| 1 | Prevalence of antibiotic resistance in Helicobacter pylori : A recent literature review显示文摘AIM: To review previous studies(the last 6 years) about the Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) antibiotic resistance in order to evaluate the trend in antibiotic resistance. METHODS: In this study, the Pub Med, MEDLINE, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Scielo manuscripts were reviewed from 2009 to 2014. RESULTS: On the whole rates of H. pylori antibiotic resistance were 47.22%(30.5%-75.02%) for metronidazole, 19.74%(5.46%-30.8%) for clarithromycin, 18.94%(14.19%-25.28%) for levofloxacin, and 14.67%(2%-40.87%) for amoxicillin, 11.70%(0%-50%) for tetracycline, 11.5%(0%-23%) for furazolidon and 6.75%(1%-12.45%) for rifabutin. The frequency of tetracycline, metronidazole and amoxicillin resistance was higher in Africa, while clarithromycin and levofloxacin resistance was higher in North America and Asian, respectively. CONCLUSION: The most sensitive drug is rifabutin and the lowest sensitive drug is metronidazole in the world. The worldwide H. pylori antibiotic resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin has increased during the last 6 years. | 2 | 早产儿和足月儿脐血及母亲静脉血硒含量的比较显示文摘目的硒是一种人体必需的微量元素,在细胞抗氧化防御系统中发挥着主要的作用。在早期早产儿中,低水平的硒会增加诸如慢性新生儿肺疾病、早产儿视网膜病等并发症的发生。该研究旨在检测并比较早产儿和足月儿脐血及母亲静脉血硒含量。方法选取2008年3-7月间30个足月儿(胎龄〉37周)和30个早产儿(胎龄〈34周)及他们的母亲作为研究对象。用原子吸收光谱法测定脐血和母亲静脉血的硒含量。结果足月儿的脐血硒平均含量高于早产儿,差异有非常显著性(124.80±13.72μg/L vs 100.30±11.72μg/L,P=0.0001)。足月儿母亲与早产儿母亲的的平均硒含量差异无显著性(117.03±17.15μg/L vs 110.56±17.49μg/L,P=0.15)。将所有婴儿的资料一起分析时,发现脐血硒含量与胎龄和出生体重显著正相关(r=0.66,P〈0.0001;r=0.59,P〈0.0001)。60例婴儿母亲中,无一例的血硒含量低于正常参考值的下限(70.0μg/L)。将所有婴儿及其母亲的资料一起分析时,发现母亲血硒含量与其婴儿脐血硒含量呈显著正相关(r=0.40,P〈0.001)。结论在伊斯法罕地区,孕母的血硒水平处于一个良好的状态,血硒水平不是早产的预测指标。足月儿的脐血硒含量高于早产儿,但足月儿和早产儿的脐血硒含量均在正常参考范围。 | Ramin IRANPOUR Ali ZANDIAN Majid MOHAMMADIZADEH Ashraf MOHAMMADZADEH Mahdi BALALI-MOOD Mehnosh HAJIHEYDARI | 2009 | 中国当代儿科杂志2009，11，7： | 4 |
| 3 | Assessment of different topographic correction methods in ALOS AVNIR-2 data over a forest area显示文摘Because the removal of topographic effects is one the most important preprocessing steps when extracting information from satellite images in digital Earth applications,the problem of differential terrain illumination on satellite imagery has been investigated for at least 20 years.As there is no superior topographic correction method applicable to all areas and all images,a comparison of topographic normalization methods in different regions and images is necessary.In this study,common topographic correction methods were applied on an ALOS AVNIR-2 image of a rugged forest area,and the results were evaluated through different criteria.The results show that the simple correction methods[Cosine,Sun-Canopy-sensor(SCS),and Minnaert correction]are inefficient in exceptionally rough forests.Among the improved correction methods(SCSC,modified Minnaert,and pixel-based Minnaert),the best result was achieved using a pixel-based Minnaert approach in which a separate correction factor in various slope angles is used.Thus,this method should be considered for topographic correction,especially in forests with severe topography. | Nafiseh Ghasemi Ali Mohammadzadeh Mahmod Reza Sahebi | 2013 | International Journal of Digital Earth2013，6，5： | 3 |

| 6 | Evaluation of effectiveness of three fuzzy systems and three texture extraction methods for building damage detection from post-event LiDAR data显示文摘Building damage maps after disasters can help us to better manage the rescue operations.Researchers have used Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)data for extracting the building damage maps.For producing building damage maps from LiDAR data in a rapid manner,it is necessary to understand the effectiveness of features and classifiers.However,there is no comprehensive study on the performance of features and classifiers in identifying damaged areas.In this study,the effectiveness of three texture extraction methods and three fuzzy systems for producing the building damage maps was investigated.In the proposed method,at first,a pre-processing stage was utilized to apply essential processes on post-event LiDAR data.Second,textural features were extracted from the pre-processed LiDAR data.Third,fuzzy inference systems were generated to make a relation between the extracted textural features of buildings and their damage extents.The proposed method was tested across three areas over the 2010 Haiti earthquake.Three building damage maps with overall accuracies of 75.0%,78.1%and 61.4%were achieved.Based on outcomes,the fuzzy inference systems were stronger than random forest,bagging,boosting and support vector machine classifiers for detecting damaged buildings. | Milad Janalipour Ali Mohammadzadeh | 2018 | International Journal of Digital Earth2018，11，12： | 2 |
