2Control of switched systems with actuator saturation显示文摘This paper is concerned with controller synthesis for linear switched systems with actuator saturation. Based on common Lyapunov function technique and multiple-Lyapunov function technique, two methods for designing state feedback controller are proposed respectively in terms of linear matrix inequalities for the switched systems with saturation. An approach on enlarging the attractive domain is then investigated. 7Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bushenantai granules(补肾安胎颗粒) in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effects of Bushenantai(BSAT)granule(补肾安胎颗粒)on angiogenesis-related factors[E2,P,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)mice,and to evaluate the role of BSAT in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface by influencing the expression of sex hormones,and VEGF.METHODS:A mouse model with normal pregnancy and another with Clark’s classic RSA were established.The RSA mice were randomly assigned to six groups:normal,model,progesterone,high-doseBSAT granule(BSAT-H),medium-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-M),and low-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-L)(n=10 for each group).The embryo loss rate and the histopathological changes in the decidual tissues were measured.Serum levels of estrogen(E2),progesterone(P),and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The m RNA and protein expressions of estradiol receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),VEGF,and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)in the decidual tissues were identified by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting,and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:The embryo loss rate in all groups that received BSAT treatment was reduced,while the number of blood vessels at decidual tissues was increased.The serum levels of E2,P and VEGF were elevated,and the m RNA and protein expressions of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues were enhanced.CONCLUSION:BSAT can improve angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface and reduce the embryo loss rate,which may be associated with its ability to increase the serum levels of estrogen,progesterone,and VEGF,in addition to up-regulation of m RNA and protein expression of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues.LI Yuanqi LI Weili YU Xinhui WU Hua WANG Yuanzhong JIN Ya HAO Lele LIU Mingmin SONG Xiaoge 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:3

9Highly efficient achromatic subdiffraction focusing lens in the near field with large numerical aperture显示文摘The achromatic subdiffraction lens with large numerical aperture(NA)is of significant importance in optical imaging,photolithography,spectroscopy,and nanophotonics.However,most of the previous research on sub-diffraction lenses has been restricted by limited bandwidth and efficiency as well as severe chromatic aberrations.In this paper,a semicircular gradient index lens(sGRIN)with a modified refractive index profile originated from a Maxwell fish-eye lens is put forward to achieve highly efficient(above 81%)achromatic(4–20 GHz)subdiffraction focusing at the focusing line(around 0.28λ)with large NA of 1.3 and broadband diffraction-limited far-field radiation(4–16 GHz)theoretically,which overcomes the drawbacks of previous works.The presented lens is designed by gradient dielectric metamaterials.Evanescent waves ignited at the lens/air interface and transformation of electromagnetic(EM)waves with high spatial frequency in sGRIN to EM waves with low spatial frequency in air are responsible for subdiffraction focusing and diffraction-limited far-field radiation,respectively.Experimental results demonstrate the excellent performance of achromatic subdiffraction focusing and diffraction-limited far-field radiation.The presented lens has great potential to be applied in subdiffraction imaging systems.JIN CHEN HONGCHEN CHU YUN LAI HUANYANG CHEN WEILI SONG MINGJI CHEN DAINING FANG 2021Photonics Research2021,9,10:3

11Electrochemomechanical coupled behaviors of deformation and failure in electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The growing demands of lithium-ion batteries with high energy density motivate the development of high-capacity electrode materials. The critical issue in the commercial application of these electrodes is electrochemomechanical degradation accompanied with the large volume change, built-in stress, and fracture during lithiation and delithiation. The strong and complex couplings between mechanics and electrochemistry have been extensively studied in recent years. The multi-directional couplings, e.g.,(de)lithiation-induced effects and stress-regulated effects, require cooperation in the interdisciplinary fields and advance the theoretical and computational models. In this review, we focus on the recent work with topics in the electrochemomechanical couplings of deformation and fracture of conventional and alloying electrodes through experimental characterization, theoretical and computational models. Based on the point of view from mechanics, the strategies for alleviating the degradation are also discussed, with particular perspectives for component-interaction patterns in the composite electrodes. 12Thickness evolution of commercial Li-ion pouch cells with siliconbased composite anodes and NCA cathodes显示文摘It is significant to monitor the thickness change of commercial Li-ion pouch cells that are assembled from Si-based electrodes and layered cathodes since the volume variation is critically linked with kinetic reaction mechanism and chemomechanical degradation. In this work, the single-point and full-field measurements are conducted on the thickness evolution of Si Ox/Cgraphite/lithium nickel-cobalt-aluminum oxide(Si Ox-G/NCA) batteries. It is found that an abnormal overshoot that has been rarely observed in the previous studies appears at the beginning of discharge, which is believed to be the combined results between the rapid expansion of NCA and the contraction of graphite related to the state of charge(SOC). 14Electrochemically triggered decoupled transport behaviors in intercalated graphite:From energy storage to enhanced electromagnetic applications显示文摘Pyrolytic graphite (PG) with highly aligned graphene layers,present anisotropic electrical and thermal transport behavior,which is attractive in electronic,electrocatalyst and energy storage.Such pristine PG could meeting the limit of electrical conductivity (~2.5×10^(4) S·cm^(−1)),although efforts have been made for achieving high-purity sp^(2) hybridized carbon.For manipulating the electrical conductivity of PG,a facile and efficient electrochemical strategy is demonstrated to enhance electrical transport ability via reversible intercalation/de-intercalation of AlCl_(4)^(-)into the graphitic interlayers.With the stage evolution at different voltages,variable electrical and thermal transport behaviors could be achieved via controlling AlCl_(4)^(-)concentrations in the PG because of substantial variation in the electronic density of states.Such evolution leads to decoupled electrical and thermal transport (opposite variation trend) in the in-plane and out-of-plane directions,and the in-plane electrical conductivity of the pristine PG (1.25×10^(4) S·cm^(−1)) could be massively promoted to 4.09×10^(4) S·cm(AlCl_(4)^(-)intercalated PG),much better than the pristine bulk graphitic papers used for the electrical transport and electromagnetic shielding.The fundamental mechanism of decoupled transport feature and electrochemical strategy here could be extended into other anisotropic conductive bulks for achieving unusual behaviors.Ya Chen Kailun Zhang Na Li Wei Guan Zhiyuan Li Haosen Chen Shuqiang Jiao Weili Song 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,1:1
