1西南岩溶区粉垄耕作和免耕方式下甘蔗地土壤优先流特征显示文摘以西南岩溶区的典型农地甘蔗地为研究对象,采用野外染色示踪技术,利用形态学解析手段,并结合土壤水分分层评价方法,对粉垄耕作和免耕方式下甘蔗地土壤优先流特征进行研究。结果表明:在相同外部供水条件下,粉垄耕作甘蔗地水分下渗湿润锋迹线较免耕甘蔗地平缓,呈均匀整体形式下渗,平均下渗深度是免耕甘蔗地的0.95倍,其优先流染色形态相对于免耕甘蔗地的枝状分化状态,多以零散团块状分化形式为主;在相同外部条件下,免耕甘蔗地最先发生优先流现象,优先流的发生速度是粉垄耕作甘蔗地的1.45倍,平均优先流比达88.61%,大于粉垄耕作甘蔗地(82.89%),二者之间差异显著(P<0.05);沿土壤深度的增加,优先流在粉垄耕作甘蔗地土壤空间中的发展变化程度表现为'次活跃—活跃—次活跃—相对稳定—次活跃',而免耕甘蔗地表现为'次活跃—活跃—次活跃—相对稳定',免耕甘蔗地的优先流空间发展变化程度较高,主要发生在5—35cm土层范围内,相比粉垄耕作甘蔗地10—30cm土层深。粉垄耕作方式与免耕方式相比,降低了岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流的发生与发展,在一定程度上提高了土壤的保肥蓄水能力。陈晓冰 严磊 陈廷速 李振东 甘磊 SAEED Rad 2018水土保持学报2018,32,4:19
2耕作方式对岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流特征的影响显示文摘岩溶区特殊的岩性地质条件,使土壤优先流现象广泛发生。以广西岩溶区内的典型农地甘蔗地作为研究对象,利用野外染色示踪技术和图像解析方法,分别对传统耕作(CT)和粉垄耕作(SRT)方式下的田间土壤优先流特征进行分析,揭示耕作方式对岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流的发生及其空间发展变化的影响。结果表明:①在相同外部供水条件下,传统耕作甘蔗地优先流运动分化程度相对较高,多呈指状形式,且平均湿润锋下渗深度为43.19 cm,显著大于粉垄耕作(P<0.05),而粉垄耕作甘蔗地优先流以横向运动形式为主,表现为团块状湿润锋形式;②粉垄耕作甘蔗地土壤优先流发生时间显著滞后于传统耕作(P<0.05),是其1.67倍;③随土壤深度的增加,两种耕作方式下的甘蔗地土壤优先流发育程度总体呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,但粉垄耕作甘蔗地优先流比(70.72%)和长度指数(527.12%)均显著小于传统耕作甘蔗地(P<0.05),且在土壤空间中对应的染色形态变异系数(1.19)是传统耕作的1.38倍,优先流发育程度显著低于传统耕作甘蔗地。粉垄耕作与传统耕作方式相比,在一定程度上降低了田间土壤优先流现象,改善了田间土层中的水肥状况。陈晓冰 严磊 李振东 SAEED Rad 陈廷速 甘磊 2019土壤2019,51,4:9
3糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C和急性反应指标与视网膜病变严重程度相关性研究(英文)显示文摘目的:评估糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)严重程度与血清胱抑素C和急性时相反应指标的相关性,包括红细胞沉降率(ESR)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。方法:研究纳入了1mo内就诊的所有糖尿病视网膜病患者。患者均记录人口统计学数据。行眼科检查,同时检测糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、ESR、hs-CRP和血清胱抑素C水平。结果:研究包括67例糖尿病患者,其中19例(28.3%)无视网膜病变患者,22例(32.8%)非增殖型视网膜病变患者和26例(38.8%)增殖型视网膜病变患者。三组间平均年龄、性别分布、平均糖尿病病程、高血压和血脂异常患病率、吸烟状况以及Hb A1c水平无明显差异。随着视网膜病变发展,平均血清胱抑素C水平显著提高,三组分别为1.1±0.48,1.22±0.38,1.71±0.92(P=0.007)。在多元回归分析中,仅血清胱抑素C与糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度有关(P=0.025)。结论:研究表明,在独立于急性时相反应指标,血清胱抑素C水平随DR加重升高。因此,该结论可作为初级医护人员区分高危患者的标志。Joobin Khadamy Gholamhossein Yaghoobi Abbas Hosseini Rad Mahnaz Najafi Saeed Reza Heydari Pardis Khademi 2018国际眼科杂志2018,18,3:8
4广西甘蔗地不同耕作方式下土壤孔隙特征显示文摘为探究广西地区不同耕作方式对甘蔗地土壤孔隙结构的影响,选取经过3年耕作(CT)与免耕(NT)处理的两种不同耕作方式下的甘蔗地土壤作为研究对象,利用X射线CT扫描技术和ImageJ等软件获得表征土壤孔隙二维分布和三维特征的参数,并对土壤孔隙结构进行三维重构与可视化。结果表明:两种处理下土壤质地组成差异不大,但耕作使得土壤容重降低,改变了有机质的分布,使有机质含量显著增加。耕作主要影响土壤中的大孔隙(>50μm)和中孔隙(0.2~50μm)的分布,使得0—30 cm土层大孔隙减少,中孔隙增加。耕作处理土壤孔隙的面密度和复杂度的波动大于免耕处理。耕作处理的土壤孔隙连通度均值(0.687)显著高于免耕处理(0.465),孔隙弯曲度均值(1.314)显著低于免耕处理(1.348),孔隙度和孔隙数均值(0.526%,8174)显著小于免耕处理(1.181%,16306)。免耕土壤孔隙在三维空间中分布较多且均匀,但孔隙孤立,连通较少,并且孔隙路径较弯曲。耕作土壤孔隙在三维空间中分布虽少,但分布呈网络型,交叉连通孔隙较多,孔隙通道连续且规则。因此,在广西地区甘蔗种植中,相较免耕而言,耕作增加土壤中生物性大孔隙,增加孔隙的连通度,降低孔隙通道的弯曲度,有利于土壤水分与溶质运移通道形成,并且促进作物根系生长和微生物活动,改善土壤的导水透气性,对甘蔗的生长发育具有积极作用。甘磊 李健 李帅 韦灵 Saeed Rad 2020水土保持研究2020,27,6:7
5Polymeric vs hydroxyapatite-based scaffolds on dental pulp stem cell proliferation and differentiation显示文摘AIM: To evaluate adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells(h DPSCs) on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials. METHODS: hD PSCs were isolated from human dental pulp tissues of extracted wisdom teeth and established in stem cell growth medium. h DPSCs at passage 3-5 were seeded on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials, SureO ss(Allograft), Cerabone(Xenograft), PLLA(Synthetic), and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite), for 7 and 14 d in osteogenic medium. Cell adhesion and morphology to the scaffolds were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Cell proliferation and differentiation into osteogenic lineage were evaluated using DNA counting and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity assay, respectively. RESULTS: All scaffold biomaterials except Sure Oss(Allograft) supported h DPSC adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. hD PSCs seeded on PLLA(Synthetic) scaffold showed the highest cell proliferation and attachment as indicated with both SEM and DNA counting assay. Evaluating the osteogenic differentiation capability of hD PSCs on different scaffold biomaterials with ALP activity assay showed high level of ALP activity on cells cultured on PLLA(Synthetic) and OSTEON ⅡCollagen(Composite) scaffolds. SEM micrographs also showed that in the presence of Cerabone(Xenograft) and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite) scaffolds, the h DPSCs demonstrated the fibroblastic phenotype with several cytoplasmic extension, while the cells on PLLA scaffold showed the osteoblastic-like morphology, round-like shape. CONCLUSION: PLLA scaffold supports adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of hD PSCs. 6Nanofibrous nerve conduits for repair of 30-mm-long sciatic nerve defects显示文摘It has been confirmed that nanofibrous poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) nerve conduit can promote peripheral nerve regeneration in rats. However, its efficiency in repair of over 30-mm-long sciatic nerve defects needs to be assessed. In this study, we used a nanofibrous poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) nerve conduit to bridge a 30-mm-long gap in the rat sciatic nerve. At 4 months after nerve conduit implantation, regenerated nerves were macroscopically observed and histologically assessed. In the nanofibrous graft, the rat sciatic nerve trunk had been reconstructed by restoration of nerve continuity and formation of myelinated nerve fiber. There were Schwann cells and glial cells in the regenerated nerves. Masson's trichrome staining showed that there were no pathological changes in the size and structure of gastrocnemius muscle cells on the operated side of rats. 7北部湾鱼类碳、氮、磷生态化学计量特征显示文摘为探究北部湾鱼类生态化学计量特征,于2021年3月—4月采集分析了北部湾沿岸9个渔港的79种鱼类(382尾)碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量特征。结果表明北部湾鱼类C、N、P元素含量变化范围分别为33.87%—58.34%、6.31%—14.92%和0.77%—4.67%;C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的变化范围分别为3.43—9.72、19.15—173.06和5.04—33.68,其中P元素含量变化最大,导致C∶P和N∶P的变化。不同物种在科间的差异较大,科内的差异较小。不同体型和食性鱼类之间的C、N、P含量及比值具有显著差异(P<0.05)。鱼类的C∶P和N∶P与P含量呈显著负相关(R^(2)=0.966,P<0.01;R^(2)=0.877,P<0.01),P含量和Ca含量呈显著正相关(R^(2)=0.919,P<0.01),P含量的变化可能与鱼类骨骼和鳞片的形成有关。总之,北部湾鱼类未保持严格的生态化学计量平衡,鱼类生态化学计量特征存在显著的种间差异,主要因鱼类不同的体型和食性差异所致。王才广 朱亮 黄亮亮 刘昊 胥鹏 Rad Saeed 吴志强 2023生态学报2023,43,10:1
8不同耕作方式对广西地区甘蔗地土壤热性质的影响显示文摘【目的】探讨不同耕作方式下甘蔗地土壤热性质的动态变化,为合理有效利用水热资源提供依据。【方法】在广西农业科学院里建甘蔗种植地进行研究,定位监测粉垄耕作(T)处理和免耕(NT)处理方式下,5、20和40 cm深度土层的土壤含水量和土壤温度,并结合土壤基本参数,分析2个处理下土壤温度、土壤热导率和土壤热通量的变化规律。【结果】NT处理受其质地影响,土壤温度的分布为5 cm>40 cm>20 cm,差异均显著(P<0.05,下同);T处理在一定程度上影响了土壤质地,其土壤温度分布为5 cm>20 cm>40 cm,差异均显著。研究期内,T处理土壤热导率在20 cm以上土层高于NT处理。T处理有利于降水入渗、储水性能良好、下层水分可供给上层等效果,相比于NT处理改善了土壤热导率沿土壤剖面的分布。同时,不同降水条件下,处理间的土壤热通量变化相同:NT处理在5~20 cm层大于T处理,而在20~40 cm层小于T处理,差异均达到显著水平。说明T处理土壤热通量由上至下减小,变化规律明显;而NT处理上下层间波动较大。【结论】粉垄耕作处理相比于免耕处理,在一定程度上改善了本地区的土壤质地和土壤温度分布,土壤热导率和土壤热通量的变化更具稳定性和规律性,可作为广西地区农业种植和管理方式的参考。朱彦光 李帅 甘磊 李健 Saeed Rad 陈晓冰 2019福建农业学报2019,34,7:1

10Improving cross drain systems to minimize sediment delivery using GIS显示文摘A well developed network of roads must exist as a necessary infrastructure system in modern forestry to facilitate forest operations. But forest roads have the potential to disrupt the drainage characteristics of watersheds and lead to negative impacts on the environment with increased erosion and sediment yields. Numerous factors affect surface erosion of roads and sediment production potential; determining and ranking them could be a guide for management decisions to erosion control. In this study, the CULSED model (as an extension of ArcGIS) was used to estimate sediment delivery and the distribution of a road network, given the existing culverts. Using the model, some culverts were added to the road network around places with high sediment delivery in order to minimize it. After a correlation analysis and adjustment between sediment production and the factors, i.e., road width, road gradient, age of road and vegetation cover, the trend of changes in sediment delivery with model changes in the input was investigated with a sensitivity analysis of the model. The results show that adding new culverts to the road resulted in a significant reduction of sediment delivery. The most important factor affecting sediment delivery was road width, followed by road gradient, vegetation cover and age of road. Road width and gradient were positively correlated with sediment delivery, while vegetation cover and age of road were negatively correlated. The best model to show the relation between sediment delivery and road width as well as with road gradient was a linear model, for vegetation cover a cubic equation and for road age a power model. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that sediment delivery had the greatest sensitivity to changes of road width and was least sensitive to changes in the age of the road. This model can help to estimate sediment delivery with its spatial distribution, which can be used for optimization of cross drain systems and strategies of sediment control. Application of the model requires field trials to acquire the necessary input data. 11Effect of Mechanical Forces on the Behavior of Dental Stem Cells:A Scoping Review of In-Vitro Studies显示文摘This article is a scoping review of the studies that assessed the effect of mechanical forces on the behavior of dental stem cells(DSCs).PubMed and Scopus searches were done for in-vitro studies evaluating the effect of tension,hydrostatic pressure(i.e.,the pressure applied through an incompressible fluid),compression,simulated microgravity,and vibration on DSCs.The following factors were analyzed:osteogenic/odontogenic differentiation,proliferation,adhesion and migration.Articles were reviewed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews extension for scoping reviews(PRISMA-ScR)guideline.Included studies were evaluated based on the modified Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials(CONSORT).A total of 18 studies published from 2008–2019 were included.Nine studies were focusing on Periodontal ligament Stem Cells(PDLSCs),eight studies on Dental Pulp Stem Cells(DPSCs)and one study on Stem Cells from Apical Papilla(SCAP).Results showed that tension,three-dimensional stress and simulated microgravity promoted the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs.DPSCs proliferation increased after microgravity and tension exertion.In addition,dynamic hydrostatic pressure and compression promoted odontogenic differentiation of DPSCs.Besides,mechanical stimuli increased the osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs.One study analyzed the effect of carrier features on the response of DSCs to 3D-stress and showed that cells cultivated on scaffolds with 30%bioactive glass(BAG)had the highest osteogenic differentiation compared to other ratios of BAG.It has been shown that increasing the duration of tension(i.e.,from 3 h to 24 h force application)enhanced the positive effect of force application on the osteogenic differentiation of DSCs.In conclusion,all types of mechanical forces except uniaxial tension increased the osteogenic/odontogenic differentiation of DSCs.In addition,the effect of mechanical stimulation on the proliferation of DSCs differs based on the type of stem cells and mechanical force.Maryam Rezai Rad Sadra Mohaghegh Farnaz Kouhestani Saeed Reza Motamedian 2021Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics2021,18,2:0

13Improved sprinkler irrigation layouts for smallholders显示文摘Pressurized irrigation systems are economically justifiable for medium-to large-scale farms,while fewer choices are available for smallholders.The current research work provides additional options for small plots,as the only income source for low-income farmers in poorer countries,which produce a considerable portion of the agricultural products in some regions of the world.In this research,two novel layouts of a semipermanent sprinkler irrigation system,namely,clock hand(CH)and corner pivot(CP)lateral designs,were designed for a lighter irrigation system to lower the cost requirement.The new techniques were based on a quadrant/full circle movement pattern of manually pivoting laterals,with no/shorter main pipe requirements,which causes a higher system efficiency.These retrofitted layouts were examined in different farms with areas of 0.20 hm^(2),0.81 hm^(2),1.62 hm^(2),and 3.24 hm^(2) in Guangxi,China.This study introduced,analyzed,and compared the layouts with the widespread traditional split lateral method on technical planning,components,implementation,operation details,size optimization,performance evaluation,and economic advantages.In comparison with the traditional system,CH and CP were found to be more user-friendly and cost-effective but slightly complicated in design with higher required manual work.The results revealed a distribution uniformity(LQDU)of 81.0%to 84.0%via the catch can method,lower capital costs(35.0%-45.0%),and lower annual expenses(6.5%-9.8%)for CP and CH,respectively,compared to the split lateral method.The 0.81 hm^(2) and 1.62 hm^(2) farms were found to be the optimum farm sizes for implementation of the new methods for a 25-year project time horizon.The outcomes of this experimental work can encourage small farm owners with limited capital to apply pressurized systems for efficient irrigation and water resource sustainability.Saeed Rad Lei Gan Junfeng Dai Shuaipu Zhang Liangliang Huang Linyan Pan Mohd Raihan Taha 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2:0
