1A novel bioremediation strategy for petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants using salt tolerant Corynebacterium variabile HRJ4 and biochar显示文摘The present work aimed to develop a novel strategy to bioremediate the petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants in the environment.Salt tolerant bacterium was isolated from Dagang oilfield,China and identified as Corynebacterium variabile HRJ4 based on 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis.The bacterium had a high salt tolerant capability and biochar was developed as carrier for the bacterium.The bacteria with biochar were most effective in degradation of n-alkanes(C16,C18,C19,C26,C28) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(NAP,PYR) mixture.The result demonstrated that immobilization of C.variabile HRJ4 with biochar showed higher degradation of total petroleum hydrocarbons(THPs) up to 78.9%after 7-day of incubation as compared to the free leaving bacteria.The approach of this study will be helpful in clean-up of petroleum-contamination in the environments through bioremediation process using eco-friendly and cost effective materials like biochar.Hairong Zhang Jingchun Tang Lin Wang Juncheng Liu Ranjit Gajanan Gurav Kejing Sun 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:25
2阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者树突状细胞功能的影响显示文摘目的 研究不稳定型心绞痛患者 (UAP)树突状细胞 (DC)的功能及阿托伐他汀对其的影响。方法 将 2 7例UAP分为常规治疗组 (12例 )和常规加阿托伐他汀治疗组 (15例 ) ,分别于治疗前及治疗后 2周取血分离外周血单个核细胞 ,在含粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子和白细胞介素 (IL) 4的培养条件下制备DC。用流式细胞仪检测DC表面共刺激分子CD86(B7 2 )的表达 ;混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)检测DC对同种异体T淋巴细胞的刺激能力 ;ELISA法测定MLR上清液中的细胞因子 ;探讨CD86表达与冠心病危险因素及C反应蛋白 (CRP)的相关性。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,UAP者DC表面CD86的表达明显增高 ;对T淋巴细胞刺激的能力增强 ;经DC刺激的淋巴细胞分泌致炎细胞因子(IL 1β ,IL 6 ,肿瘤坏死因子α)增多 ,抑炎细胞因子 (IL 10 )减少 ;用药前CD86的表达与血LDL C水平正相关 ;阿托伐他汀抑制DC功能的同时显著降低血CRP水平 ;且CD86与CRP水平正相关。结论 (1)UAP者DC的功能亢进 ,由此启动的T淋巴细胞的增殖和炎性细胞因子分泌可能是UAP者动脉斑块不稳定的原因 ,(2 )LDL C可能是其刺激因素 ;(3)阿托伐他汀抑制斑块炎症的机制之一是其对DC的抑制。李大主 Sharma Ranjit 曾秋棠 田园 冯义柏 王祥 曹林生 2004中华内科杂志2004,43,6:21
3树突状细胞激活介导的炎性反应与主动脉夹层显示文摘目的 研究急性主动脉夹层 (AD)患者树突状细胞 (DC)的功能 ,探讨发病与炎性反应的关系。方法 分离 11例AD和 11例正常人外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC) ,在含粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM -CSF)和白细胞介素 4 (IL - 4 )的培养条件下制备DC。用流式细胞仪检测DC表面共刺激分子CD86 (B7- 2 )的表达 ;混合淋巴细胞反应 (MLR)检测DC对同种异体T淋巴细胞的刺激能力 ;ELISA法测定MLR上清液及血清中的细胞因子 ;比浊法测定循环血C -反应蛋白 (CRP)水平 ,探讨CD86表达与CRP的相关性。结果 与对照组比较 ,AD患者DC表面CD86的表达明显增高 ,对T淋巴细胞刺激的能力增强 ,MLR上清液中及血液中致炎细胞因子 (IL - 1β、IL - 6、TNF -α)升高 ,抑炎细胞因子 (IL - 10 )降低 ,血CRP水平显著升高 ,CD86的表达与血CRP水平呈正相关。结论 AD患者DC的功能显著亢进 ,由此启动的T淋巴细胞增殖和炎性细胞因子分泌可能在AD的发生发展中起重要作用。李大主 Sharma Ranjit 曾秋棠 田园 冯义柏 王祥 曹林生 郭和平 王敏 2004中国急救医学2004,24,4:12
4雷帕霉素对人树突状细胞功能的影响显示文摘目的 研究雷帕霉素 (RPM)对人树突状细胞 (DC)功能的影响。方法 分离外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC) ,在含粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)、白介素 4 (IL 4 )以及有或无RPM的培养条件下制备DC。用流式细胞仪检测DC表面共刺激分子CD86 (B7 2 )的表达 ;混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)检测DC对同种异体T淋巴细胞的刺激能力 ;ELISA法测定MLR上清液中的细胞因子。结果 与对照组比较 ,经RPM处理的DC表面CD86的表达明显降低 ;对T淋巴细胞刺激的能力下降 ;MLR中致炎细胞因子 (IL 1β ,IL 6 ,TNF a)浓度降低。RPM的这些作用呈浓度依赖性。 结论 雷帕霉素对人树突状细胞功能有明显的抑制作用 。李大主 Sharma Ranjit 曾秋棠 田园 冯义柏 王祥 曹林生 郭和平 王敏 2004中国介入心脏病学杂志2004,12,4:8
5急性冠状动脉综合征患者树突状细胞介导的热休克蛋白60特异性细胞毒作用显示文摘目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者体内是否存在树突状细胞(DC)介导的热休克蛋白60(HSP60)特异性的T细胞毒反应。方法:分离ACS患者(ACS组),稳定性心绞痛(SA)患者(SA组)和正常人(对照组)外周血单核细胞,制备DC。流式细胞仪检测HSP60负载及未负载的DC CD86的表达及各组T细胞中CD45RO+细胞的百分比;二氮唑法(MTT)法检测各组DC刺激自体淋巴细胞增殖的能力,并检测各组DC诱导的细胞毒T细胞(CTL)对负载HSP60的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECS)的杀伤活性;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定HSP60冲击T细胞后干扰素γ的分泌。结果:与未负载HSP60的SA组和对照组的DC比较,ACS组的DC以及负载HSP60对照组的DC CD86表达较高;ACS 组的DC及HSP60负载的DC刺激自体细胞毒T细胞增殖的能力增强;ACS组的DC及HSP60负载的DC诱导的细胞毒T 细胞对负载HSP60的人脐静脉内皮细胞有高度的杀伤作用;ACS患者体内存在HSP60致敏的记忆性T细胞。结论:ACS患者体内存在强烈的DC介导的HSP60抗原特异性T细胞毒反应。李大主 RanjitS 吴伟 周游 曾秋棠 2005中国循环杂志2005,20,5:7
6MicroRNAs:Role in hepatitis C virus pathogenesis显示文摘Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is a global health burden with an estimated 170e200 million peoples chronically infected worldwide.HCV infection remains as an independent risk factor for chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,and a major reason for liver transplantation.Discovery of direct acting antiviral(DAA)drugs have shown promising results with more than 90%success rate in clearing the HCV RNA in patients,although long-term consequences remain to be evaluated.microRNAs(miRNAs)are important players in establishment of HCV infection and target crucial host cellular factors needed for productive HCV replication and augmented cell growth.Altered expression of miRNAs is involved in the pathogenesis associated with HCV infection by controlling signaling pathways such as immune response,proliferation and apoptosis.miRNA is emerging as a means of communication between various cell types inside the liver.There is likely possibility of developing circulating miRNAs as biomarkers of disease progression and can also serve as diagnostic tool with potential of early therapeutic intervention in HCV associated end stage liver disease.This review focuses on recent studies highlighting the contribution of miRNAs in HCV life cycle and their coordinated regulation in HCV mediated liver disease progression.Shubham Shrivastava Robert Steele Ranjit Ray Ratna B.Ray 2015Genes & Diseases2015,2,1:6
7一类具有非线性发生率的无线传感网络蠕虫传播模型的延迟动力学行为(英文)显示文摘研究了一类具有不同发生率的无线传感网络蠕虫传播模型的延迟动力学行为。由于在监测节点隔离不稳定节点需要消耗一定的时间,在模型中考虑了处理时滞。通过分析相应特征方程根的分布情况,得到了平衡点存在性、模型局部稳定性和Hopf分岔存在的充分性条件。通过构造合适的李雅普诺夫函数,证明了蠕虫病毒平衡点的全局稳定性。数值仿真实验验证了理论分析结果的正确性。仿真结果表明,当处理时滞的值越过关键值时,网络中的蠕虫传播将失去控制,发现无线传感网络的覆盖范围是控制蠕虫传播和保证无线传感网络安全最为重要的因素之一。并通过仿真发现消除模型混沌状态的一些关键参数,其中非线性发生率βSI/I+1是控制蠕虫病毒传播、保证无线传感网络安全的最佳选择。张子振 储煜桂 KUMARI Sangeeta UPADHYAY Ranjit Kumar 2019浙江大学学报(理学版)2019,46,2:6
8Hepatitis C virus infection and insulin resistance显示文摘Approximately 170 million people worldwide are chronically infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV).Chronic HCV infection is the leading cause for the development of liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and is the primary cause for liver transplantation in the western world.Insulin resistance is one of the pathological features in patients with HCV infection and often leads to development of typeⅡdiabetes.Insulin resistance plays an important role in the development of various complications associated with HCV infection.Recent evidence indicates that HCV associated insulin resistance may result in hepatic fibrosis,steatosis,HCC and resistance to anti-viral treatment.Thus,HCV associated insulin resistance is a therapeutic target at any stage of HCV infection.HCV modulates normal cellular gene expression and interferes with the insulin signaling pathway.Various mechanisms have been proposed in regard to HCV mediated insulin resistance,involving up regulation of inflammatory cytokines,like tumor necrosis factor-α,phosphorylation of insulin-receptor substrate-1,Akt,up-regulation of gluconeogenic genes like glucose 6 phosphatase,phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 2,and accumulation of lipid droplets.In this review,we summarize the available information on how HCV infection interferes with insulin signaling pathways resulting in insulin resistance.Sandip K Bose Ranjit Ray 2014World Journal of Diabetes2014,5,1:6
9Effects of Ginkgo Leaf Extract on Function of Dendritic Cells and Th1/Th2 Cytokines in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effects of Ginkgo leaf extract (GLE) on function of dendritic cells (DC) and Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods: Fifty-four patients with UAP were equally assigned into two groups, the treated group and the control group, both treated with conventional Western medicine, but with GLE given additionally to the treated group. Blood of all patients was taken before and 4 weeks after treatment to prepare the peripheral mononuclear cells, then which were incubated in the completed medium containing granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulatory factor (GM-CSF) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) to induce mature DC. The expression of co-stimulating factor CD86 (B7-2) on the surface of DC was detected by flow cytometry, and the stimulating capacity of DC was determined by mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR). The blood levels of cytokines, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and IL-4, were analyzed by ELISA, and blood C-reactive protein (CRP) level by turbidimetry. Moreover, the direct effect of Ginkgolide B on CD86 expression on DC were also tested in vitro. Results: After treatment, CD86 expression on DC, the stimulating capacity of DC as well as levels of IFN-γ and CRP were lowered in both groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but the changes were much more significant in the treated group than those in the control group. Ginkgolide B showed a direct inhibitory effect on the CD86 expression on DC. 10Reactivation of hepatitis B after liver transplantation: Current knowledge, molecular mechanisms and implications in management显示文摘Chronic hepatitis B(CHB) is a major global health problem affecting an estimated 350 million people with more than 786000 individuals dying annually due to complications, such as cirrhosis, liver failure and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Liver transplantation(LT) is considered gold standard for treatment of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver failure and HCC. However, post-transplant viral reactivation can be detrimental to allograft function, leading to poor survival. Prophylaxis with high-dose hepatitis B immunoglobulin(HBIG) and anti-viral drugs have achieved remarkable progress in LT by suppressingviral replication and improving long-term survival. The combination of lamivudine(LAM) plus HBIG has been for many years the most widely used. However, life-long HBIG use is both cumbersome and costly, whereas long-term use of LAM results in resistant virus. Recently, in an effort to develop HBIG-free protocols, high potency nucleos(t)ide analogues, such as Entecavir or Tenofovir, have been tried either as monotherapy or in combination with low-dose HBIG with excellent results. Current focus is on novel antiviral targets, especially for covalently closed circular DNA(ccc DNA), in an effort to eradicate HBV infection instead of viral suppression. However, there are several other molecular mechanisms through which HBV may reactivate and need equal attention. 11Identification and characterization of genotype A and D recombinant hepatitis B virus from Indian chronic HBV isolates显示文摘AIM: To confirm the presence of recombination,full-length hepatitis B virus (HBV) from chronic patients was sequenced and analyzed.METHODS: Full-length HBV genomes from 12 patients were amplified and sequenced in an automated sequencer.Phylogenetic analysis was carried out on full-length,Core and preS2/Surface regions using MEGA software.SimPlot Boot Scanning and amino acid sequence analysis were performed for confirmation of recombination.RESULTS: Eight patients were infected with genotype D strain; one patient with genotype A and three patients had genotype A and D recombination; two of them had cirrhosis and one had hepatocellular carcinoma.Phylogenetic analysis of core and preS2/surface regions separately showed evidence of genotype A and D recombination.The breakpoints of recombination were found to be at the start of preS2 and at the end of surface coding regions.CONCLUSION: We identified and characterized recombinant A and D genotype HBV in hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive patients.Ranjit Chauhan Syed Naqui Kazim Manoj Kumar Jayashree Bhattacharjee Narayanasamy Krishnamoorthy Shiv Kumar Sarin 2008World Journal of Gastroenterology2008,14,40:4

14Imaging of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: State of the art显示文摘Significant advances in imaging technology have changed the management of pancreatic cancer. In computed tomography (CT), this has included development of multidetector row, rapid, thin-section imaging that has also facilitated the advent of advanced reconstructions, which in turn has offered new perspectives from which to evaluate this disease. In magnetic resonance imaging, advances including higher field strengths, thin-section volumetric acquisitions, diffusion weighted imaging, and liver specific contrast agents have also resulted in new tools for diagnosis and staging. Endoscopic ultrasound has resulted in the ability to provide high-resolution imaging rivaling intraoperative ultrasound, along with the ability to biopsy via real time imaging suspected pancreatic lesions. Positron emission tomography with CT, while still evolving in its role, provides whole body staging as well as the unique imaging characteristic of metabolic activity to aid disease management.
