2食管扩张——一种胃食管反流触发机制显示文摘目的 :明确食管扩张时下食管括约肌发生松弛状态下胃食管反流的发生率。方法 :12例健康志愿者在餐前和餐后同时检测食管压力和 pH ,食管扩张是通过快速和缓慢的气体注射诱发。 结果 :引起完全的下食管扩约肌松弛的气体阈值量平均为 (11 0± 1 0 )ml。只有极少的松弛伴有继发蠕动。快速注气下食管括约肌的松弛时间为(13.0± 1.5 )s;慢速注射时食管括约肌的松弛时间是 (16 0± 2 0 )s。由快速阈值量气体注射引起LES松弛并伴有胃食管反流率 ,在餐后为 (2 2± 6 ) % ;缓慢注射时为 (2 3± 10 ) %。对于快速食管扩张 ,单独的下食管括约肌松弛伴随反流的百分比显著高于伴有继发蠕动的下食管括约肌松弛时出现的胃食管反流情况。结论 :(1)胃食管反流可以发生在由食管扩张引起的下食管括约肌松弛期内 ;(2 )食管扩张可以引起不伴随继发蠕动的单纯下食管括约肌松弛 ;(3)单纯下食管括约肌松弛时的胃食管反流发生率显著高于伴有继发蠕动的情况。谢鹏雁 Eytan Bardan Junlong Ren Walter J Hogan Reza Shaker 2000北京医科大学学报2000,32,2:5

12Frequency-domain generelaized singular peruturbation method for relative error model order reduction显示文摘A new mixed method for relative error model order reduction is proposed. In the proposed method the frequency domain balanced stochastic truncation method is improved by applying the generalized singular perturbation method to the frequency domain balanced system in the reduction procedure. The frequency domain balanced stochastic truncation method, which was proposed in [15] and [17] by the author, is based on two recently developed methods, namely frequency domain balanced truncation within a desired frequency bound and inner-outer factorization techniques. The proposed method in this paper is a carry over of the frequency-domain balanced stochastic truncation and is of interest for practical model order reduction because in this context it shows to keep the accuracy of the approximation as high as possible without sacrificing the computational efficiency and important system properties. It is shown that some important properties of the frequency domain stochastic balanced reduction technique are extended to the proposed reduction method by using the concept and properties of the reciprocal systems. 14Monitoring and evaluation of building ventilation system fans operation using performance curves显示文摘Ventilation fans are an important component of any mechanically ventilated building.Poor fan performance could significantly affect the whole building performance metrics.There are several issues such as dirty blades,mechanical wear,aging of fans could impact the fan’s performance.In present work,a novel,indirect and data-driven methodology is introduced to monitor the ventilation fan unit performance.The proposed method is able to perform continuous monitoring of ventilation fan unit in real-time.The real-time performance of 3 Air handling unit(AHU)fans is examined in an academic building.Expected fan performance is modeled with the help of manufacturer data and compared against the real-time performance.Two data-driven models are developed and implemented.The first model is used to compute expected total fan pressure at a given airflow rate while second is a Support Vector Regression(SVR)model,to predict the fan efficiency.The performance monitoring of the ventilation fan unit is determined in terms of expected and actual fan energy consumption.Findings indicated a significant performance gap in three ventilation fan unit in a case building known as OU44,located in city Odense,Denmark.The advantage of this method comprises simplicity,no direct human intervention and scalability to the series of ventilation units.Mahendra Singh Muhyiddine Jradi Hamid Reza Shaker 2020Energy and Built Environment2020,1,3:0
