2Possible mechanism underlying analgesic effect of Tuina in rats may involve piezo mechanosensitive channels within dorsal root ganglia axon显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the analgesic effect of Tuina mainly from mechanically sensitive ion channels in peripheral myelinated nerve fibers.METHODS: A total of 40 healthy and pathogen-free adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in the study [weight:(220.0 ± 1.4) g, Shanghai Slac Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China; license No. Shanghai ICP 05033115]. The rats were housed in cages with free access to water and food in a temperature-controlled room [(22 ± 1) ℃] and12-h/12-h light-dark cycle. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into five groups: naive, sham, chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(CCD), Tuina(7 d) and Tuina(21 d). CCD rat model was established via unilateral DRG compression by'L'liked steel bar. Chinese Tuina treatment was accepted once per day. Behavior monitoring of paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL) were tested. The expression of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in myelinated nerve fiber were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western-blotting.RESULTS: There was a high expression of Piezo2 and a low expression of Piezo1 in the naive and CCD groups. In contrast, the expression of Piezo2 was down regulated and Piezo1 was increased after a period of Tuina. 5Interacting plexcitons for designed ultrafast optical nonlinearity in a monolayer semiconductor显示文摘Searching for ideal materials with strong effective optical nonlinear responses is a long-term task enabling remarkable breakthroughs in contemporary quantum and nonlinear optics.Polaritons,hybridized light-matter quasiparticles,are an appealing candidate to realize such nonlinearities.Here,we explore a class of peculiar polaritons,named plasmon–exciton polaritons(plexcitons),in a hybrid system composed of silver nanodisk arrays and monolayer tungsten-disulfide(WS2),which shows giant room-temperature nonlinearity due to their deep-subwavelength localized nature.Specifically,comprehensive ultrafast pump–probe measurements reveal that plexciton nonlinearity is dominated by the saturation and higher-order excitation-induced dephasing interactions,rather than the well-known exchange interaction in traditional microcavity polaritons.Furthermore,we demonstrate this giant nonlinearity can be exploited to manipulate the ultrafast nonlinear absorption properties of the solid-state system.Our findings suggest that plexcitons are intrinsically strongly interacting,thereby pioneering new horizons for practical implementations such as energy-efficient ultrafast all-optical switching and information processing.Yuxiang Tang Yanbin Zhang Qirui Liu Ke Wei Xiang’ai Cheng Lei Shi Tian Jiang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,5:2
6Genetically modified CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy with enhanced efficacy for relapsed/refractory CD7-positive hematological malignancies:a phase I clinical study显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy against T cell malignancies faces major challenges including fratricide between CAR-T cells and product contamination from the blasts.Allogeneic CAR-T cells,generated from healthy donor T cells,can provide ready-to-use,blast-free therapeutic products,but their application could be complicated by graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)and host rejection.Here we developed healthy donor-derived,CD7-targeting CAR-T cells(RD13-01)with genetic modifications to resist fratricide,GvHD and allogeneic rejection,as well as to potentiate antitumor function.A phase I clinical trial(NCT04538599)was conducted with twelve patients recruited(eleven with T cell leukemia/lymphoma,and one with CD7-expressing acute myeloid leukemia).All patients achieved pre-set end points and eleven proceeded to efficacy evaluation.No dose-limiting toxicity,GvHD,immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity or severe cytokine release syndrome(grade≥3)were observed.28 days post infusion,81.8%of patients(9/11)showed objective responses and the complete response rate was 63.6%(7/11,including the patient with AML).3 of the responding patients were bridged to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.With a median follow-up of 10.5 months,4 patients remained in complete remission.Cytomegalovirus(CMV)and/or Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)reactivation was observed in several patients,and one died from EBV-associated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Expansion of CD7-negative normal T cells was detected post infusion.In summary,we present the first report of a Phase I clinical trial using healthy donor-derived CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cells to treat CD7^(+)hematological malignancies.Our results demonstrated the encouraging safety and efficacy profiles of the RD13-01 allogeneic CAR-T cells for CD7^(+)tumors.Yongxian Hu Yali Zhou Mingming Zhang Houli Zhao Guoqing Wei Wengang Ge Qu Cui Qitian Mu Gong Chen Lu Han Tingting Guo Jiazhen Cui Xiaoyan Jiang Xiujun Zheng Shuhui Yu Xiaolong Li Xingwang Zhang Mingxi Chen Xiuju Li Ming Gao Kang Wang Cheng Zu Hao Zhang Xiaohong He Yanbin Wang Dongrui Wang Jiangtao Ren He Huang 2022Cell Research2022,32,11:2
7Effectiveness of Liu-zi-jue exercise on coronavirus disease 2019 in the patients: a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Liu-zi-jue exercise on the respiratory symptoms, quality of life, and mental health of patients with mild coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). METHODS: A single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted with 104 patients with mild COVID-19. The patients were randomly assigned to the Liu-zi-jue plus conventional therapy group and conventional therapy group. The outcome measures included Modified Borg Dyspnea Scale(MBDS) score, Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) score, Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14), respiratory symptoms, and vital signs. Data were collected on the first and sixth days of hospitalization and on the discharge day. RESULTS: Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed that the whole scales all showed a downward trend in the two groups(all P < 0.05). The results of single-group effect suggested that the whole scale score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the sixth day of hospitalization. Compared with the control group, only the MBDS, expectoration, and FS-14 scores showed significantly lower scores at the discharge day(P < 0.001, P = 0.011, P = 0.002). Comparison within the group showed that all the variables were significantly different at the three time points with a decreasing trend(P < 0.05), except for the PHQ-9 and expectoration scores(P = 0.331, 0.052). All patients’ vital signs remained within a stable normal range throughout the hospital stay. 12基于碳-水-氮耦合过程改进模型的温带草地生态系统生产力模拟研究显示文摘预测气候变化背景下生态系统总初级生产力的响应是全球变化生态学研究领域的一项核心任务。然而,对模型研究领域来说,准确模拟干旱生态系统总初级生产力的年际变异仍然是一个巨大的挑战。土壤含水量和总初级生产力对土壤水敏感性的精确模拟,是预测干旱生态系统中总初级生产力年际变异的两个关键方面。为此,本研究以一个广泛应用的生态系统模型(Biome-BGC模型)为例,旨在改进温带草地生态系统的模型模拟效果。一方面,通过对蒸散模块、土壤水沿剖面的垂直分布和田间持水量计算的改进和调整,模型实现了对土壤水模拟的更新。另一方面,我们改进了影响水-氮关系的函数,从而调节了总初级生产力对土壤水的敏感性。研究结果表明,原有模型高估了土壤含水量,低估了总初级生产力敏感性的年际变异,从而导致模拟总初级生产力的年际变异低于观测值。例如,原模型严重低估了总初级生产力在干旱年份的减少。相比之下,改进后的模型准确地模拟了观测土壤水的季节和年际变化,特别是表层土壤水。通过优化影响氮矿化的参数,改进后的模型改善了总初级生产力对土壤水敏感性的模拟,使其更接近观测值。因此,改进后模型对总初级生产力年际变异的模拟得到了很大程度的提高。我们的结果表明,在对干旱生态系统总初级生产力年际变异进行模拟时,应优先考虑表层土壤水及其对氮有效性的影响。Kaili Cheng Zhongmin Hu Shenggong Li Qun Guo Yanbin Hao Wenping Yuan 2021Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,1:0

14Composition and luminescence properties of highly robust green-emitting LuAG:Ce/Al_(2)O_(3)composite phosphor ceramics for high-power solid-state lighting显示文摘The major advantage of laser lighting over white light-emitting-diode is the possibility to achieve ultra-high luminance.However,phosphors usually suffer laser-induced luminescence saturation,which limits the peak luminance of laser lighting devices.The aim of the present study is to develop LuAG:Ce/Al_(2)O_(3)composite ceramics(LACCs)with a high saturation threshold for high-luminance laser lighting.Owning to the rigid crystal structure,proper synthetic process,and optimized thermal design,the LACCs possess small thermal quenching(16%loss in luminescence at 225℃),high quantum yield(>95%),and excellent luminescence properties.When the LACCs are irradiated by blue laser diodes in a reflection mode,a high luminous flux of 4634 lm and luminous efficacy of 283 lm·W^(−1)are realized.Furthermore,they show no sign of luminescence saturation even when the power density reaches 20.5 W·mm^(−2).With these favorable properties,the designed LACCs show great potential in high-luminance laser lighting.Ziqiu Cheng Xin Liu Xinrong Chen Jian Xu Yanbin Wang Tengfei Xie Lexiang Wu Zhengfa Dai Guohong Zhou Jun Zou Jiang Li 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,3:0
15Antioxidant induced bulk passivation for efficient and stable hole transport layer-free carbon electrode perovskite solar cells显示文摘Defect passivation is one of the important strategies to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.In this work,2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(BHT)as antioxidant was introduced into the perovskite precursor solution to improve the quality of the prepared perovskite films,so that these films performed a larger and uniform grain size.Moreover,the-OH functional group in BHT interacts with I-,thus reducing the density of defect states and inhibiting the non-radiative recombination.The presence of hydrophobic groups in BHT protects the film from moisture erosion and improves the long-term stability of PSCs devices.The maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of the constructed ITO/SnO_(2)/BHTMAPbI_(3)/Carbon device is 16.88%,and the unpackaged cell maintains the initial efficiency of 99.3%after698 h of storage under the environmental condition of 30%humidity.This work provides an efficient approach to improve the performance of printable hole transport layer-free carbon electrode perovskite solar cells.Yetai Cheng Qingbo Wei Nannan Wang Zhangwen Ye Yanbin Zhao Qiongyao Wang Depeng Chu Lingxing Zan Feng Fu Yucheng Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
16One-step synthesis of recoverable CuCo2S4 anode material for high-performance Li-ion batteries显示文摘A facile one-step hydrothermal method has been adopted to directly synthesize the CuCo2S4 material on the surface of Ni foam.Due to the relatively large specific surface area and wide pore size distribution,the CuCo2S4 material not only effectively increases the reactive area,but also accommodates more side reaction products to avoid the difficulty of mass transfer.When evaluated as anode for Li-ion batteries,the CuCo2S4 material exhibits excellent electrochemical performance including high discharge capacity,outstanding cyclic stability and good rate performance.At the current density of 200 mA·g^-1,the CuCo2S4 material shows an extremely high initial discharge capacity of 2510 mAh·g^-1,and the cycle numbers of the material even reach 83 times when the discharge capacity is reduced to 500 mAh·g^-1.Furthermore,the discharge capacity can reach 269 mAh·g^-1 at a current of 2000 mA·g^-1.More importantly,when the current density comes back to 200 mA·g^-1,the discharge capacity could be recovered to 1436 mAh·g^-1,suggesting an excellent capacity recovery characteristics.Tongzhou Lu Yongzheng Zhang Chun Cheng Yanbin Wang Yongming Zhu 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,4:0
