1非对称体细胞融合获得花椰菜与Brassica spinescens的种间杂种显示文摘拟利用非对称原生质体融合技术向芸薹属花椰菜中转移野生抗逆性状。供体Brassica spinescens具有光合效率高,抗白锈病、蚜虫、黑斑病,耐盐等优良特性。用经UV处理的供体叶肉原生质体与花椰菜下胚轴原生质体通过聚乙二醇(PEG)融合,培养后获得379株再生植株。对其中的120株进行过氧化物同工酶分析和RAPD分子标记检测,证明有23株为杂种植株。流式细胞仪倍性分析表明,杂种植株核DNA含量全部高于供、受体亲本核DNA含量总和,植株倍性在四至八倍之间。还对供体不同UV射线处理的剂量进行了初步探索,结果表明0.0750 J.cm-2为最大辐射剂量。姚星伟 刘凡 云兴福 赵泓 Ryschka U Schumann G 2005园艺学报2005,32,6:16
2High-flow nasal oxygen availability for sedation decreases the use of general anesthesia during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic ultrasound显示文摘AIM To examine whether high-flow nasal oxygen(HFNO) availability influences the use of general anesthesia(GA) in patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and associated outcomes.METHODS In this retrospective study, patients were stratified into 3 eras between October 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014 based on HFNO availability for deep sedation at the time of their endoscopy. During the first and last 3-mo eras(era 1 and 3), no HFNO was available, whereas it was an option during the second 3-mo era(era 2). The primary outcome was the percent utilization of GA vs deep sedation in each period. Secondary outcomes included oxygen saturation nadir during sedation between periods, as well as procedure duration, and anesthesia-only time between periods and for GA vs sedation cases respectively.RESULTS During the study period 238 ERCP or EUS cases were identified for analysis. Statistical testing was employed and a P < 0.050 was significant unless the Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons was used. General anesthesia use was significantly lower in era 2 compared to era 1 with the same trend between era 2 and 3(P = 0.012 and 0.045 respectively). The oxygen saturation nadir during sedation was significantly higher in era 2 compared to era 3(P < 0.001) but not between eras 1 and 2(P = 0.028) or 1 and 3(P = 0.069). 8Hybrid 2D–3D optical devices for integrated optics by direct laser writing显示文摘Integrated optical chips have already been established for application in optical communication.They also offer interesting future perspectives for integrated quantum optics on a chip.At present,however,they are mostly fabricated using essentially planar fabrication approaches like electron-beam lithography or UV optical lithography.Many further design options would arise if one had complete fabrication freedom in regard to the third dimension normal to the chip without having to give up the virtues and the know-how of existing planar fabrication technologies.As a step in this direction,we here use three-dimensional dip-in direct-laser-writing optical lithography to fabricate three-dimensional polymeric functional devices on pre-fabricated planar optical chips containing Si3N4 waveguides as well as grating couplers made by standard electron-beam lithography.The first example is a polymeric dielectric rectangular-shaped waveguide which is connected to Si3N4 waveguides and that is adiabatically twisted along its axis to achieve geometrical rotation of linear polarization on the chip.The rotator’s broadband performance at around 1550 nm wavelength is verified by polarization-dependent grating couplers.Such polarization rotation on the optical chip cannot easily be achieved by other means.The second example is a whispering-gallery-mode optical resonator connected to Si_(3)N_(4) waveguides on the chip via polymeric waveguides.By mechanically connecting the latter to the disk,we can control the coupling to the resonator and,at the same time,guarantee mechanical stability of the three-dimensional architecture on the chip.Martin Schumann Tiemo Buckmann Nico Gruhler Martin Wegener Wolfram Pernice 2014Light(Science & Applications)2014,3,1:2
