1Phosphorus fractions and its release in the sediments of Haihe River,China显示文摘The amounts and forms of phosphorus(P) in surface sediments of Haihe River,Tianjin,North China,were examined using a sequential chemical extraction procedure.Five fractions of sedimentary P,including loosely sorbed P(NH4Cl-P),redox-sensitive P(BD-P),metal oxide bound P(NaOH-P),calcium bound P(HCl-P),and residual P(Res-P)(organic and refractory P),were separately quantified.The results indicated that the contents of different P fractions in the sediments varied greatly.The total P(TP) contents ranged from 968 to 2017 mg/kg.Phosphorus contents in NH4Cl-P,BD-P,NaOH-P,and HCl-P ranged from 6.7 to 26.6 mg/kg,54.5 to 90.2 mg/kg,185.2 to 382.5 mg/kg,and 252.3 to 425.5 mg/kg,respectively,which represented 1.2%-3.2%,7.7%-13%,33.3%-48.9%,and 36.2%-54.2% of the sedimentary inorganic P,respectively.For all the sediment samples,the rank order of P-fractions was Res-P > HCl-P > NaOH-P > BD-P > NH4Cl-P.The highly positive relationship between the amounts of P released from the sediments and those in the NH4Cl-P and BD-P fractions,indicated that NH4Cl-P and BD-P were the main fractions that can release P easily.SUN Shujuan HUANG Suiliang SUN Xueming WEN Wei 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,3:53
2Nutrient distribution within and release from the contaminated sediment of Haihe River显示文摘We assessed nutrient characteristics, distributions and fractions within the disturbed and undisturbed sediments at four sampling sites within the mainstream of Haihe River. The river sediments contained mostly sand (> 60%). The fraction of clay was < 3%. Total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) concentrations ranged from 729 to 1922 mg/kg and from 692 to 1388 mg/kg, respectively. Nutrient concentrations within the sediments usually decreased with increasing depth. The TN and TP concentrations within the fine sand were higher than for that within silt. Sediment phosphorus fractions were between 2.99% and 3.37% Ex-P (exchangeable phosphorus), 7.89% and 13.71% Fe/Al-P (Fe, Al oxides bound phosphorus), 61.32% and 70.14% Ca-P (calcium-bound phosphorus), and 17.03% and 22.04% Org-P (organic phosphorus). Nitrogen and phosphorus release from sediment could lead to the presence of 21.02 mg N/L and 3.10 mg P/L within the water column. 3Late Paleozoic Fluid Systems and Their Ore-forming Effects in the Yuebei Basin,Northern Guangdong,China显示文摘Based on detailed and systematic researches of the geology of ore deposits, fluid inclusions and isotope geochemistry etc., and regarding the Late Paleozoic fluid system of the Yuebei Basin as an integrated object in this paper, we have revealed the temporo-spatial evolution law of the basin’s fluid system and discussed its ore-forming effects by simulating and analyzing the distribution of ore-forming elements, the fluid thermodynamics and dynamics of evolution processes of this basin. The results show that Late Paleozoic ore-forming fluid systems of the Yuebei Basin include four basic types as follows. (1) The sea floor volcanic-exhalation system developed during the rapid basin slip-extension stage in the Mid-Late Devonian, which affected the Dabaoshan region. It thus formed the Dabaoshan-type Cu-Pb-Zn-Fe sea floor volcanic-exhalation sedimentary deposits. (2) The compaction fluid system developed during the stable spreading and thermal subsidence-compression stage of the basin in the Mid-Late Devonian. The range of its effects extended all over the whole basin. It resulted in filling-metasomatic deposits, such as the Hongyan-type pyrite deposits and pyrite sheet within the Fankou-type Cu-Pb-Zn-S deposits. (3) The hot water circulation system of sea floor developed during the stage of basin uplifting and micro-aulacogen from the late Late Carboniferous to Middle Carboniferous. The range of its effects covered the Fankou region. It thus formed MVT deposits, such as the main orebody of the Fankou-type Pb-Zn-S deposits. (4) The gravity fluid system developed during the stage of fold uplifting and the basin closed from Middle Triassic to Jurassic, forming groundwater hydrothermal deposits, e.g. the veinlet Pb-Zn-calcite orebodies of the Fankou-type Pb-Zn-S deposits. Migration and concentration of the ore-forming fluids were constrained by the state of temporo-spatial distribution of its fluid potential. Growth faults not only converged the fluids and drove them to move upwards, but also the fluids often crossed the faults to the edges of the basin at the bottom of these faults and the lithologic interfaces, and even migrated to the basin’s edges from top to bottom along the faults, which may be one of the basic reasons for the stratabound deposits to cluster mainly along the contemporaneous faults on the inner border of the basin. 4miR-155 aggravates impaired autophagy of pancreatic acinar cells through targeting Rictor显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the role and mechanism of miR-155 in regulating autophagy in a caerulein-induced acute pancreatitis(AP)cellular model.GFP-LC3 immunofluo-rescence assay was performed to detect autophagy vesicle formation in pancreatic acinar cell line AR42J.AR42J cells were transfected with miR-155 mimic,inhibitor,and corresponding controls to explore the effect of miR-155 on autophagy.The protein levels of LC3-I,LC3-11,Beclin-1,and p62 were analyzed by western blot analysis.Dual-luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the interaction between miR-155 and Rictor(RPTOR independent companion of MTOR complex 2).The results showed that caerulein treatment induced impaired autophagy as evi-denced by an increase in the accumulation of p62 together with LC3-11 in AR42J cells,accompanied by miR-155 upregulation.Furthermore,miR-155 overexpression aggravated,whereas miR-155 silencing reduced the caerulein-induced impairment of autophagy.Mechanistically,Rictor was confirmed to be a direct target of miR-155,which could rescue the miR-155 overexpression-mediated aggravation of im paired autophagy.Collectively,these findings indicate that miR-155 aggravates impaired autophagy in caerulein-treated pancreatic acinar cells by targeting Rictor.Xueming Zhang Jiangtao Chu Haijun Sun Dali Zhao Biao Ma Dongbo Xue Weihui Zhang Zhituo Li 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,2:4
5Spatio-temporal Differentiation of Residential Land for Coastal Town: A Case Study of Dalian Jinshitan显示文摘Based on SPOT5 satellite remote sensing images and land use data in five time phases covering the period 1988–2012, the distribution characteristics, spatial differentiation processes, and driving mechanisms affecting the residential land of the Jinshitan Tourist Resort were studied. The work included a combination of GIS technology, adoption of the differentiation index D, and the multi-group differentiation-measure model D(m). The results provided a basis for the following conclusions: 1) From 1988 to 2012, the degree of differentiation of the rural residential land first decreased, and then increased. The general residential, commercial residential and garden-house land-types all showed declining trends, of which the garden-house type presented the most intense volatility. 2) The overall background of the traditional residential land type was gradually replaced by a new residential land type, and the total area of residential land increased year by year, significantly improving the overall residential conditions. The areas of the new residential land type showed growth, and were increasingly widely distributed in the coastal tourist resorts, transportation corridors, and scenic areas. 3) Government policy, social differentiation, market mechanisms, and individual choices(along with other factors) were mutually promoted, although still restrained. 8Tracing the location of powdery mildew resistance-related gene Stpk-V by FISH with a TAC clone in Triticum aestivum–Haynaldia villosa alien chromosome lines显示文摘Bacterial artificial chromosomes(BACs)or yeast artificial chromosomes(YACs)containing large inserts as probes for fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)have been used in the physical mapping of specific DNA sequences,especially for single-or low-copy sequences.Our earlier study identified Stpk-V,a powdery mildew resistance-related gene located on the 6VS chromosome arm of the wild grass Haynaldia villosa(tribe Triticeae),and obtained several Triticum aestivum–H.villosa alien chromosome lines carrying the Stpk-V gene.However,the precise physical location of the Stpk-V gene on chromosome 6VS is not known.In this study,we used TAC-FISH with TAC15 as the probe coupled with sequential genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)to determine the physical location of the Stpk-V gene in different T.aestivum–H.villosa 6V alien chromosome lines,including addition,substitution and translocation lines.The result indicated that the fraction length of the Stpk-V locus is 0.575±0.035 on the 6V chromosome short arm and this was confirmed by FISH using TAC15 as the probe for tracing the Stpk-V gene in other genetic stocks.The cytological mapping strategies used in this study will be of benefit for tracing the alien gene location in the course of introducing desirable traits from wild species.YANG XueMing CAO AiZhong SUN YuLei CHEN PeiDu 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,33:2

13Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging-based evaluation of optic-radiation shape and position in meningioma显示文摘Employing magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging, three-dimensional white-matter imaging and conventional magnetic resonance imaging can demonstrate the tumor parenchyma, peritumoral edema and compression on surrounding brain tissue. A color-coded tensor map and three-dimensional tracer diagram were applied to clearly display the optic-radiation location, course and damage. Results showed that the altered anisotropy values of meningioma patients corresponded with optic-radiation shape, size and position on both sides. 15Analysis of mobilization of inorganic ions in soil by electrokinetic remediation显示文摘Saline soil has imposed a serious threat on many expressway engineering and agricultural areas.This paper describes the performance of saline soil treatment using electrokinetic remediation technology.Comparison study involving sample soil and in situ soil is carried out.Two different electric fields,i.e.,uniform and non-uniform are utilized to promote the migration of inorganic ions contained in the soil toward the electrode area.The effects of different electric field types and potential gradient ion migration rate in soil are investigated.The test result reveals that a uniform electric field of a constant potential gradient of 1 V/cm drives the Cl-through the sample soil at a rate of 1.36 cm/h.Moreover,larger potential gradients could make ions migrate faster,but more electrical energy is consumed in such a way.Compared with uniform electric field,the non-uniform process maintains the soil pH values more effectively and consumes less electrical energy.A desirable result of removing Na+in soil is expected using electrokinetic remediation technology under four-times scaling up of soil volume.Xiaojing LI Lige WANG Xueming SUN Yuansheng CONG 2019Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2019,13,6:0
16不同治疗方案治疗ⅠB2、ⅡA2期宫颈癌预后分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the difference of long-term prognosis of different treatment regimens in patients with stage ⅠB2, ⅡA2 cervical cancer. Methods:From August 1995 to September 2005, radical hysterectomy was chosen as primary treatment regimen for 122 patients (group A), 85 patients underwent radical hysterectomy after effective neoadjuvant therapy (group B), and 98 patients received surgery after ineffective preoperative therapy (group C). All patients received postoperative therapy. Results:A total of 305 patients were analyzed. The maximum diameter of tumor was largest in group B, while the pathological risk factors (cervical infiltration, positive surgical margins) were in the lowest proportion. The 5-year mortality rate and relapse rate of group B were the highest, and the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were the shortest (P < 0.05). No significant difference of long-term survival was found in group C and group A. No difference was found in the surgical of three groups. Large tumor more than 5.5 cm had higher effective ratio of treatment than those 5.5 cm or less. Patients received effective preoperative radiotherapy had better long-term prognosis than those received chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy. Conclusion:neoadjuvant treatment using for patients with ⅠB2, ⅡA2 cervical cancer is effective in reducing risk factors of pathological, but it could not improve the long-term survival. The indications of adjuvant therapy after surgery should be reconsidered. Those tumors of diameter 5.5 cm or less response poor to neoadjuvant treatment, and no improvement of survival was found, so direct surgical treatment is suggested for these patients. 18IFT140^(+)/K14^(+) cells function as stem/progenitor cells in salivary glands显示文摘Stem/progenitor cells are important for salivary gland development, homeostasis maintenance, and regeneration following injury.Keratin-14^(+)(K14^(+)) cells have been recognized as bona fide salivary gland stem/progenitor cells. However, K14 is also expressed in terminally differentiated myoepithelial cells;therefore, more accurate molecular markers for identifying salivary stem/progenitor cells are required. The intraflagellar transport(IFT) protein IFT140 is a core component of the IFT system that functions in signaling transduction through the primary cilia. It is reportedly expressed in mesenchymal stem cells and plays a role in bone formation. In this study, we demonstrated that IFT140 was intensively expressed in K14^(+)stem/progenitor cells during the developmental period and early regeneration stage following ligation-induced injuries in murine submandibular glands. In addition, we demonstrated that IFT140^(+)/K14^(+)could self-renew and differentiate into granular duct cells at the developmental stage in vivo. The conditional deletion of Ift140 from K14^(+)cells caused abnormal epithelial structure and function during salivary gland development and inhibited regeneration. IFT140 partly coordinated the function of K14^(+)stem/progenitor cells by modulating ciliary membrane trafficking.
