4Sporopollen Assemblages from the Cretaceous Yimin Formation of the Hailar Basin,Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘Three sporopollen assemblages are recognized for the first time from the Cretaceous Yimin Formation in the Hailar Basin of eastern Inner Mongolia. They are (in ascending order): the Impardecispora-Aequitriradites-Clavatipollenites assemblage; the Triporoletes-Pilosisporites-Asteropollis assemblage; and the Appendicisporites-Asteropollis-Tricolpites assemblage, distributed in Members 1, 2 and 3 of the Yimin Formation respectively. Recognition of this biostratigraphic sequence is very important for the division and correlation of the Yimin Formation in the basin. 5Characterization and pilot scale test of a fluidized bed two-stage gasification process for the production of clean industrial fuel gas from low-rank coal显示文摘To utilize low rank coal efficiently,a fluidized bed two-stage(FBTS)gasification process,mainly consisting of a FB pyrolyzer and a transport FB(TFB)gasifier,has been proposed for the production of clean fuel gas.To verify the feasibility and technical features of this novel gasification technology,a pilot autothermal platform,with a treating capacity of 100 kg/h for coal,was designed and built up.By adopting a kind of lignite from Inner Mongolia,the running state and fuel gas quality were compared systematically under typical operational conditions.The results show that by keeping the reaction temperatures of pyrolyzer and gasifier at around 840C and 1000C,respectively,the corresponding tar content in fuel gas at the outlets of pyrolyzer and gasifier were 1127 mg/Nm3 and 365 mg/Nm3,reaching a high tar removal efficiency.Under the stable operation state,the volume fractions of CO,H2,CH4 and CO2 in fuel gas were 14.4%,8.3%,3.4%and 11.3%,respectively,and the corresponding higher heating value of fuel gas was about 1100 kcal/Nm3.Compared with the tar from pyrolyzer,the heavy oil fraction in tar from gasifier reduced significantly,while the light oil components increased sharply simultaneously,showing significant effect of catalytic reforming by hot char bed on tar removal.Xi Zeng Fang Wang Zhennan Han Yanlin Sun Yanbin Cui Guangwen Xu 2018Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,1:8

8Possible mechanism underlying analgesic effect of Tuina in rats may involve piezo mechanosensitive channels within dorsal root ganglia axon显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the analgesic effect of Tuina mainly from mechanically sensitive ion channels in peripheral myelinated nerve fibers.METHODS: A total of 40 healthy and pathogen-free adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in the study [weight:(220.0 ± 1.4) g, Shanghai Slac Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China; license No. Shanghai ICP 05033115]. The rats were housed in cages with free access to water and food in a temperature-controlled room [(22 ± 1) ℃] and12-h/12-h light-dark cycle. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into five groups: naive, sham, chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(CCD), Tuina(7 d) and Tuina(21 d). CCD rat model was established via unilateral DRG compression by'L'liked steel bar. Chinese Tuina treatment was accepted once per day. Behavior monitoring of paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL) were tested. The expression of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in myelinated nerve fiber were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western-blotting.RESULTS: There was a high expression of Piezo2 and a low expression of Piezo1 in the naive and CCD groups. In contrast, the expression of Piezo2 was down regulated and Piezo1 was increased after a period of Tuina. 9Geometric Name Routing for ICN in Dynamic World显示文摘A new paradigm of scalable routing for ICN is to combine a geometric routing scheme with a Distributed Hash Table. However, for most routing schemes in this paradigm, when a node joins or leaves, large numbers of nodes, even the whole topology, need to be re-embedded, and a great number of contents need to be re-registered. In this paper, we propose D-Griffin, a geometric routing scheme on flat names for dynamic topologies. D-Griffin provides two advantages. First, it avoids re-embedding the topology by using an online greedy embedding scheme and a void handling greedy forwarding scheme. Second, it decreases the number of re-registrations by using a name mapping scheme with a tradeoff between topology independence and load balancing. 10Study on the SiN_x/Al rear reflectance performance of crystalline silicon solar cells显示文摘The performance of internal rear surface reflectance of crystalline silicon solar cells is becoming more and more important with the decrease of thickness of the silicon wafers. In this paper PC1D was used to simulate the correlations between the rear surface reflectance and the electrical as well as optical properties of the solar cells. The results showed that the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and quantum efficiency were all enhanced with the increase of the rear reflectance. When the rear reflectance increased from 60% to 100%, the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and maximum output power were improved by about 0.128 A, 0.007 V, and 0.066 W, respectively. The internal quantum efficiency was improved by 39.9%, the external quantum increased by 17.4%, and the efficiency of the solar cells was enhanced by 0.4% at 1100 nm wavelength. 11Urchin-like NiCo2S4 structures synthesized through a one-step solvothermal process for high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘Nickel cobalt sulfides (MCo2S4) have attracted considerable attention as electrode materials for supercapacitors. Herein, a sea-urchin-like NiCo2S4 material was synthesized through a one-step solvothermal process. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) 200 and thiourea were used as a shape-control age nt and sulfur source for in-s让u sulfuration, respectively. The urchin-like NiC02S4 was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area, and electrochemical measurements. The resulting NiCo2S4 with ion diffusion-favored structure demonstrated remarkable electrochemical characteristics for supercapacitor with a high specific capacitance (1334F/g at 0.5 A/g) and superior rate capability (78.1% of the original capacity from 0.5 to 20 A/g) in 6M KOH aqueous solution. Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor was assembled using NiCo2S4 as a positive electrode and activated carb on (AC) as a n egative electrode. A NiCo2Sj/AC device exhibited a high energy density of 37.32 Wh/kg at a power density of 317.8 W/kg with capacity retention of 91.9% and up to 2000 charge/discharge cycles at 3 A/g. 12Multi-locus association study of schizophrenia susceptibility genes with a posterior probability method显示文摘Schizophrenia is a serious neuropsychiatric illness affecting about 1% of the world’s population. It is considered a complex inheritance disorder. A number of genes are involved in combination in the etiology of the disorder. Evidence implicates the altered dopaminergic trans- mission in schizophrenia. In the present study, in order to identify susceptibility genes for schizophrenia in dopaminergic metabolism, we analyzed 59 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in 24 genes of the dopaminergic pathway among 82 unrelated patients with schizophre- nia and 108 matched normal controls. Considering that traditional single-locus association stud- ies ignore the multigenic nature of complex diseases and do not take into account possible in- teractions between susceptibility genes, we proposed a multi-locus analysis method, using the posterior probability of morbidity as a measure of absolute disease risk for a multi-locus genotype combination, and developed an algorithm based on perturbation and average to detect the sus- ceptibility multi-locus genotype combinations, as well as to repress noise and avoid false positive results at our best. 13Synthesis of SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphors by the coupling route of microemulsion with coprecipitation method显示文摘Nano-sized SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphors with good monodispersity and narrow size distribution were synthe- sized by the coupling of water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion with coprecipitation method. The phase composition, morphol- ogy, crystallinity, excitation spectra, emission spectra, and afterglow decay of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ nanophosphors were measured. It was found that the amount of surfactant that was used had an important effect on the shape and average size of the phosphor particles. SrAl2O4 phase of the phosphors showed an increase with the increase in calcination temperature. When the calcination temperature reached 1150°C, the fine crystal of SrAl2O4 was formed and the long afterglow lumines- cence could be obviously observed. In comparison with the samples prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method, the calcination temperature showed an obvious decrease and a clear blue shift occurred in the excitation and emission spec- tra of the sample. 17Effectiveness of Liu-zi-jue exercise on coronavirus disease 2019 in the patients: a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Liu-zi-jue exercise on the respiratory symptoms, quality of life, and mental health of patients with mild coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). METHODS: A single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted with 104 patients with mild COVID-19. The patients were randomly assigned to the Liu-zi-jue plus conventional therapy group and conventional therapy group. The outcome measures included Modified Borg Dyspnea Scale(MBDS) score, Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) score, Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14), respiratory symptoms, and vital signs. Data were collected on the first and sixth days of hospitalization and on the discharge day. RESULTS: Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed that the whole scales all showed a downward trend in the two groups(all P < 0.05). The results of single-group effect suggested that the whole scale score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the sixth day of hospitalization. Compared with the control group, only the MBDS, expectoration, and FS-14 scores showed significantly lower scores at the discharge day(P < 0.001, P = 0.011, P = 0.002). Comparison within the group showed that all the variables were significantly different at the three time points with a decreasing trend(P < 0.05), except for the PHQ-9 and expectoration scores(P = 0.331, 0.052). All patients’ vital signs remained within a stable normal range throughout the hospital stay. 19Achieving high-capacity and long-life K^(+)storage enabled by constructing yolk-shell Sb_(2)S_(3)@N,S-doped carbon nanorod anodes显示文摘As promising anode candidates for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),antimony sulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3))possesses high specific capacity but suffers from massive volume expansion and sluggish kinetics due to the large K^(+)insertion,resulting in inferior cycling and rate performance.To address these challenges,a yolk-shell structured Sb_(2)S_(3)confined in N,S co-doped hollow carbon nanorod(YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC)working as a viable anode for PIBs is proposed.As directly verified by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),the buffer space between the Sb_(2)S_(3)core and thin carbon shell can effectively accommodate the large expansion stress of Sb_(2)S_(3)without cracking the shell and the carbon shell can accelerate electron transport and K^(+)diffusion,which plays a significant role in reinforcing the structural stability and facilitating charge transfer.As a result,the YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC electrode delivers a high reversible K^(+)storage capacity of 594.58 m A h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and a long cycle life with a slight capacity degradation(0.01%per cycle)for 2000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1)while maintaining outstanding rate capability.Importantly,utilizing in in situ/ex situ microscopic and spectroscopic characterizations,the origins of performance enhancement and K^(+)storage mechanism of Sb_(2)S_(3)were clearly elucidated.This work provides valuable insights into the rational design of high-performance and durable transition metal sulfides-based anodes for PIBs.Bensheng Xiao Hehe Zhang Zhefei Sun Miao Li Yingzhu Fan Haichen Lin Haodong Liu Bing Jiang Yanbin Shen Ming-Sheng Wang Meicheng Li Qiaobao Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1:1
20A Convolution-Based System for Malicious URLs Detection显示文摘Since the web service is essential in daily lives,cyber security becomes more and more important in this digital world.Malicious Uniform Resource Locator(URL)is a common and serious threat to cybersecurity.It hosts unsolicited content and lure unsuspecting users to become victim of scams,such as theft of private information,monetary loss,and malware installation.Thus,it is imperative to detect such threats.However,traditional approaches for malicious URLs detection that based on the blacklists are easy to be bypassed and lack the ability to detect newly generated malicious URLs.In this paper,we propose a novel malicious URL detection method based on deep learning model to protect against web attacks.Specifically,we firstly use auto-encoder to represent URLs.Then,the represented URLs will be input into a proposed composite neural network for detection.In order to evaluate the proposed system,we made extensive experiments on HTTP CSIC2010 dataset and a dataset we collected,and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Chaochao Luo Shen Su Yanbin Sun Qingji Tan Meng Han Zhihong Tian 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,1:1
