1改进的多输人多输出正交频分复用水声通信判决反馈信道估计算法显示文摘针对最小均方误差准则下(Minimum Mean Square Error,MMSE)判决反馈信道估计算法在多输入多输出正交频分复用(Multiple-input Multiple-output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,MIMO-OFDM)低信噪比水声通信环境下存在误码遗传缺陷,提出了一种基于压缩感知理论的改进的MMSE判决反馈信道估计算法。通过结合浅海水声信道的稀疏性特点,利用编码校验后的信息与原始信息实现了对信道估计的判决反馈更新,采用匹配追踪算法改进MMSE判决反馈追踪信道估计技术,实现了抑制传统判决反馈信道估计算法在迭代更新及传递过程中存在的误码遗传的目的。仿真和水池实验结果证实:改进的MMSE判决反馈追踪信道估计算法不仅可以有效的抑制误码遗传,对抗突发噪声,跟踪信道的缓慢时变,同时大幅降低了导频占用率,提高了通信质量。乔钢 王巍 刘凇佐 Rehan Khan 王玥 2016声学学报2016,41,1:21

3Radiofrequency ablation for early oesophageal squamous neoplasia:Outcomes form United Kingdom registry显示文摘AIM:To report outcomes on patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation(RFA)for early oesophageal squamous neoplasia from a National Registry.METHODS:A Prospective cohort study from 8 tertiary referral centres in the United Kingdom.Patients with squamous high grade dysplasia(HGD)and early squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)confined to the mucosa were treated.Visible lesions were removed by endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)before RFA.Following initial RFA treatment,patients were followed up 3monthly.Residual flat dysplasia was treated with RFA until complete reversal dysplasia(CR-D)was achieved or progression to invasive Squamous cell cancer defined as infiltration into the submucosa layer or beyond.The main outcome measures were CR-D at 12 mo from start of treatment,long term durability,progression to cancer and adverse events.RESULTS:Twenty patients with squamous HGD/ESCC completed treatment protocol.Five patients(25%)had EMR before starting RFA treatment.CR-D was 50%at12 mo with a median of 1 RFA treatment,mean 1.5(range 1-3).Two further patients achieved CR-D with repeat RFA after this time.Eighty per cent with CR-D remain dysplasia free at latest biopsy,with median follow up 24 mo(IQR 17-54).Six of 20 patients(30%)progressed to invasive cancer at 1 year.Four patients(20%)required endoscopic dilatations for symptomatic structuring after treatment.Two of these patients have required serial dilatations thereafter for symptomatic dysphagia with a median of 4 dilatations per patient.The other 2 patients required only a single dilatation to achieve an adequate symptomatic response.One patient developed cancer during follow up after end of treatment protocol.CONCLUSION:The role of RFA in these patients re-mains unclear.In our series 50%patients responded at12 mo.These figures are lower than limited published data.Rehan J Haidry Mohammed A Butt Jason Dunn Matthew Banks Abhinav Gupta Howard Smart Pradeep Bhandari Lesley Ann Smith Robert Willert Grant Fullarton Morris John Massimo Di Pietro Ian Penman Marco Novelli Laurence B Lovat 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,36:7

5Experimental Investigation of Immiscible Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Foam Rheology for Improved Oil Recovery显示文摘This paper presents the rheological behaviour of supercritical CO_2(s CO_2) foam at reservoir conditions of 1 500 psi and 80 °C. Different commercial surfactants were screened and utilized in order to generate a fairly stable CO_2 foam. Mixed surfactant system was also introduced to generate strong foam. Foam rheology was studied for some specific foam qualities using a high pressure high temperature(HPHT) foam loop rheometer. A typical shear thinning behaviour of the foam was observed and a significant increase in the foam viscosity was noticed with the increase of foam quality until 85%. A desired high apparent viscosity with coarse texture was found at 85% foam quality. Foam visualization above 85% showed an unstable foam due to extremely thin lamella which collapsed and totally disappeared in the loop rheometer. Below 5_2%, a non-homogenous and unstable foam was found having low viscosity with some liquid accumulation at the bottom of the circulation loop. 8Miniature gastrointestinal endoscopy: Now and the future显示文摘Since its original application,gastrointestinal(GI)endoscopy has undergone many innovative transformations aimed at expanding the scope,safety,accuracy,acceptability and cost-effectiveness of this area of clinical practice.One method of achieving this has been to reduce the caliber of endoscopic devices.We propose the collective term“Miniature GI Endoscopy”.In this Opinion Review,the innovations in this field are explored and discussed.The progress and clinical use of the three main areas of miniature GI endoscopy(ultrathin endoscopy,wireless endoscopy and scanning fiber endoscopy)are described.The opportunities presented by these technologies are set out in a clinical context,as are their current limitations.Many of the positive aspects of miniature endoscopy are clear,in that smaller devices provide access to potentially all of the alimentary canal,while conferring high patient acceptability.This must be balanced with the costs of new technologies and recognition of device specific challenges.Perspectives on future application are also considered and the efforts being made to bring new innovations to a clinical platform are outlined.Current devices demonstrate that miniature GI endoscopy has a valuable place in investigation of symptoms,therapeutic intervention and screening.Newer technologies give promise that the potential for enhancing the investigation and management of GI complaints is significant.John J McGoran Mark E McAlindon Prasad G Iyer Eric J Seibel Rehan Haidry Laurence B Lovat Sarmed S Sami 2019World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,30:4
9STUDY ON PARAMETERS FOR TOPOLOGICAL VARIABLES FIELD INTERPOLATED BY MOVING LEAST SQUARE APPROXIMATION显示文摘This paper presents a new approach to the structural topology optimization of continuum structures. Material-point independent variables are presented to illustrate the existence condition,or inexistence of the material points and their vicinity instead of elements or nodes in popular topology optimization methods. Topological variables field is constructed by moving least square approximation which is used as a shape function in the meshless method. Combined with finite element analyses,not only checkerboard patterns and mesh-dependence phenomena are overcome by this continuous and smooth topological variables field,but also the locations and numbers of topological variables can be arbitrary. Parameters including the number of quadrature points,scaling parameter,weight function and so on upon optimum topological configurations are discussed. Two classic topology optimization problems are solved successfully by the proposed method. 10High-dose-rate intraluminal brachytherapy during preoperative chemoradiation for locally advanced rectal cancers显示文摘AIM:To determine the feasibility and safety of high dose rate intraluminal brachytherapy(HDR-ILBT) boost during preoperative chemoradiation for rectal cancer.METHODS:Between 2008 and 2009,thirty-six patients with locally advanced rectal cancer(≥ T3 or N+),were treated initially with concurrent capecitabine(825 mg/m2 oral twice daily) and pelvic external beam radiotherapy(EBRT)(45 Gy in 25 fractions),then were randomized to group A;HDR-ILBT group(n = 17) to receive 5.5-7 Gy×2 to gross tumor volume(GTV) and group B;EBRT group(n = 19) to receive 5.4 Gy×3 fractions to GTV with EBRT.All patients underwent total mesorectal excision.RESULTS:Grade 3 acute toxicities were registered in 12 patients(70.6%) in group A and in 8(42.1%) in group B.Complete pathologic response of T stage(ypT0) in group A was registered in 10 patients(58.8%) and in group B,3 patients(15.8%) had ypT0(P < 0.0001).Sphincter preservation was reported in 6/9 patients(66.7%) in group A and in 5/10 patients(50%) in group B(P < 0.01).Overall radiological response was 68.15% and 66.04% in Group A and B,respectively.During a median follow up of 18 mo,late grade 1 and 2 sequelae were registered in 3 patients(17.6%) and 4 patients(21.1%) in the groups A and B,respectively.CONCLUSION:HDR-ILBT was found to be effective dose escalation technique in preoperative chemoradiation for rectal cancers,with higher response rates,downstaging and with manageable acute toxicities.Mutahir Ali Tunio Mansoor Rafi Altaf Hashmi Rehan Mohsin Abdul Qayyum Mujahid Hasan Amjad Sattar Muhammad Mubarak 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,35:3
11Neuromuscular electrical stimulation and testosterone did not influence heterotopic ossification size after spinal cor injury: A case series显示文摘Neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) and testosterone replacement therapy(TRT) are effective rehabilitation strategies to attenuate muscle atrophy and evoke hypertrophy in persons with spinal cord injury(SCI). However both interventions might increase heterotopic ossification(HO) size in SCI patients. We present the results of two men with chronic traumatic motor complete SCI who also had pre-existing HO and participated in a study investigating the effects of TRT or TRT plus NMES resistance training(RT) on body composition. The 49-year-old male, Subject A, has unilateral HO in his right thigh. The 31-year-old male, Subject B, has bilateral HO in both thighs. Both participants wore transdermal testosterone patches(4-6 mg/d) daily for 16 wk. Subject A also underwent progressive NMES-RT twice weekly for 16 wk. Magnetic resonance imaging scans were acquired prior to and post intervention. Cross-sectional areas(CSA) of thewhole thigh and knee extensor skeletal muscles, femoral bone, and HO were measured. In Subject A(NMES-RT + TRT), the whole thigh skeletal muscle CSA increased by 10%, the knee extensor CSA increased by 17%, and the HO + femoral bone CSA did not change. In Subject B(TRT), the whole thigh skeletal muscle CSA increased by 13% in the right thigh and 6% in the left thigh. The knee extensor CSA increased by 7% in the right thigh and did not change in the left thigh. The femoral bone and HO CSAs in both thighs did not change. 13MRI analysis and clinical significance of lower extremity muscle cross-sectional area after spinal cord injury显示文摘Shortly after spinal cord injury(SCI), the musculoskeletal system undergoes detrimental changes in size and composition, predominantly below the level of injury. The loss of muscle size and strength, along with increased immobility, predisposes persons with SCI to rapid and severe loss in bone mineral density and other health related consequences. Previous studies have highlighted the significance of measuring thigh muscle cross-sectional area, however, measuring the size and composition of muscles of the lower leg may provide insights on how to decrease the risk of various comorbidities. The purpose of the current review was to summarize the methodological approach to manually trace and measure the muscles of the lower leg in individuals with SCI, using magnetic resonance imaging. 14Safety and efficacy of soluble guanylate cyclase stimulators in patients with heart failure: A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND The utility of novel oral soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC)stimulators(vericiguat and riociguat),in patients with reduced or preserved ejection fraction heart failure(HFrEF/HFpEF)is currently unclear.AIM To determine the efficacy and safety of sGC stimulators in HF patients.METHODS Multiple databases were searched to identify relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Data on the safety and efficacy of sGC stimulators were compared using relative risk ratio(RR)on a random effect model.RESULTS Six RCTs,comprising 5604 patients(2801 in sGC stimulator group and 2803 placebo group)were included.The primary endpoint(a composite of cardiovascular mortality and first HF-related hospitalization)was significantly reduced in patients receiving sGC stimulators compared to placebo[RR 0.92,95%confidence interval(CI):0.85-0.99,P=0.02].The incidence of total HF-related hospitalizations were also lower in sGC group(RR 0.91,95%CI:0.86-0.96,P=0.0009),however,sGC stimulators had no impact on all-cause mortality(RR 0.96,95%CI:0.86-1.07,P=0.45)or cardiovascular mortality(RR 0.94,95%CI:0.83-1.06,P=0.29).The overall safety endpoint(a composite of hypotension and syncope)was also similar between the two groups(RR 1.50,95%CI:0.93-2.42,P=0.10).By contrast,a stratified subgroup analysis adjusted by type of sGC stimulator and HF(vericiguat vs riociguat and HFrEF vs HFpEF)showed near identical rates for all safety and efficacy endpoints between the two groups at a mean follow-up of 19 wk.For the primary composite endpoint,the number needed to treat was 35,the number needed to harm was 44.CONCLUSION The use of vericiguat and riociguat in conjunction with standard HF therapy,shows no benefit in terms of decreasing HF-related hospitalizations or mortality.Waqas Ullah Maryam Mukhtar Aws Al-Mukhtar Rehan Saeed Margot Boigon Donald Haas Eduardo Rame 2020World Journal of Cardiology2020,12,10:3
15吉林海沟金矿床成因及找矿勘查模式:黄铁矿LA-ICP-MS微量元素及硫同位素证据显示文摘吉林海沟金矿床大地构造上位于华北克拉通与兴蒙造山带交汇部位,处于中生代NE向断裂(太平洋构造域)与EW向断裂构造(古亚洲洋构造域)的交汇部位,是中国东北地区最大的金矿床之一。自20世纪60年代被发现以来,前人对其成因提出了多种不同的认识,严重制约了深部及外围地质找矿工作。本文以海沟金矿床成矿期黄铁矿为研究对象,在野外地质调查的基础上,通过显微观测、激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)原位微量元素点测试、元素扫面分析和硫同位素实验,揭示黄铁矿中不同微量元素的赋存状态,为矿床成因提供新的约束。根据研究区侵入体产状、矿体分布、构造展布特征以及流体演化规律,建立海沟金矿床的矿床成因及找矿勘查模式,为深部地质找矿提供科学证据。研究结果表明:海沟金矿床多金属硫化物石英脉中的金主要以自然金的形式存在;黄铁矿中的Au与Ag,Te,Bi和Pb相关性较好,指示这些元素主要是以类质同象的方式赋存于黄铁矿晶格中;海沟金矿床硫源至少有2种,一种是总硫δw(34S)接近于0的幔源或深部地壳源,另一种是总硫δw(34S)介于−12‰~−6‰之间的中上地壳源,海沟较负的硫同位素值与海沟矿区出现的大量脉岩和围岩(主要为色洛河群地层)直接相关;海沟金矿床是一种与岩浆热液、变质热液有关的石英脉型金矿床。陈原林 李欢 郑朝阳 努尔喀纳提·马达依普 KHAN Rehan 2021中南大学学报(自然科学版)2021,52,9:3
16Joint Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) & Walsh-Hadamard Transform: Enhancing the Receiver Performance显示文摘Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) is a new access method to achieve high performance gains in terms of capacity and throughput, so it is currently under consideration as one of the candidates for fifth generation(5 G) technologies. NOMA utilizes power domain in order to superimpose signals of multiple users in a single transmitted signal. This creates a lot of interference at the receive side. Although the use of successive interference cancellation(SIC) technique reduces the interference, but to further improve the receiver performance, in this paper, we have proposed a joint Walsh-Hadamard transform(WHT) and NOMA approach for achieving better performance gains than the conventional NOMA. WHT is a well-known code used in communication systems and is used as an orthogonal variable spreading factor(OVSF) in communication systems. Application of WHT to NOMA results in low bit error rate(BER) and high throughput performance for both low and high channel gain users. Further, it also reduces peak to average power ratio(PAPR) of the user signal. 17Anatomical studies on water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms) under the influence of textile wastewater显示文摘Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms) is a prolific free floating aquatic macrohpyte found in tropical and subtropical parts of the earth. The effects of pollutants from textile wastewater on the anatomy of the plant were studied. Water hyacinth exhibits hydrophytic adaptations which include reduced epidermis cells lacking cuticle in most cases, presence of large air spaces (7~50 μm), reduced vascular tissue and absorbing structures. 18电针“足三里”或“阳陵泉”对围产期尼古丁暴露新生鼠肺功能和组织形态的影响显示文摘目的:对比电针母鼠'足三里'与'阳陵泉'穴对围产期尼古丁暴露新生鼠肺功能与组织形态学干预效应的差异,探寻电针防护新生鼠肺发育不良的穴位效应规律。方法:将24只雌性SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水组(S组)、尼古丁组(N组)、尼古丁加足三里组(N+ST 36组)和尼古丁加阳陵泉组(N+GB 34组),每组6只。从受孕第6天开始,S组皮下注射0.9%氯化钠溶液(1 mg/kg);其余3组皮下注射等量尼古丁,至子代大鼠出生后第21天制备围产期尼古丁暴露模型。造模同时N+ST 36组和N+GB 34组分别电针'足三里'和'阳陵泉'穴,每天1次,至子代大鼠出生后第21天。采用小动物肺功能分析系统观察新生鼠吸气峰值流速(PIF)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、呼气阻力(RE)、吸气阻力(RI)和动态顺应性(Cdyn)等肺功能指标变化;采用HE染色观察肺泡融合、破裂程度等肺组织形态学的变化。结果:与S组比较,N组PEF、Cdyn较低,PIF、RI、RE较高(均P<0.01),肺泡融合、破裂,肺泡壁增厚,肺泡数量减少,肺泡间距变大,肺泡直径较大(P<0.01);与N组比较,N+ST 36组PEF、Cdyn较高,PIF、RI、RE较低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺泡融合、破裂程度有所改善,肺泡数量增多,肺泡壁变薄,肺泡间距正常,肺泡直径显著减少(P<0.01),而N+GB34组肺功能和肺形态各指标变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:电针围产期尼古丁暴露孕鼠'足三里'较'阳陵泉'更能明显改善新生大鼠肺功能与肺组织形态。苏杭 嵇波 赵国桢 刘翼天 葛云鹏 戴健 路雅雯 王丹 Reiko Sakurai Rehan VK 严明娜 孙晓敏 白红新 郭孟玮 任晓暄 2019中国针灸2019,39,6:2
