| 1 | Dietary supplementation with Clostridium butyricum improves growth performance of broilers by regulating intestinal microbiota and mucosal epithelial cells显示文摘Clostridium butyricum has been widely considered an antibiotic substitute in recent years.It can promote growth performance,improve the immune response and enhance the intestinal barrier function of the host.In the present study,1-d-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were fed C.butyricum(1×109 cfu/kg)for 28 d.The transcriptomic characteristics of epithelial cells of the cecal mucosa were determined by RNA-sequence,and the cecal microbiota composition was explored by 16 S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing.The changes in the intestinal mucosa of broilers were then analyzed by tissue staining.Gene Ontology(GO)annotations identified substance transport and processes and pathways that might participate in intestinal development and cell viability.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes are involved in numerous pathways related to amino acid and vitamin metabolism and antioxidant and defensive functions,among others.The relative expression of some genes associated with intestinal barrier function(claudins 2,15,19,and 23,tight junction proteins 1,2,and 3 and mucin 1)was significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Moreover,the proportion of Firmicutes was higher in the C.butyricum-treated group,whereas the proportion of Proteobacteria was higher in the control group.At the genus level,the relative abundances of Butyricicoccus and Lactobacillus,among other bacteria,were increased after C.butyricum supplementation.The tissue staining analysis showed that the cecal mucosa of broilers was significantly ameliorated after the addition of C.butyricum(P<0.05 or P<0.01).These results showed that dietary supplementation with C.butyricum can enhance the antioxidant capacity,mucosal barrier function,and stabilize the cecal microbiota,resulting in improving the growth performance. | Laipeng Xu Xiangli Sun Xianhua Wan Keke Li Fuchun Jian Wenting Li Ruirui Jiang Ruili Han Hong Li Xiangtao Kang Yanbin Wang | 2021 | Animal Nutrition2021,,4: | 12 |
| 2 | A New Insight into the Influence of Composition of Fault Rocks on Aseismic and Seismic Fault Slip显示文摘Active faults can slip either slowly and continuously by
aseismic creep, or abruptly by a seismic event. Both slip
modes of faults are closely related to the composition of
fault rocks. However, the actual materials resulting in
differences of slip behavior remain uncertain. The
Guanxian-Anxian fault (GAF) characterized by long-term
aseismic creep and the Yingxiu-Beichuan fault (YBF)
slipping by large earthquakes in the Longmen Shan fault
zone (LSFZ) are ideal examples for exploring the above
issues. Here, in the light of observation and component
analyses, we find that the distribution of carbonate

| 8 | Effect of Different Isorhamnetin of Different Density Cultured Rat C6 Glioma Cells in Vitro显示文摘Objective To explore the influence of different concentrations of isorhamnetin on C6 glioma cell morphology.Methods Set the blank control group,blank solvent control group and reagent group of four concentration,the growth of cells were observed under microscope;MTT assay was used to test the effect of isorhamnetin on cultured C6 glioma cells,as well as calculate the cell inhibition rate and survival rate;flow cytometry was used to check the detection peak and detection rate of Isorhamnetin group and negative control apoptosis group,and analyzed the relationship between different concentrations of isorhamnetin and C6 glioma cell apoptosis rate;total protein was extracted from cells,and used Western blotting to detected total AKT protein and Ser473 AKT protein loci in cells;used SD rats to construct brain glioma model,feed isorhamnetin plain to them for five days,and then used HPLC to detect plasma,liver,brain tissue content.Results Under the observation of inverted microscope and image analysis,after using Isorhamnetin,tumor cells appear apoptosis and necrosis change.Display with different Isorhamnetin MTT colorimetric method shows that the higher the concentration of added Isorhamnetin,the worse the growth rate of C6 glioma cells in vitro,and the higher the Inhibitory rate,the lower survival rate.The flow cytometric detection shows the C6 glioma cells which is added 40 ug/ul Isorhamnetin have the highest rate of apoptosis.After adding 80μg/μl concentration of the isorhamnetin,C6 glioma cells have the lowest survival rate.Western blot test shows the AKT protein and Ser473 total site AKT protein density is in reverse proportion to the increase of the concentration of the isorhamnetin.High performance liquid chromatographic method has determined that there are isorhamnetin in both the rat plasma and brain tissue,which shows that the plasma and tissue all have different isorhamnetin distribution,and isorhamnetin mainly exist in the brain tissue.Conclusion Low concentration of isorhamnetin can induce apoptosis of C6 glioma cells,and high concentration of isorhamnetin can lead to apoptosis and necrosis of C6 glioma cells in vitro,which has obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of glioma cells,and the mechanism is closely related to PI3K/AKT pathway,and in SD rat brain glioma model,the high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the content of plasma and brain tissue,which indicated the isorhamnetin has target in brain tissue,which provided experimental evidence for the development and utilization of isorhamnetin in mice. | Yang Jinhua Sun Zhuanni Yang Xiangli Tian Ruirui | 2018 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2018,2,1: | 0 |
| 9 | Prospective study on observations of γ-ray sources in the Galaxy using the HADAR experiment显示文摘The High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)experiment is a refracting terrestrial telescope array based on the atmospheric Cherenkov imaging technique.It focuses the Cherenkov light emitted by extensive air showers through a large aperture water-lens system for observing very-high-energyγ-rays and cosmic rays.With the advantages of a large field-of-view(FOV)and low energy threshold,the HADAR experiment operates in a large-scale sky scanning mode to observe galactic sources.This study presents the prospects of using the HADAR experiment for the sky survey of TeVγ-ray sources from TeVCat and provids a one-year survey of statistical significance.Results from the simulation show that a total of 23 galactic point sources,including five supernova remnant sources and superbubbles,four pulsar wind nebula sources,and 14 unidentified sources,were detected in the HADAR FOV with a significance greater than 5 standard deviations(σ).The statistical significance for the Crab Nebula during one year of operation reached 346.0σand the one-year integral sensitivity of HADAR above 1 TeV was~1.3%–2.4%of the flux from the Crab Nebula. | Xiangli Qian Huiying Sun Tianlu Chen Danzengluobu Youliang Feng Qi Gao Quanbu Gou Yiqing Guo Hongbo Hu Mingming Kang Haijin Li Cheng Liu Maoyuan Liu Wei Liu Bingqiang Qiao Xu Wang Zhen Wang Guangguang Xin Yuhua Yao Qiang Yuan Yi Zhang | 2022 | Frontiers of physics2022,17,6: | 0 |
| 10 | Electrically driven motion, destruction, and chirality change of polar vortices in oxide superlattices显示文摘Topological polar vortices, which are electric analogs of magnetic objects, present great potential in applications of future nanoelectronics because of their nanometer size, anomalous dielectric response, and chirality. To enable the functionalities, it is prerequisite to manipulate the polar states and chirality by using external stimuli. Here, we probe the evolutions of polar state and chirality evolutions of topological polar vortices in Pb TiO;/Sr TiO;superlattices under an electric field by using atomically resolved in situ scanning transmission electron microscopy and phase-field simulations. We find that, under electric field, the chiral vortex cores can be moved laterally to form close-pair structures, transform into a/c domain stripes, and finally become a nonchiral c-domain. Such transition is reversible and spontaneous after bias removal. Interestingly, during switching and backswitching events, the vortex rotation can be changed, offering a potential strategy to manipulate vortex chirality.
