| 1 | 银杏叶制剂对体外授精治疗中卵巢反应低下患者的作用显示文摘目的:探讨银杏叶制剂对助孕技术治疗中卵巢反应低下患者的临床疗效。方法:38例卵巢反应低下患者,按完全随机的方法分为两组,治疗组进行为期2个月经周期的银杏叶制剂治疗,对照组不经过任何治疗,歇息≥2个月经周期,两组均再次行控制性超排卵人工助孕治疗。结果:两组(治疗组和对照组)治疗后在激素用量、激素的治疗天数和每天的激素安瓿数方面比较差异无显著性,而E_2水平(ng/L,1750±731与1134±485)、卵泡数(个,5.3±2.2与1.6±0.7)、卵细胞数(个,4.2 ±1.8与1.7±0.6)、子宫内膜厚度(mm,9.5±1.1与8.3±1.7)两组间的差异均有显著性(P<0.05),子宫动脉搏动指数和卵巢动脉搏动指数有所改善,但差异无显著性。治疗组临床妊娠率为15.8%(3/19例)。结论:银杏叶制剂能增加卵巢反应低下患者在助孕技术治疗中的卵泡和卵细胞的数量,改善子宫内膜厚度,提高临床妊娠率。 | 张明敏 黄光英 陆付耳 WE Paulus K Sterzik | 2003 | 中国中西医结合杂志2003，23，3： | 16 |

| 9 | Arterial complications, venous thromboembolism and deep venous thrombosis prophylaxis after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction: A systematic review显示文摘AIM To summarize the current knowledge on vascular complications and deep venous thrombosis(DVT) prophylaxis after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction.METHODS A systematic review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses statement. MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane,Web of Science, CINAHL, PubMed publisher, and Google scholar medical literature databases were searched up to November 10, 2015. Any arthroscopic surgical method of primary or revision intra-articular ACL reconstruction of all graft types in humans was included. A risk of bias assessment was determined.RESULTS Fourty-seven studies were included in the review.Pseudaneurysms were the most frequently reported arterial complication after ACL reconstruction, irrespective of graft type or method of graft fixation with an incidence of 0.3%. The time to diagnosis of arterial complications after ACL reconstruction varied from days to mostly weeks but even years. After ACL reconstruction without thromboprophylaxis, the incidence of DVT was 9.7%, of which 2.1% was symptomatic. The incidence of pulmonary embolism was 0.1%. Tourniquet time > 2 h was related to venous thromboembolism.Thromboprophylaxis is indicated in patients with risk factors for venous thromboembolism.CONCLUSION After ACL reconstruction, the incidence of arterial complications,symptomatic DVT and pulmonary embolism was 0.3%, 2.1% and 0.1% respectively. Arterial complications may occur with all types of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, methods of graft fixation as well as any type of graft. | 10 | Preliminary assessment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma incidence in the Philippines: a second look at published data from four centers显示文摘In endemic regions such as southern China and Southeast Asia, the annual incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) ranges from 3 to 30 per 100,000. In the Philippines, the estimated incidence in 2010 was 1.2 per 100,000. However, this rate is based on data collected from registries covering only two regions in the country. Here, we report the findings from our study to better approximate the incidence of NPC in the Philippines. Between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012, data were collected from 49 patients from 4 different institutions—University of Santo Tomas, Makati Medical Center, Philippine Oncology Center Corporation, and Cardinal Santos Memorial Medical Center—using a NPC screening questionnaire. Crude incidence was 0.09 per 100,000. Age-standardized incidences using Segi and WHO standards were 2.08 and 1.79 per 100,000, respectively. Of the 49 patients, 31 were males and 18 were females, and 71% of patients were between 30 and 59 years old. WHO types II and III represented 22% and 78% of the subjects, respectively, and 75.5% of cases were locally advanced(stages III–IVB). Although the age-standardized incidence from the 4 institutions was numerically higher than the published age-standardized incidence(2.07 per 100,000 vs. 1.2 per 100,000), two-proportion z-test showed no significant difference between them(P = 0.68).
